In this study, the extraction of caprolactam with toluene as the extractant and N-methyl caprolactam with benzene and toluene as theextractants has been camed out. By defining new UNIFAC groups and calibrating related interaction parameters, aUNIFAC method was introduced to predict the equilibrium concentration of caprolactam and methyl caprolactam intoluene or benzene extraction processes. The calculated results fit very well With the experimental data. Using theUNIFAC model, the selectivity of extractants can be predicted. 展开更多

After two decades' endeavor, the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) has successfully de- veloped a green caprolactam (CPL) production technology. This technology is based on the integration of titanium silicate (TS)-I zeolite with the slurry-bed reactor for the ammoximation of cyclohexanone, the integration of silicalite-1 zeolite with the moving-bed reactor for the gas-phase rearrangement of cyclohex- anone oxime, and the integration of an amorphous nickel (Ni) catalyst with the magnetically stabilized bed reactor for the purification of caprolactam. The world's first industrial plant based on this green CPL produc- tion technology has been built and possesses a capacity of 200 kt·a-1. Compared with existing technologies, the plant investment is pronouncedly reduced, and the nitrogen (N) atom utilization is drastically improved. The waste emission is reduced significantly; for example, no ammonium sulfate byproduct is produced. As a result, the price difference between CPL and benzene drops. In 2015, the capacity of the green CPL produc- tion technology reached 3 ×10-6 t·a-1, making China the world's largest CPL producer, with a global market share exceeding 50%. 展开更多

Mixed solvent of 1-octanol and cyclohexane with 60% (by mass) 1-octanol content was selected as a new extractant for caprolactam extraction. Compared with benzene or toluene, the new extractant has larger extraction capacity and much lower toxicity. Although the extraction capacity of the new extractant is smaller than that of pure 1-octanol, 1-octanol solubility of the new extractant in aqueous phase is much smaller. Because of its physical properties of lower density, lower viscosity, and higher interfacial tension, the new extractant performed much better phase separation ability than pure 1-octanol. The new extractant showed certain selectivity when dealing with lactam oil. The mixed solvent of 1-octanol and cyclohexane with 60% (by mass) 1-octanol content is a promising extractant for caprolactam extraction. 展开更多

An extended liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE) UNIFAC model is proposed to describe phase equilibria of mixtures containing caprolactam.In this model,caprolactam is introduced as a new group.New group interaction parameters are calibrated from 156 sets of liquid-liquid equilibrium data.The present model gives satisfactory correlation and prediction in liquid-liquid equilibrium,including quaternary systems containing the mixed solvent of an alcohol and an alkane.The model can be applied to predict caprolactam solubility in water and benzene accurately.Freezing point and vapor-liquid equilibrium of binary systems containing caprolactam are also predicted with the extended LLE UNIFAC model.Satisfactory prediction results are obtained. 展开更多

The refining process of gas phase rearrangement products is conducted mainly through distillation, crystallization, and hydrogenation. The influence of fluid flow rate, pulsation intensity on flooding velocity and mass transfer was studied for extraction of caprolactam from ammonium sulfate solution in a laboratory pulsed packed column. The flooding velocities and overall apparent height of a transfer unit were given under various operation conditions. An industrial column developed based on above study is operated well. The homogeneous reaction of caprolactam with dimethyl sulfate without any medium can only givc one methylated derivative. In a similar condition to that mentioned above, the reaction of caprolactam with diethylsulfate forms also one product, O-ethyl caprolactim. In this articlc NMR spectrum is applied to further identify the molecular structures of two methylated derivatives held by predecessors, and, applied the chemical shift reagent to induce the NMR and combined the field scanning and decoupling method to confirm the classification of signals, as a consequence the preferred conformation of caprolactam and its alkyl derivatives are proposed. 展开更多

The effect of the structure of the ionic liquid on the catalytic activity of this system was investigated, and the results revealed that sulfonic acid‐functionalized ionic liquids with HSO4? as an anion gave the best results. The highly efficient performance of this catalyst system was attributed to the phase‐transfer behavior of the cation of the ionic liquid, the improved coordination of the substrate to bisperoxotungstate duringthe oxidation reaction, and the stabilization of the intermediate formed during the Beckmann rearrangement. 展开更多

Two-dimensional(2D)oxide nanomaterials have great potential for various applications but face challenges due to strong interlayer interactions.In this work,we propose a novel and facile method to exfoliate layered transition metal oxides into ultrathin nanosheets functionalized with phosphate species by the combination of ball-milling and liquid-exfoliation with phosphoric acid.The resulting HNb Mo O6nanosheets with supported Pd nanoparticles displayed excellent catalytic performance in the one-pot conversion of phenol into caprolactam(CPL),achieving a yield of up to 71.9%.This one-pot route avoids the energy-intensive intermediate separation process in conventional multi-step approaches to CPL.The superior catalytic performance of the catalysts is attributed to the tunable Bronsted acid/Lewis acid ratio and readily accessible active sites on the ultrathin nanosheets.This research demonstrates a new methodology for constructing ultrathin nanosheets and preparing bifunctional catalysts for tandem reactions,which opens the way for one-pot production of CPL. 展开更多

