By studying typical "Top Eight Views" in cities like Xining,Lanzhou and Yinchuan in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,mountain and water landscapes in the study area were analyzed in terms of natural ecology;bridges,canals,ferries,pavilions,mansions,towers,temples,historical sites,production and living landscapes were analyzed in terms of humanistic ecology.On this basis,"Top Eight Views" in the upper reaches of the Yellow River were compared and the following conclusions obtained:mountain landscapes were distributed in the whole region,waterscapes unevenly valued in different cities,bridges,canals and ferries mostly located in Ningxia,temples commonly found in all cities,garden arts introduced into cities,traditional cultures carried forward by historical relics.Then the relationship between "Top Eight Views" and regional eco-cultures was analyzed,and it was proposed that humanistic and cultural connotations of these "Top Eight Views" contributed a lot to beautifying urban environment,satisfying needs of the locals' spiritual life,carrying forward local history and culture,enriching urban cultural connotations,expanding living spaces of local residents and improving integrated functions of cities."Top Eight Views" culture complied with the construction gist of urban ecological cultures,and was of great referential value for the construction of urban ecological cultures in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,and also the healthy,scientific and sustainable development of local cities. 展开更多

Pure lines derived from multiple parents provide abundant variation for genetic study.However,efficient genetic analysis methods and user-friendly software are still lacking.In this study, we developed linkage analysis methods and integrated analysis software for pure-line populations derived from four-way and eight-way crosses.First, polymorphic markers are classified into different categories according to the number of identifiable alleles in the inbred parents.Expected genotypic probability is then derived for each pair of complete markers, and based on them a maximum likelihood estimate(MLE) of recombination frequency is calculated.An EM algorithm is proposed for calculating recombination frequencies in scenarios that at least one marker is incomplete.A linkage map can thus be constructed using estimated recombination frequencies.We describe a software package called GAPL for recombination frequency estimation and linkage map construction in multi-parental pure-line populations.Both simulation studies and results from a reported four-way cross recombinant inbred line population demonstrate that the proposed method and software can build more accurate linkage maps in shorter times than other published software packages.The GAPL software is freely available from www.isbreeding.net and can also be used for QTL mapping in multi-parental populations. 展开更多

For the actual image, the grey edge is sometimes not very clear, the image also contains noise. The detection result of </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">the </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">traditional Sobel operator is relatively accurate, but the detection result is rough and sensitive to noise. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an improved eight-direction Sobel operator based on grey relevancy degree, which combines 5</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">×</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">5 Sobel operator with </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">a </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">grey relational degree and a new eight-direction grey relevancy method. One interesting coordination polymer, [Zn2(1,2,4-BTC)(OH)(H2O)2]2·2H2O 1, has been synthesized from 1,2,4-BTC (1,2,4-BTC = 1,2,4-bentricarboxylate) under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I crystallizes in triclinic, space group P^-1, with a = 6.5200(13), b = 9,0600(18), c = 10.968(2) A^°, α = 111.55(3), β = 92.07(3),γ= 95.03(3)°, C9H10O10Zn2, Mr = 408.91, V= 598.7(2) A^°^3, Dc = 2.268 g/cm^3, F(000) = 408 and Z = 2. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is a three-dimensional network built from tetranuclear Zn(Ⅱ) building unit. In this complex, the Zn4 unit is an eight-connected knot, while 1,2,4-BTC a four-connected knot. This results in a CaF2 topology. To the best of our knowledge, such Zn4 unit is the first 8-connected building block built from asymmetry ligand. 展开更多

Aiming at the emission wavelength around 2.33 μm, we discuss the influences of temperature, strain and well width on the band structure and on the emission wavelength of the QW. The wavelength increases with the increase of temperature, strain and well width. Furthermore, we design an InAs /In0.53Ga0.47As QW with a well width of 4.1 nm emitting at 2.33 μm by optimizing the strain and the well width. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the robust attitude control of a novel coaxial eight-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) which has higher drive capability as well as greater robustness against disturbances than quad-rotor UAV. The dynamical and kinematical model for the coaxial eight-rotor UAV is developed, which has never been proposed before. A robust backstepping sliding mode controller (BSMC) with adaptive radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is proposed to control the attitude of the eightrotor UAV in the presence of model uncertainties and external disturbances. The combinative method of backstepping control and sliding mode control has improved robustness and simplified design procedure benefiting from the advantages of both controllers. The adaptive RBFNN as the uncertainty observer can effectively estimate the lumped uncertainties without the knowledge of their bounds for the eight-rotor UAV. Additionally, the adaptive learning algorithm, which can learn the parameters of RBFNN online and compensate the approximation error, is derived using Lyapunov stability theorem. And then the uniformly ultimate stability of the eight-rotor system is proved. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed robust control method adopted in the novel coaxial eight-rotor UAV in the case of model uncertainties and external disturbances. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation. 展开更多

