Polyesters consisting of substituted aromatic type Schiff base mesogenic unit andpolymethylene spacers were synthesized and their thermal transitions and liquid crystallineproperties were studied. The liquid crystalline behaviour has been characterized by differentialscanning calorimetry (DSC) and optical polarizing microscopy. Structural broadening bysubstitution of methoxy group in 2, 2' positions of the mesogenic core produce polymers withlower transition temperatures. Polymers synthesized from ortho and meta substituted phenylenediamine did not form a liquid crystal phase. 展开更多

A novel fluorene-based conjugated copolymer containing cyclobutenedione unit was synthesized by Suzuki reaction. Its structure and properties were characterized by FTIR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis, PL spectroscopy, DSC, TGA and cyclic voltammetry. The resulting polymer shows strong yellow PL emission (561 nm) and good solubility in polar aprotic solvents, i.e. THF, DMF, DMAC, DMSO, etc. DSC and TGA studies reveal that the novel polymer possesses excellent thermal stability with high glass transition temperature of 127℃ and onset decomposition temperature of 411℃. Cyclic voltammetry measurement demonstrated that the polymer has both hole and electron-transporting property. 展开更多

Objective:To classify 21 new isolates of Trypanosoma cruai(T.cruzi) according to the Discrete Typing Unit(DTU) which they belong to,as well as tune up a new pair of primers designed to detect the parasite in biological samples.Methods:Strains were isolated,DNA extracted,and classified by using three Polymerase Chain Reactions(PCR).Subsequently this DNA was used along with other isolates of various biological samples,for a new PCR using primers designed.Finally,the amplified fragments were sequenced.Results:It was observed the predominance of DTU i in Colombia,as well as the specificity of our primers for detection of T.cruzi,while no band was obtained when other species were used.Conclusions:This work reveals the genetic variability of 21 new isolates of T.cruzi in Colombia.Our primers confirmed their specificity for detecting the presence of T.cruzi. 展开更多

Unit commitment (UC) is to determine the optimal unit status and generation level during each time interval of the scheduled period. The purpose of UC is to minimize the total generation cost while satisfying system demand, reserve requirements, and unit constraints. Among the UC constraints, an adequate provision of reserve is important to ensure the security of power system and the fast-response reserve is essential to bring system frequency back to acceptable level following the loss of an online unit within a few seconds. In this paper, the authors present and solve a UC problem including the frequency-based reserve constraints to determine the optimal FRR requirements and unit MW schedules. The UC problem is solved by using Lagrangian Relaxation-based approach and compared with the actual system schedules. It is observed that favorable reserve and unit MW schedules are obtained by the proposed method while the system security is maintained. 展开更多

Compared with the conventional X-ray absorption imaging, the X-ray phase-contrast imaging shows higher contrast on samples with low attenuation coefficient like blood vessels and soft tissues. Among the modalities of phase-contrast imaging, the grating-based phase contrast imaging has been widely accepted owing to the advantage of wide range of sample selections and exemption of coherent source. However, the downside is the substantially larger amount of data generated from the phase-stepping method which slows down the reconstruction process. Graphic processing unit(GPU) has the advantage of allowing parallel computing which is very useful for large quantity data processing. In this paper, a compute unified device architecture(CUDA) C program based on GPU is introduced to accelerate the phase retrieval and filtered back projection(FBP) algorithm for grating-based tomography. Depending on the size of the data, the CUDA C program shows different amount of speed-up over the standard C program on the same Visual Studio 2010 platform. Meanwhile, the speed-up ratio increases as the size of data increases. 展开更多

