在诱导彭泽贝母鳞茎愈伤组织基础上,研究了培养过程中培养物生长、生物碱积累规律以及不同培养基和培养方式的影响。结果表明:培养50d的培养物,增殖倍数达到最高值为5.59倍,生物碱含量在60-70d出现最大值,最佳收获期为60d;基本... 在诱导彭泽贝母鳞茎愈伤组织基础上,研究了培养过程中培养物生长、生物碱积累规律以及不同培养基和培养方式的影响。结果表明:培养50d的培养物,增殖倍数达到最高值为5.59倍,生物碱含量在60-70d出现最大值,最佳收获期为60d;基本培养基以MS更利于彭泽贝母细胞的生长和生物碱的生产;液体培养有利于培养物的生长,而固体培养更利于细胞干物质积累。用目视法从愈伤组织中初步筛选出了2个优良细胞系:分别为淡白色系(z1系)和淡绿色系(z2系)。 展开更多
