The Analysis of Relationship between MSTN/Smad Signal Path and Turpan Black Sheep Meat Production

The research analyzed the expression and difference of MSTN/Smad signal path genes(MSTN, Smad2, Smad3,Smad4, TGFBR1, TGFBR2) in Turpan black sheep muscle tissue, as well as the correlation with some growth indices. Besides,the research used the fluorescence quantitative PCR technique to detect the expression level of MSTN, Smad2, Smad3, Smad4,TGFBR1 and TGFBR2 genes in m RNA of Turpan black sheep muscle. The research also used conventional and histological methods to determine the muscle growth and meat producibility indices, discussed the relationship between MSTN/Smad signal path and muscle growth and meat production. The result shows that these genes are expressed in Turpan black sheep muscle tissues, and have some relationship with body weight, height, length, chest circumference, hoof circumference, carcass and dressing percentage. The MSTN gene is negatively correlated with body weight(r = 0.993, P < 0.05), and hoof circumference(r= 0.957, p < 0.01), but has no significant correlation with body height, length, carcass weight, dressing percentages(P > 0.05);Smad2 gene shows significantly negative correlation the with dressing percentage(r = 0.918, p < 0.05), but no significant correlation with body weight, height, length, chest circumference, hoof circumference and carcass(P > 0.05); Smad3 gene shows no significant correlation with any of them(P > 0.05); Smad4, TGFBR1, TGFBR2 did not show any significant relationship with body height, length, chest circumference, weight and dressing percentage(P > 0.05). 展开更多

This paper presents two algorithms to solve the multipath problem. Firstly, we improve the Line of Possible Mobile Device(LPMD) algorithm by optimizing the utilization of the direct paths for single-bound scattering scenario. Secondly, the signal path reckoning method with the assistance of geographic information system is proposed to solve the problem of localization with multi-bound scattering paths. With the building model's idealization, the proposed method refers to the idea of ray tracing and dead reckoning. According to the rule of wireless signal reflection, the signal propagation path is reckoned using the measurements of emission angle and propagation distance, and then the estimated location can be obtained. Simulation shows that the proposed method obtains better results than the existing geometric localization methods in multipath environment when the angle error is controlled. 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to elucidate the differences in effects and mechanisms of action of electric-needle therapy at Tian Shu(ST25),Da Chang Shu(BL25),Zu San Li(ST36)and Shang Ju Xu(ST37)acupoints on chronic experimental colitis in rats through the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.Methods:Sixty pathogen-free SD rats were randomly assigned to six groups:the normal,model,Tian Shu(ST25),Da Chang Shu(BL25),Zu San Li(ST36)and Shang Ju Xu(ST37)groups,each with 10 rats.Chronic colitis was induced in rats by combining immunization and local stimulation.After model establishment,electrical needle intervention combined with dispersing wave of 2 Hz/50 Hz with a current intensity of 2 mA once daily for 20 min was applied on acupoints of each group.Subsequently,the inflammation of colonic mucosa and serum levels of inflammatory factors(IL-23,IL-17,IL-10)were observed;ELISA was used to detect mRNA expressions of PI3K,Akt and mTOR in colitic tissues by RT-PCR as well as protein content of p-PI3k/PI3K,p-Akt/Akt,and p-mTOR/mTOR in colitic tissues by Western blotting.Result:Compared with the normal group,the model rats showed a poor general condition,serious damage to the colonic mucosa with a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration.The serum IL-23 and IL-17 expressions were significantly increased(P<0.01),while the serum IL-10 expression was significantly decreased(P<0.01);the mRNA and protein expressions of PI3K,Akt,mTOR and p-PI3K,p-Akt and p-mTOR were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the pathological slices of rats in each acupoints intervention group showed obvious improvement of colitis inflammatory reaction and tissue damage;the serological levels of IL-23 and IL-17 were significantly reduced(P<0.01),while the serology level of IL-10 was significantly increased(P<0.01);the expressions of PI3K,Akt,mTOR mRNA and p-PI3K,p-Akt,p-mTOR proteins were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with Tian Shu(ST25),Da Chang Shu(BL25),Zu San Li(ST36)groups,the recovery degree of mucosa layers in Shang Ju Xu(ST37)group was closer to that of normal group,and the curative effect was relatively the best;in terms of serological levels of IL-23 and IL-17,the Shang Ju Xu(ST37)group was significantly lower(P<0.05),while the level of IL-10 was significantly higher(P<0.01);the expressions of PI3K,Akt,mTOR mRNA and p-PI3K,p-Akt,p-mTOR proteins were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Results indicate that electrical acupuncture at Tian Shu(ST25),Da Chang Shu(BL25),Zu San Li(ST36)and Shang Ju Xu(ST37)show similar effects in relieving the colitis-induced damage in the mucosa of chronic colitis rats,as well as inflammatory response.Among them,Shang Ju Xu(ST25)has a superior overall effect in treating chronic colitis compared to Tian Shu(ST25),Da Chang Shu(BL25)and Zu San Li(ST36).The mechanism may be related to inhibition of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. 展开更多

