Electron-Electron Collision Term Describing the Reflections Induced Scattering in a Magnetized Plasma

For an electron-electron collision with characteristic scale length larger than the relative gyro-radius of the two colliding electrons, when the initial relative parallel kinetic energy cannot surmount the Coulomb repulsive potential, reflection will occur with interchange of the parallel velocities of the two electrons after the collision. The Fokker–Planck approach is employed to derive the electron collision term C_R describing parallel velocity scattering due to the reflections for a magnetized plasma where the average electron gyro-radius is much smaller than the Debye length but much larger than the Landau length. The electron parallel velocity friction and diffusion coefficients due to the reflections are evaluated, which are found not to depend on the electron perpendicular velocity. By studying the temporal evolution of the H quantity due to CR, it is found that C_R eventually makes the system relax to a state in which the electron parallel velocity distribution is decoupled from the perpendicular velocity distribution. 展开更多

It is shown that the linear resistivity dependence on temperature for metals above the Debye’s temperature mainly is caused by electron-electron scattering of randomly moving electrons. The electron mean free path in metals at this temperature range is in inverse proportion to the effective density of randomly moving electrons, i.e. it is in inverse proportion both to the temperature, and to the density-of-states at the Fermi surface. The general relationships for estimation of the average diffusion coefficient, the average velocity, mean free length and average relaxation time of randomly moving electrons at the Fermi surface at temperatures above the Debye’s temperature are presented. The effective electron scattering cross-sections for different metals also are estimated. The calculation results of resistivity dependence on temperature in the range of temperature from 1 K to 900 K for Au, Cu, Mo, and Al also are presented and compared with the experimental data. Additionally in temperature range from 1 K to 900 K for copper, the temperature dependences of the mean free path, average diffusion coefficient, average drift mobility, average Hall mobility, average relaxation time of randomly moving electrons, and their resultant phonon mediated scattering cross-section are presented. 展开更多

Effect of electron-electron interaction on polarization process of exciton and biexciton in conjugated polymer

By using one-dimensional tight-binding model modified to include electron-electric field interaction and electron-electron interaction,we theoretically explore the polarization process of exciton and biexciton in cis-polyacetylene.The dynamical simulation is performed by adopting the non-adiabatic evolution approach.The results show that under the effect of moderate electric field,when the strength of electron-electron interaction is weak,the singlet exciton is stable but its polarization presents obvious oscillation.With the enhancement of interaction,it is dissociated into polaron pairs,the spin-flip of which can be observed through modulating the interaction strength.For the triplet exciton,the strong electron-electron interaction restrains its normal polarization,but it is still stable.In the case of biexciton,the strong electron-electron interaction not only dissociate it,but also flip its charge distribution.The yield of the possible states formed after the dissociation of exciton and biexciton is also calculated. 展开更多

In this paper, we try to present a way in terms of which one can analytically obtain the Hartree selfconsistent potential instead of computing it by the numerical iterative procedure as usual, which is convenient for us to describe the current flow through a mesoscopic conductor. In our treatment, we expand the action function S(x)by Planck constant h, then the self-consistent potential and the wavefunction can be solved analytically order by order starting from the Poisson equation and quantum Hamilton-Jacobian equation, the differential conductance and quantum capacitance can thus be obtained naturally. In our paper, we show the quantum corrections up to the second order, and the electron-electron interaction is considered only at the Hartree approximation level. 展开更多

The three-dimensional electron-electron correlation in an elliptically polarized laser field is investigated based on a semiclassical model. Asymmetry parameter α of the correlated electron momentum distribution is used to quantitatively describe the electron-electron correlation. The dependence of α on elliptieity e is totally different in three directions. For the z direction (maJor polarization direction), α first increases and reaches a maximum at ε = 0.275, then it decreases quickly. For the y direction in which the laser field is always absent, the ellipticity has a minor effect, and the asymmetry parameter fluctuates around α = -0.15. However, for the x direction (minor polarization direction), α increases monotonously with ellipticity though starts from the same value as in the y direction when ε = 0. The behavior of α in the x direction actually indicates a transformation from the Coulomb interaction dominated correlation to the laser field dominated correlation. Therefore, our work provides an efficient way to control the three-dimensional electron electron correlation via an elliptically polarized intense laser field. 展开更多

