Biocompatible Multifunctional E-Skins with Excellent Self-Healing Ability Enabled by Clean and Scalable Fabrication 被引量:3

Electronic skins(e-skins) with an excellent sensing performance have been widely developed over the last few decades.However,wearability,biocompatibility,environmental friendliness and scalability have become new limitations. Self-healing ability can improve the long-term robustness and reliability of e-skins. However,self-healing ability and integration are hardly balanced in classical structures of self-healable devices. Here,cellulose nanofiber/poly(vinyl alcohol)(CNF/PVA),a biocompatible moisture-inspired self-healable composite,was applied both as the binder in functional layers and the substrate. Various functional layers comprising particular carbon materials and CNF/PVA were patterned on the substrate. A planar structure was beneficial for integration,and the active self-healing ability of the functional layers endowed self-healed e-skins with a higher toughness. Water served as both the only solvent throughout the fabrication process and the trigger of the self-healing process,which avoids the pollution and bioincompatibility caused by the application of noxious additives. Our e-skins could achieve real-time monitoring of whole-body physiological signals and environmental temperature and humidity. Cross-interference between di erent external stimuli was suppressed through reasonable material selection and structural design. Combined with conventional electronics,data could be transmitted to a nearby smartphone for post-processing. This work provides a previously unexplored strategy for multifunctional e-skins with an excellent practicality. 展开更多

Post-earthquake rescue missions are full of challenges due to the unstable structure of ruins and successive aftershocks.Most of the current rescue robots lack the ability to interact with environments,leading to low rescue efficiency.The multimodal electronic skin(e-skin)proposed not only reproduces the pressure,temperature,and humidity sensing capabilities of natural skin but also develops sensing functions beyond it—perceiving object proximity and NO2 gas.Its multilayer stacked structure based on Ecoflex and organohydrogel endows the e-skin with mechanical properties similar to natural skin.Rescue robots integrated with multimodal e-skin and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms show strong environmental perception capabilities and can accurately distinguish objects and identify human limbs through grasping,laying the foundation for automated post-earthquake rescue.Besides,the combination of e-skin and NO2 wireless alarm circuits allows robots to sense toxic gases in the environment in real time,thereby adopting appropriate measures to protect trapped people from the toxic environment.Multimodal e-skin powered by AI algorithms and hardware circuits exhibits powerful environmental perception and information processing capabilities,which,as an interface for interaction with the physical world,dramatically expands intelligent robots’application scenarios. 展开更多

Continuously printable electronics have the significant advantage of being efficient for fabricating conductive polymer composites;however,the precise tailoring of the 3D hierarchical morphology of conductive nanocomposites in a simple dripping step remains challenging.Here,we introduce a one-step direct printing technique to construct diverse microdome morphologies influenced by the interfacial Marangoni effect and nanoparticle interactions.Using a jet dispenser for continuous processing,we effectively fabricated a soft epidermislike e-skin containing 64 densely arrayed pressure sensing pixels with a hierarchical dome array for enhanced linearity and ultrasensitivity.The e-skin has 36 temperature-sensing pixels in the outer layer,with a shield-shaped dome that is insensitive to pressure stimuli.Our prosthetic finger inserted with the printed sensor arrays was capable of ultragentle detection and manipulation,such as stably holding a fragile biscuit,using a soft dropper to elaborately produce water droplets and harvesting soft fruits;these activities are challenging for existing high-sensitivity tactile sensors. 展开更多

The development of stretchable electronics could enhance novel interface structures to solve the stretchability-conductivity dilemma,which remains a major challenge.Herein,we report a nano-liquid metal(LM)-based highly robust stretchable electrode(NHSE)with a self-adaptable interface that mimics water-tonet interaction.Based on the in situ assembly of electrospun elastic nanofiber scaffolds and electrosprayed LM nanoparticles,the NHSE exhibits an extremely low sheet resistance of 52 mΩsq^(-1).It is not only insensitive to a large degree of mechanical stretching(i.e.,350%electrical resistance change upon 570%elongation)but also immune to cyclic deformation(i.e.,5%electrical resistance increases after 330000 stretching cycles with 100%elongation).These key properties are far superior to those of the state-of-the-art reports.Its robustness and stability are verified under diverse circumstances,including long-term exposure to air(420 days),cyclic submersion(30000 times),and resilience against mechanical damages.The combination of conductivity,stretchability,and durability makes the NHSE a promising conductor/electrode solution for flexible/stretchable electronics for applications such as wearable on-body physiological signal detection,human-machine interaction,and heating e-skin. 展开更多

