When used for separating multi-component non-stationary signals, the adaptive time-varying filter(ATF) based on multi-scale chirplet sparse signal decomposition(MCSSD) generates phase shift and signal distortion. To overcome this drawback, the zero phase filter is introduced to the mentioned filter, and a fault diagnosis method for speed-changing gearbox is proposed. Firstly, the gear meshing frequency of each gearbox is estimated by chirplet path pursuit. Then, according to the estimated gear meshing frequencies, an adaptive zero phase time-varying filter(AZPTF) is designed to filter the original signal. Finally, the basis for fault diagnosis is acquired by the envelope order analysis to the filtered signal. The signal consisting of two time-varying amplitude modulation and frequency modulation(AM-FM) signals is respectively analyzed by ATF and AZPTF based on MCSSD. The simulation results show the variances between the original signals and the filtered signals yielded by AZPTF based on MCSSD are 13.67 and 41.14, which are far less than variances (323.45 and 482.86) between the original signals and the filtered signals obtained by ATF based on MCSSD. The experiment results on the vibration signals of gearboxes indicate that the vibration signals of the two speed-changing gearboxes installed on one foundation bed can be separated by AZPTF effectively. Based on the demodulation information of the vibration signal of each gearbox, the fault diagnosis can be implemented. Both simulation and experiment examples prove that the proposed filter can extract a mono-component time-varying AM-FM signal from the multi-component time-varying AM-FM signal without distortion. 展开更多

A novel and efficient method for decomposing a signal into a set of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and a trend is proposed. Unlike the original empirical mode decomposition (EMD), which uses spline fits to extract variations from the signal by separating the local mean from the fluctuations in the decomposing process, this new method being proposed takes advantage of the theory of variable finite impulse response (FIR) filtering where filter coefficients and breakpoint frequencies can be adjusted to track any peak-to-peak time scale changes. The IMFs are results of a multiple variable frequency response FIR filtering when signals pass through the filters. Numerical examples validate that in contrast with the original EMD, the proposed method can fine-tune the frequency resolution and suppress the aliasing effectively. 展开更多

Evaluating the performance of a biotrickling filter for the treatment of wastewaters produced by a company manufacturing beer was the aim of this study.A pilot scale trickling filter filled with gravel was used as the experimental biofilter.Pilot scale plant experiments were made to evaluate the performance of the trickling filter aerobic and anaerobic biofilm systems for removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD) and nutrients from synthetic brewery wastewater.Performance evaluation data of the trickling filter were generated under different experimental conditions.The trickling filter had an average efficiency of(86.81±6.95)% as the hydraulic loading rate increased from 4.0 to 6.4 m3/(m2·d).Various COD concentrations were used to adjust organic loading rates from 1.5 to 4.5 kg COD/(m3·d).An average COD removal efficiency of(85.10±6.40)% was achieved in all wastewater concentrations at a hydraulic loading of 6.4 m3/(m2·d).The results lead to a design organic load of 1.5 kg COD/(m3·d) to reach an effluent COD in the range of 50–120 mg/L.As can be concluded from the results of this study,organic substances in brewery wastewater can be handled in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner using the gravel-filled trickling filter. 展开更多

The use of a biotrickling filter was investigated for a pilot field-scale elimination of NH3 gas and other odorous gases from a composting plant in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The inlet gas flow rate was 3500 m3/h and NH3 concentration fluctuated between 2.76–27.84 mg/m3, while the average outlet concentration was 1.06 mg/m3 with an average of 94.9% removal. Critical volumetric loading (removal efficiency=100%) was 11.22 g-N/(m3·h). The odor concentration removal was 86.7%. NH3 removal efficiency decreased as the free ammonia (FA) in the trickling liquid increased. The pressure drop was maintained at about 50 Pa/m and was never more than 55 Pa/m. During the experiment, there was neither backflushing required nor any indication of clogging. Overall, the biotrickling filter was highly efficient and cost-effective for the simultaneous biodegradation of NH3 and other odorous gases from composting, suggesting the possibility of treating odorous gases at the industrial level. 展开更多

With the wide use of color in many areas, the interest on the color perception and processing has been growing rapidly. An important topic in color image processing is the development of efficient tools capable of filtering images without blurring them and without changing their original chromatic contents. In this paper, a new technique reducing noise of color image is developed. A class of color-scale morphological operations is introduced, which extend mathematical morphology to color image processing, representing a color image as a vector function. The correlation between color components is utilized to perform noise removal. Color-scale morphological niters with multiple structuring elements (CSMF-MSEs) are proposed. Their properties are discussed and proved. Experimental results show that CSMF-MSEs are suitable and powerful to eliminate noise and preserve edges in color image because of efficient utilization of inherent correlation between color components, and they perform better than vector 展开更多

