摘要
文章针对新能源汽车碰撞场景中高压线束安全性研究不足的问题,提出融合多尺度试验与仿真分析的安全判定方法。首先通过分层解析高压线束材料力学特性,建立双组份等效有限元模型;其次设计专用挤压测试装置,对波纹管和防割布防护的线束进行测试;最后对比整车碰撞仿真与试验阈值,建立包含10%安全裕度的判据体系,为高压线束安全设计提供参考。
This article addresses the issue of insufficient research on the safety of high-voltage wiring harnesses in collision scenarios of new energy vehicles and proposes a safety determination method that integrates multi-scale tests and simulation analysis.Firstly,by layer-by-layer analysis of the mechanical properties of high-voltage wire harness materials,a two-component equivalent finite element model is established;secondly,a dedicated extrusion testing device is designed to test the wire harnesses protected by corrugated tubes and anti-cutting cloth.Finally,by comparing the vehicle collision simulation and test thresholds,a criterion system with a 10%safety margin was established to provide a reference for the safety design of high-voltage wiring harnesses.
