如何推动企业践行ESG理念是一个重要的研究话题。已有研究大多关注企业ESG表现的影响因素,但鲜少探究多因素共同作用下企业ESG表现的复杂驱动机理。本文以2022年我国A股重污染行业上市企业为样本,基于AMO理论视角,构建“能力—动机—机... 如何推动企业践行ESG理念是一个重要的研究话题。已有研究大多关注企业ESG表现的影响因素,但鲜少探究多因素共同作用下企业ESG表现的复杂驱动机理。本文以2022年我国A股重污染行业上市企业为样本,基于AMO理论视角,构建“能力—动机—机会”分析框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,识别并分析驱动企业ESG表现的多因素组态路径。研究结果表明:高水平ESG表现主要源于多重因素的协同驱动效应,而单一因素主导的驱动效应并不显著;存在7条“和而不同”的协同驱动路径,可归纳为“能力—机会”型、“动机—机会”型、“能力—动机”型与“能力—动机—机会”型四种类型;在能力不足的情况下,机会因素表现出不可替代性特征。进一步研究发现,存在正向影响企业财务绩效的6条驱动路径,为企业ESG经济后果的情境研究提供了新的经验证据。 展开更多

Understanding the differences in yield traits of rice among pothole seedling of mechanical transplanting (PSMT), carpet seedling of mechanical transplanting (CSMT) and mechanical direct seeding (MDS) is of great importance not only for rice scientists but also for rice farmers to develop a high-yield production system under mechanical conditions in a rice-wheat rotation system. However, such traits are yet to be studied among rice varieties ofjaponica-indica hybrid rice (JIHR),japonica conventional rice (JCR) and indica hybrid rice (IHR). Field experiments were conducted in 2014 and 2015, where six cultivars of the three rice types JIHR, JCR and IHR were grown individually with PSMT, CSMT and MDS methods, under respective managements for each method to achieve the maximum attainable yield. Results showed that (i) the PSMT significantly increased grain yield of JIHR by 22.0 and 7.1%, of JCR by 15.6 and 3.7% and of I HR by 22.5 and 7.4%, compared to MDS and CSMT on average across the two years, respectively. The highest yield was produced by the combination of JIHR and PSMT; (ii) high yield under PSMT was mainly attributed to large sink capacity and high-efficient dry matter accumulation. With sufficient panicles per hectare, the increase of spikelet number per panicle, especially the increase in spikelet number of the secondary rachis-branches was determined to be the optimal approach for developing a large sink capacity for rice under PSMT. The optimal tillers development, large leaf area index at heading stage, and high leaf area duration, crop growth rate and net assimilation rate during grain-filling phase could be the cause of sufficient dry matter accumulation for rice under PSMT; (iii) moreover, the PSMT favored plant growth as well as enriched the stems plus sheaths during grain-filling phase, as compared with CSMT and MDS. These results suggest that PSMT may be an alternative approach to increasing grain yield in a rice-wheat rotation system in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China. 展开更多

A novel method was developed to deposit a large crystal diamond with good facets up to 1000 μm on a tungsten substrate using a microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD). This method consists of two steps, namely single-crystal nucleation and growth. Prior to the fabrication of the well-faceted, large crystal diamond, an investigation was made into the nucleation and growth of the diamond which were affected by the O2 concentration and substrate temperature. Deposited diamond crystals were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and micro-Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the conditions of single-crystal nucleation were appropriate when the ratio of H2/CH4/O2 was about 200/7.0/2.0, while the sub- strate temperature Ts of 1000℃ to 1050℃ was the appropriate range for single-crystal diamond growth. Under the optimum parameters, a well-faeeted large crystal diamond was obtained. 展开更多

The Large sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST)is a Chinese national scientific research facility operated by National Astronomical Observatories,Chinese Academy of Sciences(NAOC).The LAMOST survey for the Milky Way Galaxy and extra-galactic objects has been carried out for several years.The accuracies in measuring radial velocity are expected to be 5 km s-1 for the low resolution spectroscopic survey(R=1800),and 1 km s-1 for the medium resolution mode.The stability of spectrograph is the main factor affecting the accuracies in measuring radial velocity,so an Active Flexure Compensation Method(AFCM)based on Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)is proposed in this paper.It utilizes a deep BP(4-layer,5-layer etc.)model of thermal-induced flexure to periodically predict and apply flexure corrections by commanding the corresponding tilt and tip motions to the camera.The spectrograph camera system is adjusted so that the positions of these spots match those in a reference image.The simulated calibration of this compensation method analytically illustrates its performance on LAMOST spectrograph. 展开更多

Objective This study aimed to examine the sleep arrangements and soothing methods and to assess their associations with sleep problems among children aged<3 years in China.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2019 from six provinces in China.A total of 1,195 caregivers of children aged 0–35 months were included in the study.Data on sleep arrangements,soothing methods,and sleep problems(i.e.,frequent night awakenings and difficulty falling asleep)were assessed using the Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire.The reasons for bed-sharing in sleep arrangements were recorded using a self-designed questionnaire.Results The bed-sharing practice was very prevalent at any age,which ranged from 69.9%to 78.3%.Most infants fell asleep while feeding or being rocked/held before age 12 months.By age 35 months,62.4%of the children fell asleep in bed near parents.The most common reasons for bed-sharing were breastfeeding/feeding and convenience.Parental involvement when falling asleep was significantly related with frequent night awakenings and difficulty falling asleep.No association was found between bed-sharing and sleep.Conclusion Bed-sharing and parental involvement were very common among Chinese children aged<3 years.Children who fall asleep with parental involvement were more likely to have sleep problems. 展开更多

