To ensure the dimensional accuracy of the final blade profile,it is necessary for precision Electrochemical Machining(ECM)of blade profile to come into an equilibrium state.However,after Electrochemical Trepanning(ECTr),the cascade channel of the blisk is narrow,and the blank allowance distribution is uneven,making it difficult for the precision ECM to become balanced.In blisk production,the two-step method cannot make precision ECM enter equilibrium for some blisk types.A three-step processing method is proposed to overcome this problem.The threestep method adds Electrochemical Homogenizing Machining(ECHM)between the ECTr and precision ECM steps so that the blank allowance can be homogenized quickly without unduly affecting the minimum allowance.Comparative machining experiments of the two-and three-step methods were performed to verify the improvement to blade machining accuracy.The processing results show that the contour parameters of the blade after the three-step method implementation are much better.The allowance difference of the concave(convex)side decreased by 70.5%(65%).In addition,the current in the three-step method is stable at 110 A at the end of precision ECM,verifying successfully entering the equilibrium state. 展开更多

A method for ranking complementary judgment matrixes with traspezoidal fuzzy numbers based on Hausdorff metric distance and fuzzy compromise decision approach is proposed. With regard to fuzzy number complementary judgment matrixes given by a decider group whose members have various weights, the expert's information was aggregated first by means of simple weight average(SWA) method and Bonissone calculational method. Hence a matrix including all the experts' preference information was got. Then the matrix' column members were added up and the fuzzy evaluation values of the alternatives were got. Lastly, the Hausdorff metric distance and fuzzy compromise decision approach were used to rank the fuzzy evaluation values and then the ranking values of all the alternatives were got. Because exact numbers and triangular fuzzy numbers could all be transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the method developed can rank complementary judgment matrixes with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers and exact numbers as well. An illustrative example is also given to verify the developed method and to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality. 展开更多

The streamline upwind/Petrov-Galerkin (SUPG) stabilization scheme is used for the formulation of the Navier-Stokes equations. For the spatial discretization, the convection term is treated explicitly, while the viscous term is treated implicitly, and for the temporal discretization, a three-step method is employed. The present method is applied to simulate the lid driven cavity problems with different geometries at low and high Reynolds numbers. The results compared with other numerical experiments are found to be feasible and satisfactory. 展开更多

The hydrophobicity of the lotus leaf is mainly due to its surface micro-nano composite structure. In order to mimic the lotus structure, ZnO micro-nano composite hydrophobic films were prepared via the three-step method. On thin buffer films of SiO2, which were first fabricated on glass substrates by the so,gel dip-coating method, a ZnO seed layer was deposited via RF magnetron sputtering. Then two different ZnO films, micro-nano and micro-only flowerlike structures, were grown by the hydrothermal method. The prepared films have different hydrophobic properties after surface modification. The structures of the obtained ZnO films were characterized using x-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy. A conclusion that a micro-nano composite structure is more beneficial to hydrophobicity than a micro-only structure was obtained through research into the effect of structure on hydrophobic properties. 展开更多

Study on the wind field and pollutant dispersion in street canyons using a stable numerical method

A stable finite element method for the time dependent Navier-Stokes equations was used for studying the wind flow and pollutant dispersion within street canyons. A three-step fractional method was used to solve the velocity field and the pressure field separately from the governing equations. The Streamline Upwind Petrov-Galerkin(SUPG) method was used to get stable numerical results. Numerical oscillation was minimized and satisfactory results can be obtained for flows at high Reynolds numbers. Simulating the flow over a square cylinder within a wide range of Reynolds numbers validates the wind field model. The Strouhal numbers obtained from the numerical simulation had a good agreement with those obtained from experiment. The wind field model developed in the present study is applied to simulate more complex flow phenomena in street canyons with two different building configurations. The results indicated that the flow at rooftop of buildings might not be assumed parallel to the ground as some numerical modelers did. A counter-clockwise rotating vortex may be found in street canyons with an inflow from the left to right. In addition, increasing building height can increase velocity fluctuations in the street canyon under certain circumstances, which facilitate pollutant dispersion. At high Reynolds numbers, the flow regimes in street canyons do not change with inflow velocity. 展开更多

On-line measurement for dielectric loss angle can effectively monitor the insulation condition of capacitive equipment in power systems. Synthetic relative measuring methods not only markedly overcome the shortcomings of traditional absolute measuring methods but also greatly improve the accuracy of dielectric loss angle measurement. However, synthetic relative measuring methods based on two or three pieces of capacitive equipment do not have the characteristic of generality. In this paper, a principle of synthetic relative measuring method is presented. The example of application for synthetic relative methods based on three and four pieces of capacitive equipment running in the same phase is taken to present the failure judgment matrices for N pieces of equipment. According to these matrices, the fault condition of N pieces of capacitive equipment can be watched, which is more general. Then some problems needing to be concerned along with two diagnostic methods used in diagnostic system are introduced. Finally, two programmable flow charts for the two methods are given and corresponding examples demonstrate their feasibility in practice. 展开更多

A two-dimensional numerical model based on the Navier-Stokes equations and computational Lagrangian-Eulerian advection remap-volume of fluid (CLEAR-VOF) method was developed to simulate wave and flow problems. The Navier-Stokes equations were discretized with a three-step finite element method that has a third-order accuracy. In the CLEAR-VOF method, the VOF function F was calculated in the Lagrangian manner and allowed the complicated free surface to be accurately captured. The propagation of regular waves and solitary waves over a flat bottom, and shoaling and breaking of solitary waves on two different slopes were simulated with this model, and the numerical results agreed with experimental data and theoretical solutions. A benchmark test of dam-collapse flow was also simulated with an unstructured mesh, and the capability of the present model for wave and flow simulations with unstructured meshes, was verified. The results show that the model is effective for numerical simulation of wave and flow problems with both structured and unstructured meshes. 展开更多

