For the outputs of two nth-order linear control systems to work insynchronization and meanwhile to track their commands, a H_(infinity) synchronization control schemeis presented. In terms of two uncoupled single variable linear systems, a multivariable coupledsystem is established by choosing one output and the difference of the two outputs as a new outputvector, so that both command tracking and synchronization properties can be demonstrated by aH_(infinity) performance index. To improve the synchronization and trailing performance and toguarantee the system robust stability, the mixed sensitivity H_(infinity), design methodology isadopted. The presented synchronization scheme is then extended to the case where one of the twosystems include two input variables, and then applied to the position synchronization control of awafer-retical stage. The wafer-reticle stage consists of a wafer stage, a reticle coarse stage, anda reticle fine stage. The reticle coarse stage picks up the reticle fine stage. The three stagesought to tack their commands, but synchronization between the wafer stage and the reticle fine stagemust be stressed in the tracking process. In the application, by appropriately determining theweighting matrices for the sensitivity function and the complementary sensitivity function, asatisfactory KL synchronization controller is obtained to realize highly accurate positionsynchronization, and to guarantee tracking performance. In this paper, an improved impulsive lag synchronization scheme for different chaotic systems with parametric uncertainties is proposed. Based on the new definition of synchronization with error bound and a novel impulsive control scheme (the so-called dual-stage impulsive control), some new and less conservative sufficient conditions are established to guarantee that the error dynamics can converge to a predetermined level, which is more reasonable and rigorous than the existing results. In particular, some simpler and more convenient conditions are derived by taking the same impulsive distances and control gains. Finally, some numerical simulations for the Lorenz system and the Chen system are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

Controlling the output power of soft switching arc welding inverter by two-stage continuous PWM method

The full bridge zero voltage zero current switching ( FB-ZVZCS ) , which could adjust the output power by keeping the duty ratio of lagging leg constant and changing the duty ratio of leading leg, was a common circuit of soft switching arc welding inverter power source. However, when the duty ratio of leading leg was reduced to zero, the output power stayed the constant value instead of becoming zero. The working status and waveforms of some major parameters were studied in this paper while the duty ratio of leading leg was zero. It was concluded that the minimum output power of soft switching inverter was related to the charging voltage of paraUel capacitors, and the output power also could be reduced by reducing the duty ratio of lagging leg. A novel two-stage continuous PWM control method that could switch working-mode between full bridge and half bridge was put forward in this paper. This kind of control method could further reduce the output power of soft switching inverter in order to meet the requirement of low heat input of sheet metal welding. 展开更多

Many industrial products are normally processed through multiple manufacturing process stages before it becomes a final product.Statistical process control techniques often utilize standard Shewhart control charts to monitor these process stages.If the process stages are independent,this is a meaningful procedure.However,they are not independent in many manufacturing scenarios.The standard Shewhart control charts can not provide the information to determine which process stage or group of process stages has caused the problems(i.e.,standard Shewhart control charts could not diagnose dependent manufacturing process stages).This study proposes a selective neural network ensemble-based cause-selecting system of control charts to monitor these process stages and distinguish incoming quality problems and problems in the current stage of a manufacturing process.Numerical results show that the proposed method is an improvement over the use of separate Shewhart control chart for each of dependent process stages,and even ordinary quality practitioners who lack of expertise in theoretical analysis can implement regression estimation and neural computing readily. 展开更多

According to dimensionless analysis of the coalbed methane (CBM) production data of Fanzhuang block in southern Qinshui basin, the dimensionless gas production rate is calculated to quantitatively divide the CBM well production process into four stages, i.e., drai- nage stage, unstable gas production stage, stable gas pro- duction stage, and gas production decline stage. By the material balance method, the coal reservoir permeability change in different stages is quantitatively characterized. The characteristics and control mechanisms of change in coalbed permeability (CICP) during different production stages are concluded on five aspects, i.e., permeability trend variation, controlling mechanism, system energy, phase state compositions, and production performance. The study reveals that CICP is characterized by first decline, then recovery, and finally by increase and is controlled directly by effective stress and matrix shrinkage effects. Further, the duration and intensity of the matrix shrinkage effect are inherently controlled by adsorption and desorp- tion features. 展开更多

To screen new biological formulations, accurate and efficient application technology, field test was conducted with 72% Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)·monosultap WP, 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA and 3.6% lambda-cyhalothrin·Bt SA through manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying. Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%. 展开更多

Resistance Torque Based Variable Duty-Cycle Control Method for a Stage Ⅱ Compressor

