To meet the need for cultivating application-oriented talents in local universities,this study introduced a project-based learning approach into the reform of bioinformatics experimental teaching.The course was structured around a project titled"Influenza Virus Analysis",comprising four progressive modules:database utilization and information retrieval,sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis,functional and structural prediction,and omics data analysis.These modules were integrated into a coherent research workflow that connected fragmented knowledge and technical skills.During implementation,flipped classroom and group collaboration methods were employed,alongside the establishment of a diversified assessment system emphasizing process evaluation.Teaching practice indicates that the reform effectively enhances students professional application skills,learning experience,and scientific literacy,facilitating a shift from"tool operation"to"problem-solving"capabilities.This study provides a reference model for the reform of bioinformatics experimental teaching in local universities. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the advantages of diversified teaching methods in the clinical instruction of operating room nursing interns. Methods: Twenty-one nursing interns who underwent internships in the operating room from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the control group and received conventional teaching methods. Another twenty-one nursing interns who underwent internships in the operating room from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the experimental group and received diversified teaching methods. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The experimental group scored higher than the control group in assessments, teaching satisfaction, and teaching quality evaluations, as well as in post-instruction professional identity scores (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Diversified teaching methods can enhance the professional competence of operating room nursing interns, cultivate their professional identity, and yield high teaching satisfaction, thereby improving teaching quality. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of an integrated teaching platform combining virtual reality(VR)technology and high-end simulators in practical obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods:A total of 39 interns who underwent obstetrics and gynecology internships from March 2023 to March 2024 were included in the reference group and received conventional practical teaching methods.Another 39 interns who underwent internships from April 2024 to April 2025 were included in the observation group and received the integrated teaching platform combining VR and high-end simulators.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group achieved higher assessment scores than the reference group,with higher scores in self-directed learning ability and clinical thinking ability after teaching,as well as higher teaching satisfaction(p<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated teaching platform combining VR and high-end simulators can improve the assessment scores of obstetrics and gynecology interns,cultivate their self-directed learning ability and clinical thinking ability,and achieve high teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

This study focuses on reconstructing the"reader-centered"paradigm in the teaching of high school English literary text reading,supported by Reception Aesthetics as its theoretical foundation.High school English literary text reading plays a significant role in cultivating students'language proficiency,cultural awareness,and aesthetic literacy.However,the current teaching practice in this area remains dominated by the traditional"teacher-centered"approach,which restricts students'active participation and the realization of the pluralistic value of literary texts.By integrating core concepts of Reception Aesthetics-such as"horizon of expectations,""structure of appeal,"and"interpretive community"-this research addresses the gap in existing studies,which have largely focused on the application of Reception Aesthetics in Chinese language teaching or college English instruction.Using literature research and classroom practice analysis,the study reconstructs the"reader-centered"paradigm across three dimensions:teaching objectives,teaching process,and evaluation methods.It also identifies practical challenges,including uneven student participation,time constraints,and difficulties in the teacher's role adaptation,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.Practical results demonstrate that this paradigm effectively enhances students'reading engagement,text interpretation skills,and critical thinking.Future research may further expand text types and integrate information technology to continuously improve teaching effectiveness. 展开更多

Guided by Orff’s music education philosophy,this study took Ningbo nursery rhyme“Madengdiao”as a case,constructed a three-stage teaching model of“disassembly-compilation-creation”,applied it to 32 children aged 5-6,and carried out a four-week music activity course.Through the systematic dismantling and re-creation of rhythm,language,and action,children’s rhythm perception,action coordination,language imitation,and cultural interest were significantly improved.The results show that the four core indicators were significantly improved,which verified the effectiveness of this model in the transformation of non-material cultural heritage nursery rhymes education and provided a replicable path for the systematic implementation of non-material cultural heritage courses in preschool education. 展开更多

The advent of digital and intelligent era has brought profound impacts to higher education in terms of teaching models,learning resources,teacher-student roles,and instructional management.Among them,local universities with relatively weak resources but large scale are particularly noteworthy.A questionnaire survey on the current situation of informative teaching among teachers from local universities found that their overall awareness of informative teaching is positive,but their ability structure is uneven,especially in data-driven teaching evaluation and human-machine collaborative design,where there are obvious shortcomings.Research has revealed that the development of teachers'informative teaching ability is influenced by internal factors such as intrinsic motivation and data literacy,as well as external factors such as training systems and school support.Based on this,a systematic improvement path of"concept guidance-precise empowerment-environmental support-institutional guarantee"four-in-one is proposed to provide practical reference for promoting the professional development of teachers from local universities and the digital transformation of higher education. 展开更多

The integration of information technology is introducing a new paradigm for dance classroom teaching in higher education,moving beyond the traditional,teacher-centered approach of oral transmission and physical demonstration.To investigate the effectiveness of the technology-enhanced teaching model in higher education dance courses,this study constructed a multimodal classroom behavior analysis coding system containing 23 teaching modes specifically designed for dance classroom characteristics.Using videos recorded a university’s Dance course(N=72 students,8 sessions)as a corpus,a learning analysis model was designed to annotate and analyze the multimodal behaviors in technology-integrated and traditional dance classrooms.Through lag sequential analysis and quantitative analysis of behavior coding,the results indicated that high-frequency modal combinations synergistically enhance the teaching effect,boosting knowledge transfer efficiency,cultural understanding,creative practice,and teacher-student interaction.The technology-integrated classroom demonstrates regular patterns in dance teaching behavior sequences.Furthermore,while both traditional and multimodal classrooms utilize language and movement,the multimodal approach emphasizes student-centered pedagogy and integrated educational technology,thereby expanding the use of non-body modalities such as video.These findings not only provide empirical evidence for optimizing technology integration in dance pedagogy but also establish a behavioral-level analytical framework for future research in performing arts education. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of lagging curriculum,weak practice,and single evaluation in the cultivation of HarmonyOS Development talents,this study constructs a“teacher-machine-student”ternary interactive teaching model based on the Congyou platform.Through the building block curriculum system,the HarmonyOS technology stack is decoupled into dynamic capability units,and a multi-disciplinary cross-case library is jointly built with Huawei,which significantly improves the synchronization of teaching content and industrial technology.This paper innovatively designs an AI collaborative teaching system,which employs knowledge graphs to plan learning paths,utilizes virtual equipment clusters to simulate development environments,and establishes a“diagnosis-feedback-enhancement”closed loop through AI-based review,thereby effectively improving students’development efficiency and code reuse rate.A three-dimensional evaluation model integrating task outcomes,process performance,and innovation is constructed,incorporating indicators such as code standardization and an innovation index to strengthen the cultivation of engineering thinking and innovative ability.Furthermore,a data-driven support platform is built to generate student competency profiles,open up the“credit-competency-certification”pathway,promote the transformation of course achievements into contributions to the Huawei ecosystem,and significantly shorten the job adaptation cycle for graduates.The research results provide a replicable paradigm for the cultivation of domestic operating system talents. 展开更多
