The Value of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Health Education Model in Enhancing the Coping Ability of Caregivers of Children with Febrile Seizures

Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of symptom management education based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(KAP)theory on the symptom cluster of fatigue,pain,and sleep disturbances in lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 232 lung cancer patients treated in the oncology department from October 2024 to October 2025 were included and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 116 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care for lung cancer,while the experimental group received additional symptom management education intervention based on the KAP theory.Fatigue,pain,and sleep conditions were quantified at the 4th and 8th weeks after the intervention.Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the RPFS scores,VAS scores,and PSQI scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at the same time points(p<0.05);moreover,the scores in the experimental group at each time point were lower than those before the intervention(p<0.05).Conclusion:Symptom management education based on the KAP theory can effectively improve the symptom cluster of fatigue,pain,and sleep disturbances in lung cancer patients,enhance their quality of life,and has clinical promotion value. 展开更多

DriftXMiner: A Resilient Process Intelligence Approach for Safe and Transparent Detection of Incremental Concept Drift in Process Mining

Processes supported by process-aware information systems are subject to continuous and often subtle changes due to evolving operational,organizational,or regulatory factors.These changes,referred to as incremental concept drift,gradually alter the behavior or structure of processes,making their detection and localization a challenging task.Traditional process mining techniques frequently assume process stationarity and are limited in their ability to detect such drift,particularly from a control-flow perspective.The objective of this research is to develop an interpretable and robust framework capable of detecting and localizing incremental concept drift in event logs,with a specific emphasis on the structural evolution of control-flow semantics in processes.We propose DriftXMiner,a control-flow-aware hybrid framework that combines statistical,machine learning,and process model analysis techniques.The approach comprises three key components:(1)Cumulative Drift Scanner that tracks directional statistical deviations to detect early drift signals;(2)a Temporal Clustering and Drift-Aware Forest Ensemble(DAFE)to capture distributional and classification-level changes in process behavior;and(3)Petri net-based process model reconstruction,which enables the precise localization of structural drift using transition deviation metrics and replay fitness scores.Experimental validation on the BPI Challenge 2017 event log demonstrates that DriftXMiner effectively identifies and localizes gradual and incremental process drift over time.The framework achieves a detection accuracy of 92.5%,a localization precision of 90.3%,and an F1-score of 0.91,outperforming competitive baselines such as CUSUM+Histograms and ADWIN+Alpha Miner.Visual analyses further confirm that identified drift points align with transitions in control-flow models and behavioral cluster structures.DriftXMiner offers a novel and interpretable solution for incremental concept drift detection and localization in dynamic,process-aware systems.By integrating statistical signal accumulation,temporal behavior profiling,and structural process mining,the framework enables finegrained drift explanation and supports adaptive process intelligence in evolving environments.Its modular architecture supports extension to streaming data and real-time monitoring contexts. 展开更多

Five selected articles were analyzed using the concept analysis method by Walker and Avant. The attributes, antecedents, and consequences of the concept were extracted from the target literature. The analysis revealed two attributes (“connecting people to people” and “connecting people to objects”);two antecedents (“recognition of artifacts” and “selection of artifacts”);and two consequences (“designing a fulfilling learning environment” and “improving the quality of education”). The concept was defined as “promoting the utilization of artifacts by recognizing and selecting them, connecting people to people and people to objects, designing a fulfilling learning environment, and improving the quality of education”. 展开更多

The cost and strict input format requirements of GraphRAG make it less efficient for processing large documents. This paper proposes an alternative approach for constructing a knowledge graph (KG) from a PDF document with a focus on simplicity and cost-effectiveness. The process involves splitting the document into chunks, extracting concepts within each chunk using a large language model (LLM), and building relationships based on the proximity of concepts in the same chunk. Unlike traditional named entity recognition (NER), which identifies entities like “Shanghai”, the proposed method identifies concepts, such as “Convenient transportation in Shanghai” which is found to be more meaningful for KG construction. Each edge in the KG represents a relationship between concepts occurring in the same text chunk. The process is computationally inexpensive, leveraging locally set up tools like Mistral 7B openorca instruct and Ollama for model inference, ensuring the entire graph generation process is cost-free. A method of assigning weights to relationships, grouping similar pairs, and summarizing multiple relationships into a single edge with associated weight and relation details is introduced. Additionally, node degrees and communities are calculated for node sizing and coloring. This approach offers a scalable, cost-effective solution for generating meaningful knowledge graphs from large documents, achieving results comparable to GraphRAG while maintaining accessibility for personal machines. 展开更多

