In order to solve the problem of inter-vehicle communication (IVC) in vast and desolate areas such as the desert and the Gobi, two vehicle network models are proposed. One is based on satellite communication and the other is based on high altitude platform ( HAP ) communication. The system outline and networking modes of the two models are described. In the satellite communication based model, all the vehicles are equipped with vehicle-bone satellite communication on the move terminals and the communication signals between vehicles are forwarded by satellite. In the high altitude platform-based model, the HAPs are equipped with base station facilities to form aerial base stations, and vehicles can communicate with each other via common terrestrial mobile communication devices. Some key parameters such as path loss, link loss and system capacity are also computed. The analysis shows that both the two models can satisfy the requirement of IVC in the descriptive environment. 展开更多

A novel Cooperative Directional inter-cell Handover Scheme(CDHS) for High Altitude Platform(HAP) communications systems is proposed,in which the handover target cell and the two cells adjacent to this handover target cell work cooperatively to exploit the traffic fluctuation to improve handover performance.Users in the overlap area of the overloaded handover target cell will be forced to handover directionally before their optimal handover boundary in order to free up resources for the handover calls which would otherwise be dropped due to the shortage of resources and queue time out.Simulation results show that the handover call dropping probability is greatly reduced(at least 60%) compared with the general queue handover scheme,with little performance reduction to the call blocking probability,and the Not in the Best Cell(NBC) average time is only increased moderately.Moreover,an optimal cell radius can be achieved for a specific platform speed by minimizing the unified system performance,which is the linear combination of the handover call dropping probability and the NBC average time. 展开更多

Satellite-to-ground terahertz communication is limited by the power of signal source and antenna gain level,and has large path loss,which is difficult to implement.In this paper,a feasible scheme of satellite-to-ground terahertz communication using High Altitude Platforms(HAPs)as relay is presented,and the path loss on terahertz communication links is modeled and analyzed.Combined with the path loss model,the transmission loss along HAP-to-ground paths under different seasons and complex weather environment in Ali,Xizang,China is calculated.The results show that the transmission characteristics of terahertz waves in winter and summer are significantly different,mainly reflected in the number and bandwidth of usable atmospheric windows.Furthermore,the additional attenuation caused by the typical sand dust and ice cloud environment on terahertz band can reach 6.1 dB and 1.9 dB at the maximum respectively.With the aid of high gain antenna,the usable communication frequencies of the HAP-to-ground links in winter are significantly more than those in summer.When the transmitting and receiving antenna gain is 40 dBi respectively,the usable communication frequency can reach 1.35 THz in winter,while it is limited to less than 1 THz in summer,up to 0.493 THz. 展开更多

In order to investigate the benefit of multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) technique applying to the high altitude platform(HAP), a 2×2 MIMO statistical model, which can accurately describe the channel between HAP and high-speed train, is presented. And dual polarization diversity is particularly considered. Based on first-order three-state Markov chain, the single-input single-output(SISO) channel, a subset of the MIMO channel is first established. The ray tracing approach applied to the digital relief model(DRM) which covers the railway between Xi'an and Zhengzhou is used to obtain the state probability vector and matrix of the state transition probability. The proposed model considers both Doppler shift and temporal correlation, and the polarization correlation and spatial correlation statistical properties of large-scale fading and smallscale fading are analyzed. Moreover, useful numerical results on the MIMO HAP channel outage capacity are provided based on which, significant capacity gains with respect to the conventional SISO case are illustrated. Such statistical channel model can be applied to the future wireless communication system between HAP and high-speed train. 展开更多