Tactile and temperature sensors are the key components for e-skin fabrication.Organic transistors,a kind of intrinsic logic devices with diverse internal configurations,offer a wide range of options for sensor design and have played a vital role in the fabrication of e-skin-oriented tactile and temperature sensors.This research field has attained tremendous advancements,both in terms of materials design and device architecture,thereby leading to excellent performance of resulting tactile/temperature sensors.Herein,a systematic review of organic transistor-based tactile and temperature sensors is presented to summarize the latest progress in these devices.Particularly,we focus on spotlighting various device structures,underlying mechanisms and their performance.Lastly,an outlook for the future development of these devices is briefly discussed.We anticipate that this review will provide a quick overview of such a rapidly emerging research direction and attract more dedicated efforts for the development of next-generation sensing devices towards e-skin fabrication. 展开更多

Intelligent technologies based on artificial intelligence and big data hold great potential for health monitoring and human–machine capability enhancement.However,electronics must be connected to the human body to realize this vision.Thus,tissue or skin-like electronics with high stretchability and low stiffness mechanical properties are highly desirable.Ultrathin materials have attracted significant attention from the research community and the industry because of their high performance and flexibility.Over the past few years,considerable progress has been made in flexible ultrathin sensors and devices based on ultrathin materials.Here,we review the developments in this area and examine representative research progress in ultrathin materials fabrication and device construction.Strategies for the fabrication of stretchable ultrathin materials and devices are considered.The relationship between the thin-film structure and performance is emphasized and highlighted.Finally,the current capabilities and limitations of ultrathin devices were explored. 展开更多

湿疹外洗方治疗大鼠湿疹的效用机制及临床应用效果分析

目的观察湿疹外洗方对湿疹大鼠皮肤炎症程度的影响及其效用机制,并通过临床试验评估湿疹外洗方联合糖皮质激素类药膏治疗轻中度湿疹患儿的效果及安全性。方法选择40只5周龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分配至中药组、阳性药物组、模型组、糖... 目的观察湿疹外洗方对湿疹大鼠皮肤炎症程度的影响及其效用机制,并通过临床试验评估湿疹外洗方联合糖皮质激素类药膏治疗轻中度湿疹患儿的效果及安全性。方法选择40只5周龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分配至中药组、阳性药物组、模型组、糖皮质激素组和空白组,每组8只。利用2,4-二硝基氯苯构建湿疹大鼠模型,空白组不造模。造模成功后,中药组、阳性药物组、糖皮质激素组分别接受湿疹外洗方、冰黄肤乐软膏、丁酸氢化可的松乳膏局部治疗,而模型组与空白组则不给予任何药物处理。实验持续至第30天,记录各组大鼠耳厚度变化及皮损严重程度评分,测量经表皮水分流失量(TEWL)、角质层含水量(WCSC),并采集血样测定免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素(IL)-4水平。选取2018年1月至2019年12月收治60例轻中度湿疹患儿,随机数字表法分成对照组、干预组,每组30例。对照组使用常规糖皮质激素类药膏治疗,干预组在此基础上联合湿疹外洗方治疗,观察两组患儿治疗效果、再次就诊率、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分、血清IL-4、IL-18、IL-23水平及不良反应。结果与空白组比较,模型组各观察指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,中药组、阳性药物组、糖皮质激素组实验后耳厚度、皮损严重程度评分及血清IL-4水平降低,且中药组<阳性药物组<糖皮质激素组(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,糖皮质激素组、阳性药物组、中药组TEWL降低,WCSC升高(P<0.05),且阳性药物组、中药组TEWL较糖皮质激素组降低,WCSC较糖皮质激素组升高(P<0.05)。中药组、阳性药物组、糖皮质激素组、模型组血清IgE水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,干预组EASI评分以及血清IL-4、IL-18、IL-23水平低于对照组,湿疹面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组治愈率高于对照组,再次就诊率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论湿疹外洗方可减轻炎症反应,改善湿疹大鼠皮肤损伤、湿疹症状、皮肤屏障功能。湿疹外洗方在临床应用中可提高轻中度湿疹患儿的临床疗效,降低血清炎症因子及再次就诊率,且安全性良好。 展开更多

