In this regard, in city hall development plans (t...In Iran, the implementation of public transport and non-motorized transport infrastructure warrants the need to allocate adequate funding from the state and city hall. In this regard, in city hall development plans (the format approved by the Ministry of Interior), urban transportation plan has been one of the ten chapters. The purpose of this paper is to survey the content and documents related to the allocation of funds to the traffic sector in the former development program of Kerman city hall and by the way, assess the role of human-oriented transportation among the plans and programs of Kerman city hall. Therefore, the amount of funds allocated to the transport sector in Kerman city hall development plans and programs has been investigated for a period of six years (2009-2014). Comparative analysis method is used for surveying the position and the importance of sustainable transport among planners and urban management. Kerman is the historical city and the most important city in the South East of Iran. Due to uncontrolled population growth in recent decades, a large number of cars added to its pathways, so it is required to have a plan of sustainable transportation programs to be evaluated traffic. Results of the analysis indicate that the budget allocated to the development of the vehicle-oriented transportation is much more than human-oriented transportation and in fact, human-oriented systems of transport such as walking and cycling are considered less than the others. Also in the old fabric of Kerman city that has formed on the basis of the human-oriented transportation, the lowest level of funding is intended to regulate transportation. With this description, it is clear that achieving sustainable development and human-oriented in urban transport sector, it fundamentally needs paradigm shift in urban transport development and revision in the attitudes of managers and planners, and in the meantime it is necessary to correct the programming cycle of urban development along with review of the allocating funds mechanism and to define projects in various sectors. Urban and transport planners can conduct municipalities projects with costing not too much and hereto provide non-motorized styles in the field of urban transport networks. If only allocated apart of the overall funding for roads, highways and city streets to the development of public transport and non-motorized transportation options, the impact would be very high.展开更多

BACKGROUND Depression is a leading global health concern with high suicide rates and recurrence.Cognitive models suggest that mental pain and automatic thoughts are central to depression's impact.The hypothesis is...BACKGROUND Depression is a leading global health concern with high suicide rates and recurrence.Cognitive models suggest that mental pain and automatic thoughts are central to depression's impact.The hypothesis is that self-compassion will be negatively associated with mental pain,mediated by automatic thoughts.AIM To determine the mediating role of automatic thoughts in the relationship between self-compassion and mental pain in individuals with depression.METHODS This cross-sectional study included 389 inpatients with depression from Tianjin Anding Hospital.Participants completed the Self-Compassion Scale-Chinese Version(SCS-C),Automatic Thought Questionnaire(ATQ),and Orbach&Mikulincer Mental Pain Scale-Chinese Version(OMMP).Data were analyzed using Pearson correlations,multiple linear regressions,and mediation analysis.RESULTS The SCS-C total score was 68.95±14.89,ATQ was 87.02±28.91,and OMMP was 129.01±36.74.Correlation analysis showed mental pain was positively associated with automatic thoughts(r=0.802,P<0.001)and negatively with selfcompassion(r=-0.636,P<0.001).Regression analysis indicated automatic thoughts(β=0.623,P<0.001)and self-compassion(β=-0.301,P<0.001)significantly predicted mental pain.Mediation analysis confirmed automatic thoughts partially mediated the relationship between self-compassion and mental pain(ab=-0.269,95%CI:-0.363 to-0.212).CONCLUSION Self-compassion is inversely related to mental pain in depression,with automatic thoughts playing a mediating role.These findings suggest potential therapeutic targets for alleviating mental pain in depressed patients.展开更多

文摘Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization contains new concepts,ideas,and strategies that feature Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the times and promote the progress of human civilization.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is also the fundamental guide for compliance and action in terms of China’s practices in building an ecological civilization in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,has made several inspection tours to Sichuan and given a series of important instructions on green development and building an ecological civilization in Sichuan province.This paper reviews the contemporary meaning and theoretical significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and uses them to systematically examine the overall performance of building a beautiful Sichuan,following the guidance of Xi Jinping’s important instructions for the governance of Sichuan.This paper selects and analyzes typical cases that demonstrate the national effect in Sichuan to summarize Sichuan’s unique experiences in the practice of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.
文摘This conceptual study proposes a pedagogical framework that integrates Generative Artificial Intelligence tools(AIGC)and Chain-of-Thought(CoT)reasoning,grounded in the cognitive apprenticeship model,for the Pragmatics and Translation course within Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)programs.A key feature involves CoT reasoning exercises,which require students to articulate their step-by-step translation reasoning.This explicates cognitive processes,enhances pragmatic awareness,translation strategy development,and critical reflection on linguistic choices and context.Hypothetical activities exemplify its application,including comparative analysis of AI and human translations to examine pragmatic nuances,and guided exercises where students analyze or critique the reasoning traces generated by Large Language Models(LLMs).Ethically grounded,the framework positions AI as a supportive tool,thereby ensuring human translators retain the central decision-making role and promoting critical evaluation of machine-generated suggestions.Potential challenges,such as AI biases,ethical concerns,and overreliance,are addressed through strategies including bias-awareness discussions,rigorous accuracy verification,and a strong emphasis on human accountability.Future research will involve piloting the framework to empirically evaluate its impact on learners’pragmatic competence and translation skills,followed by iterative refinements to advance evidence-based translation pedagogy.

文摘Ye Tianshi was a renowned expert in classical formulas during the Qing Dynasty.He created the Light Bitterness and Mild Pungency Method,which is formulated based on the compatibility of“Xing(bitter almond),Kou(Fructus amomi rotundus),Ju(tangerine peel),and Jie(platycodon root)”.This method regulates the dispersion and descent of lung Qi to dispel warm-heat pathogens and smooth the Qi movement of the triple energizer.In the treatment of lung system diseases,Ye classified them into two major categories based on etiology and pathogenesis:excess syndrome of nutrient-defense and deficiency syndrome of nutrient-defense.When discussing the treatment of cough caused by phlegm-fluid retention,he frequently referred to Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and attached great importance to summarizing and absorbing the academic thoughts of predecessors.As an accomplished expert in classical formulas,Ye Tianshi followed the academic essence of Xuanyuan and Qi Bo(founders of TCM theory)and respected the principles of Zhang Zhongjing’s classical formulas,integrating these theories in a coherent manner.With his masterful application of classical formulas to achieve remarkable curative effects,Ye’s academic viewpoints on treating lung system diseases still exert a profound influence on the modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