环境行政公益诉讼制度的完善对进一步促进人与自然和谐共生,加快美丽中国建设有着重要作用;履行判决作为环境行政公益诉讼中的主流判决,占据着最为主要的地位。目前环境行政公益诉讼履行判决的实践中存在“不履行法定职责”的判断标准... 环境行政公益诉讼制度的完善对进一步促进人与自然和谐共生,加快美丽中国建设有着重要作用;履行判决作为环境行政公益诉讼中的主流判决,占据着最为主要的地位。目前环境行政公益诉讼履行判决的实践中存在“不履行法定职责”的判断标准不统一,判决方式运用不适当以及判决内容限度不明确等问题。“不履行法定职责”的判断标准关涉到检察机关与行政机关何方败诉的问题,判决方式和判决内容则会影响后续执行和司法权威,因此这些问题亟待解析。法院对行政机关是否履行法定职责的判断,主要存在行为标准和结果标准的分界。在环境行政公益诉讼中,应排除绝对的结果标准,部分案件法院可以直接根据行为标准判断行政机关是否履行法定职责,较为复杂的案件则需综合考量结果标准和因果关系。法院应充分认识到行政机关不履行法定职责才是法院作出履行判决的前提,履行判决不能与确认违法判决组合作出,但可以根据案情伴随驳回部分诉讼判决和撤销判决。环境行政公益诉讼履行判决中有必要区分责令履行和责令继续履行法定职责。法院在恪守被动性的前提下仍要发挥一定的能动性作出具体性履行判决,不再适用概括性履行判决。 展开更多

Application of Three Steps and Middle Column Method in Shallow Buried Tunnel with Strong Expansive Surrounding Rock

In the Chenggong tunnel of Kunming, aiming at the engineering of shallow buried and strongly expanded surrounding rock, the construction method of three steps plus central columns is introduced. The soil of Chenggong Tunnel is tested in laboratory to determine its expansibility. The traditional three-step method and three-step plus center pillar method are compared and analyzed by using MIDAS-GTS. Finally, the deformation of surrounding rock after the construction of three-step plus center pillar method is obtained through on-site monitoring. The results show that: 1) The free expansion rate, montmorillonite content and cation exchange capacity of Chenggong tunnel soil are determined, and the expansive parameters are obtained. 2) Through numerical simulation, it is concluded that under the condition of strong expansive soil and weak surrounding rock, the settlement of vault and two sides caused by the traditional step method are both larger than that of the three steps plus center pillar method. This new improved method can effectively reduce the disturbance to surrounding rock and significantly reduce the settlement of vault;3) The data of vault settlement and displacement of two sides of the tunnel after the construction of the three-step plus center pillar method are obtained by on-site monitoring, and are simulated and analyzed by using MIDAS-GTS software. The relative error value of vault settlement obtained by the two methods is 1%, which indicates that MIDAS-GTS has good simulation effect on the stress state and deformation state of the tunnel, and further indicates that this method is very practical for the case of small convergence of side walls and large vault settlement. 展开更多

目的探究客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)逆向思维教学法在急诊实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院急诊医学科40名实习生为研究对象,对照组(2023年7月—2024年2月)实施常规带... 目的探究客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)逆向思维教学法在急诊实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院急诊医学科40名实习生为研究对象,对照组(2023年7月—2024年2月)实施常规带教模式,观察组(2024年3—10月)实施OSCE逆向思维教学法,每组20名。对比两组实习生的综合能力、带教满意度。结果观察组实习生理论考试成绩、病例分析能力、操作技能成绩为(93.25±1.58)分、(94.75±1.58)分、(93.68±1.63)分,均高于对照组的(91.26±1.63)分、(92.55±1.74)分、(91.22±1.47)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.920,4.186,5.012;P均<0.05)。观察组实习生对认可教学方法、理解学习内容、提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高解决问题能力的带教满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论较于常规带教模式来说,OSCE逆向思维教学法在提高急诊实习生临床综合能力、改善教学满意度方面效果更加显著。 展开更多

人及其活动是城市公共空间中空间活力的重要组成要素,场所为人们提供活动的场地,场地通过活动吸引人流,进而促进了城市社会交往活动,提高了空间的利用效率。为应对人们对滨水空间品质需求的变化,研究将场所理论中的形式、活动、意象运... 人及其活动是城市公共空间中空间活力的重要组成要素,场所为人们提供活动的场地,场地通过活动吸引人流,进而促进了城市社会交往活动,提高了空间的利用效率。为应对人们对滨水空间品质需求的变化,研究将场所理论中的形式、活动、意象运用于珠海市前山水道的滨水空间要素分析中,并以此构建了更具针对性的评价指标体系,完成了场所理论在滨水空间评价中的实践应用,提出了“形式(滨水空间功能与形态耦合)”“活动(滨水空间活力营造)”和“意象(滨水空间形象感知)”3个维度的滨水空间因素集,并运用模糊评判法进行评价,以期用评价结果指导滨水空间整体服务质量的提升,进一步打造个性化的公共空间和多元化的活动场所。 展开更多
