目的调查上海市MSM HIV感染者自我管理水平现状,分析其影响因素,为后续构建提高MSM HIV感染者自我管理水平的干预方案提供依据。方法采用连续便利抽样方法选取2023年5-9月于上海市某艾滋病定点诊疗三甲医院门诊就诊的MSM HIV感染者作为... 目的调查上海市MSM HIV感染者自我管理水平现状,分析其影响因素,为后续构建提高MSM HIV感染者自我管理水平的干预方案提供依据。方法采用连续便利抽样方法选取2023年5-9月于上海市某艾滋病定点诊疗三甲医院门诊就诊的MSM HIV感染者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、疾病相关信息表、HIV/AIDS患者自我管理量表进行调查,运用方差分析、独立样本t检验进行单因素分析,采用多元线性回归进行多因素分析。结果本研究共收集有效问卷481份,发现上海市MSM HIV感染者自我管理得分为(180.11±31.20)分,得分率为73.51%。多因素分析显示,无宗教信仰(95%CI:-17.57~-1.842)、治疗时间大于180天(95%CI:3.177~33.903)、无症状(95%CI:-13.06~-1.112)、每周运动1~3天(95%CI:3.373~15.188)及每周运动3天以上(95%CI:0.224~15.727)、不使用助眠药物(95%CI:-20.127~-0.847)、过去3个月未发生无保护性行为(95%CI:-14.867~-0.387)、服药依从性超过95%(95%CI:4.936~17.993)组患者自我管理得分更高。结论上海市MSM HIV感染者自我管理受多种因素影响,在后续制定提高MSM HIV感染者自我管理水平的干预方案时应考虑患者个体化因素,如宗教信仰、治疗时间及疾病严重程度等。 展开更多

目的探讨IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17在男男性行为者(MSM)中HIV-1抗体阳性病例血浆表达及与病程进展的相关性。方法收集2017年6月—2019年12月未经抗逆转录病毒治疗(antiretroviral therapy,ART)的MSMHIV-1抗体阳性病例90例,健康体检者30例(对... 目的探讨IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17在男男性行为者(MSM)中HIV-1抗体阳性病例血浆表达及与病程进展的相关性。方法收集2017年6月—2019年12月未经抗逆转录病毒治疗(antiretroviral therapy,ART)的MSMHIV-1抗体阳性病例90例,健康体检者30例(对照组),在ART前和ART后9个月,对两组人群血浆细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17进行检测并比较。采用均数±标准差(x±s)对计量资料进行描述,采用配对t检验对治疗前后数据进行比较,单因素方差分析和最小显著差异(least significant difference,LSD)t检验进行组间比较,采用Pearson相关分析来分析各组感染者所测指标与疾病病程的相关性。结果ART前,HIV-1抗体阳性病例各组与对照组的IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17表达水平差异有统计学意义(F=25.068、35.042、37.772,P<0.05)。ART后,不同组别的IL-6、TNF-α均低于同期治疗前表达水平,IL-17高于同期治疗前表达水平,差异有统计学意义(F=5.054、5.567、7.658,P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,IL-6和TNF-α表达水平与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平呈负相关,与血浆病毒载量呈正相关(r=-0.567、-0.590、0.661、0.620,P<0.05);IL-17表达水平与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平呈正相关,与血浆病毒载量呈负相关(r=0.494、-0.426,P<0.05)。结论MSM中HIV-1感染者血浆IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17表达异常,其异常表达和机体免疫功能及疾病进展密切相关。 展开更多

