摘要
郑连山为民国时期吴门名医,精于经带胎产,尤擅调经种子。郑氏承家学秘要,师古不泥古,博采众长,立法严谨,形成“调经当调脏,调脏重补脾;种子先调经,调经重调血;养胎当逐月,预养重调摄;产后重温补,补不忘兼证”的“调经-种子-养胎-产后”围孕产期诊治理论体系及学术思想,对妇科临床具有较高的指导意义。
ZHENG Lianshan was a famous doctor in Wu′s school during the Republic of China period,skilled in menstrual and fetal delivery,especially in regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy.ZHENG Lianshan inherited the secret of family education,learned from the past without sticking to it,drew on the strengths of others and legislated rigorously.He has proposed that regulating menstruation lies in regulating the organs,and the key to regulating the organs is to replenish spleen.Pregnancy begins with regulating menstruation,with the emphasis on regulating blood flow.Fetal care needs to be done according to the month,and pre-care needs to be carefully adjusted.Postpartum should pay attention to warming and tonifying,and do not forget to treat the complicated symptoms.This theoretical system and academic thinking of“regulating menstruation-assisting pregnancy-nurturing the fetus-emphasizing postpartum care”during the perinatal diagnosis and treatment has high guiding significance for gynecological clinical practice.
