Thecircuits, such as ternary full-adder etc., designed by using this theory have simpler circuit struc-tures and correct logic functions. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of slope compensation, a high-precision adaptive slope compensation circuit for peak current mode boost DC/DC converter is designed. The circuit dynamically detects the input and output voltage of the boost circuit to realize automatic adjustment of the compensation amount with the change of duty ratio, which makes the ramp compensation slope optimized. The design uses a high-precision subtracter to improve the accuracy of slope compensation. While eliminating sub-slope oscillation and improving the stability of boost circuit, the negative impact of compensation on boost circuit is minimized, and the load capacity and transient response speed of boost circuit are guaranteed. The circuit is designed based on SMIC 0.18um CMOS technology, with simple structure, high reliability and easy engineering implementation. Spectre circuit simulator 17.1.0.124 64b simulation results show that the circuit has high compensation accuracy and wide input and output voltage range. When the working voltage is 3.3 V, the compensation slope can be adjusted adaptively under different duty cycles, and the minimum error between the compensation slope and the theoretical optimal compensation slope is only 0.42%. 展开更多

Buck型逆变器的电感电流瞬时值反馈控制和电容电流瞬时值反馈控制存在本质区别。以差动正激直流斩波器型高频环节逆变器为例,采用理论推导方法,研究这两种电流控制逆变器的稳定性、输出外特性、短路能力、输出功率特性、带非线性负载能力及动态响应特性。研究结果表明,电感电流瞬时值反馈控制逆变器具有电感电流和输出功率受限、较强的过载和短路能力、较软的输出外特性、较弱的带非线性负载能力、较差的动态响应等特点;而电容电流瞬时值反馈控制逆变器具有电感电流和输出功率不受限、较弱的过载能力、无短路能力、硬的输出外特性、较强的带非线性负载能力、较好的动态响应等特点。研究成果为Buck型逆变器电流型控制策略的选择及其设计提供重要的理论依据。 展开更多

A new circuit for realization of universal current-mode filter using current Follower Transconductance Amplifiers (CFTAs) is presented. The proposed circuit realizes current-mode low pass, high pass and band pass filter functions simultaneously with a single current source at the input. The band reject and all pass filters can also be obtained from the proposed circuit without any extra hardware. The proposed circuit employs three passive grounded elements and two CFTAs. Linear electronic control of natural frequency ω0 is available in the proposed circuit. The quality factor can be independently adjusted through grounded resistor. The proposed circuit employs two grounded capacitors and a grounded resistor along with two CFTAs. The grounded resistor can be replaced by an OTA based circuit for linear electronic control of quality factor Q0. The circuit exhibits low active and passive sensitivities for ω0 and Q0. Simulation results are obtained using PSPICE software which is in conformity with the theoretical findings. 展开更多

A new universal multiple input multiple output (MIMO) type current-mode biquad employing two dual output current conveyors (DOCCII), one multiple output current controlled current amplifier (MOCCCA) and four passive grounded elements is proposed which can realize all the five basic filtering functions namely, low-pass (LP), high-pass (HP), band-pass (BP), band-stop (BR) and all-pass (AP) in current mode from the same configuration. The centre frequency can be set by the passive elements of the circuit and the quality factor Q0 is electronically tunable through bias currents of the MOCCCA. Therefore, the biquad filter has independent tenability for the and Q0. The active and passive sensitivities of Q0 and are low. The circuit can realize low pass and high pass filter characteristics by choosing the suitable current output branches. The filter performance factors natural frequency (ω0), bandwidth , quality factor Q and transconductance gain gm are electronically tunable. The proposed circuit has very low sensitivities with respect to circuit active elements. From sensitivity analysis, it has been clearly shown that the proposed circuit has very low sensitivities with respect to the circuit active elements. The gain roll-off of high pass and low pass configuration is 18 dB/oc- tave. The proposed circuit facilitates integrability, programmability and ease of implementation. 展开更多

Approximation techniques are useful for implementing pattern recognizers, communication decoders and sensory processing algorithms where computational precision is not critical to achieve the desired system level performance. In our previous work, we had proposed margin propagation (MP) as an efficient piece-wise linear (PWL) approximation technique to a log-sum-exp function and had demonstrated its advantages for implementing probabilistic decoders. In this paper, we present a systematic and a generalized approach for synthesizing analog piecewise-linear (PWL) computing circuits using the MP principle. MP circuits use only addition, subtraction and threshold operations and hence can be implemented using universal conservation principles like the Kirchoff's current law. Thus, unlike the conventional translinear CMOS current-mode circuits, the operation of the MP circuits are functionally similar in weak, moderate and strong inversion regimes of the MOS transistor making the design approach bias-scalable. This paper presents measured results from MP circuits prototyped in a 0.5μm standard CMOS process verifying the bias-scalable property. As an example, we apply the synthesis approach towards designing linear classifiers and verify its performance using measured results. 展开更多

