The ever-normal granary system was an official granary management system in ancient China.Throughout its existence,the system functioned as a major means of adjusting the price of grain and provided disaster relief.Few studies on the system touches upon the relationship between grain price fluctuation and the development of the grain market,or the ever-normal granary system and its related economic school of thoughts.Starting with the development of the grain market and the relationship between the price of grain and grain reserves,and through a systematic review of the debate on the ever-normal granary system and grain prices among high-level officials of the Qing government in the 13th year of Emperor Qianlong’s reign(1748),this paper analyzes the historical process and reasons for the change in thoughts on the ever-normal granary system and discusses the historical path of how economic phenomenon gave rise to the clash of economic thoughts that influenced the evolution of this economic institution. 展开更多

基于物联网的智慧粮仓系统的设计

为了提高农业信息化水平,改善对粮仓环境和设备的监管效率,文中设计一种基于物联网的智慧粮仓系统,以传感器、微控制器和低功耗蓝牙无线通信模块为主体,对粮仓内的环境进行实时监测。将采集的数据通过串口发送到PC端,再通过Internet将... 为了提高农业信息化水平,改善对粮仓环境和设备的监管效率,文中设计一种基于物联网的智慧粮仓系统,以传感器、微控制器和低功耗蓝牙无线通信模块为主体,对粮仓内的环境进行实时监测。将采集的数据通过串口发送到PC端,再通过Internet将粮情参数传输存储到云平台,从而实现粮食仓储智能化管理。用C语言编写软件,在Keil平台编译后下载到微控制器,并和其他传感器等模块连接、上电,系统可对粮仓内环境参数进行采集,温度误差可控制在±0.5℃范围内,湿度误差可控制在±5%RH范围内,通过云平台可远程监测和控制粮仓的运行状态,及时调整通风、加热、降温等设备工作,确保智慧粮仓系统安全稳定运行。 展开更多

This study proposes a new model of granary storage weight detection based on the Janssen model to satisfy the strategic requirements of granary storage quantity detection in China. The model theoretically elucidates the relationship between granary storage weight and bottom/side pressure. A new layout of pressure sensors along the inner and outer rings is also proposed to obtain the pressure value. The experimental results indicate that the detection error of the proposed model is significantly lower than 1% with respect to the low-cost detection system, and this effectively satisfies the actual requirement for real-time monitoring of granary storage quantity. 展开更多

The black soil area in Northeast China serves as a“ballast”to ensure China’s food security.Unreasonable development and utilization lead to serious black soil degradation in some areas and affect regional food production and economic and social development.In the context of the intensification of the contradiction between food supply and demand worldwide,we should pay more attention to the overall situation of regional sustainable development and seek for systematic,scientific,and economic solutions.This study establishes a regional all-for-one customization model of black soil granary on the basis of the regional system of human–land relationship,customized and accurate management,agricultural system theory,and agricultural informatization with the guidance of integrated geography concept.The aim of this regional all-for-one customization model is to systematically diagnose the key problems and leading factors of black soil degradation and determine a solution that combines the commonness and individuality of black soil protection from the perspective of multiscale linkage,multifactor coupling,and multitechnology cooperation.The regional all-for-one customization model of black soil granary integrates the two perspectives of“regional”and“customization”into the protection and comprehensive utilization of black soil for the first time.It adopts zoning,grading,and classification as the main strategy and big data and artificial intelligence as the main technical approaches.This model constructs three strategies of different scales by combining the“satellite–air–ground–network”3D monitoring system and the all-for-one customization platform driven by big data and artificial intelligence.First,the“implementing strategies by regions”are implemented at the regional scale to formulate the regional agricultural resource allocation scheme and agricultural zoning,which can provide strategies to protect and utilize black soil effectively.Second,the“determining strategies in accordance with villages”are implemented at the village scale to formulate a black soil protection and utilization model for different categories of villages,which can promote the organic integration of black soil protection and rural revitalization.Third,a“one strategy for one field”concept is applied at the field scale to provide accurate strategies for soil restoration and yield improvement in a fixed,quantitative,and regular manner.Multiscale integrated demonstration and scheme verification of the regional all-for-one customization model of black soil granary are conducted in Qiqihar City at three scales,namely,region,village,and field,to solve the key issues in black soil protection and utilization and form a replicable and popularized system solution,thereby providing a model for the sustainable development of Chinese and global black soil agriculture.The proposed regional all-for-one customization model of black soil granary has important theoretical and practical value in promoting the high-quality development of regional agriculture and rural revitalization,and provides a demonstration model of land protection and utilization for the black soil area in China and the whole world. 展开更多

The pheromonitoring of pest insects population was carried out in the granary conditions. The results of pheromonitoring let us detect the pest insect’s location at lowest abundance, while visual inspections are not effective, and to determine the data of effective location in granary, proportions traps and pheromone preparative dose. The aggregation pheromone of the synthetic analogue Sitophilus weevils had been carried out, according to the general procedure for preparation of aldol product. Especially for increasing attractiveness of pheromone traps, different types of food baits were tested. The results were observed with using of germinated wheat grains moisten by wheat germ oil. The corn oil was more attractive and effective for attractiveness of whole pest insects in granary. The wheat germ oil and burdock oil was preferred, as food bait, especially for weevils. The special perforated construction of the pheromone trap for pest insects usage has been developed and recommended for storage areas. In a condition of granary, successful testing of pheromone monitoring makes it possible to establish the timing and necessity of quantitative chemical treatments. 展开更多

