The 2000s has witnessed increasing interests in cities′role of innovation in the era of knowledge-based economy.Compared with substantial empirical analysis on the world city hierarchy of innovation,this paper attempts to examine the national urban hierarchy of innovation capability in China,in terms of ranking systems,spatial pattern and inter-city linkages of knowledge during the post-reform period since the late 1970s.Based on quantitative analysis such as principal component factor analysis and clustering analysis,this paper identifies the five-tier hierarchy of in-novation,which is headed by Beijing and Shanghai,followed by the capital cities of each province and regional centre cities.The development of China′s urban hierarchy of innovation capability has been driven by such factors as the scale of innovation,scientific scale,innovation potential and innovation environment.The paper further investigates the inter-city linkages of knowledge measured by the number of co-authored papers among the cities.Beijing is positioned in the central position of the knowledge diffusion and knowledge cooperation innovation.More knowledge diffusion among high level cities has occurred than that among the low level cities as well as between the low level cities and high level cities,and provincial capital cities and the regional central cities. 展开更多

Based on patent cooperation data,this study used a range of city network analysis approaches in order to explore the structure of the Chinese city network which is driven by technological knowledge flows.The results revealed the spatial structure,composition structure,hierarchical structure,group structure,and control structure of Chinese city network,as well as its dynamic factors.The major findings are:1) the spatial pattern presents a diamond structure,in which Wuhan is the central city;2) although the invention patent knowledge network is the main part of the broader inter-city innovative cooperation network,it is weaker than the utility model patent;3) as the senior level cities,Beijing,Shanghai and the cities in the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta Region show a strong capability of both spreading and controlling technological knowledge;4) whilst a national technology alliance has preliminarily formed,regional alliances have not been adequately established;5) even though the cooperation level amongst weak connection cities is not high,such cities still play an important role in the network as a result of their location within ′structural holes′ in the network;and 6) the major driving forces facilitating inter-city technological cooperation are geographical proximity,hierarchical proximity and technological proximity. 展开更多

In order to highlight and analyze the influence of heterogeneous knowledge flows to enterprises in the modern service industry,based on a review of the Colonel Blotto game,some presumptions such as the game's utility function are modified,and a mechanism to change tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is constructed to carry out an analysis of a two-player knowledge flow management.The characteristics of the players' optimal reactions of knowledge flow management are studied,and the results bear evidence of the facts that a gap always exists under the spillover effect.Meanwhile,tacit knowledge seems more important to the development of enterprises than explicit knowledge.So it implies that the foremost task for the development of the modern service industry is to strengthen the settings and institutions for the flux of tacit knowledge and enterprise knowledge management. 展开更多

Purpose:This paper aims to address the limitations in existing research on the evolution of knowledge flow networks by proposing a meso-level institutional field knowledge flow network evolution model(IKM).The purpose is to simulate the construction process of a knowledge flow network using knowledge organizations as units and to investigate its effectiveness in replicating institutional field knowledge flow networks.Design/Methodology/Approach:The IKM model enhances the preferential attachment and growth observed in scale-free BA networks,while incorporating three adjustment parameters to simulate the selection of connection targets and the types of nodes involved in the network evolution process Using the PageRank algorithm to calculate the significance of nodes within the knowledge flow network.To compare its performance,the BA and DMS models are also employed for simulating the network.Pearson coefficient analysis is conducted on the simulated networks generated by the IKM,BA and DMS models,as well as on the actual network.Findings:The research findings demonstrate that the IKM model outperforms the BA and DMS models in replicating the institutional field knowledge flow network.It provides comprehensive insights into the evolution mechanism of knowledge flow networks in the scientific research realm.The model also exhibits potential applicability to other knowledge networks that involve knowledge organizations as node units.Research Limitations:This study has some limitations.Firstly,it primarily focuses on the evolution of knowledge flow networks within the field of physics,neglecting other fields.Additionally,the analysis is based on a specific set of data,which may limit the generalizability of the findings.Future research could address these limitations by exploring knowledge flow networks in diverse fields and utilizing broader datasets.Practical Implications:The proposed IKM model offers practical implications for the construction and analysis of knowledge flow networks within institutions.It provides a valuable tool for understanding and managing knowledge exchange between knowledge organizations.The model can aid in optimizing knowledge flow and enhancing collaboration within organizations.Originality/value:This research highlights the significance of meso-level studies in understanding knowledge organization and its impact on knowledge flow networks.The IKM model demonstrates its effectiveness in replicating institutional field knowledge flow networks and offers practical implications for knowledge management in institutions.Moreover,the model has the potential to be applied to other knowledge networks,which are formed by knowledge organizations as node units. 展开更多

