Adoptive cell therapy using chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells, which is a promising cancer immunotherapy strategy, has been developing very rapidly in recent years. CAR-T cells are genetically modified T cells that can specifically recognize tumor specific antigens on the surface of tumor cells, and then effectively kill tumor cells. At present, exciting results are being achieved in clinical applications of CAR-T cells for patients with hematological malignancies. The research and development of CAR-T cells for various targets and for the treatment of solid tumors have become a hot topic worldwide, so an increasing number of investigational new drug applications (INDAs) and new drug applications (NDAs) of CAR-T cell products are expected to be submitted in future. The quality control and nonclinical research of these products are of great significance in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of these products;however, they also present great challenges and difficulties. This article discusses the general principles of and key issues regarding the quality control and nonclinical research of CAR-T cell products based on their product characteristics and on relevant guidelines for gene and cell therapy products. 展开更多

On the basis of reviewing the development history of drilling engineering technology over a century, this paper describes the technical and scientific background of downhole control engineering, discusses its basic issues, discipline frame and main study contents, introduces the research progress of downhole control engineering in China over the past 30 years, and envisions the development direction of downhole control engineering in the future. The author proposed the study subject of well trajectory control theory and technology in 1988, and further proposed the concept of downhole control engineering in 1993. Downhole control engineering is a discipline branch, which applies the perspectives and methods of engineering control theory to solve downhole engineering control issues in oil and gas wells; meanwhile, it is an application technology field with interdisciplinarity. Downhole control engineering consists of four main aspects; primarily, investigations about dynamics of downhole system and analysis methods of control signals; secondly, designs of downhole control mechanisms and systems, research of downhole parameters collections and transmission techniques; thirdly, development of downhole control engineering products; fourthly, development of experimental methods and the laboratories. Over the past 30 years, the author and his research group have achieved a number of progress and accomplishments in the four aspects mentioned above. As a research field and a disciplinary branch of oil and gas engineering, downhole control engineering is stepping into a broader and deeper horizon. 展开更多

目的建立简便、快速、可行的分析黄芪中主要皂苷类成分黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(ASⅠ)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(Iso-ASⅠ)、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(ASⅡ)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(Iso-ASⅡ)、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ(ASⅢ)、黄芪甲苷(ASⅣ)及环黄芪醇(CA)的含量测定方法,为黄芪质量标准的改进... 目的建立简便、快速、可行的分析黄芪中主要皂苷类成分黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(ASⅠ)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(Iso-ASⅠ)、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(ASⅡ)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(Iso-ASⅡ)、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ(ASⅢ)、黄芪甲苷(ASⅣ)及环黄芪醇(CA)的含量测定方法,为黄芪质量标准的改进奠定基础。方法通过单因素考察和响应面Box-Behnken设计对样品前处理方法的主要因素提取时间、提取溶剂和料液比进行优化。采用超高效液相色谱仪联用蒸发光散射检测器(UHPLC-ELSD)对黄芪中主要皂苷类成分进行含量测定。色谱条件:Waters HSS T3色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);流动相为A(0.1%甲酸水溶液)-B(乙腈),梯度洗脱程序:0~1 min,28%B~35%B;1~6 min,35%B~35%B;6~13 min,35%B~48%B;13~17 min,48%B~48%B。进样体积为8μL,流速为0.3 mL/min,柱温30℃,漂移管温度为60℃,雾化器温度70℃,气体流速1.6标准升每分钟(SLM)。结果样品前处理优化的最佳条件为加热回流提取2 h,提取溶剂为体积分数70%甲醇溶液,料液比为1∶60。建立的含量测定方法专属性良好,ASⅠ、Iso-ASⅠ、ASⅡ、Iso-ASⅡ、ASⅢ、ASⅣ及CA等7种成分的精密度实验RSD为0.30%~2.89%,加样回收率为95.65%~105.18%;除CA外的其他6个成分的重复性RSD和48 h内样品稳定性RSD分别小于2.92%和2.83%(黄芪样品中CA低于检测限,无重复性和稳定性数据),方法学验证符合要求。含量测定结果表明,黄芪皂苷类化合物之间存在显著正相关关系,且含量与产地和生长年限相关;黄芪皂苷类化合物含量遵循ASⅠ>ASⅡ>Iso-ASⅠ≥ASⅣ>Iso-ASⅡ>ASⅢ的规律,CA水平低于检测限。结论建立了一个简便、快速、高效、分离度好的含量测定方法,实现对多个黄芪皂苷类成分精准、快速测定,为黄芪皂苷类成分质量标志物的选择及科学的黄芪质量标准建立奠定了基础。 展开更多