针对深度学习等软件方法实现低照度图像增强算法时,计算量大且复杂、实时性差等问题,实现了一种便于部署到FPGA上的基于Retinex模型的改进的低照度图像增强算法。该算法首先将输入的低照度图像进行RGB色彩空间到YCbCr色彩空间的转换,取... 针对深度学习等软件方法实现低照度图像增强算法时,计算量大且复杂、实时性差等问题,实现了一种便于部署到FPGA上的基于Retinex模型的改进的低照度图像增强算法。该算法首先将输入的低照度图像进行RGB色彩空间到YCbCr色彩空间的转换,取空间中的Y分量作为初始照度分量对其进行自适应伽玛校正和双边滤波处理,提高初始照度分量亮度的同时实现对图像的降噪和对细节的增强,接着依据Retinex模型得到增强图像。将增强后的图像再次转换到YCbCr色彩空间,对Y分量进行多尺度细节增强后转换到RGB色彩空间,作为最终的增强结果输出。实验结果表明,将在FPGA上部署所提出的低照度图像增强算法和在MATLAB上进行算法仿真后的输出图像进行比较,两者的相似度指标SSIM接近1,肉眼很难分辨出两者的差别;在时钟频率为200 MHz时,处理一幅分辨率为1280×720的图像仅需约21 ms;将所提出的算法部署在国产某型号的FPGA上时资源占用率较低,功耗为3.357 W,满足低功耗要求,具有较大的实用意义和工程应用价值。 展开更多

面向克隆语音的目标说话人鉴别方法

目的随着文本到语音(text to speech,TTS)、语音转换(voice conversion,VC)等克隆语音技术的快速发展,如何在司法实践中准确识别克隆语音,即克隆语音是否来源于目标说话人特征,成为一个极具挑战性的难题。虽然现有说话人识别技术可以通... 目的随着文本到语音(text to speech,TTS)、语音转换(voice conversion,VC)等克隆语音技术的快速发展,如何在司法实践中准确识别克隆语音,即克隆语音是否来源于目标说话人特征,成为一个极具挑战性的难题。虽然现有说话人识别技术可以通过声纹特征比对确认自然语音的说话人身份,但由于克隆语音不仅与目标说话人音色相似,且又包含源说话人的特点,使得传统说话人识别技术难以去除源说话人音色的干扰,难以直接应用于深度克隆语音。基于此,研究了一种面向克隆语音的目标说话人鉴别方法。方法基于Res2Block设计组渐进信道融合模块(group progressive channel fusion,GPCF),以有效提取自然语音与克隆语音之间的公共有效声纹特征信息;采用基于K独立的动态全局滤波器(dynamic global filter,DGF),以有效抑制源说话人的影响,提高模型表征和泛化能力;利用基于多尺度层注意力的特征融合机制,以有效融合不同层次GPCF模块和DGF模块的深浅层特征;使用注意力统计池(attentive statistics pooling,ASP)层,进一步增强表示特征张量中的目标说话人信息。结果在所设计的数据集上与3种较新的方法进行实验比较,相对于其他3种方法,本文方法等错误率(equal error rate,EER)分别降低了1.38%、0.92%和0.61%,最小检测代价函数(minimum detection cast function,minDCF)分别降低了0.0125、0.0067和0.0445。结论在FastSpeech2(fast and high-quality end-to-end text to speech)、TriAANVC(triple adaptive attention normalization for any-to-any voice conversion)、FreeVC(high-quality text-free one-shot voice conversion)和KnnVC(nearest neighbors voice conversion)共4种语音克隆数据集上的对比实验结果表明,所提方法在处理面向克隆语音的声纹认定任务时更具有优势,可以有效提取克隆语音中的目标说话人特征,为克隆语音的声纹认定提供方法指导。 展开更多

Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP) is the most efficient algorithm for nonlinear optimization.But a penalty function is usually used for linear search,causing some problems.Filter-SQP developed by Roger Fletcher and Sven Leyffer avoids using penalty function.In the view of filter-SQP,NLP problem has two objectives,one is minimizing objective function,the other is satisfying the constraints.The concept of filter is proposed on the basis of these two objectives.In this paper flowsheet optimization using filter-SQP in modular simulator environment was studied.Infeasible path strategy was used and the constraint function was composed of tear stream equation,specific design and unsatisfied inequality constraint.When filter could not find a step as the starting point of the next iteration,in order to avoid algorithm failure three strategies were used.They were restarting strategy,converging recycle strategy and feasible path strategy.A successive scaling strategy was proposed for filter-SQP to improve the efficiency of optimization.A case study of process optimization with filter-SQP was very encouraging. 展开更多

