文摘Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China(the“Civil Procedure Law”)is a major innovation in terms of values and methodology.Practical jurisprudence focuses more on practical issues,Chinese characteristics,and major needs,while strengthening the practical nature of the Civil Procedure Law.China’s traditional education system for juris masters(for non-law graduates)(“non-law JMs”)emphasizes the development of foundational legal theoretical knowledge.However,it has not fully achieved its goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and practical legal professionals.Therefore,the traditional education system for the Civil Procedure Law needs reconstruction and supplementation through the practical jurisprudence teaching system in the following areas:(a)System composition:The focus should be on the eight tertiary subsystems under the two secondary subsystems—“the knowledge teaching system and the practical teaching system”of practical jurisprudence in the Civil Procedure Law,as well as the management of their interrelationships.(b)Credit structure:The proportion of credits for“practical teaching and training”should be increased.(c)Practical ability requirements:Legal professionals should be cultivated according to the standards for juris masters(for law graduates)as stipulated by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.(d)Practice evaluation:“Formalization of the evaluations,”“homogeneity of the evaluators,”and“reliance on written formats”should be avoided.

文摘The 5E model includes Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration,and Evaluation,with“Evaluation”at the end,conflicting with teaching learning-evaluation consistency.Thus,formative levaluation is integrated into the first four stages,and a summative evaluation table is designed for the fifth,enabling students to self-evaluate and reflect.Elementary school English picture book teaching is used as an example to demonstrate the optimized model's application.
文摘The disconnection between teaching,learning,and evaluation is particularly pronounced in traditional high school chemistry teaching.To align with the demands of the new curriculum standards for talent development,it is essential to implement reforms and innovations in teaching methods.This paper initially elucidates the integrated concept of teaching,learning,and evaluation,as well as its practical significance in the classroom.Subsequently,it explores the effective teaching design centered on the theme of iron and its compounds,actively investigating the implementation approach of the integration principle of teaching,learning,and evaluation in classroom.Furthermore,the paper emphasizes the pivotal role of the evaluation part in fostering the professional development of teachers and enhancing the core competencies of students,ultimately aiming to achieve high efficiency and quality in chemistry classroom teaching.

文摘With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the teaching mode in the field of education is undergoing profound changes.Especially the design and implementation of personalized learning paths have become an important direction of intelligent teaching reform.The traditional“one-size-fits-all”teaching model has gradually failed to meet the individualized learning needs of students.However,through the advantages of data analysis and real-time feedback,AI technology can provide tailor-made teaching content and learning paths based on students’learning progress,interests,and abilities.This study explores the innovation of the personalized learning path model based on AI technology,and analyzes the potential and challenges of this model in improving teaching effectiveness,promoting the all-round development of students,and optimizing the interaction between teachers and students.Through case analysis and empirical research,this paper summarizes the implementation methods of the AI-driven personalized learning path,the innovation of teaching models,and their application prospects in educational reform.Meanwhile,the research also discussed the ethical issues of AI technology in education,data privacy protection,and its impact on the teacher-student relationship,and proposed corresponding solutions.

文摘This study examines the Big Data Collection and Preprocessing course at Anhui Institute of Information Engineering,implementing a hybrid teaching reform using the Bosi Smart Learning Platform.The proposed hybrid model follows a“three-stage”and“two-subject”framework,incorporating a structured design for teaching content and assessment methods before,during,and after class.Practical results indicate that this approach significantly enhances teaching effectiveness and improves students’learning autonomy.

文摘College students’safety education is an important part of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities.A questionnaire survey at J University shows that the popularization degree and teaching satisfaction of college students’safety education are relatively high,but the teaching content and teaching forms still need improvement.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and considering the char-acteristics of college students’online learning in the new era,carrying out the SPOC+PBL blended teaching reform not only helps to enhance the effectiveness of theoretical and practical teaching but also contributes to optimizing the teach-ing evaluation and feedback mechanism and strengthening students’problem-solving abilities.Therefore,we should adhere to the goal orientation,meticulously design the teaching plan,highlight the student-centered approach,focus on integrating teaching resources,strengthen process management,promptly provide feedback and guidance,empower with data,and continuously improve teaching evaluation.Thus,a student-centered SPOC+PBL blended teaching sys-tem can be constructed to empower the transformation and innovation of talent cultivation in higher education.

文摘Higher education is at the top of the educational hierarchy.With the booming development of the economy and society in China,its scale is also expanding greatly.Professional course teaching is a key component of higher education,and it plays a vital role in cultivating professionalism and even the overall level of students.According to several problems existing in the current teaching practice of professional courses at our universities,in order to improve the teaching quality to meet the requirements in the emerging engineering era,related strategies and approaches for teaching reform are proposed as follows.Firstly,we advance the traditional classroom teaching into the modern one with equal double-subjects of teachers and students to cultivate the active and comprehensive learning ability of students.Secondly,the scientific research practice-oriented teaching method is introduced,and it contributes to connecting theory with engineering practice for students.Thirdly,the diversified course assessment system is explored,and a closed-loop quality control strategy is discussed on the basis of a questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview.By questionnaires and final assessments,it is clear that teaching qualities of related professional courses are satisfactory in recent years,and the methods and strategies can be widely applied to the teaching practice of other courses.
文摘Data structure is one of the core courses for computer science students.Mastering data structure is helpful for students to improve the quality and efficiency of programming and lay a solid foundation for further learning knowledge in related fields of computer.The traditional teaching mode of the course has the shortcomings of rigid classroom,lack of interactivity,and lack of real-time feedback.In order to improve the teaching quality,the course has carried out reforms on the teaching mode,adopting a combination of case-based teaching,optimized experimental projects,process-oriented assessment,and a scientific feedback mechanism,which has improved the teaching effect.
文摘In recent years,the production-oriented approach has been applied in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,providing a new perspective for language and cultural instruction.Currently,several issues exist in cultural teaching,such as the lack of in-depth cultural input,insufficient training in cross-cultural communication skills,and the over-stylization of cultural teaching in the classroom.The production-oriented approach offers a solution to these challenges.This paper seeks to introduce the production-oriented method into the teaching of Chinese culture as a foreign language,using silk culture as a case study for teaching design.The aim is to implement cultural teaching through a new instructional model and to promote the spread of Chinese silk culture.