喷墨打印制备Ga_(2)O_(3)探测器和MSM结构优化

日盲紫外通信技术因在200—280 nm波段的低背景噪声特性,在军事预警、深空探测及电网安全监测等领域具有重要应用价值。氧化镓作为一种超宽禁带半导体材料,对日盲紫外波段具有本征响应特性,因此成为日盲紫外探测器用材料的研究热点。然... 日盲紫外通信技术因在200—280 nm波段的低背景噪声特性,在军事预警、深空探测及电网安全监测等领域具有重要应用价值。氧化镓作为一种超宽禁带半导体材料,对日盲紫外波段具有本征响应特性,因此成为日盲紫外探测器用材料的研究热点。然而,传统氧化镓薄膜制备技术(如化学气相沉积、射频磁控溅射和分子束外延等)存在高温、高真空的需求,以及难以大面积均匀成膜等问题。喷墨打印技术具有低成本、高效率、可大面积制备等优点,为氧化镓基光电探测器的制备提供了新思路,但传统平面MSM电极结构在喷墨打印过程中易出现短路风险,限制了其大规模应用。基于此,提出了一种立体金属-半导体-金属(MSM)电极结构,其采用单电极-氧化镓薄膜-单电极的三层夹心设计,有效解决了喷墨打印过程中电极短路的问题,并突破了传统平面MSM电极的物理间距限制。实验结果表明,基于立体MSM结构的探测器在254 nm波段表现出优异的光电性能,其中光电流达2.8×10^(-6) A、响应度达482.7 A·W^(-1)、探测度达到6.9×10^(14) Jones,外量子效率高达2.3×10^(3)%。此外,喷墨打印技术实现了探测器的全流程制备,简化了生产流程,降低了成本,为氧化镓基日盲紫外探测器的高效、低成本制备提供了新方法。同时,提出的立体MSM电极结构,能够有效解决喷墨打印的短路问题,提高MSM电极的性能和集成度。此外,通过喷墨打印技术实现了探测器的全流程制备,包括电极图案打印和氧化镓薄膜打印,极大简化了探测器的生产流程。这一研究为氧化镓基日盲紫外探测器的大规模生产和实际应用提供了理论和技术支持,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。 展开更多

青海省2007―2023年新报告MSM中HIV/AIDS患者晚发现及相关因素

目的分析2007―2023年青海省新报告MSM中HIV/AIDS患者的晚发现状况及相关因素。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息管理系统中获取2007―2023年青海省新报告、经同性性传播感染的HIV/AIDS患者数据,描述晚发现患者的人口学基本特征,运用单因素分... 目的分析2007―2023年青海省新报告MSM中HIV/AIDS患者的晚发现状况及相关因素。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息管理系统中获取2007―2023年青海省新报告、经同性性传播感染的HIV/AIDS患者数据,描述晚发现患者的人口学基本特征,运用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析晚发现的相关因素。结果2007―2023年青海省新报告MSM中HIV/AIDS患者共计1876例,其中晚发现比例为47.44%(890例),呈逐年下降趋势(χ^(2)_(趋势)=50.726,P<0.001),多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示年龄、职业、婚姻状况、户籍、受教育程度、样本来源是晚发现的相关因素。诊断时年龄≥60岁年龄患者的晚发现风险比15~19岁患者更高(OR=7.823,95%CI:3.266~18.777),企、事业单位患者晚发现风险比体力劳动患者更高(OR=1.68195%CI:1.134~2.493),已婚有配偶患者的晚发现风险比离异或丧偶患者高(OR=1.809,95%CI:1.306~2.506),外省户籍的晚发现风险低于本省户籍(OR=0.717,95%CI:0.518~0.994),受教育程度为大专及以上的晚发现风险低于小学及以下(OR=0.473,95%CI:0.340~0.657),自愿咨询检测发现患者的晚发现风险低于医疗机构发现患者(OR=0.539,95%CI:0.433~0.670)。结论青海省2007―2022年新报告的MSM中HIV/AIDS患者晚发现比例较高,但呈逐年下降趋势。防控应聚焦重点的MSM群体,实施针对不同MSM群体的防控措施,全方位满足检测需求,有效降低晚发现比例。 展开更多

