Predefined-time controller design for a multiple space transportation robots system based on Lp-Norm-Normalized Sign Function

This paper presents a predefined-time controller for Multiple Space transportation Robots System (MSRS), which can be applied in on-orbit assembly tasks to transport modules to pre-assembly configuration quickly. Firstly, to simplify the analysis and design of predefined-time controller, a Predefined-time Stability Criterion is proposed in the form of Composite Lyapunov Function (CLF-PSC). Besides simplicity, the CLF-PSC also has the advantage of less conservativeness due to utilization of initial state information. Secondly, a concept of Lp-Norm-Normalized Sign Function (LPNNSF) is proposed based on the CLF-PSC. Different from traditional norm-normalized sign function, the Lp-norm of LPNNSF can be selected arbitrarily according to practical control task requirements, which means that the proposed LPNNSF is more generalized and more convenient for calculation. Thirdly, a predefined-time disturbance observer and predefined-time controller are designed based on the LPNNSF. The observer has the property of predefined-time convergence to achieve quicker and more accurate estimation of the lumped disturbance. The controller has less control input and chattering phenomenon than traditional predefined-time controller. In addition, by introducing the observer into the controller, the closed-loop system enjoys high precision and strong robustness. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified by numerical simulations. By employing the controller, the MSRS can carry assembly modules to the desired pre-assembly configuration accurately within predefined time. 展开更多

In this paper, the multistability issue is discussed for delayed complex-valued recurrent neural networks with discontinuous real-imaginary-type activation functions. Based on a fixed theorem and stability definition, sufficient criteria are established for the existence and stability of multiple equilibria of complex-valued recurrent neural networks. The number of stable equilibria is larger than that of real-valued recurrent neural networks, which can be used to achieve high-capacity associative memories. By one Lyapunov function based on state error and the invariant principle of impulsive systems, I study the convergence of complex-valued systems with impulsive control fields and propose new results for the mentioned complex-valued systems in the form of sufficient conditions. Complex-valued neural networks(CVNNs)have shown their excellent efficiency compared to their real counterparts in speech enhancement,image and signal processing.Researchers throughout the years have made many efforts to improve the learning algorithms and activation functions of CVNNs.Since CVNNs have proven to have better performance in handling the naturally complex-valued data and signals,this area of study will grow and expect the arrival of some effective improvements in the future.Therefore,there exists an obvious reason to provide a comprehensive survey paper that systematically collects and categorizes the advancement of CVNNs.In this paper,we discuss and summarize the recent advances based on their learning algorithms,activation functions,which is the most challenging part of building a CVNN,and applications.Besides,we outline the structure and applications of complex-valued convolutional,residual and recurrent neural networks.Finally,we also present some challenges and future research directions to facilitate the exploration of the ability of CVNNs. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel design procedure is proposed for synthesizing high-capacity auto-associative memories based on complex-valued neural networks with real-imaginary-type activation functions and constant delays. Stability criteria dependent on external inputs of neural networks are derived. The designed networks can retrieve the stored patterns by external inputs rather than initial conditions. The derivation can memorize the desired patterns with lower-dimensional neural networks than real-valued neural networks, and eliminate spurious equilibria of complex-valued neural networks. One numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness and superiority of the presented results. 展开更多

Anti-Windup Digital Control Design for Time-Delayed Analog Nonlinear Systems Using Approximated Scalar Sign Function

This paper describes an approximated-scalar-sign-function-based anti-windup digital control design for analog nonlinear systems subject to input constraints. As input saturation occurs, the non-smooth saturation constraint is modeled with the approximated scalar sign function which is a smooth nonlinear function. The resulting nonlinear model is further linearized at any operating point with the optimal linearization technique, and Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) is then applied for a state-feedback controller optimal for each operating point. As input saturation is encountered, an iterative procedure is developed to adjust control gains by systematically updating LQR weighting matrices until the inputs lie within the saturation limits. Through global digital redesign, the analog LQR controller is converted to an equivalent digital one for keeping the essential control performance, and moreover, delay compensation is taken into account during digital redesign for compensating the potential time delays in a control loop. The swing-up and stabilization control of single rotary inverted pendulum system is used to illustrate and verify the proposed method. 展开更多

To help the foreigners better understand China and facilitate cross-cultural communication, bilingual or even trilingual public signs spring up in every part of China. As is known that public signs, usually in the form of a few words, pictures, or words accompanied with a picture, function not only as a"face" of a city and a nation, but also as a first calling card given to the foreigners. Moreover, public signs have definite functions--informing, warning, or directing. However, to our disappointment, mistranslations of the public signs are often presented in some places. As a special text whose function is strong and communicative purpose is quite clear, the translation of public signs should be based on the text's functions and the translator's purpose. This paper classifies public signs, compares Chinese signs with English ones, and comes up with the principle for its Chinese-English translation, namely, an A-B-C approach (Adapt-Borrow-Create approach) which is based on the Skopostheorie. 展开更多

