模块化多电平换流器(MMC)子模块(SM)电容电压平衡决定系统能否安全稳定运行。针对传统电压排序法运算量大的问题,提出一种无需电压排序的SM电容电压平衡策略。按照系统中SM位置顺序,为了输出期望波形投入相应数量SM,对SM进行充放电。为... 模块化多电平换流器(MMC)子模块(SM)电容电压平衡决定系统能否安全稳定运行。针对传统电压排序法运算量大的问题,提出一种无需电压排序的SM电容电压平衡策略。按照系统中SM位置顺序,为了输出期望波形投入相应数量SM,对SM进行充放电。为了实现SM电压平衡,根据SM电容电压状态,提出了SM顺序前移和后移2种移位策略,并根据电容电压差值与所设定阈值更换SM投切顺序。在MATLAB/Simulink平台和硬件在环系统中对所提策略进行验证。结果表明,所提策略复杂度低,运算量小,有效降低了SM的开关频率。 展开更多

极端复杂场景下救援力量效能评估与优化——以2025年缅甸7.9级地震为例

该文以2025年缅甸7.9级地震救援为例,探讨极端复杂场景下救援力量效能评估与优化问题。研究构建了包含响应、行动、保障和环境适应性的救援力量效能评估指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价模型进行量化评估,并运用改进遗传算... 该文以2025年缅甸7.9级地震救援为例,探讨极端复杂场景下救援力量效能评估与优化问题。研究构建了包含响应、行动、保障和环境适应性的救援力量效能评估指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价模型进行量化评估,并运用改进遗传算法优化救援力量配置。实证研究发现,尽管缅甸地震救援面临地理环境复杂、基础设施脆弱、政治冲突持续等挑战,国际救援力量整体效能处于“良好”水平(综合评分0.741)。研究识别信息传递效率、医疗资源覆盖度和地形适应性是影响救援效能的关键因素,且通过资源优化配置可使救援效能提升9.9%。针对救援中暴露的问题,提出了加强信息渠道建设、前置部署医疗资源及研发适应性装备等策略,为极端复杂场景下的救援行动提供决策参考。 展开更多

复杂变化水力环境下的草鱼稳定偏好水流速度

【目的】为探究草鱼在复杂变化水力环境下是否存在稳定的自主偏好水流速度范围。【方法】以长江流域重要经济鱼类草鱼(全长20.5~25.5 cm)为对象,在开放自循环变频水槽中设置3种沿水流方向等宽平行分布的流速范围,并设置包含3种不同流速... 【目的】为探究草鱼在复杂变化水力环境下是否存在稳定的自主偏好水流速度范围。【方法】以长江流域重要经济鱼类草鱼(全长20.5~25.5 cm)为对象,在开放自循环变频水槽中设置3种沿水流方向等宽平行分布的流速范围,并设置包含3种不同流速(低、中、高)的所有组合工况,分别为工况Ⅰ(高-低-中工况,0.65-0.32-0.47 m/s)、工况Ⅱ(低-高-中工况,0.27-0.78-0.48 m/s)与工况Ⅲ(低-中-高工况,0.23-0.43-0.91 m/s),对比分析草鱼在3种复杂变化水力环境工况下的自主上溯行为,通过将背景流场与鱼类运动轨迹相耦合,结合两者概率密度函数布尔运算量化草鱼偏好流速范围。【结果】①草鱼在3种复杂变化水力环境中的停留时间随流速减小而延长,偏好选择低、中流速区而避开高流速区;②3种工况下,草鱼均偏好停留在靠近水槽边壁的低、中流速区域,偏好流速范围分别为工况Ⅰ:0.40~0.45 m/s与0.60~0.67 m/s、工况Ⅱ:0.41~0.50 m/s与工况Ⅲ:0.18~0.31 m/s;③背景流速概率密度分布相似时(如工况Ⅰ与工况Ⅱ),草鱼存在稳定的偏好流速范围,为0.41~0.45 m/s,当背景流速概率密度分布不同时(如工况Ⅲ与工况Ⅰ、Ⅱ),草鱼的偏好流速不同,其偏好背景流速中概率密度分布较高且流速较低的区域。【结论】草鱼均偏好3种工况下的低、中流速区,且在复杂变化水力环境中草鱼存在稳定偏好水流速度。本研究结果可为塑造符合鱼类生态习性的鱼道水力环境及鱼类栖息地生境修复方案提供科学参考。 展开更多