However, to sustain ... The efficient manufacture technique involves a high-speed control of platform mobile system. A linear acutor is presented in this paper. The linear acutor is constructed as a linear stepper motor. However, to sustain both high accuracy and high speed for the position and speed control, A single-stack computer system is constructed and a special control algorithm is prescribed to controled the linear actuator continuously. In this paper, the nonlinear errors resulted from the magnetic saturation and the hysteresis is anaysis and discussed. In the view of electromagnetic propotional control, the actuator is a stage proportional magnet, because the driving current to the linear acuator changes for a number of cycles and a series of reset points will occur as the current undergoes cyclic changes. At each reset point the original starting characteristics of the system are re-established. A large number of reset points across the full stroke of the platform results in a significant reduction in the nonlinear behavior. The stage control is first discussed. Experiments carried out to obtain the characteristics of the mobile platform control system. It is demonstrated that with the introduction of stage control, nonlinearities, such as saturation and hysteresis, are greatly reduced, system stiffness is increased, and the positioning accuracy and resolution are improved. The effect of dither due to a "digital fragment" signal is also examined and found to be crucial in reducing the hysteresis and in improving the resolution accuracy. 展开更多

Skin lightening and tanning are two major areas dominating the market of skincare and cosmetic products. Though the demands are originated from two different communities, the two areas share a same goal—skin colour tuning. The known safe compounds with skin colour tuning activities are limited. In contrary, Chinese medicinal herb provides a pool of natural bioactive compounds, which have been used in Asian countries for long time and have been tested for its toxicity. Here, we demonstrate a high throughput screening platform for potential compounds usable for skin colour tuning. From 147 natural compounds, 26 of them showed potential in skin tanning functions by using the high throughput melanogenesis platform based on the melanogenesis assay on B16 melanocytes. Five of them promoted melanogenesis by over 50%. Moreover, apart from 1, 8-dihydroxyanthraquinone, the other four compounds showed enhancement effect on tyrosinase activity. From the result, the compounds increased the Vmax of tyrosinase without changing the Km in a dose-dependent manner. Thus, there should be no irreversible structural change of the enzyme. Definitely, this report contributes to the development of personalization in skincare and cosmetic products. 展开更多

The residual stress influences the following welding quality and cause crack growth. Therefore, research on the cutting practice of jack-up platform leg rack is significant to improve the safety and reliability of the offshore platform. A heating source model that is applicable to the cutting and emulation of high-strength thick plates han been presented. Then, the thermo-physical characteristic parameters of NV E690 leg plate was calculated by JMATPRO, and is revised according to the theory of metallographic. Furthermore, the numerical simulation of the linear cutting of leg plate was conducted, and the reliability of the heating source model and the thermo-physical characteristic parameters of material were proved by comparing them with the experimental data. Bused on the former study, the optimal parameter ( heating source, cutting speed and radius of the heating source model) which ensured that the gear plate was cut through without edge collapses during cutting was calculated. The optimized process parameters can be used to study the distribution of residual stress in gear plate during cutting which provides theoretical guideline for improving the construction technology of offshore platform legs. 展开更多

时速250km高铁全高站台门气动荷载与结构响应特性试验研究

为进一步探明高速铁路全高站台门的气动荷载与结构响应特性,为站台门结构设计提供依据,依托某设计时速250 km高速铁路地下车站(四线双岛式),开展列车高速过站空气动力学效应现场试验,获得全高站台门的气动荷载和结构响应测试数据,分析... 为进一步探明高速铁路全高站台门的气动荷载与结构响应特性,为站台门结构设计提供依据,依托某设计时速250 km高速铁路地下车站(四线双岛式),开展列车高速过站空气动力学效应现场试验,获得全高站台门的气动荷载和结构响应测试数据,分析气动荷载特性及其产生机理,并讨论列车过站速度、站台门位置等因素对气动荷载和结构响应的影响。结果表明:(1)列车高速过站时全高站台门内外两侧均经历多次压力波动,且波动幅值差异大,气动荷载应为两侧压力差;(2)站台门最大气动荷载由列车经过测点时产生,隧道入口和出口压力波产生的气动荷载较小;(3)列车过站速度越快,站台门承受的气动荷载越大,以时速250 km过站时最大气动荷载约为1.1 kPa;(4)气动荷载将导致站台门玻璃产生弹性变形,变形量随时间的变化规律与气动荷载一致,以时速250 km过站时最大弹性变形量为7.07 mm;(5)气动荷载导致的站台门结构振动具有明显的低频脉冲特性,站台门立柱、玻璃振动主频约为40,15 Hz,玻璃的振动频率更低、振幅更大。 展开更多