目的了解青岛市MSM对非职业暴露后预防(nPEP)的知信行现状,分析“既往使用”和“近期使用”的相关因素,为nPEP推广应用提供参考。方法采用横断面研究设计,于2023年4月至2024年1月,通过滚雪球抽样方式在青岛市MSM中招募研究对象,通过面... 目的了解青岛市MSM对非职业暴露后预防(nPEP)的知信行现状,分析“既往使用”和“近期使用”的相关因素,为nPEP推广应用提供参考。方法采用横断面研究设计,于2023年4月至2024年1月,通过滚雪球抽样方式在青岛市MSM中招募研究对象,通过面对面访谈的形式收集研究对象的人口学信息、行为学信息以及nPEP知晓和使用情况等信息。计算研究对象nPEP知晓率、意愿接受率和使用率。χ^(2)检验用于比较不同使用情况的MSM各变量的分布情况,使用Logistic回归方程分析既往和近期nPEP使用的相关因素。结果共调查561名MSM,nPEP知晓率为77.5%,意愿使用率36.7%,总体使用率30.7%,其中,既往使用率28.7%,近期使用率5.2%。以既往nPEP使用为因变量,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,月收入≥5000元(a OR=2.23,95%CI:1.38~3.61)、近6个月有HIV阳性性伴(a OR=9.64,95%CI:2.00~46.52)、周围有人使用nPEP(aOR=3.18,95%CI:1.94~5.21)、nPEP知晓(aOR=3.77,95%CI:2.03~7.00)、具有nPEP使用意愿(a OR=7.90,95%CI:4.69~13.32)是使用nPEP的促进因素,而有配偶(aOR=0.44,95%CI:0.23~0.82)是使用nPEP的阻碍因素。以近期nPEP使用为因变量,近6个月患有性病(aOR=5.05,95%CI:1.16~21.98)、nPEP知晓(aOR=7.84,95%CI:1.69~36.32)、具有nPEP使用意愿(aOR=11.30,95%CI:2.90~43.98)是使用nPEP的促进因素。结论青岛市MSM的nPEP知晓率与使用率差距明显。经济水平、同伴支持和婚姻状况是影响既往使用的关键因素,而性病史等近期健康风险事件则主要驱动近期使用。提示nPEP推广需构建分阶段、多维度的服务支持体系以应对不同挑战。 展开更多

To analyze the differences in the transport and distribution of different types of proppants and to address issues such as the short effective support of proppant and poor placement in hydraulically intersecting fractures,this study considered the combined impact of geological-engineering factors on conductivity.Using reservoir production parameters and the discrete elementmethod,multispherical proppants were constructed.Additionally,a 3D fracture model,based on the specified conditions of the L block,employed coupled(Computational Fluid Dynamics)CFD-DEM(Discrete ElementMethod)for joint simulations to quantitatively analyze the transport and placement patterns of multispherical proppants in intersecting fractures.Results indicate that turbulent kinetic energy is an intrinsic factor affecting proppant transport.Moreover,the efficiency of placement and migration distance of low-sphericity quartz sand constructed by the DEM in the main fracture are significantly reduced compared to spherical ceramic proppants,with a 27.7%decrease in the volume fraction of the fracture surface,subsequently affecting the placement concentration and damaging fracture conductivity.Compared to small-angle fractures,controlling artificial and natural fractures to expand at angles of 45°to 60°increases the effective support length by approximately 20.6%.During hydraulic fracturing of gas wells,ensuring the fracture support area and post-closure conductivity can be achieved by controlling the sphericity of proppants and adjusting the perforation direction to control the direction of artificial fractures. 展开更多