优化基层应急管理多元主体协同网络结构,对提升基层应急管理效能至关重要。该研究基于协同治理理论,构建“系统环境—协同驱动—协同机制—协同产出”分析框架,以长沙市2013—2023年87起应急事件为样本,运用复杂网络分析法进行实证研究... 优化基层应急管理多元主体协同网络结构,对提升基层应急管理效能至关重要。该研究基于协同治理理论,构建“系统环境—协同驱动—协同机制—协同产出”分析框架,以长沙市2013—2023年87起应急事件为样本,运用复杂网络分析法进行实证研究。研究发现:基层应急协同网络呈现“核心—边缘”差序结构;政府组织在网络中占据核心地位,具有较高的中心性和影响力;而非政府组织则处于网络边缘,参与度较低;网络整体凝聚力和抗脆弱性有待提升。针对上述问题,该文提出融合“制度创新”与“技术赋能”的“上下—左右—前后—内外”四维优化策略,即纵向贯通强化指挥链与赋能基层节点,横向耦合打破壁垒激发多元参与,全周期衔接贯通应急链条动态凝聚,内外联动激活社会网络强化根基。 展开更多

基于多目标优化的复杂热电联产系统运行规划

热电厂的扩建、改造和升级显著增加了热电联产系统在机组数量、种类及性能劣化程度等方面的复杂性.针对复杂热电联产系统的运行规划,综合考虑机组在实际运行过程中的启停状态、爬坡速率等影响因素,构建基于能效、㶲、经济、环境等的多目... 热电厂的扩建、改造和升级显著增加了热电联产系统在机组数量、种类及性能劣化程度等方面的复杂性.针对复杂热电联产系统的运行规划,综合考虑机组在实际运行过程中的启停状态、爬坡速率等影响因素,构建基于能效、㶲、经济、环境等的多目标优化模型.引入熵权法客观地分配各目标的权重,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题;采用动态规划算法进行求解,确保最优解的确定性和客观性.以某热电厂的复杂热电联产系统为例,随机选取24 h的热电负荷需求进行运行规划和计算分析,并将优化结果与原设计方案进行对比,结果表明优化计算后运行成本降低了7.96万元/d.所提模型能够有效地提升复杂热电联产系统运行的经济性与可靠性. 展开更多

Three zinc(Ⅱ),nickel(Ⅱ),and cadmium(Ⅱ)complexes,namely[Zn(μ-Htpta)(py)_(2)]n(1),[Ni(H_(2)biim)2(H_(2)O)2][Ni(tpta)(H_(2)biim)2(H_(2)O)]2·3H_(2)O(2),and[Cd_(3)(μ4-tpta)2(μ-dpe)_(3)]_(n)(3),have been constructed hydrothermally at 160℃ using H_(3)tpta([1,1':3',1″-terphenyl]-4,4',5'-tricarboxylic acid),py(pyridine),H_(2)biim(2,2'-biimidazole),dpe(1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene),and zinc,nickel and cadmium chlorides,resulting in the formation of stable crystalline solids which were subsequently analyzed using infrared spectroscopy,element analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,as well as structural analyses conducted via single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The findings from these single-crystal Xray diffraction studies indicate that complexes 1-3 form crystals within the monoclinic system P2_(1)/c space group(1)or triclinic system P1 space group(2 and 3),and possess 1D,0D,and 3D structures,respectively.Complex 1 demonstrated substantial catalytic efficiency and excellent reusability as a heterogeneous catalyst in the reaction of Knoevenagel condensation under ambient temperature conditions.In addition,complex 1 also showcased notable anti-wear performance when used in polyalphaolefin synthetic lubricants.CCDC:2449810,1;2449811,2;2449812,3. 展开更多