通过水质在线监测技术的试验研究,从稳定性高、抗污染能力、易维护和性价比等方面选择合适的循环水水质在线监测仪表,开发循环水在线监测系统,实现循环水酚酞碱度、总碱度、pH等指标的在线监测。通过循环水加药控制技术的研究,建立以循... 通过水质在线监测技术的试验研究,从稳定性高、抗污染能力、易维护和性价比等方面选择合适的循环水水质在线监测仪表,开发循环水在线监测系统,实现循环水酚酞碱度、总碱度、pH等指标的在线监测。通过循环水加药控制技术的研究,建立以循环水总碱度、酚酞碱度及pH三个指标为主反馈信号的自动加酸控制模型。开发基于深度卷积神经网络技术的循环水诊断及预测系统,自动提取实时水质数据和凝汽器运行参数,实现循环水结垢、腐蚀倾向性的诊断和预测,实现循环水浓缩倍率的稳定控制与补水、排污的智能调节。研制出智能装置样机,在某电厂完成循环水智能控制与管理系统的工业应用,结果表明,循环水加酸量误差在±0.2倍之间(以pH计),循环水系统的运行实现无人化控制,系统连续稳定运行时间超过720 h。 展开更多

The bench is composed of pump adapting assembly, fuel supply subsystem, lubricating subsystem and a control unit. A crank angle domain injection control method is given out and the control accuracy can be 0.1° crank degree. The bench can test both mechanical unit pump and electronic unit pump. A test model-PLD12 electronic unit pump is tested. Full pump delivery map and some influence factors test is done. Experimental results show that the injection quantity is linear with the delivery angle. The quantity change rate is 15% when fuel temperature increases 30 ℃. The delivery quantity per cycle increases 30 mg at 28 V drive voltage. The average delivery difference for two same type pumps is 5 %. Test results show that the bench can be used for unit pump verification. 展开更多

The macroeconomic control of interest rate is studied using the elastic theory and correlation analysis and the concrete influence of interest rate on the consumption, savings and investment in China are investigated. It is pointed out that although the interest rate mechanisms in China has gone through several adjustments and reforms, the results are not yet fully up to expectations. The interest rate does not adjust the national economic structure, and direct the trend of funds, nor regulate the general social supply and demand and balance the price and currency in circulation, to achieve a rational distribution of social resources. The interest rate policy of Central Bank does not have much actual influence on the economic departments, and this influence was continuously weakened in recent years. Countermeasures are suggested for improving the macro control of interest rate. 展开更多

[Method] The basic content and steps of rear-end real-time data quality control of regional automatic weather station were introduced. Each element was treated with systematic quality control procedure. The existence of rear-end real time data of regional meteorological station in Guangxi was expounded. Combining with relevant elements and linear changes, improvement based on traditional quality control method was made. By dint of evaluation and relevant check of element, the quality of temperature and pressure was controlled. [Result] The method was optimized based on traditional quality control method, and it narrowed the effectiveness of real-time data quality control. The quality check of hourly precipitation applied relevant check of hourly minimum temperature, vertical consistency check of radar data, which can effectively improve the accuracy and credibility of hourly precipitation quality control. [Conclusion] The method was on trial for one year in the quality control of real-time data in the regional automatic meteorological station in Guangxi and had gained good outcome. 展开更多