中国MSM梅毒感染危险因素的Meta分析

目的通过Meta分析明确中国MSM感染梅毒的影响因素。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、维普、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关于中国MSM感染梅毒影响因素的所有研究,检索时限为建库至... 目的通过Meta分析明确中国MSM感染梅毒的影响因素。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、维普、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关于中国MSM感染梅毒影响因素的所有研究,检索时限为建库至2024年8月。采用Stata15.0对纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入56项研究,总样本量为75281例。Meta分析结果显示,居住属性、首次性行为年龄≤18岁、临时性伴侣、多性伴、无保护性肛交、群交、商业性行为或曾从事商业性服务、插入方/被插入方兼有、没有坚持使用安全套、HIV和HSV-2阳性、性病史、吸毒史以及药物使用史等是MSM感染梅毒的主要影响因素,其中与女性发生性行为、固定伴侣以及坚持使用安全套是其保护性因素。结论在患者的社会文化背景、个体性行为特征、疾病和不良习惯几个维度中,个体性行为特征是MSM梅毒感染的主要影响因素,提示在针对MSM的梅毒防控工作中,需结合该群体的多元特征制定综合措施,从而有效阻断梅毒在该群体中的传播链条。 展开更多

This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standard system was established for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD.There were obvious changes in the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and volatile flavor components at different storage periods,which affected the sensory evaluation of HTD to a certain extent.The results of high-throughput sequencing revealed significant microbial diversity,and showed that the bacterial community changed significantly more than did the fungal community.During the storage process,the dominant bacterial genera were Kroppenstedtia and Thermoascus.The correlation between dominant microorganisms and quality indicators highlighted their role in HTD quality.Lactococcus,Candida,Pichia,Paecilomyces,and protease activity played a crucial role in the formation of isovaleraldehyde.Acidic protease activity had the greatest impact on the microbial community.Moisture promoted isobutyric acid generation.Furthermore,the comprehensive quality evaluation standard system was established by the entropy weight method combined with multi-factor fuzzy mathematics.Consequently,this study provides innovative insights for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD during storage and establishes a groundwork for scientific and rational storage of HTD and quality control of sauce-flavor Baijiu. 展开更多

In situ stress inversion using nonlinear stress boundaries achieved by the bubbling method 被引量:1

Due to the heterogeneity of rock masses and the variability of in situ stress,the traditional linear inversion method is insufficiently accurate to achieve high accuracy of the in situ stress field.To address this challenge,nonlinear stress boundaries for a numerical model are determined through regression analysis of a series of nonlinear coefficient matrices,which are derived from the bubbling method.Considering the randomness and flexibility of the bubbling method,a parametric study is conducted to determine recommended ranges for these parameters,including the standard deviation(σb)of bubble radii,the non-uniform coefficient matrix number(λ)for nonlinear stress boundaries,and the number(m)and positions of in situ stress measurement points.A model case study provides a reference for the selection of these parameters.Additionally,when the nonlinear in situ stress inversion method is employed,stress distortion inevitably occurs near model boundaries,aligning with the Saint Venant's principle.Two strategies are proposed accordingly:employing a systematic reduction of nonlinear coefficients to achieve high inversion accuracy while minimizing significant stress distortion,and excluding regions with severe stress distortion near the model edges while utilizing the central part of the model for subsequent simulations.These two strategies have been successfully implemented in the nonlinear in situ stress inversion of the Xincheng Gold Mine and have achieved higher inversion accuracy than the linear method.Specifically,the linear and nonlinear inversion methods yield root mean square errors(RMSE)of 4.15 and 3.2,and inversion relative errors(δAve)of 22.08%and 17.55%,respectively.Therefore,the nonlinear inversion method outperforms the traditional multiple linear regression method,even in the presence of a systematic reduction in the nonlinear stress boundaries. 展开更多

The separation-of-variable(SOV)methods,such as the improved SOV method,the variational SOV method,and the extended SOV method,have been proposed by the present authors and coworkers to obtain the closed-form analytical solutions for free vibration and eigenbuckling of rectangular plates and circular cylindrical shells.By taking the free vibration of rectangular thin plates as an example,this work presents the theoretical framework of the SOV methods in an instructive way,and the bisection–based solution procedures for a group of nonlinear eigenvalue equations.Besides,the explicit equations of nodal lines of the SOV methods are presented,and the relations of nodal line patterns and frequency orders are investigated.It is concluded that the highly accurate SOV methods have the same accuracy for all frequencies,the mode shapes about repeated frequencies can also be precisely captured,and the SOV methods do not have the problem of missing roots as well. 展开更多