目的:构建五维整合老年人家庭病床服务模式,为提升老年人居家医疗服务的整体性与连续性提供参考依据。方法:以整合照护理论为指导,采用文献研究法和专家座谈法,构建“以患者为中心、社区为基础、机构为支撑、信息为纽带、家庭为伙伴”... 目的:构建五维整合老年人家庭病床服务模式,为提升老年人居家医疗服务的整体性与连续性提供参考依据。方法:以整合照护理论为指导,采用文献研究法和专家座谈法,构建“以患者为中心、社区为基础、机构为支撑、信息为纽带、家庭为伙伴”的五维整合老年人家庭病床服务模式,并于2024年6月在深圳市福田区32家社区健康服务机构落地应用。通过分析阶段性建设老年人家庭病床数量、老年人健康结局转归及老年人服务满意度等指标评价模式效果。结果:累计建立并办结老年人家庭病床520张,其中,临终关怀型家庭病床占1.5%。家庭病床平均服务天数为58.5(13.0,85.0)天。服务对象中,好转及治愈的老年人占49.6%,病情稳定者占25.0%,老年人服务满意率为100.0%。结论:基于整合照护理论的老年人家庭病床服务模式有可行性,有助于提高建设老年人家庭病床的效率,改善老年人健康结局,提高老年人服务满意度。 展开更多

Evaluation of Membership Degree on Conventional Chemical Components in Tobacco from Tobacco Leaf Bases in Yunnan Province Based on Cigarette Brands 被引量:2

[Objective] This study was conducted to investigate the quality condition of chemical components of tobacco in Yunnan. [Method] The C3F samples were collected from 76 base units in Yunnan Province and their conventional chemical components were analyzed, and the evaluation was carded out based on the membership function and hierarchical cluster analysis of cigarette brands H1 and H2 in Yunnan. [Result] The results showed that: (1) Major chemical components of 76 base units were coordinated overall. (2) Total nitrogen of brand H1 was higher than that of the high-quality tobacco leaves by 12.08%; raw tobacco of brands H3 and H2 satisfied the quality requirements of high-quality tobacco in Yunnan; and the total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco of brand H4 were higher those of the high-quality tobacco leaves by 0.76% and 10.3%, respectively. (3) The total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium of tobacco leaves from bases of G1 group were higher than those of tobacco from bases of G2 group by 38.1%, 2.27% and 7.34%, respectively; and total nitrogen and chlorine were lower by 4.69% and 11.11%, respectively; and nicotine contents in tobacco of the two groups were similar. (4) H2 and H3 were not significantly different in main chemical components; H3 and H4 were significantly different in total nitrogen, while other main chemical components were not significant different; and there were no significant differences between H4 and H2. [Conclusion] The quality of tobacco leaves from tobacco base units of G1 and G2 groups was better. Therefore, the evaluation provides theoretical reference for construction of tobacco base units. 展开更多

目的:对重症监护病房内高频次护理服务项目进行成本核算并解析成本结构,以期为制定科学、合理的医疗服务价格规范提供参考依据。方法:采用作业成本法核算护理服务项目的作业成本及总成本,具体步骤包含划分作业流程、确定成本动因与资源... 目的:对重症监护病房内高频次护理服务项目进行成本核算并解析成本结构,以期为制定科学、合理的医疗服务价格规范提供参考依据。方法:采用作业成本法核算护理服务项目的作业成本及总成本,具体步骤包含划分作业流程、确定成本动因与资源消耗、成本核算与分析。结果:纳入静脉输血、气管插管护理、经气管插管吸痰等10个护理服务项目,项目实际成本范围为23.95~46.82元,所有项目实际成本均高于现行收费标准,其中10个护理服务项目成本中人力成本占比最高(50.94%~71.85%),其次为间接成本(13.14%~27.72%),卫生材料费(2.52%~15.71%)及固定资产折旧费(8.03%~10.40%)占比相对较低。结论:现行医疗服务价格规范与实际成本存在明显差距,现行医疗服务定价机制低估了护理服务的技术难度、风险程度和实际资源消耗,导致现行收费价格与服务项目实际价值产生偏离。可通过建立科学合理的定价机制推动合理的价值体现和资源配置。 展开更多