We present a statistical method to derive the stellar density profiles of the Milky Way from spectroscopic survey data,taking into account selection effects.We assume the selection function,which can be altered during observations and data reductions,of the spectroscopic survey is based on photometric colors and magnitude.Then the underlying selection function for a line-of-sight can be recovered well by comparing the distribution of the spectroscopic stars in a color-magnitude plane with that of the photometric dataset.Subsequently,the stellar density profile along a line-of-sight can be derived from the spectroscopically measured stellar density profile multiplied by the selection function.The method is validated using Galaxia mock data with two different selection functions.We demonstrate that the derived stellar density profiles reconstruct the true ones well not only for the full set of targets,but also for sub-populations selected from the full dataset.Finally,the method is applied to map the density pro-files for the Galactic disk and halo,using the LAMOST RGB stars.The Galactic disk extends to about R=19 kpc,where the disk still contributes about 10%to the total stellar surface density.Beyond this radius,the disk smoothly transitions to the halo without any truncation,bending or breaking.Moreover,no over-density corresponding to the Monoceros ring is found in the Galactic anti-center direction.The disk shows moderate north-south asymmetry at radii larger than 12 kpc.On the other hand,the R-Z tomographic map directly shows that the stellar halo is substantially oblate within a Galactocentric radius of 20 kpc and gradually becomes nearly spherical beyond 30 kpc. 展开更多

The optimization of metamorphic mechanisms is different from that of the conventional mechanisms for its characteristics of multi-configuration. There exist complex coupled design variables and constraints in its multiple different configuration optimization models. To achieve the compatible optimized results of these coupled design variables, an optimization method for metamorphic mechanisms is developed in the paper based on the principle of multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO). Firstly, the optimization characteristics of the metamorphic mechanism are summarized distinctly by proposing the classification of design variables and constraints as well as coupling interactions among its different configuration optimization models. Further, collaborative optimization technique which is used in MDO is adopted for achieving the overall optimization performance. The whole optimization process is then proposed by constructing a two-level hierarchical scheme with global optimizer and configuration optimizer loops. The method is demonstrated by optimizing a planar five-bar metamorphic mechanism which has two configurations,and results show that it can achieve coordinated optimization results for the same parameters in different configuration optimization models. 展开更多

This paper reprots that with Ni-based catalyst/solvent and with a dopant of NAN3, large green single crystal diamonds with perfect shape are successfully synthesized by temperature gradient method under high pressure and high temperature in a China-type cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus (SPD-6 × 1200), and the highest nitrogen concentration reaches approximately 121-1257 ppm calculated by infrared absorption spectra. The synthesis conditions are about 5.5 CPa and 1240-1300 ℃. The growth behaviour of diamond with high-nitrogen concentration is investigated in detail. The results show that, with increasing the content of NaN3 added in synthesis system, the width of synthesis temperature region for growth high-quality diamonds becomes narrower, and the morphology of diamond crystal is changed from cube-octahedral to octahedral at same temperature and pressure, the crystal growth rate is slowed down, nevertheless, the nitrogen concentration doped in synthetic diamond increases. 展开更多

The [α/Fe] ratios in stars are good tracers to probe the formation history of stellar populations and the chemical evolution of the Galaxy. The spectroscopic survey of LAMOST provides a good opportunity to determine [α/Fe] of millions of stars in the Galaxy. We present a method of measuring the [α/Fe]ratios from LAMOST spectra using the template-matching technique of the LSP3 pipeline. We use three test samples of stars selected from the ELODIE and MILES libraries, as well as the LEGUE survey to validate our method. Based on the test results, we conclude that our method is valid for measuring [α/Fe]from low-resolution spectra acquired by the LAMOST survey. Within the range of the stellar parameters Teff= [5000, 7500] K, log g = [1.0, 5.0] dex and [Fe/H]= [onsistent with values derived from high-resolution spectra,-1.5, +0.5] dex, our [α/Fe] measurements are c and the accuracy of our [α/Fe] measurements from LAMOST spectra is better than 0.1 dex with spectral signal-to-noise higher than 20. 展开更多

The Nei's improved genetic distance(DA)and gene flow(Nm)were measured using sixteen microsatellite markers.Dendograms based on DA genetic distance using the neighbor-joining(NJ)method and STRUCTURE program were constructed to analyze the genetic structure and relationship among 10 Chinese indigenous chicken breeds.The results showed that dendograms of DA genetic distance using the NJ method divided the 10 chicken breeds into two main clusters;one consisted of breeds of low weight body(CHA,TTB,XIA,GUS and BAI),the other contained heavier breeds(LAN,DAG,YOU,XIS and LUY).In the lighter breeds,TIB and CHA clustered together,as did XIA and GUS.In the heavier breeds,XIS and LUY was clustered together in one branch,but LAN,DAG and YOU clustered in independent branches.The results were consistent with Nm estimates among the 10 indigenous chicken breeds.The STRUCTURE program properly inferred the presence of genetic structure despite not pre-defining the origin of individuals.The genetic cluster inferred by STRUCTURE was basically the same as that from the DA distance clustering method.An advantage of the STRUCTURE program was its ability to identify the migrants and admixed individuals in the 10 chicken populations;this could not be achieved by use of the DA distance clustering method. 展开更多

In this paper, a hybrid method based on the collocation and Newton-Kantorovich methods is used for solving the nonlinear singular Thomas-Fermi equation. At first, by using the Newton-Kantorovich method, the nonlinear problem is converted to a sequence of linear differential equations, and then, the fractional order of rational Legendre functions are introduced and used for solving linear differential equations at each iteration based on the collocation method. Moreover, the boundary conditions of the problem by using Ritz method without domain truncation method are satisfied. In the end, the obtained results compare with other published in the literature to show the performance of the method, and the amounts of residual error are very small, which indicates the convergence of the method. 展开更多
