We discuss the physical meaning of different contributions to spin polarization and compare them with previous work. Frank’s theory describes that a screw dislocation will produce a pit on the surface,and has been evidenced in many material systems including GaN.However,the size of the pit calculated from the theory deviates significantly from experimental result.Through a careful observation of the variations of surface pits and local surface morphology with growing temperature and V/III ratio for c-plane GaN,we believe that Frank’s model is valid only in a small local surface area where thermodynamic equilibrium state can be assumed to stay the same.If the kinetic process is too vigorous or too slow to reach a balance,the local equilibrium range will be too small for the center and edge of the screw dislocation spiral to be kept in the same equilibrium state.When the curvature at the center of the dislocation core reaches the critical value 1/r0,at the edge of the spiral,the accelerating rate of the curvature may not fall to zero,so the pit cannot reach a stationary shape and will keep enlarging under the control of minimization of surface energy to result in a large-sized surface pit. 展开更多

Based on the porous media theory and by taking into account the efects of the pore fuid viscidity, energy exchanges due to the additional thermal conduction and convection between solid and fuid phases, a mathematical model for the dynamic-thermo-hydro-mechanical coupling of a non-local thermal equilibrium fuid-saturated porous medium, in which the two constituents are assumed to be incompressible and immiscible, is established under the assumption of small de- formation of the solid phase, small velocity of the fuid phase and small temperature changes of the two constituents. The mathematical model of a local thermal equilibrium fuid-saturated porous medium can be obtained directly from the above one. Several Gurtin-type variational principles, especially Hu-Washizu type variational principles, for the initial boundary value problems of dy- namic and quasi-static responses are presented. It should be pointed out that these variational principles can be degenerated easily into the case of isothermal incompressible fuid-saturated elastic porous media, which have been discussed previously. 展开更多

Kink-bands in rocks have been widely observed in nature and imitated in the laboratory, and the mechanism of their formation has attracted much attention from various researchers for many years. In this paper, a two-phase equilibrium model is presented in which the kink-bands are considered as a high-strain phase and the other regions outside kink-bands as a low-strain phase and the discontinuity of the deformation gradient and stresses is permitted across the interface between those two phases. Based on the present model, we conduct the analysis for the rocks under plane strain compression by finding the minimum value of the compressive loading at which the governing equations have real, physically acceptable solutions. It is revealed that for the rocks with strain-softening behaviour, two-phase equilibrium solutions exist, and the critical value of the compressive loading, the inclination angle of the kink-band, and the stresses and strains inside and outside kink-bands can all be determined by the solution, which are in good agreement with experimental measurements and observations. 展开更多

We have studied the transport properties of a ring-coupled quantum dot array driven by an AC magnetic field, which is connected to two leads, and we give the response of the transport current to the dynamical localization. We found that when the ratio of the magnetic flux to the total quantum dots number is a root of the zeroth order Bessel function, dynamical localization and collapse of quasi-energy occurs and importantly~ the transport current displays a dip which is the signal of dynamical localization. The dynamical localization effect is strengthened as a result of the increase of the quantum dot number, and it is weakened on account of the increase of the dots-lead hopping rate. 展开更多

In contrast to the traditional interpretation of shear bands in sand as a bifurcation problem in continuum mechanics,shear bands in sand are considered as high-strain phase(plastic phase) of sand and the materials outside the bands are still in low-strain phase(elastic phase),namely,the two phases of sand can coexist under certain condition.As a one-dimensional example,the results show that,for materials with strain-softening behavior,the two-phase solution is a stable branch of solutions,but the method to find two-phase solutions is very different from the one for bifurcation analysis.The theory of multi-phase equilibrium and the slow plastic flow model are applied to predict the formation and patterns of shear bands in sand specimens,discontinuity of deformation gradient and stress across interfaces between shear bands and other regions is considered,the continuity of displacements and traction across interfaces is imposed,and the Maxwell relation is satisfied.The governing equations are deduced.The critical stress for the formation of a shear band,both the stresses and strains inside the band and outside the band,and the inclination angle of the band can all be predicted.The predicted results are consistent with experimental measurements. 展开更多

高地温隧道渗流传热效应研究

【目的】明确高地温隧道的渗流传热过程及衬砌结构的应力变形特性,为隧道安全建设提供理论依据。【方法】采用局部热非平衡(local thermal non-equilibrium,LTNE)模型研究高地温隧道的渗流传热过程,通过自定义偏微分方程(partial differ... 【目的】明确高地温隧道的渗流传热过程及衬砌结构的应力变形特性,为隧道安全建设提供理论依据。【方法】采用局部热非平衡(local thermal non-equilibrium,LTNE)模型研究高地温隧道的渗流传热过程,通过自定义偏微分方程(partial differential equations,PDEs)改进了COMSOL Multiphysics软件中热-流-固(thermo-hydro-mechanical,THM)全耦合计算方法,验证了该方法的准确性,并采用该方法研究了尼格高地温隧道的THM耦合响应特性。【结果】尼格高地温隧道围岩和地下水温度存在显著差异,而地下水渗流是导致该差异的主要原因;隧道衬砌结构在有效支撑围岩的同时,因其较低的渗透率也阻滞了地下水向隧道内自由排出,使衬砌背后围岩中的热量集聚,增大了衬砌内外侧温差;在渗流传热与THM耦合效应的共同作用下,尼格隧道衬砌结构的变形由常温条件下的竖向压缩变形为主转变为水平压缩变形为主,拱顶与拱底的高压应力区均出现了较大范围的塑性变形。【结论】LTNE模型能更加真实地反映高地温隧道的渗流传热机理,更好地解释高地温隧道围岩与地下水温差形成机制。因此,采用LTNE模型的THM耦合分析方法更加适用于含地下水渗流的高地温隧道结构安全性评价。 展开更多