针对现代化国防及智能安防领域对国产嵌入式目标跟踪系统日益增长的需求,基于相关滤波目标跟踪算法,提出了一种尺度自适应的重检相关滤波跟踪方法(ReSAC)。该方法以相关滤波为主要跟踪手段,协同绝对差异和(SAD)模板匹配算法进行全局重检... 针对现代化国防及智能安防领域对国产嵌入式目标跟踪系统日益增长的需求,基于相关滤波目标跟踪算法,提出了一种尺度自适应的重检相关滤波跟踪方法(ReSAC)。该方法以相关滤波为主要跟踪手段,协同绝对差异和(SAD)模板匹配算法进行全局重检测,并引入自适应尺度池来应对目标尺度变化。使用OTB2013数据集对所提算法进行仿真,精度为57.8%,成功率为50.6%,对比复杂度接近的STC算法,精度提高1.4%,成功率提高4.7%。在紫光同创国产FPGA平台上部署该跟踪方法,通过菊花链结构同步FIFO,实现了重检测过程中实时获取搜索框的功能。在QuestaSim软件平台上验证了各个模块的功能,并构建现实场景进行跟踪实验,实验结果表明,跟踪系统在输入1280×1024@40f/s视频流的情况下,能够在尺度变化、目标遮挡和相似干扰等复杂场景下保持较好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

铁碳填料因其在废水污染物去除方面的高效性能,近年来逐渐与砾石、沸石等传统基质结合应用于生态滤坝系统.针对城镇污水厂尾水深度脱氮的难题,本研究在小试研究的基础上,构建了“砾石+沸石”和“砾石+沸石+铁碳”两种中试规模的生态滤... 铁碳填料因其在废水污染物去除方面的高效性能,近年来逐渐与砾石、沸石等传统基质结合应用于生态滤坝系统.针对城镇污水厂尾水深度脱氮的难题,本研究在小试研究的基础上,构建了“砾石+沸石”和“砾石+沸石+铁碳”两种中试规模的生态滤坝系统,开展为期1年的运行试验,系统评估铁碳填料对生态滤坝脱氮性能的强化效果及作用机制.研究结果表明,铁碳生态滤坝在系统稳定后能够显著降低出水中的溶解氧与氧化还原电位,并提高水体pH值;在水力停留时间为15 h时脱氮效果最佳,总氮和硝态氮的平均去除率分别较对照组提高了6.3%和7.3%,而氨氮去除率略有下降.微生物群落分析显示,铁碳生态滤坝中部区域形成以变形菌门为主的功能菌群,支撑了自养反硝化过程并促进脱氮效果的提升.本研究结果表明,铁碳填料可有效强化生态滤坝的脱氮能力,尤其适用于C/N比偏低的尾水处理情境,为城镇污水处理厂尾水的深度脱氮提供了新的技术思路. 展开更多

针对被锈蚀覆盖的古铜镜因镜缘与镜心区域厚度不均,单能X射线无法检测出完整的纹饰和病害信息的问题,本文提出一种直觉模糊集熵测度和显著特征检测的古铜镜X光图像融合方法。首先,引入有效引导滤波对高能量X光图像的纹饰结构做对比度增... 针对被锈蚀覆盖的古铜镜因镜缘与镜心区域厚度不均,单能X射线无法检测出完整的纹饰和病害信息的问题,本文提出一种直觉模糊集熵测度和显著特征检测的古铜镜X光图像融合方法。首先,引入有效引导滤波对高能量X光图像的纹饰结构做对比度增强。接着,采用联合双边滤波和结构-纹理分解策略设计三个尺度分解模型,以提取不同能量X光图像的能量层、残差层和细节层信息。其次,能量层通过l1-max规则得到融合后的能量图像,残差层利用直觉模糊集熵测度构造小尺度纹理特征融合模块,细节层结合扩展差分高斯与空间频率增强算子构建复合型显著特征检测策略。最后,将能量融合图、残差融合图和细节融合图相加得到最终融合结果。实验结果表明,本文方法的6种客观评价指标AG,SF,SD,SCD,NAB/F和SSIM相较于对比方法分别平均提高了23.59%,22.99%,16.12%,42.55%,17.07%,20.54%,融合结果可以有效保留古铜镜清晰的纹饰细节和病害裂隙的关键特征,在对比度和结构保持等方面都优于其他对比方法。 展开更多

为了实现自动化干散货码头堆场料堆体积的高精度测量,料堆三维重建的准确度和可靠性至关重要。针对干散货码头堆场复杂场景特征点提取数量少、匹配率低等问题,提出了一种基于导向滤波算法和尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法的联合算法。其中... 为了实现自动化干散货码头堆场料堆体积的高精度测量,料堆三维重建的准确度和可靠性至关重要。针对干散货码头堆场复杂场景特征点提取数量少、匹配率低等问题,提出了一种基于导向滤波算法和尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法的联合算法。其中,使用导向滤波算法来进行堆场料堆图像增强和降噪;改进尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法流程,使用层次聚类优化特征匹配算法,消除ratio值的影响,实现堆场料堆特征点的精确匹配。结果表明:基于导向滤波的图像预处理算法有效提高了提取的特征点质量,相较于传统图像增强方法,有效匹配对的占比提升了1.59%;改进后的SIFT匹配算法无需反复整定ratio,其最优结果与传统匹配算法相当;联合算法相较于传统算法,在特征点匹配对数量上增加了11.3%,在港口环境中显示出更高的有效性。 展开更多

