There are multiple operating modes in the real industrial process, and the collected data follow the complex multimodal distribution, so most traditional process monitoring methods are no longer applicable because the...There are multiple operating modes in the real industrial process, and the collected data follow the complex multimodal distribution, so most traditional process monitoring methods are no longer applicable because their presumptions are that sampled-data should obey the single Gaussian distribution or non-Gaussian distribution. In order to solve these problems, a novel weighted local standardization(WLS) strategy is proposed to standardize the multimodal data, which can eliminate the multi-mode characteristics of the collected data, and normalize them into unimodal data distribution. After detailed analysis of the raised data preprocessing strategy, a new algorithm using WLS strategy with support vector data description(SVDD) is put forward to apply for multi-mode monitoring process. Unlike the strategy of building multiple local models, the developed method only contains a model without the prior knowledge of multi-mode process. To demonstrate the proposed method's validity, it is applied to a numerical example and a Tennessee Eastman(TE) process. Finally, the simulation results show that the WLS strategy is very effective to standardize multimodal data, and the WLS-SVDD monitoring method has great advantages over the traditional SVDD and PCA combined with a local standardization strategy(LNS-PCA) in multi-mode process monitoring.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2019 to Dece...Objective: to analyze the application of standardized communication model in emergency department safety management. Methods: 100 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and 102 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine emergency department safety management, while the observation group applied standardized communication model on the basis of the control group. The incidence rate and satisfaction of adverse events caused by communication barriers were compared between the two groups. Results: there was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse events caused by communication disorders between the two groups. The incidence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups. The incidence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the standardized communication model can play an important role in the safety management of emergency department, and can improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion.展开更多

Methods: 100 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus admitted to our hospital since 2019 were selected as the experimental o...Objective: to study the application value of midwives in nursing uterus scar delivery room. Methods: 100 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus admitted to our hospital since 2019 were selected as the experimental objects, and these people were divided into two groups according to their age. There are 50 people in each group. The first group was treated by routine methods, and the midwives were nursing the parturients. The second group used the original routine treatment model based on the new standardized care, and compared the production process and the time consumed by the two parturients. Results: No matter the production time or the success rate of production, the second group is significantly better than the first group, with mathematical statistical significance. This method has a better application value in the current clinical aspects, and can also have a good experience. It has a positive effect on improving the success rate of vaginal labor trial and shortening the time of labor, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.展开更多

Methods: 84 cases of head and neck radiotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (standardized nutritional nursing). The nutritional index and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results: after nursing, the nutritional index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: through the implementation of nutrition standardized nursing measures for patients with head and neck radiotherapy, good clinical application effect can be obtained, the nutritional status of patients can be improved, and the nursing satisfaction degree can be improved, which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

First, eliminating the integral term, a PDE of third_order is obtained. Then, applying the small parameter expansion method, linearized asymptotic governing equation for each order of the small parameter is obtained. Dividing the third_order PDE into an elastic part with known solution, the rest part pertains to viscous effect which is neither a Mathieu equation nor a Hill one. The WKBJ method is still adopted to solve it analytically.展开更多
