The sticking behavior of pellets affects the continuity of production in hydrogen-based shaft furnace.The coupling influences of V_(2)O_(5) and reduction temperature on reduction sticking behavior and mechanism evolut...The sticking behavior of pellets affects the continuity of production in hydrogen-based shaft furnace.The coupling influences of V_(2)O_(5) and reduction temperature on reduction sticking behavior and mechanism evolution of pellets under hydrogen atmosphere are investigated.The increase in V_(2)O_(5) addition aggravated the reduction sticking behavior,which is attributed to the combined functions of the development of unique interwoven structure in the metallic iron interconnections at the reduction sticking interface and the deterioration of reduction swelling behavior of pellets.In addition,the strength of metallic iron interconnections enhanced and reduction sticking behavior aggravated with the increase in reduction temperature.Importantly,compared to other reduction temperatures,the reduction sticking behavior of pellets was most significantly aggravated with the increase in V_(2)O_(5) addition at 1000℃.And the values of sticking index increased from 10.22%to 15.36% as the V_(2)O_(5) addition increased from 0 to 1.00 wt.%at 1000℃.展开更多
The effects of rice transplanters' transplanting settings(plant spacing and finger sticking area) on rice yield were investigated in two early-season rice cultivars:hybrid rice cultivar(Zhuliangyou 819) and conv...The effects of rice transplanters' transplanting settings(plant spacing and finger sticking area) on rice yield were investigated in two early-season rice cultivars:hybrid rice cultivar(Zhuliangyou 819) and conventional rice cultivar(Zhongjiazao 17).The results showed that,different transplanting settings resulted in different numbers of transplanted basic seedlings,and the rice yield was significantly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The number of transplanted basic seedlings increased with the decrease of plant spacing and the increase of finger sticking area.The rate of lost hills of machine transplanting decreased with the increase of finger sticking area.The leaf area index and amount of dry matter accumulation were highly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The average yield of the rice transplanted with a plant spacing of11.5 cm was higher than that with a plant spacing of 13.8 cm.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 13.8 cm,the rice yield increased with the increase of finger sticking area,and the finger sticking area of 2.23 cm2 showed the highest rice yield of 8 174.16 kg/hm2 of Zhuliangyou 819 and 7 925.54kg/hm2 of Zhongjiaozao17.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the rice yield was the highest with the finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,and then decreased with the large finger sticking area.Under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the highest rice yields of Zhuliangyou 819 and Zhongjiaozao17 were 8 492.94 kg/hm2 and 8 000.23 kg/hm2,respectively.Therefore,the preferred machine transplanting settings for double-season early rice are a plant spacing of11.5 cm and a finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,while the finger sticking area should be increased to 2.23 cm2 for conventional rice cultivars.展开更多

Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyo...Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyopia patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the group of auricular point sticking therapy,which had 120 cases(212 eyes),and the group of comprehensive therapy,which had 110 cases(194 eyes).The seed of Semen Vaccariae was applied at the ear point such as the eye,ear Shenmen,the liver,the spleen and the kidney.Regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine included covering method,vision corrected with glasses and fine exercise.Vision improvements of the two groups were observed with a three-year follow up.Results The effective rates of the auricular point sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group of ametropic amblyopia were 81.0%(64/79) and 52.2%(36/69),respectively.The effective rates of anisometropic amblyopia of the two groups were 73.1%(49/67) and 47.7%(31/65),respectively.And the effective rates of the two groups of strabismic amblyopia were 71.2%(47/66) and 45.0%(27/60),respectively.The therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking therapy on all kinds of amblyopia were better than those of the comprehensive therapy(all P0.05).Conclusion The effect of auricular point sticking therapy on infantile amblyopia is better than that of regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine,which can obviously improve the vision of the patients with easy manipulations.展开更多