Traditionally, bariatric surgeries have been categorized into hypoabsorptive, restrictive, or hybrid approaches. However, these classifications inadequately reflect the complex anatomical and physiological alterations associated with modern surgical methodologies. This paper explores the evolution of metabolic surgeries, emphasizing the integration of physiological concepts into classic procedures to provide more tailored and effective treatment options for obesity and its comorbidities. Finally, the proposal for a new classification based on current metabolic concepts will facilitate communication among patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals. To define the concept of humanistic quality of nurses by Rodgers’evolutionary conceptual analysis.Based on Rodgers’s evolutionary concept analysis method as the theoretical basis to analyze the concept of humanistic literacy of nurses,the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,and Science Direct were searched systematically from October 31st,2024.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,43 literatures were selected,including 34 Chinese literatures and 9 English literatures.Nurses’humanistic quality involved five conceptual attributes,including ethics,legal knowledge,traditional culture,interpersonal interaction,and aesthetic accomplishment.Antecedent variables include education environment,growth environment,hospital environment,and professional identity,and the consequences are divided into positive and negative aspects.Among them,positive consequences include harmonious nurse-patient relationships,efficient communication and cooperation,and improved nursing quality,while negative consequences include poor hospital operation,nurse-patient disputes,and reduced work quality.This paper defines and analyzes the humanistic qualities of nurses through the conceptual analysis of Rogers’theory of evolution,and the humanistic qualities of nurses refer to the comprehensive qualities of nurses based on ethics,legal knowledge,traditional culture,interpersonal interactions,and aesthetics in their professional practice,which will serve as a reference for future research in related fields. 展开更多

Objective:To construct a blended teaching model for surgical nursing based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept and explore its application effect in nursing education.Methods:A total of 220 undergraduate nursing students in the class of 2023 were selected as the main research subjects.The experimental group(110 students)adopted the OBE-based blended teaching model,while the control group(110 students)used conventional teaching methods.The learning effects,skill mastery,and clinical practice performance of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in theoretical scores,practical skills,clinical application ability,and learning satisfaction,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The OBE-based blended teaching model has significant teaching advantages,which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduate nursing students,enhance their clinical adaptability and innovative thinking,and is worthy of widespread promotion. 展开更多

The longitudinal ventilation strategy is commonly used for road tunnels in urban environment in Sweden.This is partly due to how tunnels in urban environment was planned and designed before the EU Directive[1](2004/54/EC)came in place.Even in new tunnels both to practical and economic reasons the use of longitudinal ventilation has been an outspoken demand from the Swedish road authority,SRA.Swedish law[2]requires that a risk analysis is carried out to demonstrate that an acceptable level of risk is achieved in the tunnels with longitudinal ventilation if there is a risk of queues.Otherwise transverse or semi-transverse ventilation strategy shall be used.During recent development,or a late awakening,it is clear that dense populated areas in Sweden will experience queues.This threatens the foundation of the Swedish modern tunnel safety concept which calls for enhancement.This paper presents the risk-reducing effect of three alternative strategies,enhancements package,focusing on evacuation safety for road users.It is a combination of traffic management,fixed firefighting systems,reduced distance between escape routes and regulation of traffic with dangerous goods.In addition,it provides a comprehensive review of safety system details,combined with a longitudinal ventilation concept. 展开更多

Gypsum rocks are highly susceptible to mechanical deterioration under the coupled effects of wet-dry(W-D)cycles and flow rates,which significantly influence the stability of underground excavations.Despite extensive research on the effects of W-D cycles,the coupling influence of flow rates and W-D cycles on gypsum rocks remains poorly understood.This study investigates the mechanical behavior and deterioration mechanisms of gypsum rocks subjected to varying W-D cycles and flow rate conditions.Axial compression tests,along with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques,were employed to analyze the stress-strain response and microstructural changes.Based on the disturbed state concept(DSC)theory,a W-D deterioration model and a DSC-based constitutive model were developed to describe the degradation trends and mechanical responses of gypsum rocks under different conditions.The results demonstrate that key mechanical indices,elastic modulus,cohesion,uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),and internal friction angle,exhibit logarithmic declines with increasing W-D cycles,with higher flow rates accelerating the deterioration process.The theoretical models accurately capture the nonlinear compaction behavior,peak stress,and post-peak response of gypsum specimens.This study provides valuable insights for predicting the mechanical behavior of gypsum rocks and improving the stability assessments of underground structures under complex environmental conditions. 展开更多

With the continuous advancement of the New Engineering Education initiative,universities are raising the standards for cultivating engineering talents.C Programming Language,as a core course for computer science and related majors,plays a fundamental role in developing logical thinking,programming skills,and engineering practice.However,problems such as outdated content,weak practical connections,and single assessment methods still exist in current teaching,which affects both learning outcomes and students’skill development.Based on the outcome-based education(OBE)approach and supported by AI-assisted teaching tools,this paper proposes a reform plan focusing on teaching content,instructional methods,and evaluation systems.The goal is to enhance students’overall abilities and practical innovation skills,and to align the course more closely with modern industry needs. 展开更多

In the context of the new era of education,advanced mathematics not only undertakes the function of knowledge transmission but also plays a vital role in cultivating logical thinking,scientific spirit,and value orientation.However,traditional teaching has overemphasized knowledge instillation while neglecting value guidance,making it difficult to meet the demands of cultivating interdisciplinary talents.This study introduces the OBE concept and constructs a“knowledge–ability–value”teaching framework,integrating outcome orientation,backward design,and diversified evaluation to promote the systematic incorporation of ideological and political education into the curriculum.Taking limits,definite integrals,and series as representative knowledge points,the paper designs case-based pathways to foster dialectical thinking,patriotism,and scientific spirit.Practice has shown that this model effectively unifies knowledge education and value education,enhancing students’logical reasoning,sense of responsibility,and scientific literacy.The study provides an operational pathway for the reform of ideological and political education in advanced mathematics courses and carries practical significance for implementing the goal of“all-round education.” 展开更多