目前已有一些针对路径跟踪控制中信号时滞问题的研究工作,但这些工作大多针对某种特定的控制方法,而在路径跟踪控制方法中,非线性模型预测控制(Nonlinear model predictive control,NMPC)具有能够显式处理系统约束、便于实现多目标优化... 目前已有一些针对路径跟踪控制中信号时滞问题的研究工作,但这些工作大多针对某种特定的控制方法,而在路径跟踪控制方法中,非线性模型预测控制(Nonlinear model predictive control,NMPC)具有能够显式处理系统约束、便于实现多目标优化、能够有效利用被控对象前方参考路径信息等优势,但是针对NMPC路径跟踪控制系统中时滞问题的研究较不成熟,制约了这种控制方法的实际应用.为解决上述问题,开展了以下研究工作.首先构建了能够较好地孤立出时滞影响的类车机器人路径跟踪控制系统.接着分析了信号时滞对NMPC路径跟踪控制系统的影响机理,即时滞会导致控制器产生的控制信号不能适应类车机器人在执行控制信号时所处的位置.然后提出了基于增长NMPC预测时域的时滞影响消减方法,即在迭代周期不变的情况下,在无时滞系统较优预测步数的基础上增加二倍时滞周期比以上的整数.最后通过计算机仿真和实验验证了提出方法的有效性.仿真和实验结果表明,信号时滞对NMPC路径跟踪控制系统存在影响,未考虑时滞的NMPC控制算法能够在无时滞系统中实现高精确性路径跟踪,而在有时滞系统中控制失效.通过增长预测时域可以有效消减信号时滞的影响,在信号时滞约为0.2 s的仿真与实验系统中,基于该方法的NMPC控制器可以保证路径跟踪控制的位移误差幅值不超过0.1258 m,航向误差幅值不超过0.0583 rad. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the effect of total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata (TF‑SB) on the injury of high glucose induced podocytes (MPC‑5) and the influence of Smad4/PKM2/HIF‑1α pathway. Methods: Firstly, CCK8 was used to analyze the safety and efficacy concentration of TF‑SB on MPC‑5 cells. Then, MPC‑5 was then divided into the control group, model group and TF‑SB group. In addition to the control group, model group and TF‑SB group were induced by high glucose to establish MPC‑5 cell injury model. The effects of TF‑SB on ATP, apoptosis and ROS levels of MPC‑5 cells were detected respectively. The contents of IL‑1β, TNF‑α, and MCP‑1 were determined by ELISA, the expression abundance of glycolytic genes (GLU1, PFK1 and HK1) were detected by RT‑PCR. Western blot method was used to detect the expression level of related proteins in Smad4/PKM2/HIF‑1α pathway. Results: Compared with the blank group, ATP content, GLU1, PKF1 and HK1 expression abundance of MPC‑5 cells in the model group decreased significantly, apoptosis, ROS level and IL‑1 β、 TNF‑ α And MCP‑1 significantly increased (P<0.01);Compared with model group, ATP content, GLU1, PKF1 and HK1 expression abundance, apoptosis, ROS level and IL‑1β in TF‑SB group were significantly increased , TNF‑ α The contents of MCP‑1 and MCP‑1 decreased significantly (P<0.01). In addition, compared with the blank group, the model group Smad4 and HIF‑1 α The protein expression and PKM2 expression in nucleus were significantly increased, while PKM2 expression in cytoplasm was significantly decreased (P<0.01);Compared with model group, TF‑SB group Smad4, HIF‑1 α The expression of PKM2 in the nucleus and expression of PKM2 were significantly decreased, while the expression of PKM2 in the cytoplasm was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: TF‑SB promotes the mitochondrial activity of MPC‑5 cells to induce glycolysis, and then inhibits the secretion of inflammation, which may play a role in treating diabetes nephropathy by inhibiting Smad4/PKM2/HIF‑1α signaling pathway. 展开更多

