This paper discusses the digital application and benefit analysis of building information model(BIM)technology in the large-scale comprehensive development project of the Guangxi headquarters base.The project covers a total area of 92,100 square meters,with a total construction area of 379,700 square meters,including a variety of architectural forms.Through three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis,BIM technology significantly enhances the design quality and efficiency,shortens the design cycle by about 20%,and promotes the collaboration and integration of project management,improving the management efficiency by about 25%.During the construction phase,the collision detection and four-dimensional visual management functions of BIM technology have improved construction efficiency by about 15%and saved the cost by about 10%.In addition,BIM technology has promoted green building and sustainable development,achieved the dual improvement of technical and economic indicators and social and economic benefits,set an example for enterprises in digital transformation,and opened up new market businesses. 展开更多

The Lower Cambrian Longwangmiao Fm gas reservoir in Moxi block of the Anyue Gas field,Sichuan Basin,is the largest single-sandbody integrated carbonate gas reservoir proved so far in China.Notwithstanding this reservoir's advantages like large-scale reserves and high singlewell productivity,there are multiple complicated factors restricting its efficient development,such as a median content of hydrogen sulfide,low porosity and strong heterogeneity of fractureecave formation,various modes of gasewater occurrences,and close relation between overpressure and stress sensitivity.Up till now,since only a few Cambrian large-scale carbonate gas reservoirs have ever been developed in the world,there still exists some blind spots especially about its exploration and production rules.Besides,as for large-scale sulfur gas reservoirs,the exploration and construction is costly,and production test in the early evaluation stage is severely limited,all of which will bring about great challenges in productivity construction and high potential risks.In this regard,combining with Chinese strategic demand of strengthening clean energy supply security,the PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas Field Company has carried out researches and field tests for the purpose of providing highproduction wells,optimizing development design,rapidly constructing high-quality productivity and upgrading HSE security in the Longwangmiao Fm gas reservoir in Moxi block.Through the innovations of technology and management mode within 3 years,this gas reservoir has been built into a modern large-scale gas field with high quality,high efficiency and high benefit,and its annual capacity is now up to over 100×10^(8)m^(3),with a desirable production capacity and development indexes gained as originally anticipated.It has become a new model of large-scale gas reservoirs with efficient development,providing a reference for other types of gas reservoirs in China. 展开更多

Resource allocation for an equipment development task is a complex process owing to the inherent characteristics,such as large amounts of input resources,numerous sub-tasks,complex network structures,and high degrees of uncertainty.This paper presents an investigation into the influence of resource allocation on the duration and cost of sub-tasks.Mathematical models are constructed for the relationships of the resource allocation quantity with the duration and cost of the sub-tasks.By considering the uncertainties,such as fluctuations in the sub-task duration and cost,rework iterations,and random overlaps,the tasks are simulated for various resource allocation schemes.The shortest duration and the minimum cost of the development task are first formulated as the objective function.Based on a multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm,a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is constructed to optimize the resource allocation scheme for the development task.Finally,an uninhabited aerial vehicle(UAV)is considered as an example of a development task to test the algorithm,and the optimization results of this method are compared with those based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II),non-dominated sorting differential evolution(NSDE)and strength pareto evolutionary algorithm-II(SPEA-II).The proposed method is verified for its scientific approach and effectiveness.The case study shows that the optimization of the resource allocation can greatly aid in shortening the duration of the development task and reducing its cost effectively. 展开更多

The results accord with monitoring results. The results are indicated that resevoir impounding accelerates the landslide's deformation, and the variation of reservoir water level is key factor of affecting the deformation; The landslide has the characters of pull-behind move ment according to the displacement of the landslide body gradually reducing from leading edge to trailing edge; Excavating and deloading slow down the landslide's deformation in the certain degree. On the basis, the deformation developmental tendency of Shiliushubao landslide is predicted by the established simulating model. 展开更多

China's shale gas production in 2020 exceeds 200×10^(8) m^(3),which creates a miracle in the history of natural gas development in China.The Sichuan Basin has already been and will be the main battlefield of shale gas exploration and development in China.In order to further promote the large-scale efficient development of shale gas in China,under the new situation of global COVID-19 spread and domestic“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goal,this paper analyzes the progress and challenges of shale gas exploration and development in the Sichuan Basin from four aspects,including resource exploration,gas reservoir engineering,drilling and production engineering and industry regulation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for achieving large-scale efficient development of shale gas.The following research results are obtained:First,the large-scale efficient development of shale gas in the Sichuan Basin has to take the sustainable and stable production of middle-shallow shale gas and the large-scale productivity construction of deep shale gas as the base.Second,compared with the shale gas exploration and development in the North America,the Sichuan Basin has its own characteristics in terms of geographical setting,geological condition,drilling and production technology and industry regulation,which makes it difficult to copy the development pattern of large scale,high density and continuous well deployment from the North America,so it is necessary to adopt the strategy of“high production with few wells”.On the one hand,continue to apply the geology and engineering integration technology to carry out“integrated research,integrated design,integrated implementation and integrated iteration”in the whole life cycle of shale gas well;and on the other hand,carry out problem-oriented continuous researches from the aspects of geological evaluation,development policy,engineering technology and industry regulation,so as to improve geological evaluation theory and technology,innovate gas reservoir engineering theory and method,research and develop engineering technology for cost reduction and efficiency improvement,improve shale gas industry regulation,and form a new pattern of collaborative promotion of technical and non-technical elements.In conclusion,the research results provide important reference and guidance for the large-scale efficient development of shale gas in the Sichuan Basin and even the whole country. 展开更多

