摘要
目的调查和分析龙华区初高中学生艾滋病知识与健康教育需求情况。方法横断面方便抽样及分层整群抽样挑选541名初三和高一学生,对其展开匿名调查。结果高一学生艾滋病知识总知晓率、既往接受艾滋病知识、有艾滋病相关知识及关注艾滋病宣传资料比例高于初三学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,初三学生(OR=0.454,95%CI:0.356~0.586)、既往未接受性健康知识(OR=0.601,95%CI:0.475~0.781)、无性健康知识需求(OR=0.385,95%CI:0.291~0.512)、不知晓安全性行为(OR=0.415,95%CI:0.325~0.542)、不知晓正确使用安全套(OR=0.241,95%CI:0.196~0.322)及未关注艾滋病宣传材料(OR=0.392,95%CI:0.312~0.511)的调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率相对较低。结论龙华区初高中生学生艾滋病知识知晓率普遍偏低,部分学生发生过插入性行为,存在初高中生的艾滋病健康教育以及性健康教育工作方面强化的必要。
Objective To investigate and analyze the need for knowledge about acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)and health education in junior and senior high school students in Longhua District.Methods This study adopted a cross-sectional survey design,and 541 junior three and senior one students were anonymously surveyed by convenience sampling together with stratified whole-group sampling.Results The proportion of total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge,previous acceptance of AIDS knowledge,AIDS-related knowledge and publicity materials concerned about AIDS among senior high school students is higher than that of junior high school students,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed junior three students(OR=0.454,95%CI:0.356-0.586),previous unaccepted knowledge of sexual health(OR=0.601,95%CI:0.475-0.781),the demand for asexual health knowledge(OR=0.385,95%CI:0.291-0.512),ignorance of safe sexual behavior(OR=0.415,95%CI:0.325-0.542),those who don’t know how to use condoms correctly(OR=0.241,95%CI:0.196-0.322)and the lack of attention to AIDS propaganda materials(OR=0.392,95%CI:0.312-0.511)have relatively low awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.Conclusion The cognition level of AIDS knowledge among junior and senior high school students in Longhua District is generally low,and some students had penetrative sex.Therefore,there is a need to strengthen the AIDS health education as well as sexual health education work for junior and senior high school students.
