To understand fundamental problems in hypersonic laminar-turbulent boundary layer transition for three-dimensional complex vehicles,a new standard model with typical lifting-body features has been proposed,named as hypersonic transition research vehicle(HyTRV).The configuration of HyTRV is fully analytical,and details of the design process are discussed in this study.The transition characteristics for HyTRV are investigated using three combined methods,i.e.,theoretical analyses,numerical simulations,and wind tunnel experiments.Results show that the fully analytic parameterization design of HyTRV can satisfy the model simplification requirements from both numerical simulations and wind tunnel experiments.Meanwhile,the flow field of HyTRV reveals typical transition mechanisms in six relatively separated regions,including the streamwise vortex instability,crossflow instability,secondary instability,and attachment-line instability.Therefore,the proposed HyTRV model is valuable for fundamental researches in hypersonic boundary layer transition. 展开更多

Due to the special physical properties of shale gas reservoirs,it is necessary to adopt unconventional and standardized technologies for its surface engineering construction.In addition,the surface engineering design of shale gas reservoirs in China faces many difficulties,such as high uncertainty of the gathering and transportation scale,poor adaptability of pipe network and station layout,difficult matching of the process equipments,and boosting production at the late stage.In view of these problems,the surface engineering construction of shale gas reservoirs should follow the principles of“standardized design,modularized construction and skid mounted equipment”.In this paper,standardized surface engineering design technologies for shale gas reservoirs were developed with the“standardized well station layout,universal process,modular function zoning,skid mounted equipment selection,intensive site design,digitized production management”as the core,after literature analysis and technology exploration were carried out.Then its application background and surface technology route were discussed with a typical shale gas field in SichuaneChongqing area as an example.Its surface gathering system was designed in a standardized way,including standardized process,the modularized gathering and transportation station,serialized dehydration unit and intensive layout,and remarkable effects were achieved.A flexible,practical and reliable ground production system was built,and a series of standardized technology and modularized design were completed,including cluster well platform,set station,supporting projects.In this way,a system applicable to domestic shale gas surface engineering construction is developed. 展开更多

This research takes China-aided construction projects in Asia since the Belt and Road Initiative as examples to explore the applicability of Chinese architectural design standards in other Asian countries.So far,the standards demonstrated the highest applicability in South Asia is the best followed by Southeast Asia.Chinese architectural design standards for educational buildings showed the highest applicability,followed by office,medical,and sports buildings.This study puts forward some strategies to improve the applicability of Chinese architectural design standards.These strategies include integrating regionalism and local cultural traditions,optimizing energy efficiency,and aligning designs with local usage habits.This study serves as a reference for similar projects in the future. 展开更多

Today, the time-to-market for plastic products ar e getting shorter, thus the lead-time for making the injection mould is decreasin g. There is potential in timesavings in the mould design stage because the design process that is repeatable for every mould design can be standardized. T he preliminary work of any final plastic injection mould design is to always pro vide an initial design of the mould assembly for product designers (customers) p rior to receiving the final product CAD data. Traditionally and even up till no w, this initial design is always created using 2D CAD packages. The information used for the initial design is based on the technical discussion checklist, in which most mould makers have their own standards. This checklist is also being used as a quotation since the most basic information of the mould in the particu lar project is being recorded in it. The basic information in this checklist in cludes the number of cavities, the type of mould base to be used, the moulding m achine to be used for the moulding, the type of gating system, the type of resin material used and its shrinkage value etc. Information on special requirements such as the number of sliders or lifters to be used is also listed in the check list. At this stage, there is still no information on the cooling and ejection design since they are greatly dependent on the final product CAD data. This res earch focuses on the methodology of providing the initial design in 3D solid bas ed on the technical discussion checklist, which takes the role of the overall st andard template since every sub-design has its own standard template. An examp le of a sub-design that has its own standard template is the cavity layout desi gn. The cavity layout for plastic injection moulds can be designed by controlli ng the geometrical parameters using a standardization template. The standardiza tion template for the cavity layout design consists of configurations for the po ssible layouts. Each configuration of the layout design has its own layout desi gn table of all the geometrical parameters. This standardization template is pr e-defined in the layout design level of the mould assembly design. This ensure s that the required configuration can be loaded into the mould assembly design v ery quickly without having the need to redesign the layout. This makes it usefu l for technical discussions between the product designers and mould designers pr ior to the manufacture of the mould. Changes can be made to the 3D cavity layou t design immediately during the discussions thus the savings in time and avo idance of miscommunications. 展开更多