中国平台经济高质量发展:时空演进、区域差异与障碍因子诊断

平台经济是中国经济高质量发展的重要支撑和载体。文章基于新发展理念,构建平台经济高质量发展评价指标体系,采用二阶段时空极差熵值法,测度2013—2023年中国31个省份的平台经济高质量发展水平。在此基础上,探究平台经济高质量发展水平... 平台经济是中国经济高质量发展的重要支撑和载体。文章基于新发展理念,构建平台经济高质量发展评价指标体系,采用二阶段时空极差熵值法,测度2013—2023年中国31个省份的平台经济高质量发展水平。在此基础上,探究平台经济高质量发展水平的时空演进、区域差异和内部障碍因子。结果表明:(1)中国平台经济高质量发展水平持续提升,东部地区水平最高且增长较快,中西部地区增速提升但整体水平滞后,低水平地区易陷入“空间锁定”,中低水平地区在邻近地区带动下升级概率明显提升。(2)总体差异主要来源于区域内差异,区域间差异和超变密度的贡献率在波动中略有上升,东部与西部地区间基尼系数最大且收敛缓慢,中部和西部地区间差异较小。(3)数据要素驱动业规模、平台服务覆盖广度和数字技术应用业集聚是平台经济高质量发展的主要障碍,东中部地区数据要素驱动业规模的阻碍作用持续增强,平台服务覆盖广度是西部地区的首要障碍。 展开更多

科技创新平台与制造业的深度融合是必然趋势,也是推动制造业高质量发展的重要路径。以河北省科技创新平台和制造业为研究对象,运用熵权TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型、核密度估计法、障碍度模型考察2015—2023年河北省科技创新平台与制造业... 科技创新平台与制造业的深度融合是必然趋势,也是推动制造业高质量发展的重要路径。以河北省科技创新平台和制造业为研究对象,运用熵权TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型、核密度估计法、障碍度模型考察2015—2023年河北省科技创新平台与制造业高质量发展的耦合协调度及其时序演变特征,揭示影响耦合协调发展的主要因素。研究结果表明:河北省科技创新平台与制造业高质量发展综合得分波动上升,制造业增速相对滞后,三类科技创新平台发展各具特点;科技创新平台与制造业高质量发展的耦合协调度经历了3个发展阶段,2023年达到最高值,处于高级协调,两系统关系由平台滞后转为制造业滞后;三类科技创新平台与制造业耦合协调水平与整体层面大体相同但内部有差异,产业技术研究院微弱领先,内部差异随时间减小;准则层中的研发产出、平台基础、对外服务、创新能力对河北省两系统耦合协调存在较大制约。 展开更多