To increase the resilience of farmers’livelihood systems,detailed knowledge of adaptation strategies for dealing with the impacts of climate change is required.Knowledge co-production approach is an adaptation strategy that is considered appropriate in the context of the increasing frequency of disasters caused by climate change.Previous research of knowledge co-production on climate change adaptation in Indonesia is insufficient,particularly at local level,so we examined the flow of climate change adaptation knowledge in the knowledge co-production process through climate field school(CFS)activities in this study.We interviewed 120 people living in Bulukumba Regency,South Sulawesi Province,Indonesia,involving 12 crowds including male and female farmers participated in CFS and not participated in CFS,local government officials,agriculture extension workers,agricultural traders,farmers’family members and neighbors,etc.In brief,the 12 groups of people mainly include two categories of people,i.e.,people involved in CFS activities and outside CFS.We applied descriptive method and Social network analysis(SNA)to determine how knowledge flow in the community network and which groups of actors are important for knowledge flow.The findings of this study reveal that participants in CFS activities convey the knowledge they acquired formally(i.e.,from TV,radio,government,etc.)and informally(i.e.,from market,friends,relatives,etc.)to other actors,especially to their families and neighbors.The results also show that the acquisition and sharing of knowledge facilitate the flow of climate change adaptation knowledge based on knowledge co-operation.In addition,the findings highlight the key role of actors in the knowledge transfer process,and key actors involved in disseminating information about climate change adaptation.To be specific,among all the actors,family member and neighbor of CFS actor are the most common actors in disseminating climate knowledge information and closest to other actors in the network;agricultural trader and family member of CFS actor collaborate most with other actors in the community network;and farmers participated in CFS,including those heads of farmer groups,agricultural extension workers,and local government officials are more willing to contact with other actors in the network.To facilitate the flow of knowledge on climate change adaptation,CFS activities should be conducted regularly and CFS models that fit the situation of farmers’vulnerability to climate change should be developed. 展开更多

The Chinese urban system is currently experiencing a fundamental shift, as it moves from a size-based hierarchy to a network-based system. Contemporary studies of city networks have tended to focus on economic interactions without paying sufficient attention to the issue of knowledge flow. Using data on co-authored papers obtained from China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database (CAJNPD) during 2014-2016, this study explores several features of the scientific collaboration network between Chinese mainland cities. The study concludes that: (1) the spatial organization of scientific cooperation amongst Chinese cities is shifting from a jurisdiction-based hierarchical system to a networked system; and (2) several highly intra-connected city regions were found to exist in the network of knowledge, and such regions had more average internal linkages (14.21) than external linkages (8.69), and higher average internal linkage degrees (14.43) than external linkage degrees (10.43); and (3) differences existed in terms of inter-region connectivity between the Western, Eastern, and Central China regional networks (the average INCD of the three regional networks were 109.65, 95.81, and 71.88). We suggest that China should engage in the development of regional and subregional scientific centers to achieve the goal of building an innovative country. Whilst findings reveal a high degree of concentration in those networks - a characteristic which reflects the hierarchical nature of China's urban economic structure - the actual spatial distribution of city networks of knowledge flow was found to be different from that of city networks based on economic outputs or population. 展开更多