平台成瘾已成为数字社会中亟须解决的公共风险,其规制基础在于对成瘾法律事实的明确认定。然而,平台成瘾标准的认定存在事实、规范与价值三重困境:算法黑箱导致事实不可见,规范交叉引发适用冲突,用户自主性与公共保护间的张力造成价值... 平台成瘾已成为数字社会中亟须解决的公共风险,其规制基础在于对成瘾法律事实的明确认定。然而,平台成瘾标准的认定存在事实、规范与价值三重困境:算法黑箱导致事实不可见,规范交叉引发适用冲突,用户自主性与公共保护间的张力造成价值失衡。欧盟通过消费者保护、数字服务与人工智能立法,形成以防止操纵为核心的前端治理模式,但缺乏直接认定标准;美国则在多元立法与执法路径中确立主客观并重的识别逻辑,却受制于标准碎片化、宪法约束与监管滞后。结合我国防沉迷与算法治理实践,应构建“前端识别、中端验证、后端确认”的复合标准认定体系,完善证据规则与举证责任转移机制,并以差别化保护和比例原则实现自由与公共利益的平衡,为平台成瘾治理提供制度范式。 展开更多

方竹材强度取值研究

对昭通市3~5年生方竹试样不同竹秆部位和竹节状态进行顺纹力学性能试验,采用正态分布、对数正态分布和威布尔分布对试验结果进行拟合。结果表明:方竹顺纹力学性能符合正态分布规律;竹节状态显著影响竹秆的顺纹抗压强度,不带竹节的竹秆... 对昭通市3~5年生方竹试样不同竹秆部位和竹节状态进行顺纹力学性能试验,采用正态分布、对数正态分布和威布尔分布对试验结果进行拟合。结果表明:方竹顺纹力学性能符合正态分布规律;竹节状态显著影响竹秆的顺纹抗压强度,不带竹节的竹秆抗压强度显著高于带竹节的竹秆,不带竹节、带竹节有隔膜和带竹节无隔膜3种竹秆的顺纹抗压强度平均值分别为64.53、59.85、60.24 MPa,竹秆的顺纹抗剪强度平均值为32.59 MPa,竹片的顺纹抗压和抗拉强度平均值分别为78.10 MPa和168.65 MPa。非参数法确定了3种竹秆的顺纹抗压标准值分别为62.62、59.71、61.77 MPa,抗剪强度标准值为31.38 MPa,竹片的顺纹抗压和抗拉强度标准值分别为75.78、165.27 MPa。目标可靠度与抗力系数呈正相关关系,针对一级、二级和三级安全等级的方竹材,提出了抗压抗力分项系数为1.52、1.37和1.24,强度设计值分别为35.90、39.83、44.00 MPa。 展开更多

亚阈值电压因其能降低电路功耗而在低功耗芯片领域得到了广泛关注。针对22 nm工艺标准单元库,进行亚阈值电压下的新型电路设计及验证。首先对亚阈值电压下标准单元关键电路结构参数进行识别提取,包括识别亚阈值单元二级效应、确定最优... 亚阈值电压因其能降低电路功耗而在低功耗芯片领域得到了广泛关注。针对22 nm工艺标准单元库,进行亚阈值电压下的新型电路设计及验证。首先对亚阈值电压下标准单元关键电路结构参数进行识别提取,包括识别亚阈值单元二级效应、确定最优工作电压和对单元特征结构进行预分析等。在此基础上,基于最优尺寸设计、稳定性和延时分布评估设计新型亚阈值单元,提高电路稳定性并使单元延时趋于高斯分布。最后,通过3种验证电路对亚阈值标准单元的延时、噪声容限及分布曲线进行验证。仿真结果显示,与已有商用单元相比,新型亚阈值标准单元稳定性平均增加6.9%,延时分布的离散程度平均减小20.5%,分布的对称度接近50%,延时分布的非高斯特性得到了改善。 展开更多

对住宅建筑中预制混凝土叠合楼板的标准化设计方法进行了研究。通过理论计算,推导出叠合楼板拆分设计的4种标准板宽,并形成了与标准板宽相匹配的标准化钢筋排布。应用钢筋等强度代换方法,实现主受力筋方向钢筋排布间距标准化及构件出筋... 对住宅建筑中预制混凝土叠合楼板的标准化设计方法进行了研究。通过理论计算,推导出叠合楼板拆分设计的4种标准板宽,并形成了与标准板宽相匹配的标准化钢筋排布。应用钢筋等强度代换方法,实现主受力筋方向钢筋排布间距标准化及构件出筋标准化。最终形成了完整的住宅建筑预制混凝土叠合楼板的标准化设计方法,并将该设计方法应用于实际工程项目中。结果表明,采用标准化设计时,板宽的种类显著降低,板的标准化率显著提高,上海大名城项目叠合楼板的标准化率达到88.6%。说明通过标准化板宽与少量非标准板宽的组合完全能满足项目需求。该种设计方法有效地解决了预制叠合楼板板宽尺寸零散、标准化程度低的问题,有利于促进建筑工业化的发展。 展开更多
