A simple but reliable orthogonal design method is applied in the main dimension optimization. The ideas of gradual approximation and feedback from various aspects are put into effect. During the demonstration, in order to make the model tally with the actual situation, the draft design is closely related to the computational analysis, so that the demonstration model can be verified at any time; the handling of the overall system is closely related to the research of each item, which is beneficial not only to the mastery of various regularities, but also to the balance of decisions. Finally, according to the computational results and the regularities obtained from analysis, the main dimensions are determined.展开更多
Background Alexithymia is a multidimensional personality construct.Objective This study aims to investigate the neuronal correlates of each alexithymia dimension by examining the regional homogeneity (ReHo) of int...Background Alexithymia is a multidimensional personality construct.Objective This study aims to investigate the neuronal correlates of each alexithymia dimension by examining the regional homogeneity (ReHo) of intrinsic brain activity in a resting situation.Methods From university freshmen, students with alexithymia and non-alexithymia were recruited. Their alexithymic traits were assessed using the Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20. The ReHo was examined using a resting-state functional MRI approach.Results This study suggests signifcant group differences in ReHo in multiple brain regions distributed in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and insular cortex. However, only the ReHo in the insula was positively associated with diffculty identifying feelings, a main dimension of alexithymia. The ReHo in the lingual gyrus, precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus was?positively associated with diffculty describing feelings in?participants with?alexithymia. Lastly, the ReHo in the right dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (DMPFC_R) was negatively related to the externally oriented thinking style of participants with?alexithymia.Conclusion In conclusion, these results suggest that the main dimensions of alexithymia are correlated with specifc brain regions’ function, and the role of the insula, lingual gyrus, precentral gyrus, postcentral gyrus and DMPFC_R in the neuropathology of alexithymia should be further investigated.展开更多
The servomotor drive turret punch press is attracting more attentions and being developed more intensively due to the advantages of high speed,high accuracy,high flexibility,high productivity,low noise,cleaning and en...The servomotor drive turret punch press is attracting more attentions and being developed more intensively due to the advantages of high speed,high accuracy,high flexibility,high productivity,low noise,cleaning and energy saving.To effectively improve the performance and lower the cost,it is necessary to develop new mechanisms and establish corresponding optimal design method with uniform performance indices.A new patented main driving mechanism and a new optimal design method are proposed.In the optimal design,the performance indices,i.e.,the local motion/force transmission indices ITI,OTI,good transmission workspace good transmission workspace(GTW) and the global transmission indices GTIs are defined.The non-dimensional normalization method is used to get all feasible solutions in dimensional synthesis.Thereafter,the performance atlases,which can present all possible design solutions,are depicted.As a result,the feasible solution of the mechanism with good motion/force transmission performance is obtained.And the solution can be flexibly adjusted by designer according to the practical design requirements.The proposed mechanism is original,and the presented design method provides a feasible solution to the optimal design of the main driving mechanism for servo punch press.展开更多
BACKGROUND Coronary intervention for bifurcation lesions is still challenging for interventional cardiologists.Left main(LM)bifurcation lesions have a higher risk due to the vast blood supply in this area and treatmen...BACKGROUND Coronary intervention for bifurcation lesions is still challenging for interventional cardiologists.Left main(LM)bifurcation lesions have a higher risk due to the vast blood supply in this area and treatment choice is difficult.Ostial compromise of the side branch decreases patient prognosis,and its management is still an issue despite the different strategies and devices available.CASE SUMMARY A 42-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital due to chest pain and syncope.Coronary angiography showed acute LM occlusion.Following thrombus aspiration,a LM bifurcation lesion remained.Coronary angiography was repeated one week later,and at the same time,3D optical coherence tomography(OCT)was carried out to better show the geometry of the bifurcation,which confirmed that the stenosis in the ostial left circumflex artery was caused by a long carina.After assessment of the plaque characteristics and the minimum lumen area,the cross-over strategy,kissing balloon inflation and proximal optimization technique were chosen to treat the bifurcation lesion.A“moving”carina was found twice during the intervention.Good stent apposition and expansion were confirmed by OCT after proximal optimization technique.The three-month follow-up showed good recovery and normal cardiac function.CONCLUSION 3D-OCT can facilitate decision-making for coronary interventions in patients with critical bifurcation lesions.展开更多