目的整合ICU机械通气患者微误吸管理的最佳证据,探索循证证据向临床实践转化的路径,以提高机械通气患者气道管理水平。方法基于JBI循证卫生保健模式,运用循证方法将ICU机械通气患者微误吸管理的最佳证据制订成循证实践方案。于2024年6月... 目的整合ICU机械通气患者微误吸管理的最佳证据,探索循证证据向临床实践转化的路径,以提高机械通气患者气道管理水平。方法基于JBI循证卫生保健模式,运用循证方法将ICU机械通气患者微误吸管理的最佳证据制订成循证实践方案。于2024年6月1日—10月30日在深圳市某三甲医院ICU实施循证实践方案,通过基线审查和证据应用后审查,比较循证实践前后审查指标执行率、护士微误吸知识水平、患者微误吸发生率及呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)发生率的差异。结果最终共纳入15条证据,20条审查指标。证据应用后,指标1、3~6、8~9、11的执行率均达到90%以上;护士微误吸相关知识得分由55.00(43.75,66.25)分显著提升至90.00(86.25,93.75)分(P<0.001);患者微误吸发生率由57.53%下降至34.57%(P<0.05);VAP发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于JBI循证卫生保健模式的微误吸管理实践,规范了护理行为,降低了微误吸发生率,为ICU机械通气患者的气道管理提供了循证依据,有助于提高护理质量和改善患者预后。 展开更多

The reliability of the on-wing aircraft Auxiliary Power Unit(APU)decides the cost and the comfort of flight to a large degree.The most important function of APU is to help start main engines by providing compressed air.Especially on the condition of sudden shutdown in the air,APU can offer additional thrust for landing.Therefore,its condition monitoring has drawn much attention from the academic and industrial field.Among the on-wing sensing data which can reflect its condition,Exhaust Gas Temperature(EGT)is one of the most important parameters.To ensure the reliability of EGT,one kind of data-driven anomaly detection framework for EGT sensing data is proposed based on the Gaussian Process Regression and Kernel Principal Component Analysis.The situations of one-dimensional and two-dimensional input data for EGT anomaly detection are considered,respectively.The cross-validation experiments are carried out by utilizing the real condition data of APU,which are provided by China Southern Airlines Company Limited Shenyang Maintenance Base.The anomalous stuck condition of EGT sensing data is also detected.Experimental results show that the proposed EGT sensing data anomaly detection method can achieve better performance of false positive ratio,false negative ratio and accuracy. 展开更多

In this paper, the impact of the wind power generation system on the total cost and profit of the system is studied by using the proposed procedure of binary Sine Cosine (BSC) optimization algorithm with optimal priority list (OPL) algorithm. As well, investigate the advantages of system transformation from a regulated system to a deregulated system and the difference in the objective functions of the two systems. The suggested procedure is carried out in two parallel algorithms;The goal of the first algorithm is to reduce the space of searching by using OPL, while the second algorithm adjusts BSC to get the optimal economic dispatch with minimum operation cost of the unit commitment (UCP) problem in the regulated system. But, in the deregulated system, the second algorithm adopts the BSC technique to find the optimal solution to the profit-based unit commitment problem (PBUCP), through the fast of researching the BSC technique. The proposed procedure is applied to IEEE 10-unit test system integrated with the wind generator system. While the second is an actual system in the Egyptian site at Hurghada. The results of this algorithm are compared with previous literature to illustrate the efficiency and capability of this algorithm. Based on the results obtained in the regulated system, the suggested procedure gives better results than the algorithm in previous literature, saves computational efforts, and increases the efficiency of the output power of each unit in the system and lowers the price of kWh. Besides, in the deregulated system the profit is high and the system is more reliable. 展开更多

This paper deals with a Unit Commitment (UC) problem of a power plant aimed to find the optimal scheduling of the generating units involving cubic cost functions. The problem has non convex generator characteristics, which makes it very hard to handle the corresponding mathematical models. However, Teaching Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) has reached a high efficiency, in terms of solution accuracy and computing time for such non convex problems. Hence, TLBO is applied for scheduling of generators with higher order cost characteristics, and turns out to be computationally solvable. In particular, we represent a model that takes into account the accurate higher order generator cost functions along with ramp limits, and turns to be more general and efficient than those available in the literature.
