Methods: 165 students in grade 2017 and 156 nursing students in grade 2018 were taken as research objects, among which grade 2017 was taken as the control group and grade 2018 as the observation group. The control group used traditional teaching, while the observation group used little teachers. After the course, the experimental results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: the results of the observation group were better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction of teaching was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: little teachers teaching can improve students operation skills, improve teaching satisfaction and improve students comprehensive quality.展开更多