Soil improvement is one of the most important issues in geotechnical engineering practice.The wide application of traditional improvement techniques(cement/chemical materials)are limited due to damage ecological en-vironment and intensify carbon emissions.However,the use of microbially induced calcium carbonate pre-cipitation(MICP)to obtain bio-cement is a novel technique with the potential to induce soil stability,providing a low-carbon,environment-friendly,and sustainable integrated solution for some geotechnical engineering pro-blems in the environment.This paper presents a comprehensive review of the latest progress in soil improvement based on the MICP strategy.It systematically summarizes and overviews the mineralization mechanism,influ-encing factors,improved methods,engineering characteristics,and current field application status of the MICP.Additionally,it also explores the limitations and correspondingly proposes prospective applications via the MICP approach for soil improvement.This review indicates that the utilization of different environmental calcium-based wastes in MICP and combination of materials and MICP are conducive to meeting engineering and market demand.Furthermore,we recommend and encourage global collaborative study and practice with a view to commercializing MICP technique in the future.The current review purports to provide insights for engineers and interdisciplinary researchers,and guidance for future engineering applications. 展开更多

为研究城市轨道交通车辆客室车门动作时间精准性,门的动作主要依靠直流无刷电机的驱动,所以门动作判断的根本,是对电机运动状态的判读,门运动过程中由于电机码盘线受杂波干扰,系统无法准确寻找计时点从而影响系统判断门运动时间;建立波... 为研究城市轨道交通车辆客室车门动作时间精准性,门的动作主要依靠直流无刷电机的驱动,所以门动作判断的根本,是对电机运动状态的判读,门运动过程中由于电机码盘线受杂波干扰,系统无法准确寻找计时点从而影响系统判断门运动时间;建立波形矫正模型,利用数学方法校准波形,让MCU找出最佳计时点并处理(误差不超过10ms),采用最小二乘法模型,通过最小化误差的平方和找到一组数据的最佳函数匹配,求得未知的数据,并使得这些求得的数据与实际数据之间误差的平方和为最小,可精准地得到门动作时间。模拟测试结果表明,门动作时间测算误差所示其误差为7.42ms,小于10ms。 展开更多

青年学生MSM亚群体HIV感染风险差异及精准化防控策略研究

目的探讨青年学生MSM亚群体HIV感染风险差异特征,评估精准化防控干预策略的效果。方法选取2022年2月至2025年2月期间62例青年学生MSM群体,随机分为对照组31例和观察组31例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施精准化防控干预策略,包括... 目的探讨青年学生MSM亚群体HIV感染风险差异特征,评估精准化防控干预策略的效果。方法选取2022年2月至2025年2月期间62例青年学生MSM群体,随机分为对照组31例和观察组31例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施精准化防控干预策略,包括个性化风险评估、同伴教育、心理支持等。比较两组干预前后HIV检测依从性、高危行为改变情况、预防知识掌握度及心理健康状况。结果干预后,观察组HIV检测依从性(90.32%)明显高于对照组(70.97%),高危行为发生率(19.35%)显著低于对照组(48.39%),预防知识掌握度评分(87.5±8.2)高于对照组(72.3±9.7),心理健康评分(76.8±7.4)优于对照组(65.2±8.9),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准化防控策略能有效降低青年学生MSM群体HIV感染风险,提高防控效果。 展开更多

