目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片对先兆流产(Threatened Abortion,TA)患者的影响.方法:选取2022年4月至2024年2月期间本院收治的104例TA患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各52例.对照组采用烯丙雌醇片治疗;观察组在对...目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片对先兆流产(Threatened Abortion,TA)患者的影响.方法:选取2022年4月至2024年2月期间本院收治的104例TA患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各52例.对照组采用烯丙雌醇片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合滋肾育胎丸治疗.分析对比两组的治疗效果、中医证候积分、血清激素水平[雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,β-HCG)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)]、子宫血流动力学指标[收缩期S波流速与舒张期D波比值(The ratio of systolic S-wave velocity to diastolic D-wave,S/D)、子宫动脉血流阻力指数(Resistance Index of uterine artery,RI)、搏动指数(Pulsatility Index,PI)].结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗7 d后,两组患者的各项中医证候积分、PI、RI、S/D均比治疗前1 d明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的E2、P、β-HCG水平均比治疗前1 d明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:滋肾育胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片可提升TA的疗效,缓解疾病症状,改善子宫血流动力学,调节血清激素水平.展开更多
