The system is easy to set and modify welding process parameters by keyboards, and display information of welding site by LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). As one part of multi-task system about TIG welding machine, the coordination of man-machine interaction system with other tasks is the main point to the stability and reliability of its operation. Experiments result indicates that the system is stable, operation-flexible, high precision, and anti-interfering. 展开更多

Function allocation is one of the necessary stages in the design course of man-machine systems since appropriate function allocation makes the whole system more effective, reliable and inexpensive. Therefore, our research mainly focuses on the problems of function allocation between man and machine in man-machine systems, analyses each capability advantage of man and machine according to their respective inherent characteristics and makes a comparison between them. In view of highly uncertain characteristics of decision attribute value in the practical process, we introduce the uncertain linguistic multiple attribute decision making (ULMADM) method in the function allocation process. Meanwhile, we also use the uncertain extended weighted arithmetic averaging (UEWAA) method to determine the automation level range of the operator functions. Then, we eventually estab- lish the automation level of man-machine function allocation by using the multi-attribute decision making algorithm, which is combined by UEWAA and uncertain linguistic hybrid aggregation (ULHA) operators. Finally, an example about function allocation is given, that is, fault diagnosis in the cockpit of civil aircraft. The final result of the example demonstrates that the proposed method about function allocation is feasible and effective. 展开更多

MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a class of small noncoding RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate the expression of many target genes via mRNA degradation or translation inhibition. Many studies have shown that miRNAs are involved in the modulation of gene expression and replication of hepatitis B virus(HBV) and hepatitis C virus(HCV) and play a pivotal role in host-virus interactions. Increasing evidence also demonstrates that viral infection leads to alteration of the miRNA expression profile in hepatic tissues or circulation. The deregulated miRNAs participate in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)initiation and progression by functioning as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes by targeting various genes involved in cancer-related signaling pathways. The distinct expression pattern of miRNAs may be a useful marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of virus-related diseases considering the limitation of currently used biomarkers. Moreover, the role of deregulated miRNA in host-virus interactions and HCC development suggested that miRNAs may serve as therapeutic targets or astools. In this review, we summarize the recent findings about the deregulation and the role of miRNAs during HBV/HCV infection and HCC development, and we discuss the possible mechanism of action of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of virus-related diseases. Furthermore, we discuss the potential of using miRNAs as markers for diagnosis and prognosis as well as therapeutic targets and drugs. 展开更多

在深厚软弱海床中修建跨海隧道并确保其地震安全是一项重大的工程挑战。竖向(P波)和水平向(SV波)地震动耦合作用导致海床土体产生复杂的流固耦合效应,即土体受到正应力差和剪应力的三维耦合剪切作用,瞬态超孔隙水压力呈振荡与累积两种... 在深厚软弱海床中修建跨海隧道并确保其地震安全是一项重大的工程挑战。竖向(P波)和水平向(SV波)地震动耦合作用导致海床土体产生复杂的流固耦合效应,即土体受到正应力差和剪应力的三维耦合剪切作用,瞬态超孔隙水压力呈振荡与累积两种增长模式且引起土体循环软化。基于扩展Masing法则构造了粘弹塑性应力应变滞回曲线,基于Biot动力固结方程以及对剪应力和正应力差耦合剪切引起的不可逆性体应变的数学描述,建立了饱和砂土有效应力本构模型;基于FLAC3D平台对该本构模型进行了二次开发,对室内单元试验数值模拟结果表明,建立的有效应力本构模型能够反映饱和砂土的孔压增长规律和液化过程。以渤海实际钻孔为场地条件,建立了沉管隧道-砂质海床相互作用模型,对竖向-水平向地震动耦合作用下沉管隧道的动力稳定性进行了数值模拟,揭示了双向地震动作用下沉管隧道-海床体系的动力相互作用机理及海床的渐进液化规律,明确了沉管隧道失稳的控制性因素为抗浮力的减小和上浮力的增大。上述研究成果可为海底沉管隧道的抗震设计提供参考依据。 展开更多

驾驶风格是交通路口左转事故的主要成因,研究直行车面对不同驾驶风格的左转车速度变化能有效解释事故发生的原因,因此通过对北京市昌平区、海淀区、平谷区的三个交通路口进行实地观测,通过录像记录左转车转向角度,速度等指标以及直行车... 驾驶风格是交通路口左转事故的主要成因,研究直行车面对不同驾驶风格的左转车速度变化能有效解释事故发生的原因,因此通过对北京市昌平区、海淀区、平谷区的三个交通路口进行实地观测,通过录像记录左转车转向角度,速度等指标以及直行车速度变化情况。观测时间选取7个工作日和4个节假日的高峰与非高峰时段。通过转向角度、速度等指标对左转车驾驶风格分类并比较其对直行车速度的影响。结果表明:左转车辆为激进型驾驶风格时,在工作日直行车大部分会保持原速行驶,因此容易导致事故的发生;在节假日大部分会选择减速行驶。面对保守型驾驶风格时,在工作日驾驶员大部分会选择保持原速行驶,在节假日依然如此。可见在时间的影响下,激进型的驾驶风格可能会诱发交互车辆的激进型行为;而保守型驾驶在任何时段下都会诱发交互车辆的激进型行为。研究所得结果可为预测混合交通的潜在后果提供参考,从而在未来使自动驾驶汽车更好融入混合交通道路中。 展开更多

本文针对BH分子的硼同位素(^(10,11)BH)的三个解离通道,深入探讨了其低能电子态的特性。为了获取BH分子精确的光谱数据,采用完全活性空间自洽场方法(CASSCF)和多参考组态相互作用结合戴维森修正(MRCI+Q)方法。推导并分析了势能曲线、电... 本文针对BH分子的硼同位素(^(10,11)BH)的三个解离通道,深入探讨了其低能电子态的特性。为了获取BH分子精确的光谱数据,采用完全活性空间自洽场方法(CASSCF)和多参考组态相互作用结合戴维森修正(MRCI+Q)方法。推导并分析了势能曲线、电子组态及固有偶极矩,同时首次计算了1BH的部分激发态光谱常数,为理解该分子的电子结构提供了新的视角。此外,通过求解核运动的径向Schrodinger方程,得到了相应电子态的振-转光谱常数。为全面理解BH分子的跃迁性质,计算了跃迁偶极矩、Franck-Condon因子、振动分支比以及A^(1)П态的辐射寿命等关键参数,并详细分析了^(11)BH分子A^(1)П态的预解离机理。这些计算结果表明,^(11)BH分子具有成为多普勒激光冷却候选者的潜力。因此,我们进一步提出了使用A^(1)П(ν′)-X^(1)∑^(+)(ν″)跃迁进行激光冷却的方案。这一跃迁具有高度对角线的F-C因子(f_(00)=0.9991)和较短的辐射寿命(τ_(00)=124.23ns),是实现激光冷却的理想选择。本文设计了波长为432.48nm的主激光驱动冷却循环方案,预期可将BH分子冷却至微开尔文数量级的温度。通过对BH分子光谱行为的深入理解,有望在未来实现更高精度、更高效的分子激光冷却技术,推动超冷分子物理领域的研究取得新的突破。 展开更多