But what kinds of knowled... Although serious efforts are made internationally and nationally, it is a slow process to make our physical environment accessible. In the actual design process, architects play a major role. But what kinds of knowledge, including research-based knowledge, do practicing architects make use of when designing accessible environments? The answer to the question is crucially important since it affects how knowledge is distributed and how accessibility can be ensured. In order to get first-hand knowledge about the design process and the sources from which they gain knowledge, 11 qualitative interviews were conducted with architects with experience of designing for accessibility. The analysis draws on two theoretical distinctions. The first is research-based knowledge versus knowledge used by architects. The second is context-independent knowledge versus context-dependent knowledge. The practitioners found their primary support in context-dependent knowledge, whereas context-independent knowledge was criticized as being too prescriptive. Further, they tended to ask for assistance from the researcher in person rather than reading research publications. The findings challenge research in two ways--first, to produce context-dependent knowledge to structure the first step of the design process, second, to develop new ways to ensure a knowledge flow between research and practice. 展开更多

Traffic Flow Prediction in Data-Scarce Regions:A Transfer Learning Approach

Traffic flow prediction is a key component of intelligent transportation systems,particularly in datascarce regions where traditional models relying on complete datasets often fail to provide accurate forecasts.These regions are characterized by limited sensor coverage and sparse data collection,pose significant challenges for existing prediction methods.To address this,we propose a novel transfer learning framework called transfer learning with deep knowledge distillation(TL-DKD),which combines graph neural network(GNN)with deep knowledge distillation to enable effective knowledge transfer from data-rich to data-scarce domains.Our contributions are three-fold:(1)We introduce,for the first time,a unique integration of deep knowledge distillation and transfer learning,enhancing feature adaptability across diverse traffic datasets while addressing data scarcity.(2)We design an encoder-decoder architecture where the encoder retains generalized spatiotemporal patterns fromsource domains,and the decoder finetunes predictions for target domains,ensuring minimal information loss during transfer.(3)Extensive experiments on five real-world datasets(METR-LA,PeMS-Bay,PeMS03/04/08)demonstrate the framework’s robustness.The TL-DKD model achieves significant improvements in prediction accuracy,especially in data-scarce scenarios.For example,the PEMSD4 dataset in multi-region experiments,it achieves a mean absolute error(MAE)of 20.08,a mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 13.59%,and a root mean squared error(RMSE)of 31.75 for 30-min forecasts.Additionally,noise-augmented experiments show improved adaptability under perturbed data conditions.These results highlight the framework’s practical impact,offering a scalable solution for accurate traffic predictions in resource-constrained environments. 展开更多

组织内部知识流动是研发人员整合既有知识与创造新知识的基础。作为资源流动的渠道,研发合作网络中的关系嵌入与结构嵌入特征具体表现为关系强度与结构洞影响组织内部知识流动的效率与效果。然而,当前围绕关系强度与结构洞之间的耦合存... 组织内部知识流动是研发人员整合既有知识与创造新知识的基础。作为资源流动的渠道,研发合作网络中的关系嵌入与结构嵌入特征具体表现为关系强度与结构洞影响组织内部知识流动的效率与效果。然而,当前围绕关系强度与结构洞之间的耦合存在不一致的观点,并且较少探讨其对知识流动的影响,以及揭示研发人员类型的权变作用。鉴于此,本文基于美国医药专利数据,研究关系强度与结构洞耦合对组织内部知识流动的影响,并进一步分析研发人员类型的调节效应。研究结果表明:关系强度与结构洞耦合对内部知识搜寻产生正向影响,但对内部知识扩散则具有负向作用;相较于一般研发者,关系强度与结构洞耦合对关键研发者内部知识搜寻的正向作用更大,而对其内部知识扩散的负向作用更小。研究结论验证了网络属性与个体属性的交互作用,为管理者准确把握网络嵌入性的耦合机制、优化组织内部知识流动提出了针对性建议。 展开更多

