In this paper,the gas and seed flow characters in the air-blowing seed metering device are investigated by using the coupled computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method(CFD-DEM)in three dimensions(3D).The method of establishing boundary model based on the computer-aided design(CAD)drawing,has been used to build the boundary model of seed metering device.The 3D laser scanning technique and multi-element method are adopted to establish the particle model.Through a combined numerical and experimental effort,using 3D CFD-DEM software,which is based on the in-house codes,the mechanisms governing the gas and solid dynamic behaviors in the seed metering device have been studied.The gas velocity field and the effect of different rotational speeds and air pressures on the seeding performance and particle velocity have been studied,similar agreements between numerical and experimental results are gained.This reveals that the 3D CFD-DEM model established is able to predict the performance of the air-blowing seed metering device.It can be used to design and optimize the air-blowing seed metering device and other similar agriculture devices. 展开更多

Based on the mechanical and physical properties study of forage grass seeds, multi-line with one-device type metering device was designed. It was composed of adjustable screw, stirrer, metering device housing and central metering sheave and so on. The sowing rate can be set by turning the screw to change the working length of the central metering sheave relative to the metering device housing. The stirrer inside of the sheave housing is used to prevent seeds overhead. And metering of different sizes of seed is adjusted by changing the position of internal components of the slot wheel mechanism. Innovative design on the structure of the central metering sheave was finished. According to the structure parameters and physical characteristic parameters, different seed sowing rate of per hectares was calculated. And then the working length scale of the central metering groove wheel was made. And there is a one-to-one correspondence between scale values and sowing quantity per hectare of different kinds of seed. 展开更多

Determination of Some Design Parameters for Roller Type Seed Metering Device

There are many design parameters in precision planters to be considered such as cell diameter, peripheral speed of roller, number of cells, manner of feeding seeds into cell and travel speed. In precision planters each cell must contain only one seed. Therefore, sliding the seed to the cell is important and depends on several parameters such as seed repose angle, seed dimensions and physics of cell. To help the seed to repose in the cell, making a groove on the roller would be very useful. Dimensions of this groove are very important and are considered as basic design parameters. This research was performed to determine some design parameters such as roller speed, travel speed, length and depth of groove for tomato seeds precision planting. In this regard, seeds with a diameter of 4 mm were used. The range of variation was based on calculations obtained. A roller with 42 mm width, 118 mm diameter and 15 cells on the surface was used in the experiment. For each cell, a triangular groove was created on the roller. The groove depth varied from zero at the beginning to the maximum value where the groove connected to the cell. The test unit had a continued and wide belt with 1 l m length. In each replication, planter worked for 20 s to reach a stable state. Thereafter, seeds were allowed to drop on the grease belt. Number of seeds and their spacing were measured on the 4.5 m of the belt. Results showed that the roller speed of 41.5 rpm, the planter travel speed of approximately 1 km/h, groove length of 6-8 mm and groove depth of 1.5 mm can improve planter performance for tomato pelleted seed. 展开更多

Measurement Process of MOSFET Device Parameters with VEE Pro Software for DP4T RF Switch

In this DP4T RF switch CMOS is a unit cell, so with a thin oxide layer of thickness 628 ? which is measured optically. Some of the material parameters were found by the curve drawn between Capacitance versus Voltage (C-V) and Capacitance versus Frequency (C-F) with the application of Visual Engineering Environment Programming (VEE Pro). To perform the measurement processing at a distance, from the hazardous room, we use VEE Pro software. In this research, to acquire a fine result for RF MOSFET, we vary the voltage with minor increments and perform the measurements by vary the applying voltage from +5 V to –5 V and then back to +5 V again and then save this result in a data sheet with respect to temperature, voltage and frequency using this program. We have investigated the characteristics of RF MOSFET, which will be used for the wireless telecommunication systems. 展开更多