面向追踪湿地松养分胁迫响应的高通量表型系统研究

植物表型分析是制约农林现代化发展的关键瓶颈之一。传统表型分析方法存在效率低下、操作复杂等局限,难以实现大规模、动态监测植物在环境胁迫下的生理响应。随着高通量表型技术的快速发展,多源传感器数据融合已成为研究植物健康与胁迫... 植物表型分析是制约农林现代化发展的关键瓶颈之一。传统表型分析方法存在效率低下、操作复杂等局限,难以实现大规模、动态监测植物在环境胁迫下的生理响应。随着高通量表型技术的快速发展,多源传感器数据融合已成为研究植物健康与胁迫适应的重要手段。然而,现有系统难以应对植株高度变化不一、不同生长阶段表型特征变异大的现象,导致采集设备适应性差、作业效率有限,制约动态生理响应的精准捕捉。为此,本研究以湿地松为研究对象开展梯度养分胁迫试验(正常、轻度、重度),设计并构建了一种自走式高通量表型监测系统,该系统集成可见光、多光谱等多源成像传感器,可根据株高动态变化自动调节传感器空间位置,实现对360株样本的植物表型信息高效采集。在算法层面,系统引入了一种基于遗传算法的递归特征消除交叉验证方法(Genetic algorithm-recursive feature elimination with cross-validation,GA-RFECV),用于筛选与养分胁迫高度相关的敏感特征,并结合机器学习模型构建湿地松养分胁迫响应的分类框架。试验结果表明GA-RFECV方法提高了模型监测精度,其中随机森林(Random forest,RF)模型在验证集上的准确率、精确率、召回率和F1分数分别达到0.694、0.695、0.694、0.685。在进一步结合超参数优化后,差分进化算法(Differential evolution,DE)优化的极端梯度提升(Extreme gradient boosting,XGBoost)模型在验证集上的综合性能最优,相比于其他模型表现较好,准确率、精确率、召回率和F1分数分别提升至0.759、0.770、0.759、0.756,验证了混合特征选择与超参数优化策略在植物养分胁迫分类中的有效性。本研究提出并构建的自走式高通量表型监测系统在植物养分胁迫的精准高效追踪方面展现出较大优势,为精准施肥、抗逆品种选育、林木养分大规模监测提供了可靠的技术支撑与研究方法。 展开更多

低轨道(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)卫星和高空平台(High Altitude Platform,HAP)成为了实现全域、全时段、全覆盖通信的关键技术。为了更好地为地面用户提供高效稳定的服务,针对HAP辅助的LEO卫星边缘计算,提出了一种终端-高空平台-低轨卫星... 低轨道(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)卫星和高空平台(High Altitude Platform,HAP)成为了实现全域、全时段、全覆盖通信的关键技术。为了更好地为地面用户提供高效稳定的服务,针对HAP辅助的LEO卫星边缘计算,提出了一种终端-高空平台-低轨卫星组成的三层网络架构,任务可以在3个平台上处理,星间也可以协作实现星上负载均衡。考虑时间延迟、资源约束、建模问题的高度复杂性以及星地信道的快速衰落等问题,联合优化卸载决策、带宽与计算资源分配策略,提出了一种基于深度确定性策略梯度的任务卸载与资源分配算法,将问题建模为马尔可夫决策过程,同时对环境状态参数采用状态归一化算法进行预处理。与深度Q网络、全部卸载、无星间链路3种策略算法相比,所提出的算法在时延与能耗方面均能表现出优秀的性能。 展开更多

超高层建筑顶升钢平台关键系统安装施工模拟分析

为了确保顶升钢平台关键系统在运行阶段与安装施工过程中的安全性,对其关键系统进行了有限元分析,验证其在顶升、施工和提升3种运行阶段下结构整体的安全性。基于分析结果设计了一种高效的安装施工方案,利用有限元软件对关键构件进行了... 为了确保顶升钢平台关键系统在运行阶段与安装施工过程中的安全性,对其关键系统进行了有限元分析,验证其在顶升、施工和提升3种运行阶段下结构整体的安全性。基于分析结果设计了一种高效的安装施工方案,利用有限元软件对关键构件进行了吊装验算,结合实际需求确定吊装时使用的钢丝绳规格,并对顶升钢平台关键系统开展了安装施工模拟分析。结果表明:顶升钢平台关键系统在施工阶段的应力和竖向位移最大,其最大值均在钢结构设计标准的限值之内,且线性屈曲分析的结果显示钢平台在5倍的设计荷载下才会发生失稳,结构整体的强度、刚度以及稳定性均符合要求;顶升钢平台关键系统的各个构件在吊装作业时应力与竖向位移均满足钢结构设计标准的要求;钢桁架在安装过程中结构整体的应力与竖向位移呈现逐步上升的趋势,但构件的最大应力和竖向位移值均远小于钢结构设计标准的要求,表明此安装施工方案具有较高的安全性,分析结果可为安装施工方案的编制提供理论依据。 展开更多
