Pregnancy health education is of great significance for the health of both mothers and infants,and the Health Belief Model(HBM)provides a key theoretical framework for it.The HBM consists of six constructs:perceived susceptibility,severity,benefits,barriers,cues to action,and self-efficacy.It can facilitate the transformation from“knowing”to“believing”and then to“acting”for pregnant women.Pregnancy health education based on the HBM can improve maternal and infant health outcomes,enhance specific health knowledge and safe behaviors,and promote the establishment of healthy lifestyles.Its intervention implementation involves assessment,planning,implementation,and re-assessment processes,and the educational content needs to be constructed according to the characteristics of the early,middle,and late stages of pregnancy.However,the application of the HBM faces challenges such as cultural adaptability,digital integration,and the lack of long-term effect evaluation.In the future,targeted optimization is needed to improve the pregnancy health education system and ensure maternal and infant health. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the impact of health education nursing based on the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change on self-efficacy in osteoporosis patients with low bone mass.Methods:A total of 91 osteoporosis patients with low bone mass admitted to our hospital from June 2000 to the end of June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the envelope method,with 46 and 45 cases in each group,respectively.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health education nursing based on the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change.Bone mineral density(lumbar spine L1-L4,femoral neck),disease awareness(Osteoporosis Knowledge Test Questionnaire,OKT-Q),and self-efficacy(Adult Health Self-Management Skills Rating Scale,AHSMSRS)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,bone mineral density levels,disease awareness levels,and self-efficacy levels significantly increased in both groups,with the observation group showing greater improvements in all indicators compared to the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Interventions based on the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change effectively enhance patient self-efficacy and bone health by precisely matching behavioral stages,strengthening social support,and regulating neurobehavioral factors. 展开更多

BACKGROUND 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear medicine.However,patients receiving 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination results.AIM To investigate the effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and cooperation in patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examination.METHODS Ninety patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table,and 45 cases were allocated to each group.Routine nursing was provided to the control group,and teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing was provided to the study group on the basis of the control group.Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed before and after the intervention,and examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction were assessed in the two groups before,during,and after the examination.RESULTS Before the examination,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were not significantly different from the values of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the study group before and after the examination were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with the intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing can help maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,relieve negative emotions,and improve the satisfaction and cooperation of patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Vestibular dysfunction(VH)is a common concomitant symptom of late peri-pheral vestibular lesions,which can be trauma,poisoning,infection,heredity,and neurodegeneration,but about 50%of the causes are unknown.The study uses the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model for health education,effectively improve the quality of life,increase their self-confidence,reduce anxiety and depression,and effectively improve the psychological state of patients.AIM To explore the effect of health education based on the IMB model on the degree of vertigo,disability,anxiety and depression in patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction.METHODS The clinical data of 80 patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the retrospective research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing health education and guidance,and the observation group was given health education and guidance based on the IMB model.The changes in self-efficacy,anxiety and depression,and quality of life of patients with unilateral VH were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There was no significant difference in General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scale scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),which was comparable;after nursing,the GSES scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing.The nursing group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and anxiety and depression subscales between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HADS score,anxiety,and depression subscale scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before nursing,and the nursing group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scale and DHI-P,DHI-E and DHI-F scores in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the nursing group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health education based on the IMB model can effectively improve patients'quality of life,increase self-efficacy of patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction,enhance patients'confidence,enable patients to resume normal work and life as soon as possible,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,and effectively improve patients'psychological status. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and stroke,and its prevalence is increasing worldwide.Health education interventions based on the health belief model(HBM)can improve the knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of patients with hypertension and help them control their blood pressure.AIM To evaluate the effects of health education interventions based on the HBM in patients with hypertension in China.METHODS Between 2021 and 2023,140 patients with hypertension were randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group.The intervention group received health education based on the HBM,including lectures,brochures,videos,and counseling sessions,whereas the control group received routine care.Outcomes were measured at baseline,three months,and six months after the intervention and included blood pressure,medication adherence,self-efficacy,and perceived benefits,barriers,susceptibility,and severity.RESULTS The intervention group had significantly lower systolic blood pressure[mean difference(MD):-8.2 mmHg,P<0.001]and diastolic blood pressure(MD:-5.1 mmHg,P=0.002)compared to the control group at six months.The intervention group also had higher medication adherence(MD:1.8,P<0.001),self-efficacy(MD:12.4,P<0.001),perceived benefits(MD:3.2,P<0.001),lower perceived barriers(MD:-2.6,P=0.001),higher perceived susceptibility(MD:2.8,P=0.002),and higher perceived severity(MD:3.1,P<0.001)than the control group at six months.CONCLUSION Health education interventions based on the HBM effectively improve blood pressure control and health beliefs in patients with hypertension and should be implemented in clinical practice and community settings. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the status quo of patients’psychological distress,and to explore the effect of Internet+health education model(IHEM)on patients who experienced psychological distress during their first hemodialysis treatment,with the goal of reducing their psychological distress and improving their quality of life.Methods:IHEM was conducted on 120 first-time hemodialysis patients for 3 months while a distress thermometer and a list of questionnaires were used to screen patients and provide corresponding psychological intervention.The incidence rate of psychological distress was analyzed statistically to explore the difference in psychological distress at various periods.Results:The incidence rate(score≥4)of psychological distress in first-time hemodialysis patients was 46.67%,and their distress was mainly rooted in physical,emotional,practical problems(economy,time,and energy),etc.Through IHEM,the psychological distress scores of the patients decreased to 3.29±1.02 at one month after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 32.14%;the psychological distress scores of the patients were 2.29±1.02 at 3 months after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 21.14%.The difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A psychological distress thermometer can timely detect the degree and causes of psychological distress among first-time hemodialysis patients,and the use of IHEM may significantly alleviate the psychological distress among hemodialysis patients. 展开更多