不同品种梨汤风味和呈味物质特征分析

梨汤是一种传统的梨加工制品,该文以雪花梨、鸭梨、安梨和苹果梨为原料制备梨汤,并比较其感官品质、风味特征、理化特性和风味物质组成等。梨汤为黄白至黄褐色,滋味酸甜,有鲜梨特有的香气和甜香味,感官评分雪花梨>苹果梨>鸭梨>... 梨汤是一种传统的梨加工制品,该文以雪花梨、鸭梨、安梨和苹果梨为原料制备梨汤,并比较其感官品质、风味特征、理化特性和风味物质组成等。梨汤为黄白至黄褐色,滋味酸甜,有鲜梨特有的香气和甜香味,感官评分雪花梨>苹果梨>鸭梨>安梨。4种梨汤对DPPH自由基的清除率均大于80%,可溶性固形物、pH值、可滴定酸、固酸比、褐变度、浊度和色度等指标有差异。电子鼻和电子舌分析能有效区分4种梨汤。梨汤中可溶性糖主要为果糖,有机酸主要为苹果酸、柠檬酸和奎宁酸,检出醛、酯、醇、烷等挥发性物质64种并确认香气活性成分21种,品种间糖、酸和挥发性成分组成差异显著。偏最小二乘判别分析结果显示,4品种梨汤的差异性风味特征为苦味回味、涩味及W1C、W1W、W3C和W2W传感器,差异性特征成分为葡萄糖、莽草酸、果糖、奎宁酸、草酸、乳酸、壬醛、α-法呢烯、正辛醇等32种物质。结果可以为梨汤类产品的品种选择、营养和功能性及品质评价提供参考。 展开更多

基于机器学习算法的传统中式腊肉品类判别模型

为探究我国5种传统中式腊肉品类判别模型构建,创新传统中式腊肉品类鉴别技术路径,本研究采用电子感官分析技术,对我国重庆、湖北、四川、湖南、贵州5个腊肉主产省(市)的腊肉色泽、风味品质进行鉴别,利用粒子群优化(PSO)算法的支持向量机... 为探究我国5种传统中式腊肉品类判别模型构建,创新传统中式腊肉品类鉴别技术路径,本研究采用电子感官分析技术,对我国重庆、湖北、四川、湖南、贵州5个腊肉主产省(市)的腊肉色泽、风味品质进行鉴别,利用粒子群优化(PSO)算法的支持向量机(SVM)及随机森林(RF)模型,将电子眼、电子鼻检测的响应信号进行数据融合,建立腊肉分类识别模型并绘制电子感官图谱。结果表明,PSO-SVM模型识别腊肉品类的性能优于PSO-RF模型,对比基于单一色度值的两种模型的分类准确率,融合电子鼻的感官信号使两种模型的分类准确率分别增加12.50和18.25个百分点,且基于融合信号的随机森林模型分类性能均优于基于独立的电子感官信号,表明电子感官信号的融合可更加全面地表征腊肉的整体感官特征轮廓。通过主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)和聚类分析(HCA),可直观、有效地划分我国5个省(市)的腊肉。其中,电子鼻传感器W6S、W3S、W5C,电子舌传感器CPS、SCS可作为判别我国5种传统腊肉类别的差异传感器。此外,本研究还利用粒子群优化反向传播神经网络(BPNN)模型针对融合电子感官信号进行分类识别,准确率为97.50%。本研究可为我国5省(市)传统中式腊肉品类判别提供科学参考。 展开更多