ESG注重生态环境保护、社会责任履行和治理能力提升的协调统一,是微观企业深入贯彻新发展理念、实现高质量发展的关键。本文理论分析了智能制造对企业ESG表现的影响,并以2010—2021年中国A股制造业企业为样本进行实证检验。研究发现,智能制造具有显著提升企业ESG表现的积极效应。机制分析表明,智能制造通过资源优化效应和治理协同效应提升企业ESG表现。异质性分析表明,智能制造提升ESG表现的效应在非国有企业以及资源环境和制度环境较差的情境中更强;不同类型智能制造技术对ESG表现的影响,以及智能制造对ESG三个维度的影响均具有显著的异质性。价值分析发现,智能制造通过提升ESG表现进一步提高了企业的经济价值,有助于实现经济、社会和环境价值的统一。本文为解读智能制造如何影响企业ESG表现提供了理论依据,对于利用智能化转型提升企业ESG表现、实现可持续高质量发展具有重要现实意义。 展开更多

数字经济作为一种依赖信息交互平台的全新经济形态,其快速发展为推动区域协调发展提供了新引擎。作为中国式现代化本质要求在区域层面上的体现,实现区域协调发展不仅需要关注区域内部发展质量的协调,还需重视区域间发展关系的协调。鉴于... 数字经济作为一种依赖信息交互平台的全新经济形态,其快速发展为推动区域协调发展提供了新引擎。作为中国式现代化本质要求在区域层面上的体现,实现区域协调发展不仅需要关注区域内部发展质量的协调,还需重视区域间发展关系的协调。鉴于此,基于高质量发展与共享发展双视角,探讨数字经济对区域协调发展的影响。选取2013—2022年中国省级面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型、门槛效应模型及空间计量模型进行实证分析,多维度探究了数字经济对区域协调发展的作用机制。研究结果表明:数字经济既能推动区域内发展质量的协调,也能促进区域间发展关系的协调。在门槛效应分析中,数字经济对区域内发展质量协调的影响呈倒“U”型趋势,而对区域间发展关系协调的影响则表现出边际效用递减趋势。此外,数字经济对区域内发展质量协调的正向推动具有空间溢出效应,其不仅推动本区域内部协调发展,还带动周边地区协调发展。 展开更多

海洋是新时代经济发展的战略要地,发达的海洋经济是建设海洋强国的重要支撑。文章从五大发展理念角度分析了数字经济赋能海洋经济高质量发展的理论机制,并基于2013—2020年中国沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,运用PLS-SEM模型实... 海洋是新时代经济发展的战略要地,发达的海洋经济是建设海洋强国的重要支撑。文章从五大发展理念角度分析了数字经济赋能海洋经济高质量发展的理论机制,并基于2013—2020年中国沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,运用PLS-SEM模型实证检验了数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展的影响机理。结果表明,数字经济能够显著促进海洋经济高质量发展。此外,对影响机制的研究发现,数字经济在创新和开放两个维度的促进作用显著,而对协调、绿色两个维度的促进作用仍有较大的提升空间。分项指标的分析表明,海洋科技创新、海洋服务业增加值比重、海洋湿地面积、货物进出口、居民可支配收入和数字化产业变革在这一促进作用中发挥了重要作用。据此,提出加快海洋数字化基础设施建设、推动数字化成果在海洋经济领域应用、推动数字化产业变革等建议,以充分发挥数字经济的促进效应,加快建设海洋强国。 展开更多

本文以国家新发展格局与西部大开发战略为背景,聚焦川藏经济走廊协同发展,以川藏(雅安)经济协作试验区为研究对象,探讨边疆民族地区经济协同共兴的理论逻辑与实践路径。研究揭示,川藏走廊是成渝双城经济圈与西藏的战略通道,有破解区域... 本文以国家新发展格局与西部大开发战略为背景,聚焦川藏经济走廊协同发展,以川藏(雅安)经济协作试验区为研究对象,探讨边疆民族地区经济协同共兴的理论逻辑与实践路径。研究揭示,川藏走廊是成渝双城经济圈与西藏的战略通道,有破解区域发展失衡、筑牢边疆安全屏障、优化国家战略腹地布局三重功能,其协同发展面临地理阻隔、制度壁垒与生态约束的复合型挑战。通过构建“生态约束-产业协同-制度创新”三维互动模型,发现边疆经济协作呈现非线性演进规律,需突破传统理论局限,建立“政策赋能-市场驱动-数字链接”协同治理框架。理论层面,重构了“生态-经济-安全”协同分析框架,揭示高海拔民族地区经济协作的“强约束-弱弹性”特征,提出“制度性空间”与“地理性空间”耦合机制。实践层面,基于雅安试验区案例验证三大协同机制:通过“政策飞地+税收共享”模式破解行政壁垒;创新“垂直分工+水平融合”产业协同路径;创建生态资源价值转化机制,实现生态约束向经济增益的创造性转化。 展开更多