As a result, when the fluid enters the fitting clearance of the valve core, it can cause an increase in resistance and lead to sticking failure of the valve core. This paper analyzes solid-liquid flow characteristics in fitting clearances and valve-core sticking based on the Euler-Euler model, using a typical hydraulic valve as an example. The impact of particle concentration and diameter on flow characteristics and valve-core sticking force was analyzed. The highest volume fraction of particles was in the pressureequalizing groove(PEG), with peak values increasing as the particle diameter increased. The sticking force increased with increasing particle concentration. When the particle diameter was 12 μm, the sticking force was the largest, making this the sensitive particle diameter. Particle distribution and valve-core sticking force were compared for oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs. The fluid-deflection angles in oval and rectangular PEGs were larger, and their values were 32.83° and 39.15°, respectively. The fluid-deflection angle in the triangular PEG was relatively small, less than 50% that of the oval or rectangular PEGs. The particle-volume-fraction peaks in oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 0.0317, 0.0316, and 0.0312, respectively. The sticking forces of oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 4.796, 4.802, and 4.757 N, respectively when the particle diameter was 12 μm. This work provides a reference for design and research aimed at reducing valve-core sticking.展开更多

The test results indicate that sticking particles on the surfaces of high chromium steel (HiCr) and high-speed steel (HSS) rolls undergo nucleation, growth, and saturation stages. Grooves on the roll surface generated by grinding provide nucleation sites for sticking particles. The number of sticking particles on the HiCr roll surface is greater than that on the HSS roll surface. The average surface roughnesses (Ra) of HiCr and HSS rolls change from 0.502 and 0.493 μm at the initial stage to 0.837 and 0.530 μm at the saturation stage, respectively. The test further proves that the sticking behavior is strongly dependent on roll materials, and the HSS roll is more benefi- cial to prevent particles sticking compared with the HiCr roll under the same hot-rolling conditions.展开更多

MgO powders served as coating agent ...The vanadium titano-magnetite (VTM) iron ore fines of 110--150/xm in diameter were reduced in a trans- parent quartz fluidized bed by 70 %CO-30 % H2 (volume fraction) mixtures. MgO powders served as coating agent to solve sticking problem. Two coating methods were introduced in this experiment: high temperature injection method and briquetting→oxidizing roast→crushing method. According to the experimental results, the minimum effective coating amount of MgO was 0. 1 mass%. The metallization ratio (MR) of the product rose from around 58% to above 90% with the above treatments. To investigate the sticking mechanism of fine ore, the morphology evolution was in- vestigated. Instead of iron whiskers, an interlaced fibrous porous surface formed. The ulvospinel (2FeO : TiO2 ) in VTM is more difficult to be reduced than FeO according to thermodynamic calculation. XRD results showed that MgO diffused into Fe203 lattice before forming pleonaste (MgO · Fe2O3 ) during oxidizing roast at 1273 K. The melting point of the pleonaste is 1986 K and that made contribution to prevent the sticking problem.展开更多
To investigate the spoilage characteristics of Jinhua ham,sensory scores,volatile compounds,biogenic amine,physicochemical parameters and microbial counts were evaluated between normal and spoiled hams.The results sho...To investigate the spoilage characteristics of Jinhua ham,sensory scores,volatile compounds,biogenic amine,physicochemical parameters and microbial counts were evaluated between normal and spoiled hams.The results showed that off-odors of spoiled hams were dominated by rancid,sour,sulfide and ammonia odors derived from these compounds including butanoic acid,methanethiol and dimethyl disulfide.Total content of biogenic amine in spoiled hams was significantly higher(more than 10-fold)compared with normal hams,and putrescine,cadaverine and histamine were the key components of biogenic amine of spoiled hams.Lower salt content,and higher moisture,TVB-N and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS)values were observed in spoiled hams compared with normal hams.The populations of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus of spoiled hams were obviously higher than that of normal hams.High moisture and low salt content caused the abnormal growth of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus in spoiled hams,which contributed to the spoilage of Jinhua ham.展开更多