为建立一种客观基于智能感官分析仪器(质构仪、电子舌和电子鼻)评价襄阳牛肉面品质的方法,以襄阳牛肉面为研究对象,分别从质地(A1)、滋味(A2)和气味(A3)进行检测,对采集的数据进行标准化处理后,利用偏最小二乘法判别分析法(Partial leas... 为建立一种客观基于智能感官分析仪器(质构仪、电子舌和电子鼻)评价襄阳牛肉面品质的方法,以襄阳牛肉面为研究对象,分别从质地(A1)、滋味(A2)和气味(A3)进行检测,对采集的数据进行标准化处理后,利用偏最小二乘法判别分析法(Partial least squares discriminant analysis,PLS-DA)筛选出关键品质指标,并结合层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和熵权法(Entropy weight method,EWM)确定各指标的复合权重,构建智能评分模型。结果表明,经PLS-DA法共筛选出坚实度、弹性、酸味、鲜味、W1S、W1W和W2S七项关键评分指标,其复合权重分别为40.96%、19.04%、17.68%、6.32%、4.20%、8.76%和3.04%。由此建立的襄阳牛肉面智能评分模型为:F_(智能)=0.4096X_(1)+0.1904X_(2)+0.1768X_(3)+0.0632X_(4)+0.0420X_(5)+0.0876X_(6)+0.0304X_(7),其中X_(1)~X_(7)为各指标的标准化值。智能评分与人工评分显著相关,Pearson相关系数为0.93,R^(2)=0.86,表明所建立的模型预测性能良好。综上,基于智能感官仪器构建的襄阳牛肉面的评分模型客观、准确、操作简便,能够替代人工感官评价,适用于襄阳牛肉面的品质评估,并为同类地方特色面制食品的质量控制提供了理论支持和方法参考。 展开更多

We investigate the pairing symmetry of layered BiS2 compomlds by assuming that electron-electron correlation is still important so that the pairing is rather short range. We lind that the extended .s-wave pairing symmetry always wins over d-wave when the pairing is confined between two short range sites up to next nearest neighbors. The pairing strength is peaked around the doping level :r = 0.5. which is consistent with experimental observation. The extended s-wave pairing symmetry is very robust against spin orbital coupling because it is mainly determined by the structure of Fermi surfaces, Moreover. the extended s-wave pafiring can be distinguished from conventional swave pairing by measuring and comparing superconducting gaps of different Fermi surfaces. 展开更多

为比较不同地区高温大曲真菌群落结构和感官品质的差异,本研究采用PacBio小分子实时(SMRT)测序、电子鼻和电子舌技术对采集自泸州和济宁地区高温大曲的真菌类群、风味和滋味品质进行了解析。测序结果表明,两个地区高温大曲样品优势真菌... 为比较不同地区高温大曲真菌群落结构和感官品质的差异,本研究采用PacBio小分子实时(SMRT)测序、电子鼻和电子舌技术对采集自泸州和济宁地区高温大曲的真菌类群、风味和滋味品质进行了解析。测序结果表明,两个地区高温大曲样品优势真菌类群较为相似,均以疏绵状嗜热丝孢菌(Thermomyces lanuginosus)、多育曲霉(Aspergillus proliferans)和坚脆嗜热子囊菌(Thermoascus crustaceus)为主,其在泸州高温大曲样品中的平均相对含量分别为45.97%、16.96%和11.96%,在济宁高温大曲样品中的平均相对含量分别为39.50%、15.86%和11.76%。LEfSe分析结果表明,黑曲霉(Aspergillus subversicolor)和橙色嗜热子囊菌(Thermoascus aurantiacus)可分别作为泸州和济宁地区高温大曲的生物标志物。电子鼻结果表明,泸州地区高温大曲样品芳香族成分和硫化物含量显著偏高(P<0.05),而氢化物含量显著偏低(P<0.05)。电子舌结果表明,泸州地区高温大曲丰度的相对强度显著偏高(P<0.05),而苦味的相对强度显著偏低(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,大曲优势真菌种与风味和滋味指标之间具有明显的关联性。该研究为明确不同地区高温大曲真菌群落和感官品质差异提供数据支持。 展开更多