Three copper(Ⅱ),nickel and cadmium(Ⅱ)complexes,namely[Cu_(2)(μ-H2dbda)2(phen)2]·2H_(2)O(1),[Ni(μ-H2dbda)(μ-bpb)(H_(2)O)2]n(2),and[Cd(μ-H2dbda)(μ-bpa)]n(3),have been constructed hydrothermally using H4dbda(4,4'-dihydroxy-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid),phen(1,10-phenanthroline),bpb(1,4-bis(pyrid-4-yl)benzene),bpa(bis(4-pyridyl)amine),and copper,nickel and cadmium chlorides at 160℃.The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermogravimetric analyses,and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analyses.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that three complexes crystallize in the monoclinic P21/n,tetragonal I42d,and orthorhombic P21212 space groups.The complexes exhibit molecular dimers(1)or 2D metal-organic networks(2 and 3).The catalytic performances in the Knoevenagel reaction of these complexes were investigated.Complex 1 exhibits an effective catalytic activity and excellent reusability as a heterogeneous catalyst in the Knoevenagel reaction at room temperature.CCDC:2463800,1;2463801,2;2463802,3. 展开更多

Six new lanthanide complexes:[Ln(3,4-DEOBA)3(4,4'-DM-2,2'-bipy)]2·2C_(2)H_(5)OH,[Ln=Dy(1),Eu(2),Tb(3),Sm(4),Ho(5),Gd(6);3,4-DEOBA-=3,4-diethoxybenzoate,4,4'-DM-2,2'-bipy=4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine]were successfully synthesized by the volatilization of the solution at room temperature.The crystal structures of six complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction technology.The results showed that the complexes all have a binuclear structure,and the structures contain free ethanol molecules.Moreover,the coordination number of the central metal of each structural unit is eight.Adjacent structural units interact with each other through hydrogen bonds and further expand to form 1D chain-like and 2D planar structures.After conducting a systematic study on the luminescence properties of complexes 1-4,their emission and excitation spectra were obtained.Experimental results indicated that the fluorescence lifetimes of complexes 2 and 3 were 0.807 and 0.845 ms,respectively.The emission spectral data of complexes 1-4 were imported into the CIE chromaticity coordinate system,and their corre sponding luminescent regions cover the yellow light,red light,green light,and orange-red light bands,respectively.Within the temperature range of 299.15-1300 K,the thermal decomposition processes of the six complexes were comprehensively analyzed by using TG-DSC/FTIR/MS technology.The hypothesis of the gradual loss of ligand groups during the decomposition process was verified by detecting the escaped gas,3D infrared spectroscopy,and ion fragment information detected by mass spectrometry.The specific decomposition path is as follows:firstly,free ethanol molecules and neutral ligands are removed,and finally,acidic ligands are released;the final product is the corresponding metal oxide.CCDC:2430420,1;2430422,2;2430419,3;2430424,4;2430421,5;2430423,6. 展开更多

Complex trimalleolar ankle fractures are a major orthopaedic challenge,with an incidence of 4.22 per 10000 person-years in the United States and an annual cost of 3.4 billion dollars.This review synthesizes current evidence on diagnostic protocols and management strategies,highlighting optimal approaches and emerging trends.Initial care emphasizes soft tissue assessment,often guided by the Tscherne classification,and fracture classification systems.External fixation may be required in open injuries,while early open reduction and internal fixation within six days is linked to improved outcomes.Minimally invasive techniques for the lateral malleolus,including intramedullary nailing and locking plates,are effective,while medial malleolus fractures are commonly managed with screw fixation or tension-band wiring.Posterior malleolus fragments involving more than 25%of the articular surface usually warrant fixation.Alternatives to syndesmotic screws,such as cortical buttons or high-strength sutures,reduce the need for secondary procedures.Arthroscopic-assisted open reduction and internal fixation benefits younger,active patients by enabling concurrent management of intra-articular and ligamentous injuries.Postoperative care prioritizes early weight-bearing and validated functional scores.Despite advances,complications remain common,and further research is needed to refine surgical strategies and improve outcomes. 展开更多