传统滑模观测器(SMO)在估算电机转速和转子位置时存在抖振较强以及转速误差波动较大等问题,为解决以上问题,引入了一种改进型指数趋近律,并且用光滑的双曲正切函数代替传统的符号函数,降低了系统的高频抖振;采用积分滑模面代替传统的滑... 传统滑模观测器(SMO)在估算电机转速和转子位置时存在抖振较强以及转速误差波动较大等问题,为解决以上问题,引入了一种改进型指数趋近律,并且用光滑的双曲正切函数代替传统的符号函数,降低了系统的高频抖振;采用积分滑模面代替传统的滑模面,消除了定子电阻的影响,并用Lyapunov第二方法证明了该方法的稳定性;最后,为了保证电机运行时有较高的观测精度,通过改进锁相环代替反正切函数和相位补偿。并基于Simulink搭建仿真模型来验证可行性,经仿真对比分析,本文设计的观测器在转速突变和加入负载后转速误差范围从-10 r/min~10 r/min降低至-0.1 r/min~0.4 r/min,转子位置误差降低了44.4%。表明了设计的观测器具有良好的动态响应性能,并且能有效地降低高频抖振,提高了观测精度,具有较好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

To quantify the seismic resilience of buildings,a method for evaluating functional loss from the component level to the overall building is proposed,and the dual-parameter seismic resilience assessment method based on postearthquake loss and recovery time is improved.A threelevel function tree model is established,which can consider the dynamic changes in weight coefficients of different category of components relative to their functional losses.Bayesian networks are utilized to quantify the impact of weather conditions,construction technology levels,and worker skill levels on component repair time.A method for determining the real-time functional recovery curve of buildings based on the component repair process is proposed.Taking a three-story teaching building as an example,the seismic resilience indices under basic earthquakes and rare earthquakes are calculated.The results show that the seismic resilience grade of the teaching building is comprehensively judged as GradeⅢ,and its resilience grade is more significantly affected by postearthquake loss.The proposed method can be used to predict the seismic resilience of buildings prior to earthquakes,identify weak components within buildings,and provide guidance for taking measures to enhance the seismic resilience of buildings. 展开更多

Ocean energy has progressively gained considerable interest due to its sufficient potential to meet the world’s energy demand,and the blade is the core component in electricity generation from the ocean current.However,the widened hydraulic excitation frequency may satisfy the blade resonance due to the time variation in the velocity and angle of attack of the ocean current,even resulting in blade fatigue and destructively interfering with grid stability.A key parameter that determines the resonance amplitude of the blade is the hydrodynamic damping ratio(HDR).However,HDR is difficult to obtain due to the complex fluid-structure interaction(FSI).Therefore,a literature review was conducted on the hydrodynamic damping characteristics of blade-like structures.The experimental and simulation methods used to identify and obtain the HDR quantitatively were described,placing emphasis on the experimental processes and simulation setups.Moreover,the accuracy and efficiency of different simulation methods were compared,and the modal work approach was recommended.The effects of key typical parameters,including flow velocity,angle of attack,gap,rotational speed,and cavitation,on the HDR were then summarized,and the suggestions on operating conditions were presented from the perspective of increasing the HDR.Subsequently,considering multiple flow parameters,several theoretical derivations and semi-empirical prediction formulas for HDR were introduced,and the accuracy and application were discussed.Based on the shortcomings of the existing research,the direction of future research was finally determined.The current work offers a clear understanding of the HDR of blade-like structures,which could improve the evaluation accuracy of flow-induced vibration in the design stage. 展开更多

The self-assembled nanoparticles(SAN)formed during the decoction process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exhibit non-uniform particle sizes and a tendency for aggregation.Our group found that the p H-driven method can improve the self-assembly phenomenon of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.,and the SAN exhibited uniform particle size and demonstrated good stability.In this paper,we analyzed the interactions between the main active compound,herpetrione(Her),and its main carrier,Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.polysaccharide(HCWP),along with their self-assembly mechanisms under different p H values.The binding constants of Her and HCWP increase with rising p H,leading to the formation of Her-HCWP SAN with a smaller particle size,higher zeta potential,and improved thermal stability.While the contributions of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic attraction to the formation of Her-HCWP SAN increase with rising p H,the hydrophobic force consistently plays a dominant role.This study enhances our scientific understanding of the self-assembly phenomenon of TCM improved by p H driven method. 展开更多
