基于复杂网络理论的铁路快捷货物运输网络社团特征及脆弱性研究

摘要 探究铁路快捷货物运输网络内部交互特征与服务稳定性,以支撑网络布局优化与抗风险能力提升。基于复杂网络理论,构建“通道设施-运输组织-运行径路”网络模型;结合模块度优化准则,提出一种基于改进粒子群优化算法的社团划分方法;并考虑货物价值属性,构建以运输时效与成本为核心的网络性能函数,通过多场景仿真评估网络脆弱性。以中国铁路快捷货物运输网络为例进行研究,结果表明:网络可划分为7个社团,社团分布呈现以区域集聚为主导、跨区域衔接为补充的空间特征。网络整体呈现较高的脆弱性,高脆弱性站点主要分布在东部沿海区域,如乔司站、江村站;高脆弱性区段多为连接东部沿海与内陆的主要铁路干线,如京广线江村—舵落口段。研究成果可为推动铁路快捷货物运输网络规模化发展、支撑铁路监测维护工作提供理论依据。 This study explored the internal interaction characteristics and service stability of the railway express freight transportation network to support network layout optimization and enhance risk resistance.Based on complex network theory,a“channel facilities-transportation organization-operating route”network model was constructed.Combining modularity optimization criteria,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm-based community division method was proposed.Additionally,considering the value attributes of goods,a network performance function centered on transportation timeliness and cost was developed.The network vulnerability was evaluated through multi-scenario simulations.Taking China’s railway express freight transportation network as a case study,the results indicate that the network can be divided into seven communities,with a spatial distribution characterized primarily by regional clustering and supplemented by inter-regional connections.The network as a whole exhibits relatively high vulnerability.Highly vulnerable nodes are mainly located in the eastern coastal regions,such as Qiaosi Station and Jiangcun Station,while highly vulnerable segments are mostly major railway trunk lines connecting the eastern coast and inland areas,such as the Jiangcun–Duoluokou section of the Beijing–Guangzhou line.The findings provide a theoretical basis for promoting the large-scale development of the railway express freight transportation network and supporting railway monitoring and maintenance operations.