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder marked by the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons and clinical symptoms such as tremors,rigidity,and slowed movements.A key feature of Parkinson's disease is the accumulation of misfoldedα-synuclein,forming insoluble Lewy bodies in the substantia nigra pars compacta,which contributes to neurodegeneration.Theseα-synuclein aggregates may act as autoantigens,leading to T-cell-mediated neuroinflammation and contributing to dopaminergic cell death.Our perspective explores the hypothesis that Parkinson's disease may have an autoimmune component,highlighting research that connects peripheral immune responses with neurodegeneration.T cells derived from Parkinson's disease patients appear to have the potential to initiate an autoimmune response againstα-synuclein and its modified peptides,possibly leading to the formation of neo-epitopes.Recent evidence associates Parkinson's disease with abnormal immune responses,as indicated by increased levels of immune cells,such as CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cells,observed in both patients and mouse models.The convergence of T cells filtration increasing major histocompatibility complex molecules,and the susceptibility of dopaminergic neurons supports the hypothesis that Parkinson's disease may exhibit autoimmune characteristics.Understanding the immune mechanisms involved in Parkinson's disease will be crucial for developing therapeutic strategies that target the autoimmune aspects of the disease.Novel approaches,including precision medicine based on major histocompatibility complex/human leukocyte antigen typing and early biomarker identification,could pave the way for immune-based treatments aimed at slowing or halting disease progression.This perspective explores the relationship between autoimmunity and Parkinson's disease,suggesting that further research could deepen understanding and offer new therapeutic avenues.In this paper,it is organized to provide a comprehensive perspective on the autoimmune aspects of Parkinson's disease.It investigates critical areas such as the autoimmune response observed in Parkinson's disease patients and the role of autoimmune mechanisms targetingα-synuclein in Parkinson's disease.The paper also examines the impact of CD4~+T cells,specifically Th1 and Th17,on neurons through in vitro and ex vivo studies.Additionally,it explores howα-synuclein influences glia-induced neuroinflammation in Parkinson's disease.The discussion extends to the clinical implications and therapeutic landscape,offering insights into potential treatments.Consequently,we aim to provide a comprehensive perspective on the autoimmune aspects of Parkinson's disease,incorporating both supportive and opposing views on its classification as an autoimmune disorder and exploring implications for clinical applications. 展开更多

逆生是指完全分化的成熟细胞在组织损伤后,通过内源性程序逆向转化为前体状态并参与修复的过程。这一过程分为3个关键阶段:(1)通过抑制哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白复合物1(mTORC1)信号激活自噬,降解分化特征性结构;(2)解除分化状态,激活干... 逆生是指完全分化的成熟细胞在组织损伤后,通过内源性程序逆向转化为前体状态并参与修复的过程。这一过程分为3个关键阶段:(1)通过抑制哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白复合物1(mTORC1)信号激活自噬,降解分化特征性结构;(2)解除分化状态,激活干细胞相关基因(如SOX9、LGR5);(3)重启细胞周期实现功能性增殖。其中,mTORC1的抑制与再激活是核心调控机制,发挥协调自噬、代谢重编程及基因组监护作用。逆生具有生理与病理双重角色,胃主细胞、胰腺腺泡细胞等可通过逆生参与损伤修复,但异常激活会导致肠上皮化生,增加癌变风险;在肿瘤发生中,逆生会驱动突变累积,突破“癌症干细胞”理论框架,使分化细胞直接参与肿瘤起源,并通过表型可塑性介导耐药与转移。本文系统阐述逆生的分子机制、在组织修复中的作用模式及与肿瘤发生的关联,揭示其在健康与疾病中的双重角色,并展望未来研究方向。 展开更多

设计新型混沌系统能够丰富加密系统的候选资源,是基于混沌加密安全性的重要途径.离散忆阻器因其固有的非线性特性与电路友好特性,为构建新型混沌系统提供了有效途径.然而,其在复值离散混沌系统中的应用仍有待探索.为此,本文构建了一种... 设计新型混沌系统能够丰富加密系统的候选资源,是基于混沌加密安全性的重要途径.离散忆阻器因其固有的非线性特性与电路友好特性,为构建新型混沌系统提供了有效途径.然而,其在复值离散混沌系统中的应用仍有待探索.为此,本文构建了一种基于离散忆阻器的复高斯混沌模型,其中忆阻器由复数模长驱动.通过李雅普诺夫指数、分岔图和相图等数值仿真分析,验证了该系统具有增强的混沌特性.同时,在FPGA数字平台上实现了该模型的硬件部署,证明其硬件可行性.基于该模型生成的复值混沌序列,本文进一步设计了一种双图像加密方案,将两幅图像视为复数矩阵的实部和虚部,通过混沌序列进行置乱和扩散操作.仿真结果表明,该加密方案具有高安全性,能够抵抗多种攻击. 展开更多