亡羊补牢:自然灾害应对不力下地方政府信任修复策略比较

地方政府在自然灾害应对过程中不可避免地存在应急失灵的可能性,这不仅无法缓解自然灾害对公众生命和财产安全构成的威胁,还可能导致更严重的政府信任危机。如何在应急失灵后重建地方政府信任,已成为现代应急管理领域的重要而紧迫的议... 地方政府在自然灾害应对过程中不可避免地存在应急失灵的可能性,这不仅无法缓解自然灾害对公众生命和财产安全构成的威胁,还可能导致更严重的政府信任危机。如何在应急失灵后重建地方政府信任,已成为现代应急管理领域的重要而紧迫的议题。基于社会平衡理论和结构理论,采用两个单因素(即缺乏能力与违背承诺)前后测被试间设计的情境实验,检验和比较“问责官员”和“改进机制”两种策略在自然灾害背景下修复政府信任的有效性。结果显示:当信任受损源于政府能力不足时,问责官员和改进机制都能有效修复信任,且两种策略的效果没有显著差异;当信任受损源于政府违背承诺时,问责官员和改进机制都能有效修复信任,但问责官员修复信任的效果显著优于改进机制。研究拓展了自然灾害应急失灵场景下地方政府信任修复的理论认知,有助于地方政府识别灾后信任受损的类型,并据此选择效果更优的信任修复策略。 展开更多

专精特新企业培育是发展新质生产力、完善现代化产业体系的重要举措。本文基于CSMAR中国专精特新企业研究数据库,运用随机森林算法研究发现影响专精特新“小巨人”企业认定的最重要因素从经营类因素逐渐演变为资产类因素,此结果在考虑... 专精特新企业培育是发展新质生产力、完善现代化产业体系的重要举措。本文基于CSMAR中国专精特新企业研究数据库,运用随机森林算法研究发现影响专精特新“小巨人”企业认定的最重要因素从经营类因素逐渐演变为资产类因素,此结果在考虑了地区和产业异质性之后是稳健的。在此基础上,本文从地方政府视角出发,通过构建两阶段动态一般均衡理论模型对地方政府创新政策的转型绩效进行了反事实模拟,研究发现创新部门补贴比例的提高对专精特新企业融资能力的提升效果强于产业融通,同时创新政策的转型时点和转型力度具有正相关关系。机制研究表明地方政府创新政策转型对专精特新企业培育的影响主要通过创新部门和最终产品部门之间要素配置结构和技术创新路径的调整来实现。本文的研究结果既为中小企业参评专精特新“小巨人”提供了参考,又为地方政府专精特新企业培育方案优化提供了前瞻性预测,还为随机森林算法提供了经济学理论机制支撑。 展开更多

非热力学平衡态等离子体技术既是现代工业的关键技术之一,也是未来高科技的重要发展方向。通过仿真研究深入揭示此类等离子体的微观机理,阐明等离子体的宏观特性变化规律,对于提高科学认知水平并促进产业发展具有重要意义。传统的仿真... 非热力学平衡态等离子体技术既是现代工业的关键技术之一,也是未来高科技的重要发展方向。通过仿真研究深入揭示此类等离子体的微观机理,阐明等离子体的宏观特性变化规律,对于提高科学认知水平并促进产业发展具有重要意义。传统的仿真研究主要集中于低气压条件下的非热力学平衡态等离子体,在大气压及更高气压条件下开展较少。本文主要针对高气压非热力学平衡态等离子体,对国内外仿真模型进行了综述。非热力学平衡态等离子体一般包括局部化学平衡和非化学平衡两种状态,前者中的粒子组分可由宏观的热力学统计原理计算得到,后者必需考察微观的物理和化学过程。针对局部化学平衡态等离子体,介绍了双温度条件下微观粒子组分和宏观物理特性分布规律的计算模型,重点讨论了基于质量作用定律、吉布斯自由焓最小化原理与化学动力学方法的粒子组分计算方法;针对非化学平衡态等离子体,介绍了基于漂移-扩散原理的流体模型和化学动力学模型,提出了全局模型与流体模型的联合仿真新方法。 展开更多

等离子体的宏观特性与其内部的微观过程紧密联系在一起。研究电弧等离子体不同粒子组分构成以及对组分有强烈依赖关系的热力学参数、输运参数,将为深入了解电弧等离子体的形成机理奠定微观理论基础,并为利用磁流体动力学(MHD)仿真研... 等离子体的宏观特性与其内部的微观过程紧密联系在一起。研究电弧等离子体不同粒子组分构成以及对组分有强烈依赖关系的热力学参数、输运参数,将为深入了解电弧等离子体的形成机理奠定微观理论基础,并为利用磁流体动力学(MHD)仿真研究电弧特性提供前提条件。假定氮气电弧等离子体处于局部热力学平衡态(LTE),介绍了求解电弧等离子体物性参数的基本原理,采用最新的配分函数计算方法和碰撞积分参数,给出了不同气压条件下(0.01、0.1、0.3、0.5和1 MPa)、不同温度范围内(300-40 000 K)氮气电弧等离子体热力学参数与输运参数的最新计算结果,并与以往文献中的部分结果进行了对比与分析。结果表明,氮气电弧等离子体热力学参数与输运参数的计算结果与文献中较近的计算结果十分接近;微小差别的产生,主要来源于配分函数和碰撞积分的差异。 展开更多