The resistance torque of a piston stage II com- pressor generates strenuous fluctuations in a rotational period, and this can lead to negative influences on the working performance of the compressor. To restrain the strenuous fluctuations in the piston stage II compressor, a variable duty-cycle control method based on the resistance torque is proposed. A dynamic model of a stage II com- pressor is set up, and the resistance torque and other characteristic parameters are acquired as the control tar- gets. Then, a variable duty-cycle control method is applied to track the resistance torque, thereby improving the working performance of the compressor. Simulated results show that the compressor, driven by the proposed method, requires lower current, while the rotating speed and the output torque remain comparable to the traditional vari- able-frequency control methods. A variable duty-cycle control system is developed, and the experimental results prove that the proposed method can help reduce the specific power, input power, and working noise of the compressor to 0.97 kW.m-3.min-1, 0.09 kW and 3.10 dB, respectively, under the same conditions of discharge pressure of 2.00 MPa and a discharge volume of 0.095 m3/rain. The proposed variable duty-cycle control method tracks the resistance torque dynamically, and improves the working performance of a Stage II Compressor. The pro- posed variable duty-cycle control method can be applied to other compressors, and can provide theoretical guidance for the compressor. 展开更多

目的观察前馈控制干预联合综合运动在慢性肾脏病(CKD)5期患者中的应用效果。方法回顾分析,收集2022年4—9月于郑州市第一人民医院完成血液透析治疗和综合运动干预的30例CKD5期患者资料,作为对照组;收集2022年10月至2023年3月于医院完成... 目的观察前馈控制干预联合综合运动在慢性肾脏病(CKD)5期患者中的应用效果。方法回顾分析,收集2022年4—9月于郑州市第一人民医院完成血液透析治疗和综合运动干预的30例CKD5期患者资料,作为对照组;收集2022年10月至2023年3月于医院完成血液透析治疗和前馈控制干预联合综合运动干预的30例CKD 5期患者资料,作为观察组。两组患者干预时间均为3个月。记录干预前后心肺耐力相关指标水平[最大摄氧量(VO_(2 max))和代谢当量(METs)]、生活质量[采用肾脏疾病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SFTM 1.3)评估];记录患者干预期间并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组患者心肺耐力、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组患者心肺耐力指标水平升高、生活质量量表评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制干预联合综合运动用于CKD 5期血液透析患者,能更好地提高患者心肺耐力,患者干预期间并发症发生情况减少,生活质量明显改善。 展开更多

煤层气主要以吸附态存在于煤基质中,需经历降压使气体解吸才能被采出。随着煤层压力变化,解吸速率也随之改变,需要不断调整产量来适应解吸过程,确保煤层气连续产出。现场调整一般采取经验法定性判断,缺少定量化依据。本文引入达标产量... 煤层气主要以吸附态存在于煤基质中,需经历降压使气体解吸才能被采出。随着煤层压力变化,解吸速率也随之改变,需要不断调整产量来适应解吸过程,确保煤层气连续产出。现场调整一般采取经验法定性判断,缺少定量化依据。本文引入达标产量作为煤层气井产量调控的重要参考指标。在充分认识M块煤层气井开发效果影响因素的基础上,运用单井控制储量与产量回归的方法较准确预测出达标产量,产量范围可控制在28%以内,实现由经验法摸索向定量化计算的转变,分开发阶段总结出适宜本块的提产模式,为后期投产的煤层气井合理提产计划提供重要参考。研究表明,提产过程遵循平稳、缓慢的原则,开发初期平均提产幅度为50 m^(3)/d较为适宜,上产期一般持续22个月,平均每1万m^(3)控制储量达标产气量保持在1.2~1.3 m^(3)/d,稳定生产阶段流压降幅应控制在0.08 MPa/a以下。将M块煤层气井划分为4类,依据达标产量对低产井和异常高产井进行调整,取得一定效果。该研究对煤层气井各开发阶段合理调配产量,以及区域开发调整具有指导意义。 展开更多

为评估不同生产模式下蜘蛛多样性对水稻害虫的控制作用及其对水稻产量的影响,以水稻为研究对象,测定天敌蜘蛛的丰富度、多度、Shannon多样性、Simpson优势度和害虫稻飞虱的多度等生物指标,生态位宽度和生态位重叠等生物群落指数、同时... 为评估不同生产模式下蜘蛛多样性对水稻害虫的控制作用及其对水稻产量的影响,以水稻为研究对象,测定天敌蜘蛛的丰富度、多度、Shannon多样性、Simpson优势度和害虫稻飞虱的多度等生物指标,生态位宽度和生态位重叠等生物群落指数、同时测量水稻产量等关键参数,并采用一般线性回归模型,探究常规(常规浓度和用量的化肥和农药)、绿色(低浓度和用量的化肥和农药)和有机(未施用化肥和农药)3种不同生产模式下,蜘蛛多样性的差异、蜘蛛物种对稻飞虱的控制作用及其对水稻产量的影响。结果表明:1)有机稻田中的蜘蛛丰富度(P=0.001)、多度(P=0.008)、Shannon多样性指数(P=0.011)和Simpson指数(P=0.007)均显著高于常规和绿色稻田;有机稻田中的稻飞虱多度仅显著高于常规稻田(P=0.023)。2)绿色和常规稻田中,稻飞虱的种群动态变化规律相近,分蘖早期至扬花期的虫口密度较低,灌浆期至黄熟期明显提高;而有机稻田自拔节期虫口密度显著增加。3)有机和常规稻田中,水稻各发育时期的蜘蛛数量普遍高于稻飞虱的数量,但在绿色稻田中的灌浆期后,稻飞虱的数量则超过了蜘蛛。4)常规、绿色和有机稻田中对稻飞虱控制作用较强的蜘蛛物种分别为八斑丽蛛、花蟹蛛sp.1和四点高亮腹蛛。5)水稻产量与蜘蛛多度(P=0.049)、丰富度(P<0.001)和多样性指数(P=0.019)均呈负相关,且绿色稻田产量显著高于有机稻田(P=0.009)。因此,农药与化肥的合理施用是提高天敌多样性的关键,农业生产模式的优化对实现水稻的可持续生产具有重要意义。 展开更多