为研究不同溶质类型桃采后风味代谢的差异性,以溶质类型桃‘湖景蜜露’水蜜桃、‘玉露’蟠桃和不溶质类型桃‘霞脆’和‘秦王’为试材,对常温贮藏期间桃果实质地、挥发性和非挥发性物质的变化进行检测,并进行PCA分析。结果表明:不同溶... 为研究不同溶质类型桃采后风味代谢的差异性,以溶质类型桃‘湖景蜜露’水蜜桃、‘玉露’蟠桃和不溶质类型桃‘霞脆’和‘秦王’为试材,对常温贮藏期间桃果实质地、挥发性和非挥发性物质的变化进行检测,并进行PCA分析。结果表明:不同溶质类型桃果实采后软化模式有一定差异,溶质类型桃采后软化的差异性较不溶质类型高。果肉组织硬度、硫化氢(W1W)、甲烷(W1S)、氮氧化合物(W5S)、有机硫化物(W2W)、甜味、酸味、苦味、咸味和汁液丰富度在常温贮藏期间风味评价中起主要作用,溶质对非挥发性物质的调控作用高于对挥发性物质的调控作用。基于挥发性物质的变化,贮藏期间的溶质类型桃和不溶质类型桃可被有效区分,同一溶质类型桃品种未被有效区分;基于非挥发性物质的变化,4个桃品种均被有效区分。挥发性物质尤其是硫化氢和甲烷类物质可作为区分不同溶质类型和不同贮藏期桃果实的判定指标。本研究可为桃种质分类及贮藏期和风味的评估提供理论支撑,也可为桃种质创新和保鲜技术的研发奠定基础。 展开更多

为探究薄荷炸排骨预制菜肴冷藏期间品质和风味的变化,该研究对薄荷炸排骨预制菜肴冷藏4℃过程中(0、2、4、6、8 d)定期进行色差、pH、离心损失率、菌落总数、硫代巴比妥酸值、酸价和过氧化值等指标进行测定,并采用电子鼻、电子舌和固相... 为探究薄荷炸排骨预制菜肴冷藏期间品质和风味的变化,该研究对薄荷炸排骨预制菜肴冷藏4℃过程中(0、2、4、6、8 d)定期进行色差、pH、离心损失率、菌落总数、硫代巴比妥酸值、酸价和过氧化值等指标进行测定,并采用电子鼻、电子舌和固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法对菜肴的挥发性风味物质进行分析。通过相对气味活度值(relative odor activity value,ROAV)筛选关键风味物质,并结合正交偏最小二乘-判别分析(orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA),构建了多维度香气品质评价模型,对菜肴风味进行综合解析。结果显示,随着冷藏时间的延长,菜肴的感官特性及品质方面均下降,从第6天感官上不可接受,排骨的水分损失及脂肪氧化程度均加剧。电子鼻与电子舌技术能够有效识别不同冷藏时间下菜肴的风味与滋味差异;通过GC-MS分析,共鉴定出64种挥发性物质,其中冷藏0、2、4、6、8 d的菜肴中分别检出35、36、39、32、37种挥发性物质,烃类、醇类和醛类是薄荷炸排骨菜肴中主要挥发性风味物质,且2 d和4 d菜肴的烃类、醇类和醛类含量最高。通过OPLS-DA、变量重要性投影及ROAV共筛选出14种关键风味物质:左旋香芹酮、L-香芹酮、反式石竹烯、β-椰脂烯、桧烯、(E)-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯醛、(+)-柠檬烯、桉叶油醇、莰烯、α-蒎烯、β-波旁烯、3-蒈烯、(Z)-二氢香芹酮、2-epi-trans-β-石竹烯,对菜肴风味起到积极的贡献作用。该研究可为相关预制菜肴产品的研发提供一定的理论指导。 展开更多