The construction of biomass-based conductive hydrogel e-skins with high mechanical properties is the research hotspot and difficulty in the field of biomass materials.Traditional collagen-based conductive hydrogels,constructed by the typical"bottom-up"strategy,normally have the incompatible problem between high mechanical property and high collagen content,and the extraction of collagen is often necessary.To solve these problems,inspired by the high mechanical properties and high collagen content of animal skins,this work proposed a"top-down"construction strategy,in which the extraction of collagen was unnecessary and the skin collagen skeleton(SCS)with the 3D network structure woven by natural collagen fibers in goatskin was preserved and used as the basic framework of hydrogel.Following a four-step route,namely,pretreatment→soaking in AgNPs(silver nanoparticles)solution→soaking in the mixed solution containing HEA(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)and AlCl_(3)→polymerization,this work successfully achieved the fabrication of a new skin-based conductive hydrogel e-skin with high mechanical properties(tensile strength of 2.97 MPa,toughness of 6.23 MJ·m^(-3)and breaking elongation of 428%)by using goatskin as raw material.The developed skin hydrogel(called PH@Ag)possessed a unique structure with the collagen fibers encapsulated by PHEA,and exhibited satisfactory adhesion,considerable antibacterial property,cytocompatibility,conductivity(3.06 S·m^(-1))and sensing sensitivity(the maximum gauge factor of 5.51).The PH@Ag e-skin could serve as strain sensors to accurately monitor and recognize all kinds of human motions such as swallowing,frowning,walking,and so on,and thus is anticipated to have considerable application prospect in many fields including flexible wearable electronic devices,health and motion monitoring. 展开更多

变态反应性皮肤病患者过敏原流行特征分析

目的检测变态反应性皮肤病患者血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)水平,并分析过敏原分布特点。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年12月就诊的1516例变态反应性皮肤病患者的临床资料。采用酶联免疫捕获法检测患者血清中过敏原sIgE水平,分析过敏... 目的检测变态反应性皮肤病患者血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)水平,并分析过敏原分布特点。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年12月就诊的1516例变态反应性皮肤病患者的临床资料。采用酶联免疫捕获法检测患者血清中过敏原sIgE水平,分析过敏原sIgE检测分布情况及年龄、疾病种类对过敏原分布的影响。结果1516例患者中,检出过敏原sIgE阳性1176例(77.6%),其中吸入性过敏原阳性858例(56.6%),食入性过敏原阳性875例(57.7%)。不同年龄段变态反应性皮肤病患者过敏原sIgE阳性检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段变态反应性皮肤病患者常见过敏原不同,随着年龄的增长,粉尘螨、户尘螨等吸入性过敏原阳性率逐渐升高,牛奶、鸡蛋等食入性过敏原阳性率逐渐下降。不同疾病(湿疹、荨麻疹、皮炎)过敏原sIgE阳性检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);<1岁组、>18岁组皮炎患者的过敏原sIgE阳性检出率高于湿疹及荨麻疹患者。结论外源性过敏原致敏是变态反应性皮肤病发病的重要因素。不同年龄段导致变态反应性皮肤病的过敏原可能不同。了解变态反应性皮肤病过敏原sIgE的流行特征,对疾病的诊断及防治具有重要价值。 展开更多

The progress from intelligent interactions requires electronic skin(E-skin)to shift from single-functional perception to multisensory capabilities.However,the intuitive and interference-free reading of multiple sensory signals without involving complex algorithms is a critical challenge.Herein,we propose a flexible multisensory E-skin by developing a highly homogeneous dispersion of BaTiO_(3)nanoparticles in polydimethylsiloxane dielectric layer.The E-skin is sensitive to externally applied pressure as well as temperature and can distinguish dual synergetic stimuli by the time decoupling effect.The pressure and temperature perception was achieved in an individual device,which greatly reduced the structural complexity compared with multifunctional integrated devices.The sensitivity of E-skin for pressure detection is as high as 0.0724 kPa^(−1)and the detection range reaches as wide as 15.625-10 MPa.The sensitivity to temperature detection is as high as−1.34℃^(−1)and the detection range reaches 20-200℃.More importantly,by equipping with a multilayer neural network,the evolution from tactile perception to advanced intelligent tactile cognition is demonstrated. 展开更多