Early appearance of the serotonergic system in the fetal brain and the various effects of serotonin (5-HT) on brain morphogenesis, have given support to a neurotrophic role of serotonin. This function of serotonin is accomplished through a system of serotonin nerve terminals in the target regions that involves various 5-HT receptors. In visual, auditory and somatosensory cortex an early and intense serotonergic innervation is particularly important. The neuronal somata of these terminals are normally located in the mesencephalon and they have not been observed in the maturing cerebral cortex, neither in the adult brain. By using immunolabeling techniques, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, we observe the presence of both, 5-HT terminals and 5-HT cells in mesencephalon (Me, E17) and in the neopallium (Np, E13-E16) cocultures. Cells immunopositive to 5-HT and to tryptophan-5-hydroxilase are also observed in the Np on day 12 of culture. These results concerning the unexpected presence of serotonergic cells in the fetal cerebral cortex are interesting and may be of importance in corticogenesis. As it happens with other elements of the serotonergic system, the presence of these phenotypically serotonergic cells in the early cerebral cortex may be transitory and probably supporting cortex maturation processes. The molecular signaling path of the 5-HT1A receptor has also been identified. 展开更多

目的探究烙灸激活Wnt信号通路干预脊髓损伤大鼠血清中的内源性神经干细胞增殖分化。方法采用脊髓损伤大鼠Allen′s模型。分假手术组、模型组、Wnt抑制剂组、烙灸组、烙灸+Wnt抑制剂组,干预7 d后,取各组大鼠血清。取造模成功后3 d大鼠脊... 目的探究烙灸激活Wnt信号通路干预脊髓损伤大鼠血清中的内源性神经干细胞增殖分化。方法采用脊髓损伤大鼠Allen′s模型。分假手术组、模型组、Wnt抑制剂组、烙灸组、烙灸+Wnt抑制剂组,干预7 d后,取各组大鼠血清。取造模成功后3 d大鼠脊髓组织,分离培养内源性神经干细胞。各组血清干预细胞,在7 d后观察各组细胞增殖和分化状态。采用Westernt Blot、qRT-PCR检测各组分离血清干预后内源性神经干细胞增殖分化标记物蛋白表达及基因表达情况。结果免疫荧光染色显示烙灸组内源性神经干细胞增殖及向神经元分化最显著;模型组、Wnt抑制剂组增殖分化最少。Westernt Blot、qRT-PCR检测结果均显示烙灸组最显著,Wnt抑制剂组与模型组差异不显著。结论烙灸激活脊髓损伤大鼠Wnt信号通路,促进其内源性神经干细胞增殖分化为神经元细胞及少突胶质细胞,再抑制分化为星状胶质细胞,以实现神经细胞恢复新生的目的。 展开更多

Indoor Radio Propagation Model Based on Dominant Path

When there are bigger obstacles in the indoor environment such as elevator, the radio waves basically can not penetrate it. The contribution of received signal strength by transmission and reflection will be greatly reduced, and most of the time, the radio waves will reach the user by bypass diffraction. Therefore, the traditional path loss model is no longer applicable, and the improved model should be proposed. In this paper, we firstly proposed an indoor radio propagation model based on dominant path in which the received signal strength has nothing to do with the direct distance between user and access point, but is related to the length of dominant path. Then on the basis of dominant path model, the NLOS influence is considered in order to further improve the accuracy of dominant path model. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed dominant path model can improve the accuracy of traditional path loss model remarkably. 展开更多