Agriculture forms the backbone of a nation,and food security is essential for social stability and sustainable economic growth.In China,ensuring adequate food production is not only critical for national well-being but also a strategic priority for maintaining self-sufficiency.To enhance food security,two key approaches are increasing yields from the existing agricultural lands and improving the productivity of low-and medium-yield farmland.One of China’s major underutilized resources is its extensive saline-alkali lands,which,despite historically low productivity due to poor soil conditions and scarce freshwater resources,hold immense potential for boosting grain output.Recognizing this,the Chinese Academy of Sciences,in collaboration with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST),initiated the“Bohai Granary Scientific and Technological Demonstration Project”(Bohai Granary Project for short)in partnership with three provinces and one municipality-Hebei,Shandong,Liaoning,and Tianjin.This project represents a landmark effort to rehabilitate saline-alkali lands and transform them into highly productive grain-producing regions,thereby contributing significantly to China’s food security strategy.In this article,the author revisits the key milestones,technological breakthroughs,and outlook on the future potential of this project. 展开更多

针对粮食仓储建筑的能源消耗与安全问题,以中储粮赣州储备库为例,通过TRNSYS建立太阳能-土壤源热泵系统模型,并根据实际仓房运行数据对其准确性进行验证。基于太阳能-土壤源热泵系统制冷季运行工况的模拟数据,对系统进行电、热以及(火用... 针对粮食仓储建筑的能源消耗与安全问题,以中储粮赣州储备库为例,通过TRNSYS建立太阳能-土壤源热泵系统模型,并根据实际仓房运行数据对其准确性进行验证。基于太阳能-土壤源热泵系统制冷季运行工况的模拟数据,对系统进行电、热以及(火用)分析。结果表明:在最不利状态工况下,系统各部件中光伏组件和制冷机组的(火用)损失值较高,分别占总(火用)损失的54%与36%;风机盘管的(火用)效率最高,达到69.64%,制冷机组的(火用)效率最低,为26.37%;风机盘管的热力学完善度最高,为0.96,光伏组件的热力学完善度最低,为0.47。光伏组件与制冷机组有较大优化空间。整个系统的(火用)效率受室外空气温度变化影响;制冷运行中,太阳能-土壤源热泵系统能够使粮食仓房实现近零能耗运行。 展开更多

气候风险对中国蓝色粮仓在险产量的影响

提升蓝色粮仓气候适应性既是气候风险领域的重大问题,也是大食物观下保障粮食安全的必然要求。该研究基于在险增长框架,选取2000—2022年中国沿海省级面板数据作为研究样本,测度中国蓝色粮仓在险产量水平,构建双向固定效应、中介效应与... 提升蓝色粮仓气候适应性既是气候风险领域的重大问题,也是大食物观下保障粮食安全的必然要求。该研究基于在险增长框架,选取2000—2022年中国沿海省级面板数据作为研究样本,测度中国蓝色粮仓在险产量水平,构建双向固定效应、中介效应与门槛效应模型,分析气候风险对中国蓝色粮仓在险产量的影响及其作用机制,并对其异质性进行考察。研究结果表明:①气候风险降低了中国蓝色粮仓的在险产量,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。②气候风险对蓝色粮仓在险产量的影响存在异质性,黄渤海地区、蓝色粮仓产业规模较小地区以及渔业数字化水平较低的地区更容易受到气候风险冲击。③从外部冲击看,气候风险通过提高渔业灾害损失程度,降低了中国蓝色粮仓在险产量。④从内部结构看,空间优化和产业升级在气候风险影响蓝色粮仓在险产量过程中发挥负向调节作用,优化蓝色粮仓空间结构、促进蓝色粮仓产业升级,可有效减缓气候风险对其造成的不利影响。⑤气候风险影响中国蓝色粮仓在险产量过程中存在单门槛效应,其中碳排放强度的门槛效应表现为先促进后抑制,而海水养殖多样性表现为先抑制后促进,适当降低碳排放强度和提高海水养殖多样性将有助于缓解气候风险的不利影响。基于以上结论,提出以下建议:①推进蓝色粮仓领域气候风险研究,完善蓝色粮仓气候风险防治体系。②健全蓝色粮仓灾害预警响应机制,完善蓝色粮仓灾害保险体系。③优化蓝色粮仓空间结构,加快深远海养殖建设,推进蓝色粮仓产业升级,发展海洋牧场、碳汇渔业,多措并举加强中国蓝色粮仓气候风险管理。 展开更多

【目的】探究使用新型环向接头的装配式地下粮仓钢板-混凝土组合仓壁的受力性能。【方法】以豫南某装配式钢板-混凝土地下粮仓为研究对象,测量回填过程中仓壁所受土压力变化,以及不同回填工况下仓壁内衬钢板、接头钢板、环向钢筋和竖向... 【目的】探究使用新型环向接头的装配式地下粮仓钢板-混凝土组合仓壁的受力性能。【方法】以豫南某装配式钢板-混凝土地下粮仓为研究对象,测量回填过程中仓壁所受土压力变化,以及不同回填工况下仓壁内衬钢板、接头钢板、环向钢筋和竖向钢筋的应力变化,对组合仓壁进行受力分析。【结果】结果表明,试验土压力大于主动土压力和静止土压力但小于被动土压力,且新型环向接头对内衬钢板和环向钢筋的环向应力有影响,内衬钢板的应力大于接头钢板处应力,内衬钢板与环向钢筋应力沿环向中间大两边小;竖向钢筋沿仓壁高度方向中部受力小。【结论】组合仓壁整体受力性能良好,单个预制块内衬钢板与环筋中部受力较大,建议在结构设计时加强支护。 展开更多