氨基树脂基膨胀型防火涂料是透明防火涂料的主要类型,为了解决涂层耐水性限制其应用的问题,将己内酰胺引入到氨基树脂中,制备耐水性透明膨胀型防火涂料。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)考察己内酰胺对涂层化学结构的影响,并测试涂层的耐... 氨基树脂基膨胀型防火涂料是透明防火涂料的主要类型,为了解决涂层耐水性限制其应用的问题,将己内酰胺引入到氨基树脂中,制备耐水性透明膨胀型防火涂料。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)考察己内酰胺对涂层化学结构的影响,并测试涂层的耐水性能和润湿性能,利用热重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、锥形量热仪(CONE)探究己内酰胺对涂层膨胀以及炭层形貌的影响机制。结果表明:己内酰胺通过酰胺化引入到涂层中,形成新的酰胺键,对涂层透明性无不良影响;与未添加己内酰胺的涂层相比,当己内酰胺添加量为2%~4%时,涂层接触角从42o提高到50o~58o,经24 h常温浸水后涂层保持平整无皱、无剥落现象,符合GB 12441—2018《饰面型防火涂料》对涂层耐水性的要求;同时,300 s内总热释放量THR_(300 s)降低14.1%~17.5%,引燃时间延长,涂层防火性能提高。 展开更多

综述了国内己内酰胺的供需现状、价格走势及发展趋势。2024年国内己内酰胺产能为7650 kt/a(其中有效产能为6960 kt/a),产量为5870 kt,进口量为146.8 kt,出口量为200.3 kt,表观消费量为5816.5 kt,行业呈现“整体供应趋于宽松、进出口结... 综述了国内己内酰胺的供需现状、价格走势及发展趋势。2024年国内己内酰胺产能为7650 kt/a(其中有效产能为6960 kt/a),产量为5870 kt,进口量为146.8 kt,出口量为200.3 kt,表观消费量为5816.5 kt,行业呈现“整体供应趋于宽松、进出口结构逆转”特征。预计2025—2029年,国内己内酰胺产能将增至10650 kt/a,产量将达到8070 kt,进口量将进一步减少,出口量将进一步增加,阶段性供需失衡将成为价格波动主因。技术进步与规模化生产虽然强化了国内己内酰胺的国际竞争力,但需警惕产能结构性过剩及价值链挤压风险。建议己内酰胺企业在加大技术研发投入,开发差异化、高附加值下游产品的同时,降低物流与用能成本,开拓国际市场,提升企业抵抗风险的能力。 展开更多

湿式氧化工艺对己内酰胺污泥处置效果与氧化液特征

【目的】己内酰胺生产废水处理过程中产生成分复杂的污泥,文章通过研究湿式氧化(WO)处理污泥在不同条件下的无害化和减量化效果以及氧化液中挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)和溶解性有机质(DOM)随温度的组成变化规律可减少环境污染,提高资源利用率... 【目的】己内酰胺生产废水处理过程中产生成分复杂的污泥,文章通过研究湿式氧化(WO)处理污泥在不同条件下的无害化和减量化效果以及氧化液中挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)和溶解性有机质(DOM)随温度的组成变化规律可减少环境污染,提高资源利用率。【方法】测量WO反应前后己内酰胺污泥的总化学需氧量(TCOD_(Cr))和挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)来表示无害化和减量化效果,气相色谱(GC)搭配色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)对VFAs进行鉴定和定量分析,紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)耦合三维激发发射矩阵(3D-EEMs)-荧光区域积分(FRI)用于分析DOM组成及变化规律。【结果】结果表明,相比于86.8%含水率的污泥,97.8%含水率的污泥的TCOD_(Cr)和VSS去除率分别提高了23.3%和19.7%,在污泥含水率为97.8%,反应温度为260℃,反应时间为1 h,起始氧压为1 MPa的条件下,TCOD_(Cr)和VSS去除率最大分别可达到70%和95%以上。乙酸随反应温度的增加而积累,乙酸/挥发性脂肪酸最大达到89.6%。3D-EEMs结合FRI发现位于激发波长(E_(x))/发射波长(E_(m))=220~235 nm/375~410 nm和E_(x)/E_(m)=290~315 nm/375~405 nm的己内酰胺污泥氧化液的2种特征荧光峰,反应温度升高使荧光峰向短发射波长移动,DOM中主要成分为类色氨酸、类富里酸和可溶性微生物的代谢产物。UV-Vis结合3D-EEMs分析,波长254 nm处UV吸收系数(α_(254))、波长355 nm处UV吸收系数(α_(355))、单位DOC浓度在波长254 nm处的吸收系数(SUVA_(254))和腐殖化指数(HIX)呈下降趋势,254 nm处吸光度与365 nm处吸光度的比率(E_(2)/E_(3))和300 nm处吸光度与400 nm处吸光度的比率(E_(3)/E_(4))呈上升趋势。【结论】WO对己内酰胺污泥的处理效果显著,处理前无需事先脱水,处理后随温度升高氧化液中DOM浓度及相对分子质量均下降,腐殖化程度降低,芳香性减弱。温度对于乙酸生成的促进作用明显,乙酸可作为前序污水处理反硝化脱氮的潜在碳源。 展开更多