本试验旨在研究维生素E(VE)对德州驴生长性能、抗氧化能力和皮用性能的影响。选取10月龄德州驴21头,随机分为3组,每组7个重复,每个重复1头。3组德州驴分别饲喂添加60(对照)、200和400 mg/kg VE的精补料,所喂粗饲料均为豆秸。预试期7 d,... 本试验旨在研究维生素E(VE)对德州驴生长性能、抗氧化能力和皮用性能的影响。选取10月龄德州驴21头,随机分为3组,每组7个重复,每个重复1头。3组德州驴分别饲喂添加60(对照)、200和400 mg/kg VE的精补料,所喂粗饲料均为豆秸。预试期7 d,正试期135 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,添加200或400 mg/kg VE对德州驴的生长性能、胴体重、屠宰率、鲜皮率均无显著影响(P>0.05),添加400 mg/kg VE有显著提升鲜皮重的趋势(P=0.076)。2)与对照组相比,添加200或400 mg/kg VE均显著提高了德州驴血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,添加400 mg/kg VE显著提高了德州驴终末背部皮肤厚度(P<0.05),添加200或400 mg/kg VE显著提高了德州驴背部皮肤真皮层厚、羟脯氨酸含量和胶原蛋白占比(P<0.05),且添加400 mg/kg VE时羟脯氨酸含量显著高于添加200 mg/kg VE时(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,添加200和400 mg/kg VE组使背部皮肤中细胞外基质组织、胶原纤维组织、胶原蛋白生物合成、皮肤发育信号通路显著富集。由此可见,在精补料中添加200或400 mg/kg VE均能改善德州驴的抗氧化能力,有利于德州驴皮肤中细胞外基质的沉积(尤其是胶原蛋白),增加真皮层厚度,进而增加产皮量,但以添加量为400 mg/kg时效果较优。 展开更多

目的:评估外用愈肤膏联合内服当归饮子治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的疗效及安全性,并通过检测皮损处Caspase-14和丝聚蛋白(FLG) mRNA表达,探讨愈肤膏对皮肤屏障功能修复的影响,为院内制剂推广应用提供依据,进一步推广中药外用的“简、便、... 目的:评估外用愈肤膏联合内服当归饮子治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的疗效及安全性,并通过检测皮损处Caspase-14和丝聚蛋白(FLG) mRNA表达,探讨愈肤膏对皮肤屏障功能修复的影响,为院内制剂推广应用提供依据,进一步推广中药外用的“简、便、廉、效”优势。方法:采用随机对照研究设计,纳入56例血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例。治疗组外用愈肤膏联合内服当归饮子,对照组外用尿素维E乳膏联合内服当归饮子。分别于治疗前、治疗2 w及4 w后,记录湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI评分)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI评分)。选取各组6例患者检测治疗前后皮损处Caspase14和FLG mRNA表达。结果:两组患者年龄、性别、病程及各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具可比性。治疗4 w后,治疗组EASI、VAS评分下降率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在提高患者生活质量方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为85.71%(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损处Caspase-14和FLG mRNA表达上调高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外用愈肤膏联合内服当归饮子治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹在改善皮损、缓解瘙痒和提高生活质量方面优于尿素维E乳膏,并能有效提高Caspase14和FLG mRNA表达,促进皮肤屏障功能修复,具有较好的临床应用前景。 展开更多