协同治理、知识接口与流动闭环:乡村阅读空间作为农业知识扩散节点的机制研究

[目的/意义]为推动乡村公共文化服务高质量发展,基层阅读空间需从静态“设施”转型为动态“知识节点”。本研究旨在揭示其内部协同治理机制如何通过塑造“知识接口”,影响农业知识在乡土社会的流动效能,为优化乡村知识服务提供机制解释与实践路径。[方法/过程]首先,构建“节点属性-接口特征-流动效能”理论框架,阐明“治理模式→接口→流动”的逻辑。进而,选取江阴(深度契约型)、连城(行政主导型)、余杭(社会协作型)3个案例,采用问卷调研(N=438)与深度访谈(38人)相结合的混合方法进行实证比较与机制检验。[结果/结论]研究发现,深度契约型的“嵌入式接口”通过制度保障与信任衍生,显著驱动了高复杂性知识的深度闭环流动;社会协作型的“网络化接口”则通过激活社区网络,更有效地促进了隐性知识的横向共享。基于此,研究提出应从“接口能力”认证、培育“知识经纪人”、建设“乡土知识库”3方面,构建响应式乡村知识节点,为实现从“文化惠民”到“知识赋能”的转型提供具体方案。 展开更多

实践教学能力是“双师型”教师的职业核心竞争力。通过明确“双师型”教师实践教学能力发展的总体目标,准确把握其在高等职业教育领域发挥的关键作用。“双师型”教师实践教学能力发展的主要问题体现为评价考核体系需要健全、能力培养... 实践教学能力是“双师型”教师的职业核心竞争力。通过明确“双师型”教师实践教学能力发展的总体目标,准确把握其在高等职业教育领域发挥的关键作用。“双师型”教师实践教学能力发展的主要问题体现为评价考核体系需要健全、能力培养模式有待完善、缺乏技术实践学习机会。围绕技术认识论观点,总结归纳了“双师型”教师实践教学能力的主要特征,即以技术产物进步为标志的成长性、以技术知识类型所表现的模块化、以技术改造自然为导向的目的性。最终提出了“双师型”教师实践教学能力的发展策略,主要包括完善基层高校政策的统筹设计、开发实践教学能力的发展框架、搭建“双师型”教师学习工厂。 展开更多

知识计算与数值优化融合的铁路网列流推算研究

为支撑铁路运输态势推演、列车组织优化等工作,需对铁路网列车运行及区域能力利用状况进行推算。本研究融合列车运行记录、到发报告、装卸车报告、物理网络拓扑等多源数据,通过预处理与知识融合,提取货运路径知识三元组构建知识图谱。... 为支撑铁路运输态势推演、列车组织优化等工作,需对铁路网列车运行及区域能力利用状况进行推算。本研究融合列车运行记录、到发报告、装卸车报告、物理网络拓扑等多源数据,通过预处理与知识融合,提取货运路径知识三元组构建知识图谱。利用知识图谱进行知识提取与推断,获取历史列车运行信息、时间参数等知识构建货运服务网络以搜索径路,同时辅以货车历史轨迹知识对备选径路集进行补充。基于知识计算所得参数与径路集,构建以列车总运行时间最短为目标的线性整数数值优化模型,同时结合时间判断与径路切割操作计算残余列流实现连续时段列流推算,最终结合真实生产数据构建案例并使用商业求解器Gurobi求解验证。研究结果表明:与实际数据对比,超85%的弧段推算误差小于5列,误差超过10列的弧段占比小于2.5%。推算识别的瓶颈区段、线路同实际情况基本吻合,可以为列车组织优化提供参考。相较于优先分配最多待运车数车组策略的推算方法,本研究方法准确率提升约12%,误差较大弧段数量减少56.3%;相较于单一数值优化方法,本研究方法可在更小的备选径路集规模下实现准确率提升约10%,误差较大弧段数量减少58.2%。同时,与两种对照方法相比,本研究方法推算得到的径路更合理,运输方案更贴合实际。对误差分布及产生原因进行分析,影响推算结果的原因可能包括数据质量、优化算法等因素,为后续改进提供方向。研究结果可为铁路运输态势推演、瓶颈疏解及列车调度提供决策支持,助力运输组织方案优化。 展开更多