【背景】煤田构造是煤田地质学的基础内容之一,中国煤田构造研究已有上百年历史,经历了探索、学习、创新的发展历程,取得众多研究成果,为保障我国煤炭长期稳定供应发挥了积极作用。在中国能源结构优化和煤田地质转型升级的时间节点,梳... 【背景】煤田构造是煤田地质学的基础内容之一,中国煤田构造研究已有上百年历史,经历了探索、学习、创新的发展历程,取得众多研究成果,为保障我国煤炭长期稳定供应发挥了积极作用。在中国能源结构优化和煤田地质转型升级的时间节点,梳理煤田构造研究的发展脉络,总结经验、思考新形势下的发展方向,无疑具有重要的现实意义和历史意义。【方法】基于文献分析并结合作者团队的长期科研实践,讨论煤田构造研究的学科性质,回顾国内外煤田构造研究历程,总结我国煤田构造研究所取得的主要成就,分析面临的问题和挑战,展望煤田构造研究的发展趋势。【进展和展望】体现中国特色的煤田构造理论和方法体系是广大煤田地质工作者学习国外先进地质科学理论,立足于我国煤田地质工作实践逐步建立起来的。近年来取得的重要成果包括:深化了对中国煤田构造特征和时空差异性的认识、煤田区域构造和煤盆地构造研究持续深入、构造控煤概念的形成与发展、煤田滑脱构造研究取得重大突破、煤变形–变质作用研究成果显著、煤系矿产的构造控制受到关注、矿井构造研究成为热点方向。我国煤田地质构造的复杂性决定了构造研究在煤炭资源勘查和开发中的重要作用,在今后若干年内,我国煤田构造研究将紧密追踪当代地质科技进展、面向国家和行业发展需求,深化和拓宽研究领域,坚持特色、突出创新,进一步完善和发展中国煤田构造理论与方法体系。 展开更多

我国胡椒病虫害发生与防治研究进展

胡椒被称为“世界香料之王”,主要分布于热带、亚热带地区,目前,我国是世界第六大胡椒生产国。近年来,随着海南胡椒交易中心的成立,我国胡椒的知名度和价格大幅提升,胡椒种植面积不断扩大,胡椒病虫害的种类和发生为害程度也在不断增加... 胡椒被称为“世界香料之王”,主要分布于热带、亚热带地区,目前,我国是世界第六大胡椒生产国。近年来,随着海南胡椒交易中心的成立,我国胡椒的知名度和价格大幅提升,胡椒种植面积不断扩大,胡椒病虫害的种类和发生为害程度也在不断增加和变化。2013年前,我国胡椒病害有32种,害虫有30种,目前调查显示病害已增加至35种(新增3种病毒病),害虫增加至49种(其中明确了胡椒仓储害虫种类)。尽管主要发生的8种病害种类未发生明显变化,但受环境及种植结构改变的影响,其发生危害程度不断演替,主要害虫的种类和发生程度均出现显著变化,如曾经发生较重的南洋臀纹粉蚧Planococcus lilacinus和丽绿刺蛾Parasa lepida目前已被为害较重的棉蚜、粉蚧(双条拂粉蚧Ferrisia virgata、长尾粉蚧Pseudococcus longispinus、柑橘臀纹粉蚧Planococcus citri)、盾蚧(樟白轮盾蚧Aulacaspis yabunikkei和矢尖盾蚧Unaspis yanonensis)及茶角盲蝽Helopeltis theivora等代替,此外近年来仓储害虫烟草窃蠹对仓储胡椒为害加重。本文系统总结了我国自引种胡椒以来,研究者对胡椒病虫害种类、主要病虫害的发生为害特点、发生规律及防控技术等方面的研究成果,分析了当前胡椒病虫害监测与防控方面存在的主要问题并提出对策建议,以期为我国胡椒产业的绿色可持续发展提供参考和指导。 展开更多