目的分析变应性鼻炎患者抗交叉反应性糖类决定簇IgE(anti-CCDIgE)水平与血清IgE水平和皮肤点刺试验(SPT)的关联性。方法选取2012年1月—2013年7月北京大学第一医院确诊且符合纳入标准的变应性鼻炎患者和非变应性鼻炎患者161例为研... 目的分析变应性鼻炎患者抗交叉反应性糖类决定簇IgE(anti-CCDIgE)水平与血清IgE水平和皮肤点刺试验(SPT)的关联性。方法选取2012年1月—2013年7月北京大学第一医院确诊且符合纳入标准的变应性鼻炎患者和非变应性鼻炎患者161例为研究对象。按照患者是否为变应性鼻炎分为变应性鼻炎组(121例)和对照组(40例)。收集患者一般资料(包括性别、年龄、蜜蜂叮咬情况等),采用斑点免疫印迹法(dot-IBT)检测血清特异性IgE(s IgE)及anti-CCDIgE表达情况,荧光酶联免疫法(FEIA)检测phadiatop、总IgE(tIgE)表达情况,并进行SPT。分析anti-CCDIgE表达情况与性别、年龄、蜜蜂叮咬情况、s IgE特应性变应原表达情况、phadiatop表达情况、tIgE表达情况、SPT吸入性变应原表达情况的关联性,SPT结果与年龄、性别、phadiatop表达情况、tIgE表达情况的关联性。结果变应性鼻炎组患者s IgE、anti-CCDIgE、phadiatop、tIgE阳性表达率、SPT阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。anti-CCDIgE表达情况与性别,年龄,s IgE特应性变应原中的混合树木、葎草、艾蒿、户尘、混合尘螨、混合霉菌、蟑螂、狗毛、猫毛表达情况,phadiatop表达情况,SPT吸入性变应原中的树1、杂草、云杉属、葎草、树2、禾本科/谷、艾蒿、刺槐、松、粉尘螨、户尘螨、烟曲霉菌、白假丝酵母菌、蟑螂、禾本科、霉菌1、霉菌2、动物毛表达情况无关联性(P〉0.05);anti-CCDIgE表达情况与蜜蜂叮咬情况,s IgE特应性变应原中的豚草表达情况,tIgE表达情况,SPT吸入性变应原中的藜、大豚草表达情况存在关联性(P〈0.05)。SPT结果与性别、tIgE表达情况无关联性(P〉0.05);SPT结果与年龄、phadiatop表达情况存在关联性(P〈0.05)。SPT阳性率随年龄的增加而增大(χ_(趋势)^2=4.264,P=0.039)。结论变应性鼻炎患者anti-CCDIgE水平与血清IgE(s IgE、tIgE)水平、SPT结果有一定的关联性,anti-CCDIgE表达情况对确诊变应原的SPT和s IgE试验有一定干扰,在分析试验结果时应予以注意。 展开更多

目的对过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的客观评估包括体内皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)和体外血清特异性IgE(serum specific IgE,sIgE)检测,了解SPT、sIgE试验在诊断AR中的关系对于提高AR的诊断效率至关重要。本研究旨在评估... 目的对过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的客观评估包括体内皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)和体外血清特异性IgE(serum specific IgE,sIgE)检测,了解SPT、sIgE试验在诊断AR中的关系对于提高AR的诊断效率至关重要。本研究旨在评估在多过敏原导致的过敏性鼻炎中,不同的SPT阳性界值对血清sIgE诊断价值的影响。方法以SPT结合的阳性结果临床症状和体征作为诊断AR的参考标准,在85例由7种常见过敏原所致的AR患者中,评估SPT阳性界值"+"和"++"对于UniCAP系统检测血清sIgE诊断价值的影响,诊断指标包括灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断效率。结果依据临床症状和体征以及SPT结果"+"作为阳性临界值诊断AR,血清sIgE检测结果良好,其灵敏性在0.50(大豚草)到0.91(屋尘螨、粉尘螨)之间,而特异性在0.93(粉尘螨)到1.00(动物毛、屋尘螨和艾蒿)之间。当SPT阳性临界值调至"++"时,sIgE的整体灵敏性提高,而其余的诊断指标,如特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断效率均明显下降。结论在AR的诊断中,将SPT阳性的临界值设为"+"比"++"更有益于提高血清sIgE的诊断价值。 展开更多

目的探讨儿童过敏性鼻炎患者的血清变应原特异性lg E(slg E)水平、皮肤点刺试验(SPT)及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血清总Ig E(tlg E)与鼻部症状视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至... 目的探讨儿童过敏性鼻炎患者的血清变应原特异性lg E(slg E)水平、皮肤点刺试验(SPT)及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血清总Ig E(tlg E)与鼻部症状视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2014年4月在我科就诊的过敏性鼻炎儿童患者58例,采用VAS对患者的病情严重度进行评价;应用国际标准方法做过敏原皮肤点刺试验,对所有病例检测外周血EOS计数,采用Um CAPl00系统测定血清ECP、tlg E和slg E水平;用Pearson相关分析对结果进行分析。结果血清s Ig E和皮肤点刺试验显著正相关(r=0.532,P<0.05);EOS计数与血清slg E之间具有显著相关性(r=0.3843,P<0.05),而与皮肤点刺实验阳性强度无显著相关性(r=0.182,P>0.05)。血清ECP水平与鼻塞症状VAS评分呈正相关(r=0.196,P=0.022),但与病情总体严重程度VAS评分无相关性(P>0.05)。血清s Ig E、SPT与鼻部症状VAS总分及EOS计数均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论皮肤点刺试验、血清s Ig E水平、血清总Ig E、外周血EOS计数与病情总体严重程度VAS评分均未见相关性,但连续动态的血清s Ig E、皮肤点刺试验、ECP可作为症状体征评分的补充。 展开更多
