文摘Scale effects and evaluation models are crucial to the accuracy of landscape ecological risk evaluation. However, most studies conduct these evaluations at a single scale or with a single model, ignoring potential scale effects and changes in landscape patterns. To address this,we took the Leshan City in Sichuan Province of China as a study case.We determined that the optimal spatial granularity for the study area is 150 m by analyzing the sensitivities of eight landscape pattern indices such as landscape fragmentation, landscape spreading, and Shannon's diversity at different spatial granularities, and employing the inflection point identification method.Building on this,we constructed a landscape pattern index model(ERI model)and a landscape pattern index model coupled with the ecological process of soil erosion(SI-ERI model)by incorporating the natural geographic factors of the study area.We used the ERI and SI-ERI models to evaluate the landscape ecological risk of Leshan City across multiple scales, including ecological, administrative, and sample scales. After conducting overlay and spatial autocorrelation analyses of the multi-scale evaluation results,we determined that the administrative scale is optimal for evaluating landscape ecological risk in the study area.At this scale,we verified the accuracy and reliability of the two models'evaluation results against the actual ecological environment in typical areas within the study area. The findings indicated that the SI-ERI model provided more precise and accurate spatial characterization, effectively reflecting the actual landscape ecological risk of Leshan City.According to the SI-ERI model's evaluation results at the administrative scale,Leshan City's overall risk level is relatively low, with good ecological environmental quality.Low-risk areas constitute 56.16%and medium-low-risk areas make up 23.81%,aligning closely with the city's actual situation. This study thus offers a scientific basis and theoretical reference for managing ecological risks and planning urban development in Leshan City.

文摘To address the contradiction between the rapid development of ski tourism and effective protection of the ecological environment, this study constructed the DPSIR-EES(Drive-Pressures-State-Impact-Response-Environment-Economy-Society)model and Ski Tourism Destination Ecological Security System(STDESS)framework system. They form an integrated methodology system based on the“entropy weighting-hierarchical analysis-gray correlation projection”composite weighting method that can be used to clarify the intrinsic mechanism of ecological security in ski tourism destinations.Taking Chongli as a case study, this study evaluated the evolution of its ecological security from 1995 to 2023,predicted the ecological security early warning levels from 2024 to 2050,and analyzed the mechanism of influences on regional ecological security. The findings indicate that the ecological security of ski tourism destinations shows a significant“stepped leap–dynamic equilibrium”evolutionary path. The dynamic response mechanism of the subsystems is characterized by significant heterogeneity. The ecological security early warning system revealed the temporal and sequential differentiation of risk transmission. The factors influencing ecological security show the significant dual dominance of policy and climate. This paper enhances the applicability of ecological security systems within ski tourism contexts by analyzing their evolutionary characteristics, predicted future changes and impact factors, and it provides an effective case study for ecological improvement.

文摘Antibiotics are widespread in aquatic environments due to their extensive use in human healthcare and ani-mal husbandry. However, research on the occurrence and bioaccumulation of antibiotics in aquatic organisms within shallow wetland lakes remains limited. This study investigated the occurrence and bioaccumulation of ten commonly used antibiotics in the Baiyang Lake, northern China’s largest shallow wetland lake. The results indicated that sulfonamides and fluoroquinolones were the predominant antibiotics in surface water, whereas fluoroquinolones and macrolides were more prevalent in sediment.Fluoroquinolones demonstrated significant potential for bioaccumulation in targeted aquatic organisms, including both animals and plants(Carassius au-ratus and Phragmites australis). The bioaccumulation of antibiotics in Carassius auratus was correlated with their solubility, whereas in Phragmites australis, this was associated with their octanol-water partition coefficients and molecular weights.Ecological risk assessment indicated that most antibiotics posed minimal to low risk levels. However, four antibiotics were exceptions:clarithromycin(12.5%)and sulfamethoxazole(6.25%)presented a high risk in surface water samples, while norfloxacin(25.0%)and ciprofloxacin(25.0%)posed a high risk in sediment samples.Norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and roxithromycin were identified as key indicator antibiotics for enhancing the local monitoring and control of antibiotic contamination based on four criteria:(1)high con-centrations,(2)frequent detection,(3)capacity for bioaccumulation,and(4)ecological risk levels. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the status of antibiotic contamination, bioaccumulation characteristics, and ecological risk in Baiyang Lake, thereby supporting efforts to monitor and regulate antibiotic pollution.