In recent years, we have been able to use various services using the position information of smartphones and tablets. In addition, research on intelligent transport systems (ITS) has been actively conducted. To consider reducing traffic accidents by exchanging position information between pedestrians and vehicles by vehicle-to-pedestrian communication, we require accurate position information for pedestrians and vehicles. The GPS (global positioning system) is the most widely used method for acquiring position information. However, in urban areas, the GPS signal is affected by the surrounding buildings, which increases the positioning error. In this study, a method to improve the positioning accuracy of pedestrians using the signal strengths from vehicles and beacons was proposed. First, a Kalman filter was applied to the signal strength. Then, the path loss index was dynamically calculated using vehicle-to-vehicle communication. Finally, the position of a pedestrian was obtained using weighted centroid localization (WCL) after filtering the nodes. The positioning accuracy was evaluated using a simulator and demonstrated the superiority of the proposed method. 展开更多

Capture effect is designed to overcome far-field (FF) reflectors and rising terrain. Low angle CSB signal was highly depressed, was ?41 dB at 1? comparative to the max value. Both Carrier and Side Bands (CSB) and Side and Bands Only (SBO) signals were radiated by three antennas. Difference in Depth of Modulation (DDM) provided good linear variation around glide path angle (θ). At near field area, the site of near-field (NF) monitor was just about 57 m in front of the system, needed less length of reflection plane than that of M-array system, result from the system had only 90% of the M-Array antenna height. 展开更多

小麦作为高需磷量的主要粮食作物,实现稳产高产高度依赖磷肥施用。然而,我国小麦当季磷肥利用率仅19%,提升磷素吸收利用效率已成为小麦养分研究领域的核心科学问题。本文基于作者团队前期关于小麦磷高效利用的研究基础,首先剖析了土壤... 小麦作为高需磷量的主要粮食作物,实现稳产高产高度依赖磷肥施用。然而,我国小麦当季磷肥利用率仅19%,提升磷素吸收利用效率已成为小麦养分研究领域的核心科学问题。本文基于作者团队前期关于小麦磷高效利用的研究基础,首先剖析了土壤磷素利用效率低下的原因,梳理了小麦及其他作物实现磷素高效吸收利用的5条关键途径:根系形态重塑、根际微生物互作、有机酸分泌、体内磷再分配以及基因表达调控,并深入阐述了小麦高亲和磷转运蛋白基因(TaPHT1s)的分类与功能特性。其次,详细介绍了磷素吸收效率与利用效率的计算方法,剖析了正向遗传学在定位与克隆小麦磷高效基因时进展缓慢的制约因素,同时阐述了利用反向遗传学手段挖掘出的磷高效候选基因。在分子调控机制层面,着重探讨了小麦磷信号转导通路中转录因子TaPHR1、TaMYB4等的功能。最后,从小麦磷高效精准表型组高通量的研发、花后体内磷再分配关键PHTs基因的精准鉴定,以及全基因组测序与高通量芯片技术的综合应用等方面,对小麦磷高效利用研究的未来发展方向进行展望。 展开更多