In order to address the issues of narrow seeding adjustment range and low accuracy of grain placement in the existing rice seeders,a mechanically and pneumatically adjustable precision hole-type seeder is designed.It is primarily composed of a seeding disk,air chamber,seed box,and seed discharge device.The design incorporates a symmetrical structure with dual disks and dual casings,enabling both single-sided and double-sided single-row and synchronized seeding.Based on theoretical analysis of seed charging,seed protection,and seed release,the following parameters were determined:seeding disk diameter of 192 mm,suction hole diameter of 1.48-1.52 mm,suction hole spacing of 3.04-9.41 mm,type hole distribution circle radius of about 62.1-77.0 mm,type hole diameter of 9 mm,stirrer plate length of 4.705-9.410 mm,and stirrer plate inclination angle of 0°-30°.Using a coupled simulation method of EDEM-Fluent,the impact of different type hole distributions,stirrer plate lengths,and inclination angles on seeding performance was analyzed.The results indicate that the main and secondary influencing factors on seed charging qualification rate are type hole diameter,stirrer plate inclination angle,and stirrer plate length.The optimal performance is achieved with a type hole diameter of 6 mm,stirrer plate length of 5 mm,and stirrer plate inclination angle of 10°,resulting in a seed charging qualification rate of 71.42%.Furthermore,Fluent software was utilized to analyze the influence of different suction hole spacings,diameters,and air chamber radii on seeding performance.The results revealed that the suction of rice seeds by the hole can be better realized with a suction hole spacing of 6 mm,a suction hole diameter of 1.5 mm,and an air chamber radius of 62 mm,at which the average negative pressure in the suction hole center was about 2824.56 Pa.A bench test and a field test were further performed on the device.The results showed that increasing the number of type holes and suction holes can contribute to more stable regulation of the seeding amount.The optimal single-sided seed metering could achieve a maximum qualified rate of 82.5%,a missing rate of 12.5%,and a repeating rate of 5%;while the optimal double-sided seed metering could obtain a maximum qualified rate,missing rate,and repeating rate of 72.5%,15%,and 12.5%,respectively.This adjustable precision seeder can meet the requirements of precision sowing of Huanghuazhan rice varieties,and the research findings can provide reference for the structural optimization of precision rice seeders. 展开更多

The model describing the forces acting on rice seeds within seed metering systems significantly impacts the design and structural parameters of rice pneumatic seed metering mechanisms.To formulate a mathematical representation of the device during seed suction,a DEM-CFD bidirectional coupling approach was utilized to simulate and model the seed-suction process.The dynamic behavior of rice seeds under the airflow at the suction port was examined,and force models for various seed-suction positions were developed.Simulation analyses were conducted under varying conditions,including different rotation speeds of the seed-suction plate and different levels of negative suction pressure.The effects of these variables on seed suction were investigated,leading to the development of a drag force model.Optimal seeding parameters and precision were determined from the simulation results.Verification and analysis were conducted through empirical experiments,and the optimal seeding performance was attained at a negative suction pressure of 1.6 kPa and a plate rotation speed of 30 r/min.The results indicated a seeding qualification rate of 95.7%,a reattachment rate of 2.4%,and a leakage suction rate of 1.9%.The simulation findings were consistent with experimental data,demonstrating that the seed-metering device satisfies the requirements for field seeding. 展开更多

针对藜麦种子比重小、尺寸小、不规则等问题导致充种和清种困难,设计了一种带扰动充种结构的正负压式藜麦精量排种器。此结构优化了排种器的充种性能,并减小了风机功耗。正压清种解决了由于藜麦种子小而轻导致的型孔堵塞问题,提高了工... 针对藜麦种子比重小、尺寸小、不规则等问题导致充种和清种困难,设计了一种带扰动充种结构的正负压式藜麦精量排种器。此结构优化了排种器的充种性能,并减小了风机功耗。正压清种解决了由于藜麦种子小而轻导致的型孔堵塞问题,提高了工作稳定性。利用Fluent软件对排种器气室流场进行了仿真分析,通过压力云图和流速矢量图分析型孔结构参数(型孔形状及数目、型孔倾角、型孔直径)对气室流场的影响,得到较优参数组合:型孔形状为圆台,型孔数目20个,型孔倾角70°,型孔直径1 mm。通过JPS-12排种器试验台,以粒距合格指数、漏播指数和重播指数为试验指标,以吸种负压、排种器转速和投种高度为试验因素进行了响应面试验,得到了较优的工作参数组合:吸种负压-3.0 kPa,排种器转速15 r/min,投种高度100 mm。对优化后的排种器进行验证试验,结果为合格指数82.5%、漏播指数6.5%、重播指数11%,满足JB/T 10293—2013《单粒(精密)播种机技术条件》中的指标要求。研究结果能够为藜麦等小籽粒种子精量播种机械设计提供参考。 展开更多