文摘Livestock farming is a critical pillar of Tajikistan’s national economy and livelihood security. However, significant economic challenges in the country have led to the degradation of grassland ecosystems. This degradation has not only reduced the productivity of grassland ecosystems but also severely impacted their ecological functions.A particularly concerning consequence is the threat to biodiversity,as the survival and persistence of endemic, rare, and endangered plant species are at serious risk, thereby diminishing the value of species’genetic resources.Based on the data from multiple sources such as literature reviews, field observations, and national statistics, this study employed a systematic literature review and meta-analysis to investigate the current status, causes of degradation, and restoration measures for grassland ecosystems in Tajikistan. The results revealed that Tajikistan’s grassland ecosystems support exceptionally high plant species diversity, comprising over 4500 vascular plant species, including nearly 1500 endemic and sub-endemic taxa that constitute a unique genetic reservoir. These ecosystems are experiencing severe degradation, characterized by significantly reduced vegetation cover and declining species richness.Palatable forage species are increasingly being displaced by unpalatable, thorny, and poisonous species. The primary drivers of degradation include excessive grazing pressure, which disrupts plant reproductive cycles and regeneration capacity, habitat fragmentation due to urbanization and infrastructure development, and uncontrolled exploitation of medicinal and edible plants.Climate change, particularly rising temperatures and altered precipitation patterns, further exacerbates these anthropogenic pressures.Ecological restoration experiments suggested that both ecosystem productivity and plant species diversity are significantly enhanced by systematic reseeding trials using altitude-adapted native species. These findings underscore the necessity of establishing scientifically grounded approaches for ecological restoration.

文摘Climate models are essential for understanding past, present, and future changes in atmospheric circulation, with circulation modes providing key sources of seasonal predictability and prediction uncertainties for both global and regional climates. This study assesses the performance of models participating in phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project in simulating interannual variability modes of Northern Hemisphere 500-hPa geopotential height during winter and summer, distinguishing predictable(potentially predictable on seasonal or longer timescales)and unpredictable(intraseasonal and essentially unpredictable at long range)components, using reanalysis data and a variance decomposition method.Although most models effectively capture unpredictable modes in reanalysis, their ability to reproduce dominant predictable modes-specifically the Pacific-North American pattern,Arctic Oscillation, and Western Pacific Oscillation in winter, and the East Atlantic and North Atlantic Oscillations in summer-varies notably. An optimal ensemble is identified to distinguish(a)predictable-external modes, dominated by external forcing,and(b)predictable-internal modes, associated with slow internal variability, during the historical period(1950-2014)and the SSP5-8.5 scenario(2036-2100).Under increased radiative forcing, the leading winter/summer predictable-external mode exhibits a more uniform spatial distribution, remarkably larger trend and annual variance, and enhanced height-sea surface temperature(SST)covariance under SSP5-8.5 compared to historical conditions. The dominant winter/summer predictable-internal modes also exhibit increased variance and height-SST covariance under SSP5-8.5,along with localized changes in spatial configuration.Minimal changes are observed in spatial distribution or variance for dominant winter/summer unpredictable modes under SSP5-8.5.This study, from a predictive perspective, deepens our understanding of model uncertainties and projected changes in circulations.

文摘Although previous studies have demonstrated that transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation protects the ischemic brain, clear criteria for the stimulation time window and intensity are lacking.Electrical impedance tomography enables real-time monitoring of changes in cerebral blood perfusion within the ischemic brain, but investigating the feasibility of using this method to assess post-stroke rehabilitation in vivo remains critical. In this study, ischemic stroke was induced in rats through middle cerebral artery occlusion surgery.Transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation was used to treat the rat model of ischemia, and electrical impedance tomography was used to measure impedance during both the acute stage of ischemia and the rehabilitation stage following the stimulation.Electrical impedance tomography results indicated that cerebral impedance increased after the onset of ischemia and decreased following transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation.Furthermore, the stimulation promoted motor function recovery, reduced cerebral infarction volume in the rat model of ischemic stroke, and induced the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the ischemic brain. Our results also revealed a significant correlation between the impedance of the ischemic brain post-intervention and improvements in behavioral scores and infarct volume. This study shows that daily administration of transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation for 20 minutes to the ischemic hemisphere 24 hours after cerebral ischemia enhanced motor recovery in a rat model of ischemia.Additionally, our findings indicate that electrical impedance tomography can serve as a valuable tool for quantitatively evaluating rehabilitation after ischemic stroke in vivo. These findings suggest the feasibility of using impedance data collected via electrical impedance tomography to clinically assess the effects of rehabilitatory interventions for patients with ischemic stroke.
文摘After the discussion of accomplishments of ecological urban construction in Suzhou City, the current ecological urban construction in Suzhou has been compared with the national standard for ecological urban construction. According to the actual situation of Suzhou urban construction, the health evaluation index system and standards for urban eco-system have been established based on natural, economic and social sub-system. By using mean square deviation, indexes' weights have been identified. After the quantitative research on the health condition of urban eco-system in Suzhou City from 2004 to 2008, it has found key problems existing in its ecological urban construction. The results show that Suzhou urban eco-system develops well in general, but the three sub-systems are coordinated with each other moderately, and natural sub-system suffers severe pressure.

文摘Based on the status of land ecological resources in Hohhot, 20 indexes covering nature, resource environment, economy and society were selected and the evaluation index system was established. With the principal component analysis, the land ecological security of Hohhot from 2009 to 2015 was analyzed. The results showed that the land ecological security of Hohhot was declining year by year in 2009-2015. Besides, per capital GDP and public green area, the proportion of in- dustry and the price index of agricultural and animal husbandry production materials were the key factors influencing the land ecological security of Hohhot. The key for protection of the land ecological security may lie in the protection of land quality and prevention of land degradation in farming and stock-breeding areas.