冲泡条件对文冠果叶绿茶茶汤品质影响

为探究冲泡条件对文冠果叶绿茶营养品质和风味特征的影响,研究冲泡温度和时间对茶汤中总酚、游离氨基酸、黄酮、咖啡碱、可溶性糖等营养物质含量的影响,并分析了不同冲泡条件下茶汤滋味和挥发性成分的变化规律。结果表明,不同冲泡条件... 为探究冲泡条件对文冠果叶绿茶营养品质和风味特征的影响,研究冲泡温度和时间对茶汤中总酚、游离氨基酸、黄酮、咖啡碱、可溶性糖等营养物质含量的影响,并分析了不同冲泡条件下茶汤滋味和挥发性成分的变化规律。结果表明,不同冲泡条件下茶汤的营养品质和风味特征存在显著差异,活性物质的浸出状态也有所不同。总酚在70℃浸泡60 min时质量浓度最高(0.66 mg/mL),游离氨基酸在80℃浸泡360 min时质量浓度最高(18.44 mg/mL),黄酮在90℃浸泡180 min时质量浓度最高(0.56 mg/mL),咖啡碱(0.14 mg/mL)和可溶性糖(10.39 mg/mL)在90℃浸泡720 min时质量浓度最高。通过隶属函数综合分析,80℃/360 min、90℃/30 min和70℃/720 min这3种冲泡条件下茶汤品质的评分相对较高。进一步,电子舌分析发现这3种茶汤在味觉指标上整体相似,鲜味、苦味和丰富性传感器对茶汤响应值最大;电子鼻结果表明W1W传感器对茶汤具有最高响应值。利用气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用技术鉴定出茶汤中66种挥发性化合物,筛选出21种差异挥发性化合物和12种关键挥发性化合物,其中1-辛烯-3-酮、2-甲基丁醛D和正辛醛是茶汤香气最主要成分。本研究揭示了不同冲泡条件下文冠果叶绿茶茶汤的营养品质和风味差异,为科学饮用文冠果茶提供指导。 展开更多

采用有限元(PS)联合N-particle粒子仿真(GPT)对中国科学院物理研究所100 keV超快电子衍射装置进行三电极静电透镜(EL)聚焦仿真,通过研究不同构型静电透镜,提出三电极静电透镜设计建议。仿真显示,对于中间电极的中心孔,当初始脉冲半径0.... 采用有限元(PS)联合N-particle粒子仿真(GPT)对中国科学院物理研究所100 keV超快电子衍射装置进行三电极静电透镜(EL)聚焦仿真,通过研究不同构型静电透镜,提出三电极静电透镜设计建议。仿真显示,对于中间电极的中心孔,当初始脉冲半径0.1毫米时,缩小孔径可使电子脉冲聚焦至39微米及以下。厚度和孔径固定,孔其两侧边缘为椭圆倒角时,缩小平行轴B可使电子脉冲聚焦至49微米及以下;而圆形倒角缩小倒角半径可使电子脉冲聚焦至39微米。仿真发现,通常电极板厚度越薄,聚焦效果越好,然而孔边缘倒角半径1毫米时,存在最优厚度6毫米,此时电子脉冲可聚焦至38微米。电透镜的焦距与孔半径和孔深成正比,与椭圆倒角的平行轴B或圆形倒角的半径成正比。超快电子脉冲在电透镜下的聚焦行为与电子束流具有相似性。仿真结果对静电透镜在超快电子衍射(UED)中的应用具有促进作用,对超快电子脉冲光学、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等领域也具有极强的实际应用价值。 展开更多

The N=2 and N=3 series of the 3~p^e helium states have been investigated by a partial-wave analysis, the inherent symmetries inspected and the one-body densities and the shape-densities observed. The angular, radial-radial, and radial-angular correlations of the electrons have been studied and revealed in an intuitive manner; in particular the response of the inner electron to the invasion of the outer electron is inspected in detail. Besides, the anisotropism of the electronic cloud is found to have distinguished features and all the ~3p^e states have similar anisotropism. 展开更多