This Inertial Navigation System (INS), Global Positioning System (GPS) and fluxgate magnetometer technologies have been widely used in a variety of positioning and navigation applications. In this paper, a low cost solid state INS/GPS/Magnetometer integrated navigation system has been developed that incorporates measurements from an Inertial Navigation System (INS), Global Positioning System (GPS) and fluxgate magnetometer (Mag.) to provide a reliable complete navigation solution at a high output rate. The body attitude estimates, especially the heading angle, are fundamental challenges in a navigation system. Therefore targeting accurate attitude estimation is considered a significant contribution to the overall navigation error. A better estimation of the body attitude estimates leads to more accurate position and velocity estimation. For that end, the aim of this research is to exploit the magnetometer and accelerometer data in the attitude estimation technique. In this paper, a Scaled Unscented Kalman Filter (SUKF) based on the quaternion concept is designed for the INS/GPS/Mag integrated navigation system under large attitude error conditions. Simulation and experimental results indicate a satisfactory performance of the newly developed model. 展开更多

实现国家标准时间的自主可控在当前的国际形势下具有重要现实意义.本文通过研究基于自研铯基准钟和国产光抽运守时小铯钟,产生一个独立的、不依赖于外部参考的时间尺度.具体做法是将铯基准钟作为频率参考,用于预报光抽运守时小铯钟的频... 实现国家标准时间的自主可控在当前的国际形势下具有重要现实意义.本文通过研究基于自研铯基准钟和国产光抽运守时小铯钟,产生一个独立的、不依赖于外部参考的时间尺度.具体做法是将铯基准钟作为频率参考,用于预报光抽运守时小铯钟的频率漂移.通过分析光抽运守时小铯钟的噪声特性,建立了原子钟的状态方程,基于Kalman滤波算法估计光抽运守时小铯钟的状态.时间尺度的计算是基于原子钟的频率状态估计和频率漂移状态估计作为预报值,通过权重算法实现.研究了基于预测误差的权重算法和噪声特性的权重算法,结果表明利用Kalman滤波状态估计的情况下,基于预测误差的权重算法显著提升了独立时间尺度的准确度.选用铯基准钟作为频率参考,计算得到的独立时间尺度的准确度和长期稳定度明显优于时间尺度本身作为频率参考的情况.以国际标准时间UTCr为参考得出独立时间尺度的准确度保持在15 ns以内.取样间隔为1 d的频率稳定度为1.57×10^(-14),取样间隔为15 d的频率稳定度为4.29×10^(-15),取样间隔为30 d的频率稳定度为2.87×10^(-15).可满足当前国家用时需求. 展开更多

目的:借助临床研究,筛选痰瘀互结证诊断量表条目。方法:设计临床调查表,借助横断面调查采集临床数据,运用频数分析法、区分度分析法、因子分析法、相关分析法、逐步回归分析法筛选条目。结果:综合5种条目筛选方法,有1项及以上符合删除意... 目的:借助临床研究,筛选痰瘀互结证诊断量表条目。方法:设计临床调查表,借助横断面调查采集临床数据,运用频数分析法、区分度分析法、因子分析法、相关分析法、逐步回归分析法筛选条目。结果:综合5种条目筛选方法,有1项及以上符合删除意见,说明该条目在重要性、独立性、代表性等方面存在一定的不足,应予以删除。最终保留的条目为:疼痛(刺痛、闷痛、胀痛),疼痛位置固定,疼痛拒按,疼痛夜间加重,肢体麻木,肢体沉重,胸闷痰多,痞满(胸、脘、腹部),头重眩晕,倦怠乏力,食欲减退,形体肥胖,面色晦暗,肌肤甲错,口淡,恶心呕吐,咳吐痰涎,大便黏滞,口唇或齿龈紫暗(或有瘀斑、瘀点),舌质紫暗或有斑点,舌质红暗或有斑点,舌体胖边有齿痕,舌下脉络迂曲粗胀或色青紫、紫红、绛紫、紫黑,舌苔厚腻,苔白滑,脉滑,脉细,脉沉28个条目。结论:临床横断面调查是中医证候诊断量表条目筛选的有效方法之一,其提供的条目筛选结果为量表的制定提供了较好的临床基础。 展开更多