目的 探讨清热渗湿汤化裁调节TLR4/NF-κB信号通路改善溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制。方法 选择2021年1月—2024年1月医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者150例,按照随机数字表分为对照组(75例,给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗)和观察组(75例,给予清热渗湿汤... 目的 探讨清热渗湿汤化裁调节TLR4/NF-κB信号通路改善溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制。方法 选择2021年1月—2024年1月医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者150例,按照随机数字表分为对照组(75例,给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗)和观察组(75例,给予清热渗湿汤化裁治疗),对比两组疗效及不良反应,观察两组患者中医证候积分、病情评价、血清因子及TLR4、NF-κB mRNA表达。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组下腹部胀满及疼痛、肛门灼热、肛门坠胀感强、腹泻黏液脓血便、四肢沉重、胸闷发热、口干口苦、小便短赤评分比较(P>0.05)。治疗后两组下腹部胀满及疼痛、肛门灼热、肛门坠胀感强、腹泻黏液脓血便、四肢沉重、胸闷发热、口干口苦、小便短赤评分均低于治疗前,且研究组下腹部胀满及疼痛、肛门灼热、肛门坠胀感强、腹泻黏液脓血便、四肢沉重、胸闷发热、口干口苦、小便短赤评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Baron内镜评分、黏膜组织学评分比较(P>0.05)。治疗后两组Baron内镜评分、黏膜组织学评分均低于治疗前,且研究组Baron内镜评分、黏膜组织学评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、内毒素、D-乳酸水平比较(P>0.05)。治疗后两组白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、内毒素、D-乳酸水平均低于治疗前,且研究组白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α、内毒素、D-乳酸水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TLR4、NF-κB mRNA表达比较(P>0.05)。治疗后两组TLR4、NF-κB mRNA表达均低于治疗前,且研究组TLR4、NF-κB mRNA表达均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未出现不良反应。结论 清热渗湿汤化裁能够通过调节TLR4/NF-κB信号通路改善溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状,发挥抗炎作用,促使患者康复,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

姜黄素通过抑制lncRNA ARFRP1缓解继发性软骨损伤的机制

目的:探讨姜黄素对大鼠继发性软骨损伤的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、软骨损伤模型组、50 mg·kg^(-1)姜黄素组、100 mg·kg^(-1)姜黄素组,每组10只大鼠。建立继发性软骨损伤大鼠模型,给予不同剂量姜黄素(50、100 mg&... 目的:探讨姜黄素对大鼠继发性软骨损伤的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、软骨损伤模型组、50 mg·kg^(-1)姜黄素组、100 mg·kg^(-1)姜黄素组,每组10只大鼠。建立继发性软骨损伤大鼠模型,给予不同剂量姜黄素(50、100 mg·kg^(-1))干预。给药10周后,切取软骨组织进行番红O-固绿染色,采用OARSI关节病理评分评价染色结果。体外分离培养软骨细胞,姜黄素对软骨细胞的毒性采用CCK-8实验进行评估。分别用浓度为10、40μmol·L^(-1)的姜黄素预先处理细胞24 h,随后用10μg·L^(-1)的IL-1β刺激细胞24 h。构建长链非编码RNA ADP-核糖基化因子相关蛋白1(lnc RNA ARFRP1)过表达载体转染细胞。采用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡能力,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测炎症因子水平,实时荧光定量-PCR(RT-q PCR)检测ARFRP1表达,蛋白质印记法(Western Blot)检测Ⅱ型胶原(CollagenⅡ)、凋亡蛋白(Caspase3、Caspase9)和JNK/MAPK通路相关蛋白(p-JNK、p-p38)的表达。结果:100 mg·kg^(-1)姜黄素治疗组OARSI评分为3.03,较模型组7.38明显降低。此外,姜黄素呈剂量依赖性促进软骨细胞增殖,降低IL-1β诱导的细胞凋亡和炎症因子分泌,以及CollagenⅡ、凋亡蛋白以及JNK通路蛋白表达。过表达lnc RNA ARFRP1或JNK通路激活剂茴香霉素(Anisomycin)处理能抑制姜黄素对软骨细胞的保护作用。结论:姜黄素通过抑制lnc RNA-ARFRP1表达缓解继发性大鼠软骨损伤。 展开更多