为实现中短行程微纳米精密定位平台对高力密度与高精度控制的综合要求,设计分析了一种基于磁阻驱动器的柔顺精密定位平台,并对其进行了非线性磁滞建模和轨迹跟踪控制。首先,通过分析磁阻驱动器的等效磁路与不同气隙下的驱动力特性,结合... 为实现中短行程微纳米精密定位平台对高力密度与高精度控制的综合要求,设计分析了一种基于磁阻驱动器的柔顺精密定位平台,并对其进行了非线性磁滞建模和轨迹跟踪控制。首先,通过分析磁阻驱动器的等效磁路与不同气隙下的驱动力特性,结合柔性机构的刚度模型,确定了平台设计参数和适合平台工作的气隙大小;其次,搭建了实验平台系统,构建了包含有理函数与Prandtl-Ishlinskii逆磁滞模型的前馈补偿策略,实现了磁阻驱动器的非线性补偿。最后,利用比例-积分控制与陷波滤波器构成反馈控制方法,开展轨迹跟踪控制实验。实验结果表明:所构建的逆磁滞模型补偿和控制方法能够显著提升平台控制精度,非线性补偿后两种三角波信号的跟踪均方根误差分别降低了69.2%和63.68%,验证了本文所设计磁阻驱动柔顺精密定位平台在微纳米定位中的可行性与有效性。 展开更多

宏微运动平台是一种用于实现长行程、高精度运动的复合运动系统。其中,柔性机构支撑微动台由于没有摩擦力,可有效提高宏微运动系统的整体精度。然而,这种宏微运动系统也存在耦合内应力、模型参数不确定性和控制架构约束等问题和挑战,导... 宏微运动平台是一种用于实现长行程、高精度运动的复合运动系统。其中,柔性机构支撑微动台由于没有摩擦力,可有效提高宏微运动系统的整体精度。然而,这种宏微运动系统也存在耦合内应力、模型参数不确定性和控制架构约束等问题和挑战,导致性能提升有限。为实现精密跟踪和抑制控制输入抖振,提出了一种宏微运动平台的最优鲁棒控制算法。整体控制框架采用了一种二自由度控制结构。其中,前馈控制器通过名义动力学模型设计得到;反馈控制器通过求解一个考虑模型不确定性的混合H_(2)/H_(∞)最优分散控制问题得到。通过定义一个参数空间,把鲁棒稳定约束和分散式反馈结构约束投影为一个凸集,从而把该约束最优鲁棒控制问题描述成一个凸优化问题来高效求解。最后,样机实验验证了算法的有效性。 展开更多

目的:探讨损伤控制理论分阶段康复护理对机器人辅助骨盆骨折手术患者关节活动度及下肢功能的改善作用。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年9月于蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院行机器人辅助骨盆骨折手术治疗的患者202例,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照... 目的:探讨损伤控制理论分阶段康复护理对机器人辅助骨盆骨折手术患者关节活动度及下肢功能的改善作用。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年9月于蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院行机器人辅助骨盆骨折手术治疗的患者202例,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组(n=101,常规护理)与研究组(n=101,损伤控制理论分阶段康复护理)。比较两组关节活动度、下肢功能、日常生活能力、骨折愈合情况及并发症发生率。结果:护理前,两组髋关节屈曲活动度和外展活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理12周后,两组患者髋关节屈曲活动度和外展活动度均有所上升,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组Majeed骨盆骨折评分系统(疼痛、工作能力、坐立能力、性功能及行走能力)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理12周后,两组该指标各维度评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组Barthel指数评分和改良胫骨骨折放射学愈合评分量表(RUST)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理12周后,两组Barthel指数评分和改良RUST评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在机器人辅助骨盆骨折手术患者的护理中,损伤控制理论分阶段康复护理相较于常规护理优势显著,能更有效地提升患者关节活动度、改善下肢功能、增强日常生活能力、促进骨折愈合,并降低并发症发生率。 展开更多