日照时数是地面气象观测要素之一。2018年起,我国2435个国家地面气象观测站已全部由人工观测仪器升级为光电式数字日照计实现自动观测。为满足省级气象部门日照时数计量需求,研制了日照时数传感器自动化核查装置。该装置以2台宽光谱太... 日照时数是地面气象观测要素之一。2018年起,我国2435个国家地面气象观测站已全部由人工观测仪器升级为光电式数字日照计实现自动观测。为满足省级气象部门日照时数计量需求,研制了日照时数传感器自动化核查装置。该装置以2台宽光谱太阳辐射计为计量标准器,具备自动指北定位、自动水平调节、自动数据采集处理等功能,可实现日照计室外核查。实验结果表明:标准器直接辐照度测量误差在±10%内,2台标准器一致性介于±5%间;被测日照计日照时数测量误差符合中国气象局技术规范要求(±1 h/d或±10%/d,取较大者),扩展不确定度U=0.45 h(k=2)。此外,晴朗天气测量结果一致性好,标准偏差在0.09 h内;多云天气对检测影响大,测量误差可高于平均测量误差0.79 h。 展开更多

针对目前大蒜播种依赖人工、效率低且容易出现漏播或重播的问题,设计了一款气吸式大蒜播种机,以提高大蒜播种的效率和准确性。该装置利用负压原理,通过气吸式排种器能够有效地将大蒜种子均匀播撒到土壤中,可以一次性完成开沟、吸种、排... 针对目前大蒜播种依赖人工、效率低且容易出现漏播或重播的问题,设计了一款气吸式大蒜播种机,以提高大蒜播种的效率和准确性。该装置利用负压原理,通过气吸式排种器能够有效地将大蒜种子均匀播撒到土壤中,可以一次性完成开沟、吸种、排种、覆土和限深等作业。本文主要对气吸式大蒜播种机整体结构进行阐述,并对其关键部件(包括仿开沟装置、排种装置、覆土装置和限深等装置)进行结构设计与理论分析。以扰种凸轮转速、排种盘转速、气室负压为试验因素,以合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数为评价标准,进行三因素三水平正交试验。利用Design-Expert 13软件构造数学回归方程和响应曲面模型,分析了各个参数对播种合格率指标的影响规律,并通过软件优化模块确定了排种器最佳工作组合参数为气室负压10.5 kPa、排种盘转速10 r/min、扰种凸轮转速225 r/min。田间试验结果表明:该机播种合格指数为88.4%,重播指数为2.9%,漏播指数为8.7%,各项指标均满足GB/T 6973—2005《单粒(精密)播种机试验方法》与大蒜种植农艺要求,可为气吸式大蒜播种机的设计提供参考。 展开更多

针对气吸式花生排种器在携种阶段因振动干扰掉种问题,设计一种带辅助按压机构的气吸式排种器。排种器主要由排种盘、清种刷、压杆盘、弹性压杆、轨道圈及气室端盖等组成。工作过程中可实现在携种阶段辅助压种,减少掉种。重点设计排种盘... 针对气吸式花生排种器在携种阶段因振动干扰掉种问题,设计一种带辅助按压机构的气吸式排种器。排种器主要由排种盘、清种刷、压杆盘、弹性压杆、轨道圈及气室端盖等组成。工作过程中可实现在携种阶段辅助压种,减少掉种。重点设计排种盘、按压机构等关键部件,计算确定部件的主要结构和工作参数。开展花生排种器性能试验,研究按压机构、排种盘吸孔直径、风机气压和排种盘转速对排种器排种性能的影响。试验结果表明,带辅助按压机构的气吸式排种器并不适用于长粒花生种子,但对球状型花生种子有很好的适应性,能够提高排种器携种的稳定性。吸孔直径、风机气压和排种盘转速对排种性能均有显著影响,影响合格率的主次因素排序依次为风机气压、吸孔直径和排种盘转速。经优化,风机气压为5.9 kPa、吸孔直径为6.3 mm、排种盘转速为25 r/m时,排种合格率为96.6%、漏播率为3.0%、重播率为0.4%,各项指标符合标准要求,并通过试验验证。 展开更多