目的:探讨含OTU结构域的泛素醛结合蛋白1(OTU domain-containing ubiquitin aldehyde-binding protein 1,OTUB1)基因对对乙酰氨基酚(acetaminophen, APAP)诱导的急性肝损伤(acute liver injury, ALI)的影响及其潜在机制。方法:通过生物... 目的:探讨含OTU结构域的泛素醛结合蛋白1(OTU domain-containing ubiquitin aldehyde-binding protein 1,OTUB1)基因对对乙酰氨基酚(acetaminophen, APAP)诱导的急性肝损伤(acute liver injury, ALI)的影响及其潜在机制。方法:通过生物信息学分析APAP导致ALI相关信号通路,并筛选出与铁死亡共表达的基因。随后,予以BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量(0、200、300、400 mg/kg)APAP,检测酶和细胞因子含量、肝脏系数、OTUB1和溶质载体家族7成员11(SLC7A11)表达水平,HE染色观察内脏组织病理变化。最后,构建OTUB1过表达LO2和QSG-7701肝细胞系,通过检测细胞活力、酶和细胞因子含量、活性氧和线粒体膜电位分析OTUB1上调对APAP损伤肝细胞的影响。结果:生物信息学结果显示,APAP导致ALI和急性肝衰竭与12个铁死亡基因有交集,其中,包括表达明显下调的OTUB1基因。动物实验结果显示,APAP诱导的ALI可造成小鼠机体炎症,OTUB1 mRNA和SLC7A11 mRNA表达下调,且呈一定的剂量依赖性。细胞实验结果显示,OTUB1过表达的LO2和QSG-7701肝细胞可抵抗APAP导致的细胞炎症、氧化应激和线粒体损伤等。结论:OTUB1基因可能通过激活SLC7A11信号通路减轻APAP导致的ALI。 展开更多

为改善传统工况传递路径分析方法(OTPA)存在的激励源串扰和路径耦合问题,提出了一种基于人工激励法和截断奇异值分解(TSVD)的改进OTPA方法。采用人工激励法得到静止状态下各路径的传递率函数,避免传递路径之间的相互耦合;利用TSVD求解... 为改善传统工况传递路径分析方法(OTPA)存在的激励源串扰和路径耦合问题,提出了一种基于人工激励法和截断奇异值分解(TSVD)的改进OTPA方法。采用人工激励法得到静止状态下各路径的传递率函数,避免传递路径之间的相互耦合;利用TSVD求解传递率矩阵的广义逆,提高激励源参考点响应信号的求解精度,降低环境噪声和各激励源相互串扰的影响;由相互独立的传递率函数和无串扰的参考点响应信号确定各激励源在目标点的响应量,可以有效地进行路径贡献量分析。基于台架试验数据进行空气传递路径分析和结构传递路径分析,探究了TSVD的最佳截断值及奇异值分解法(SVD)、TSVD对改进OTPA方法的影响规律。结果表明,所提出的改进OTPA方法的预测精度明显优于传统OTPA方法,空气传递路径分析台架试验计算误差从149.20%下降到16.06%,结构传递路径分析台架试验计算误差从280.63%下降到46.92%,可为NVH问题产生机理的分析和优化提供参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨鸡血藤提取物对缺铁性贫血(Iron Deficiency Anemia,IDA)大鼠的作用效果及其作用机制。方法:采用低铁饮食结合剪尾放血的方法构建IDA大鼠模型。通过检测外周血象、血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清... 目的:探讨鸡血藤提取物对缺铁性贫血(Iron Deficiency Anemia,IDA)大鼠的作用效果及其作用机制。方法:采用低铁饮食结合剪尾放血的方法构建IDA大鼠模型。通过检测外周血象、血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)含量,以及观察肝脏和肾脏组织的形态学变化,评估肝脏中的氧化应激标志物和铁调素(Hepcidin)含量,从而评价鸡血藤提取物的药效。进一步利用网络药理学方法筛选潜在的药效靶点和关键信号通路,并通过逆转录-实时定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)和蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)对肝脏中关键信号通路中的重要药效靶点进行验证,以揭示其作用机制。结果:鸡血藤提取物可显著改善IDA大鼠的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)等外周血象指标,减缓血清铁和转铁蛋白饱和度的下降速率(P<0.05),修复肾脏和肝脏组织的损伤,提高肝脏组织中铁调素(Hepcidin)的含量(P<0.01)及抗氧化能力。在分子水平上,鸡血藤提取物上调了PI3K和AKT mRNA的表达,以及PI3K、p-PI3K、AKT和p-AKT蛋白的水平。结论:鸡血藤提取物能够促进IDA大鼠外周血象恢复,调节血清铁代谢水平,修复肝肾组织损伤,并提高肝脏铁调素含量及抗氧化能力。这些改善效果可能通过激活肝脏组织中PI3K/AKT信号通路实现。 展开更多