A CCCII has parasitic input resistance on it’s current input node. This resistance could be exploited to reduce circuit complexities. The recent advances in IC technology have led to the trend of designing hybrid systems to benefit both analog and the digital domain. Among analog circuits, multifunctional filter along with multiphase oscillator constitutes a building block of critical importance. In this paper, a digitally reconfigurable multi-input-multi-output voltage mode multifunctional biquadratic filter has been presented. The circuit comprises of two differential voltage current conveyors (DVCCs), two grounded capacitors and two floating resistors. The digital controllability is incorporated using a current-summing network (CSN). Tunability of quality factor is achieved by the use of a 3-bit digital control word while keeping the resonant frequency constant. PSPICE simulations using TSMC 0.25 μm CMOS technology have been performed to validate the theoretically predicted results. 展开更多

随着新能源的大规模并网,大电网短路电流特征更加复杂、难以预测。基于此,文章提出了一种基于改进卷积神经网络的新能源并网短路电流预测技术。首先,分析短路电流特点,对短路电流进行变分模态分解,得到本征模态函数;其次,对卷积神经网... 随着新能源的大规模并网,大电网短路电流特征更加复杂、难以预测。基于此,文章提出了一种基于改进卷积神经网络的新能源并网短路电流预测技术。首先,分析短路电流特点,对短路电流进行变分模态分解,得到本征模态函数;其次,对卷积神经网络进行改进,利用多尺度特征提取将电流故障数据特征最大化,引入注意力机制提取重要信息,卷积过程中使用跳跃连接的方式防止前向传递时信息丢失,有利于提高预测的准确性,构建基于改进卷积神经网络的短路电流预测模型;最后,经过PSCAD/EMTDC电网模型进行验证。结果表明,所提方法对短路电流峰值预测有着较高的精度,与常见的极限学习机、支持向量机相比,平均相对误差分别降低了0.61%,1.09%,验证了文章所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

传统的图腾柱无桥功率因数校正变换器(PFCC)工作于电流连续模式(CCM)时,因较高的开关损耗限制了高功率密度的实现。为此,在PFCC上增设一种新型辅助电路,以实现软开关,从而减少开关损耗、提高功率密度。针对传统双闭环比例积分(PI)控制... 传统的图腾柱无桥功率因数校正变换器(PFCC)工作于电流连续模式(CCM)时,因较高的开关损耗限制了高功率密度的实现。为此,在PFCC上增设一种新型辅助电路,以实现软开关,从而减少开关损耗、提高功率密度。针对传统双闭环比例积分(PI)控制器无法兼顾图腾柱无桥PFCC的快速性与稳定性等问题,提出了图腾柱无桥PFCC的自适应模糊PI控制器。通过设计一个模糊控制器,自适应地调节电压环PI控制器参数。仿真试验验证了所提辅助电路的正确性及可行性。所提自适应模糊PI控制器在超调量抑制、调节时间等性能指标上均优于传统双闭环PI控制器。该控制器具有较快的响应速度、较稳定的电压控制效果和较强的抗干扰性。该研究对推动实现此类变换器的高功率密度和良好性能提供了指导。 展开更多

针对可配置输出电流模式带隙基准(current-mode bandgap reference,CMBGR)在低压CMOS工艺中面临的启动问题,提出一种基于动态阈值电压的启动电路设计。该电路通过实时监测CMBGR工作状态并动态调整阈值电压,确保在工艺、电压、温度(proce... 针对可配置输出电流模式带隙基准(current-mode bandgap reference,CMBGR)在低压CMOS工艺中面临的启动问题,提出一种基于动态阈值电压的启动电路设计。该电路通过实时监测CMBGR工作状态并动态调整阈值电压,确保在工艺、电压、温度(process voltage temperature,PVT)参数变化下稳定启动,同时兼容现有曲率补偿策略。在0.11μm CMOS工艺中实现,经20400次蒙特卡罗仿真验证,所有PVT组合下CMBGR均能可靠启动。设计支持2.3~4.3 V电源电压范围,输出参考电压可配置于0.1~2 V,温度系数为8.7×10^(-6)/℃,优于现有技术的41.5×10^(-6)/℃,且保持低设计成本。该方法通过简化电路结构实现PVT鲁棒性,解决了传统启动技术在设计成本、鲁棒性及兼容性方面的矛盾。 展开更多