针对花生机械化播种过程中因种子尺寸差异较大造成重播、漏播的问题,设计了一种链勺式单勺双型孔花生双粒精量排种器。采用种勺型孔对称布置的方式,实现单个种勺双粒取种、投种的功能;同时,在种勺上增加了倾斜清种结构,使进入清种区的... 针对花生机械化播种过程中因种子尺寸差异较大造成重播、漏播的问题,设计了一种链勺式单勺双型孔花生双粒精量排种器。采用种勺型孔对称布置的方式,实现单个种勺双粒取种、投种的功能;同时,在种勺上增加了倾斜清种结构,使进入清种区的待清种种子脱离种勺后能快速向两侧滑落,回流至取种区,降低了排种器重播率。结合花生种子的实际尺寸,确定了种勺的关键结构参数:种勺型孔长度为17 mm、有效深度为11 mm、型孔宽度为16 mm、托种长度为35 mm;种勺整体的长、宽、高分别为48、38、48 mm。利用单因素试验对影响排种器作业性能的关键作业参数进行了台架试验,确定了取种倾角、清种倾角和作业速度取值范围分别为60°~80°、-10°~0°、1.5~2.5 km/h。采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验和多目标优化方法,得到了各因素的最优组合,并对优化后的作业参数进行验证,得到取种倾角为70.65°、清种倾角为-7.06°、作业速度为1.86 km/h时,排种合格指数为93.53%,能够满足花生播种的农艺要求。 展开更多

针对非球类小麦种子田间育种试验精量播种作业中存在漏播、重播导致播种均匀性差的问题,提出了一种3级凹凸形曲线刮种作业的方法,并设计了可调式3级刮种机构。阐述小麦小区精密排种器种盘吸孔出现重吸现象的原因,针对充种、刮种过程中... 针对非球类小麦种子田间育种试验精量播种作业中存在漏播、重播导致播种均匀性差的问题,提出了一种3级凹凸形曲线刮种作业的方法,并设计了可调式3级刮种机构。阐述小麦小区精密排种器种盘吸孔出现重吸现象的原因,针对充种、刮种过程中小麦种子的受力形式建立数学模型,从而确定刮种机构结构、安装位置等关键参数;采用CFD-DEM耦合仿真对刮种过程进行仿真分析,验证了凹凸型曲线刮种能够起到很好的刮种作用,并得出刮种机构的碰撞极限速度随着刮齿倾角的增大而增大;选取刮齿倾角、排种器工作转速和气室负压为主要因素进行二次回归正交旋转组合试验,对试验结果进行了显著性和回归分析,并对试验指标的影响进行优化求解,结果表明,当刮齿倾角为56.43°、工作转速为16.25 r/min、负压为4、89 kPa时,单粒率为94.07%、重播率为3.29%、漏播率为2.64%,进行了3组台架试验,试验结果与优化结果基本一致,满足小麦田间育种试验单粒精播的作业需求。 展开更多

针对长江流域麦后夏直播棉花作业时节降雨充沛,黏重土壤水分蒸发易板结,常规单粒播种易存在出苗破土难、出苗率低等问题,结合该区域内棉花精量直播穴粒数可调农艺要求,本文提出一种通过调节双吸种圆盘重叠空间切换不同吸孔组合,实现单... 针对长江流域麦后夏直播棉花作业时节降雨充沛,黏重土壤水分蒸发易板结,常规单粒播种易存在出苗破土难、出苗率低等问题,结合该区域内棉花精量直播穴粒数可调农艺要求,本文提出一种通过调节双吸种圆盘重叠空间切换不同吸孔组合,实现单粒吸种、单-双-单粒吸种和双粒吸种的穴粒数单双粒可调气吸式排种器。阐述了其结构与工作原理,设计了关键部件参数。基于DEM-CFD耦合方法解析了型孔直径、排种盘转速和吸种负压对排种性能影响规律。以型孔直径、吸种负压和排种盘转速为试验因素,以合格指数、重播指数和漏播指数为评价指标,进行了正交试验,经台架试验验证最优参数为型孔直径3.3 mm、吸种负压4.3 kPa和排种盘转速30 r/min,此时单粒吸种、单-双-单吸种和双粒吸种合格指数、重播指数和漏播指数分别为:94.1%、93.8%和92.4%,5.34%、4.65%和6.01%,0.56%、1.55%和1.59%。在最优参数组合下进行田间试验,结果表明,当作业速度为6 km/h时,排种合格指数大于89.3%漏播指数小于4.42%重播指数小于6.28%。单粒排种、单-双-单粒排种和双粒排种出苗率和缺苗断垄率分别为78.98%、80.3%和84.66%,19.24%、18.92%和12.08%,双粒及单双交错播种较单粒播种,缺苗断垄率分别降低7.16、0.32个百分点,出苗率分别提高5.68、4.36个百分点,有效提升保苗率,保证了棉花群体建成,利于机械化一播全苗与高产稳产。 展开更多

基于Fluent的包衣胡萝卜种子排种器仿真与优化