针对交通标志检测中目标尺寸小、检测精度低等问题,尤其是在远距离拍摄、遮挡严重的情况下,传统检测算法往往难以准确识别交通标志.本文提出了一种基于改进RT-DETR的交通标志检测算法.首先,考虑到当前交通标志被遮挡情况下数据集的匮乏... 针对交通标志检测中目标尺寸小、检测精度低等问题,尤其是在远距离拍摄、遮挡严重的情况下,传统检测算法往往难以准确识别交通标志.本文提出了一种基于改进RT-DETR的交通标志检测算法.首先,考虑到当前交通标志被遮挡情况下数据集的匮乏,自建一个遮挡条件下的交通标志数据集.然后,在反向残差移动块中引入膨胀重参数块,构建了一个轻量级的复合膨胀残差块来替换原始主干提取网络中的BasicBlock,增强了模型的特征提取能力.最后,对RT-DETR模型的损失函数进行了优化,提出了DS-IoU联合损失函数加快收模型敛速度.实验结果表明,改进后的算法在自制数据集上的m AP为94.2%,相比于原始算法增加量为4.7%,在公开数据集TT100K和CCTSDB2021的m AP分别为92.8%和91.7%,相比于原始算法增加量分别为3.1%和2.4%,Params和GFLOPs相比于原始的算法分别降低了26.0%和12.5%.本文提出的改进方法极大地减少了计算量和参数数量,有效提升了遮挡情况下的交通标志的检测精度. 展开更多

交通标志检测技术是自动驾驶和智能交通管理中的一项重要应用,然而在复杂环境下容易出现漏检、误检等问题。针对上述问题,文中提出一种基于YOLOv10改进的HRM-YOLO交通标志检测算法。首先,为了提升在不同目标尺度下模型的感知能力,设计... 交通标志检测技术是自动驾驶和智能交通管理中的一项重要应用,然而在复杂环境下容易出现漏检、误检等问题。针对上述问题,文中提出一种基于YOLOv10改进的HRM-YOLO交通标志检测算法。首先,为了提升在不同目标尺度下模型的感知能力,设计了一个混合池化增强模块(HPE-SPPF);其次,设计了一个感受野信息融合模块(RFIF),通过跨尺度感受野的交互机制增强多粒度信息捕获能力;然后,设计了一个轻量级的特征聚合模块(C2f-OMSA),在有效保留原始信息的同时提供了跨层级的多视角目标线索;最后,引入Wise-IoU v3损失函数替换CIoU损失函数,通过提高边界框定位的精准度,进而提升模型的鲁棒性和检测精度。在CCTSDB 2021和TT100K交通标志数据集上的实验结果表明,HRM-YOLO在精确率、召回率和mAP@0.5等指标上相比基础模型均取得了提升,验证了算法在实际应用中的有效性。 展开更多

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病应用司美格鲁肽后机体糖脂代谢及心脏功能改善情况。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年5月就诊于江南大学附属无锡市第二人民医院心血管内科的80例T2DM伴发冠心病患者作为研究对象,均分为观察组及对照组。... 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病应用司美格鲁肽后机体糖脂代谢及心脏功能改善情况。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年5月就诊于江南大学附属无锡市第二人民医院心血管内科的80例T2DM伴发冠心病患者作为研究对象,均分为观察组及对照组。两组患者均给予规范治疗,观察组在此基础上给予司美格鲁肽,比较两组患者糖脂代谢、心功能及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者血糖、血脂、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并冠心病的患者应用司美格鲁肽能够显著改善机体糖脂代谢,缓解患者心绞痛症状,提高疾病治疗总有效率。 展开更多

在基于神经隐式表面学习的多视图三维重建过程中,复杂物体的几何形状和外观表示存在潜在的模糊性。因此,物体的几何细节信息在纹理稀疏区域、边界区域与较大光滑区域中容易丢失,难以精确恢复。为解决这个问题,提出一种基于多视图混合一... 在基于神经隐式表面学习的多视图三维重建过程中,复杂物体的几何形状和外观表示存在潜在的模糊性。因此,物体的几何细节信息在纹理稀疏区域、边界区域与较大光滑区域中容易丢失,难以精确恢复。为解决这个问题,提出一种基于多视图混合一致性约束的神经隐式表面重建方法。该方法采用多视图立体匹配(MVS)、多视图光度一致性与特征一致性、体渲染技术来优化隐式表面表示,从而重建具有精细几何细节的复杂物体模型。首先,提出一个基于MVS的稠密点生成模块,通过MVS生成稠密点,来补充物体表面纹理稀疏区域与边界区域的细节信息,从而实现物体表面的多视图几何优化。其次,提出多视图混合一致性约束模块,通过符号距离函数(SDF)定位零水平集,利用多视图光度一致性约束来对物体光滑区域进行几何约束,监督所提取的隐式表面,并对经过线性插值的SDF过零处的表面点应用多视图特征一致性约束,弥补纹理稀疏区域或结构复杂区域像素匹配的误差,从而优化物体重建模型。最后,通过应用体渲染技术,利用隐式的SDF得出高质量的图像渲染,以实现复杂物体的精确表面重建。实验结果表明,在DTU数据集中,相比于Colmap等方法,所提方法峰值信噪比(PSNR)提升了40.3%以上,实现了物体表面的精确重建。 展开更多
