燃气轮机大部件高精度安装设备的设计与应用

摘要 随着燃气轮机技术与市场的不断发展,其装配效率和质量要求日益提高,而其传动大部件的安装无适用设备,装配困难。本文基于六自由度调整装置,详细阐述了一种燃机传动大部件高精度安装设备的设计要求、工作原理及关键技术。对六自由度调整装置、移动底座、电机托架及调姿手柄等关键部件进行设计,经验证,设计的安装设备各自由度调整行程满足要求,各自由度步进精度可达0.05mm、0.05°,该设备为提高燃气轮机装配质量和效率提供有效的解决方案。 With the continuous development of gas turbine technology and market,the requirements for assembly efficiency and quality have been increasingly improved.However,there is no suitable equipment for installing large transmission components of gas turbines,leading to difficult assembly.Based on the six-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF)adjustment device,this paper elaborates on the design requirements,working principle and key technologies of a high-precision installation equipment for large gas turbine transmission components in detail.The key components such as the 6-DOF adjustment device,mobile base,motor bracket and adjustment handle are designed.It is verified that the adjustment stroke of each degree of freedom of the designed installation equipment meets the requirements,and the stepping accuracy of each degree of freedom can reach 0.05mm and 0.05°.This equipment provides an effective solution for improving the assembly quality and efficiency of gas turbines.