为解决利用单目相机估计相机位姿时产生的尺度问题和尺度不统一带来的影响,需通过初始化方法来固定尺度,而初始化方法应无需人为选择两张良好的图片来进行初始化且要有良好的鲁棒性,提出了一种基于改进RANSAC-EightPoint算法的自动初始... 为解决利用单目相机估计相机位姿时产生的尺度问题和尺度不统一带来的影响,需通过初始化方法来固定尺度,而初始化方法应无需人为选择两张良好的图片来进行初始化且要有良好的鲁棒性,提出了一种基于改进RANSAC-EightPoint算法的自动初始化方法 ,可自动选择有显著视差的两张图片进行初始化。通过随机采样一致性(Random Sample Concensus,RANSAC)与八点法(Eight-point-algorithm)结合的改进RANSAC-Eight Point算法来估计两图像间的位姿,使得对带有错误匹配的数据也有较准确的估计值。最后采用标准测试数据集和自己采集数据对该方法进行测试,并比较了利用该初始化方法后获得的轨迹和无初始化方法获得的轨迹与真实轨迹之间的差异。实验结果表明该方法都能对这些数据集完成初始化,通过该方法后所得到的轨迹具有全局一致性。 展开更多

针对钢筋再生混凝土结构在西部盐渍土地区易产生钢筋锈蚀导致再生混凝土开裂的问题,提出了一种陶瓷再生梯度混凝土.采用恒电流加速法对埋置于盐湖土壤中的试件进行通电,当试件开裂后测定钢筋的极化曲线,利用电镜扫描(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(... 针对钢筋再生混凝土结构在西部盐渍土地区易产生钢筋锈蚀导致再生混凝土开裂的问题,提出了一种陶瓷再生梯度混凝土.采用恒电流加速法对埋置于盐湖土壤中的试件进行通电,当试件开裂后测定钢筋的极化曲线,利用电镜扫描(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(XPS)分析钢筋的锈蚀产物,计算各组锈蚀产物的质量分数,并利用Eighted-Averaging法推算试件开裂时锈蚀物的体积膨胀率.研究结果表明:N-60组陶瓷再生梯度混凝土抵抗锈蚀膨胀力的能力最佳;钢筋锈蚀产物的主要成分为Fe_(3)O_(4)、FeOOH、Fe_(2)O_(3),与自然条件下钢筋的产物一致,且产物中Fe_(2)O_(3)的含量最高;基于各组锈蚀后钢筋的极化曲线和锈蚀膨胀率可以推断:在盐渍土环境下,钢筋通电加速锈蚀可以模拟自然环境下的锈蚀状况,且具有较好的适用性. 展开更多

南征教授根据多年临床经验,创新性提出“一则八法”有效管控机制。南征指出消渴患者多属气阴两虚兼瘀证。在治疗上提出益气养阴、滋阴清热、活血化瘀法,并创制了消渴安汤。首创“消渴肾衰”病名,指出该病的核心病机是“毒损肾络”,并从... 南征教授根据多年临床经验,创新性提出“一则八法”有效管控机制。南征指出消渴患者多属气阴两虚兼瘀证。在治疗上提出益气养阴、滋阴清热、活血化瘀法,并创制了消渴安汤。首创“消渴肾衰”病名,指出该病的核心病机是“毒损肾络”,并从“瘀毒”论治消渴肾衰,同时常应用灌肠法联合进行治疗。首创“消渴痛风”病名,治疗上常分期施治。发作期以祛风除湿、清热散结、涤痰化瘀、通络止痛为法。缓解期以滋补肝肾、解毒通络为法。创制了消渴痛风安汤内服,自拟湿热手足病安汤外治。医患共守“一则八法”,疗效显著。 展开更多
