This study delves into the bilateral relations between Iran and Turkmenistan,focusing on the multidimensional impacts of cross-border ethnic groups,cultural diplomacy,and energy cooperation.The research reveals that d...This study delves into the bilateral relations between Iran and Turkmenistan,focusing on the multidimensional impacts of cross-border ethnic groups,cultural diplomacy,and energy cooperation.The research reveals that despite challenges in security cooperation,such as regional political ideological differences and uneven power distribution,Iran has adopted diverse strategies to enhance cultural identity,social cohesion,and promote economic cooperation.Iran actively seeks to repair relations with Turkmenistan by emphasizing shared historical and cultural backgrounds,particularly the presence of cross-border Turkmen ethnic groups.Specific measures include developing cultural tourism,organizing cultural weeks,and establishing commemorative days.In the economic sphere,the two countries have signed significant natural gas supply agreements,strengthening energy cooperation.Iranian leaders often emphasize“blood ties”and deep cultural connections in diplomatic statements,combining cultural diplomacy with practical economic cooperation.The study’s findings indicate that Iran’s initiatives have led to the reorganization of national space and social reconstruction in border regions,promoting changes in public policy.By integrating cultural identity,historical connections,and economic interests,Iran has adopted a sophisticated diplomatic approach,laying the foundation for more stable and enduring bilateral relations while contributing to regional stability and sustainable development.展开更多

This essay is to examine the application of grouping by language proficiency and within-class grouping based on a case study. It aims to fred out an optimal grouping system in the TCFL classroom based on the practical experience. It begins with a brief introduction on the history of TCFL and the objectives of this essay. A theoretical evidence of adopting grouping in MFL context is followed in the second section. On the basis of provided background information, grouping by language proficiency and within-class grouping are discussed and analysed with the case study in the following sections. Then it comes to the conclusion of the effects of these groupings in TCFL and recommendations for future researches.展开更多
American Sign Language(ASL)images can be used as a communication tool by determining numbers and letters using the shape of the fingers.Particularly,ASL can have an key role in communication for hearing-impaired perso...American Sign Language(ASL)images can be used as a communication tool by determining numbers and letters using the shape of the fingers.Particularly,ASL can have an key role in communication for hearing-impaired persons and conveying information to other persons,because sign language is their only channel of expression.Representative ASL recognition methods primarily adopt images,sensors,and pose-based recognition techniques,and employ various gestures together with hand-shapes.This study briefly reviews these attempts at ASL recognition and provides an improved ASL classification model that attempts to develop a deep learning method with meta-layers.In the proposed model,the collected ASL images were clustered based on similarities in shape,and clustered group classification was first performed,followed by reclassification within the group.The experiments were conducted with various groups using different learning layers to improve the accuracy of individual image recognition.After selecting the optimized group,we proposed a meta-layered learning model with the highest recognition rate using a deep learning method of image processing.The proposed model exhibited an improved performance compared with the general classification model.展开更多

The studied queries include one or two nominal groups (NG) articulating around a verb. A NG consists of one or several keywords (application dependent noun or value). Simple semantic filters are defined for identifying these keywords which can be of semantic value: class, simple attribute, composed attribute, key value or not key value. Coherence rules and coherence constraints are introduced, to check the validity of the co-occurrence of two consecutive nouns in complex NG. If a query is constituted of a single NG, no further analysis is required. Otherwise, if a query covers two valid NG, it is a subject of studying the semantic coherence of the verb and both NG which are attached to it.展开更多

With the help of special methods-design, it is possible to analyze the functions and strategies of this specific sometimes open or undercover used languages of Rotwelsch, Argot, Fenya, terrorist and Jihadi groups. A very significant example is the history of Jihadi Internet as a cyber-planning tool： single websites （until 2001）, expansion and professionalization （2001-2007） and severe surveillance, distrust and new social media （after 2008 especially because of 9/11）. Since it has become clear that the National Security Agency （NSA） conducts severe intelligence research in the field of E-mail-traffic and chats, the demand of crypto-programs has grown. It is better in this situation to return to face-to-face-communication. Legislative institutions and police have to study these functions and strategies in order to practice the best fitting counter-action against crime and terrorism.展开更多