Application Value of Comprehensive Health Education in Urological Nursing Care

Objective: The experiment will implement comprehensive health education and nursing program for urology patients, and make statistical analysis of the actual effect after application. Methods: For the treatment of 120 cases of urology patients, the samples selected from January 2020 to December 2021 patients, and according to the order of divided into two groups, control group for routine nursing, observation group for comprehensive health education nursing program, compare the results. Results: In the SF-36 quality of life scale, patients in the observation group scored higher, and their personal feelings in various aspects of daily life were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). At the same time, in the emotional management of patients, through appropriate intervention, the observation group patients psychological state is good, the impact of anxiety and depression on individuals is weakened, and the score is lower in the professional scale evaluation, compared with the control group, the difference is large (P 0.05). Finally, there was a difference in the disease knowledge mastery rate between the two groups. The observation group (91.67%) was significantly higher than the control group (68.33%), with statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion: urology disease problem affects the patients healthy life, and because of the location privacy, in the treatment of patients unable to contend with in the process, even avoid treatment, unable to effectively solve this can lead to disease, eventually cause more serious consequences, so we must strengthen the health education, rehabilitation treatment for patients, and provide support to establish a correct concept of diseases. 展开更多

目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在慢性心力衰竭患者低钠饮食管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年10月—2023年9月江西省某医院心内科收治的114例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各57例... 目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在慢性心力衰竭患者低钠饮食管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年10月—2023年9月江西省某医院心内科收治的114例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组采取常规护理干预实施低钠饮食管理,观察组应用Teach-back健康教育模式进行低钠饮食管理,两组干预期为3个月。比较两组患者干预前后的低钠饮食管理依从性和行为[低钠饮食问卷(DSRQ)]、自我管理能力(慢性病管理自我效能量表)及心力衰竭生活质量[明尼苏达心衰生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)]。结果干预前,两组患者低钠饮食管理依从性和行为、自我管理能力及心力衰竭生活质量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者低钠饮食管理依从性和行为、自我管理能力的各维度评分及总分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心力衰竭生活质量各维度评分及总分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Teach-back健康教育模式对慢性心力衰竭患者进行低钠饮食管理,可提高其低钠饮食知识及依从性,形成良好饮食行为,提高疾病自我管理能力并改善生活质量。 展开更多

目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中对目标血糖控制的应用效果,评估该模式对患者血糖控制水平、自我管理能力及健康知识掌握情况的影响。方法选取2023年6月至2024年1月于南昌大学第一附属医院住院的120例冠心病合... 目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中对目标血糖控制的应用效果,评估该模式对患者血糖控制水平、自我管理能力及健康知识掌握情况的影响。方法选取2023年6月至2024年1月于南昌大学第一附属医院住院的120例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,将120例患者按照随机数表法分为试验组(Teach-back健康教育模式)和对照组(常规健康教育),每组各60例。试验组患者在接受常规健康教育的基础上,进一步接受Teach-back健康教育模式干预,教育内容包括糖尿病与冠心病的病理生理基础、血糖控制目标、用药指导、饮食与运动管理等方面。为确保患者充分理解,每次教育后通过Teach-back方式反馈患者的理解情况,调整并重复关键教育内容。研究指标包括餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、自我管理能力评分及生活质量评分。结果干预12周后,试验组的2hPG、HbA1c和FPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分和自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back健康教育模式对冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制有显著改善作用,能够有效提升患者的自我管理能力和健康知识水平。 展开更多

目的:评估Teach-back健康教育模式在血液透析并发高磷血症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月盱眙县人民医院收治的血液透析并发高磷血症患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采取常规护理,观... 目的:评估Teach-back健康教育模式在血液透析并发高磷血症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月盱眙县人民医院收治的血液透析并发高磷血症患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施Teach-back健康教育模式。对比两组血清磷水平、治疗依从性和生活质量评分。结果:干预3、6个月后,两组血清磷水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组低(P<0.001)。干预3、6个月后,两组患者依从性评分升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康评分升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育模式在血液透析并发高磷血症患者中的应用效果较好,能够降低血清磷水平,提高患者治疗依从性及生活质量。 展开更多

探讨基于微信平台的Teach-back健康教育模式对正畸患者心理负担、口腔健康及生活质量的影响。选取2023年1月-2024年6月的100例正畸患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和基于微信平台的Teach-back健康教育模式,比较两组患者... 探讨基于微信平台的Teach-back健康教育模式对正畸患者心理负担、口腔健康及生活质量的影响。选取2023年1月-2024年6月的100例正畸患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和基于微信平台的Teach-back健康教育模式,比较两组患者的心理负担、口腔健康及生活质量。护理后,对照组和观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(HAMD)评分均比护理前明显降低,差异极显著(P<0.001);观察组HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.001)。护理后,对照组和观察组的牙龈指数(GI)和菌斑指数(PLI)水平均比护理前明显降低,差异极显著(P<0.001)。观察组GI及PLI水平均低于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.001)。护理后,对照组和观察组QOL-BREF各项评分均比护理前明显提高,差异极显著(P<0.001)。观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.001)。基于微信平台的Teach-back健康教育模式在正畸患者中具有显著的应用效果,能减轻负性心理,促进口腔健康,改善生活质量。 展开更多