跨境电商正成为中国构建“双循环”新发展格局的重要支点。文章聚焦知识要素的循环流动,利用2006~2020年Inco Pat合享全球专利数据库识别专利在城市间的转移活动,以跨境电商综试区的设立为准自然实验,采用交错双重差分模型(staggered-D... 跨境电商正成为中国构建“双循环”新发展格局的重要支点。文章聚焦知识要素的循环流动,利用2006~2020年Inco Pat合享全球专利数据库识别专利在城市间的转移活动,以跨境电商综试区的设立为准自然实验,采用交错双重差分模型(staggered-DID)考察了跨境电商综试区对城市间知识流动的影响。研究发现,跨境电商综试区的设立显著促进了城市间知识流动。该结论在经过多种稳健性检验后依然成立。机制检验表明,这种影响主要通过减少制度性交易成本和提高知识产权保护水平得以实现。异质性分析表明,跨境电商综试区的设立因城市行政级别、区域创新创业能力以及“数字鸿沟”的差异而对城市间知识流动产生差异化影响。该研究为更高效地发挥跨境电商综试区的知识溢出与知识集聚功能提供了经验证据。 展开更多

网络法治教育是引导青少年适应网络社会化趋势、构筑风险防范意识与法治思维的关键路径。当前,这一领域面临着法治信息生产失范、传播链条割裂以及教育内化失效等问题。知识管理领域的SECI理论模型为分析青少年法治教育提供了新的视角。... 网络法治教育是引导青少年适应网络社会化趋势、构筑风险防范意识与法治思维的关键路径。当前,这一领域面临着法治信息生产失范、传播链条割裂以及教育内化失效等问题。知识管理领域的SECI理论模型为分析青少年法治教育提供了新的视角。在SECI理论模型视域下,青少年网络法治教育可以被解构为法治知识在网络空间中经历表露化、组合化、内部化及共同化四个阶段的螺旋式上升与波浪式前进过程。基于此,为提升青少年网络法治教育的针对性与实效性,要在源头上构建兼具规范标准与动态迭代能力的法治信息生产体系,在渠道上打造以数字技术为驱动、多元主体协同的立体化传播网络,在受体上强化青少年对碎片化的法治信息的筛选辨别与深度转化的能力,在生态上,健全青少年朋辈力量深度融入的协同机制,以期通过网络法治教育手段来实现青少年法治素养的系统、全面提升。 展开更多

中国近20年生态流量研究进展与热点分析

为了揭示中国生态流量研究的时空演进规律,为水资源可持续利用与生态文明建设提供科学支撑。分析了近20 a国内生态流量研究热点与发展趋势,构建其科学知识图谱。通过在CNKI检索“生态流量”文献,结合CiteSpace绘制作者合作、机构合作、... 为了揭示中国生态流量研究的时空演进规律,为水资源可持续利用与生态文明建设提供科学支撑。分析了近20 a国内生态流量研究热点与发展趋势,构建其科学知识图谱。通过在CNKI检索“生态流量”文献,结合CiteSpace绘制作者合作、机构合作、关键词聚类、共现及突现图谱,揭示研究热点和演变趋势。研究结果显示:2004~2023年国内生态流量研究快速增长,2022年发文量达峰值(136篇);核心作者331位,发文量≥8篇的有2位,合作网络涉及206个机构,其中西安理工大学与中国水利水电科学研究院发文量最高(≥30篇)。关键词共现方面,生态流量、生态调度、生态需水为主要研究热点,形成10个关键词聚类。突现分析发现,水库调度、长江流域、黄河流域、气候变化等为近年来关注焦点。未来需加强与核心作者、机构的合作,优化流域生态保护与补偿机制,并深化多学科协作与政策应用研究。 展开更多
