The assay allowed assessment of all three major isoenzymes (aa,aγ and γγ),and NSE relative activity and its percentage in the total relative activity of the three enolase isoenzymes were assessed by means of fluorometer.Result: Aqueous from all patients with Rb contained aa,ar and rr isoenzymes and presented strong postitive, the positive rate of NSE being 100% and its relative activity accounting for 45 ± 9% of the total relative activity of the 3 enolase isoenzymes; No enolase was detectable in control aqueous with cataract, glaucoma and Coats's diseases (4 cases),but in two展开更多
目的 探讨手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿中血清淀粉样蛋白A/C反应蛋白(serum amyloid A/C reaction protein,SAA/CRP)、磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子3(phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription...目的 探讨手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿中血清淀粉样蛋白A/C反应蛋白(serum amyloid A/C reaction protein,SAA/CRP)、磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子3(phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,p-STAT3)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)水平变化,为评估病情严重程度及预测价值提供科学依据。方法 将2022年3月至2024年3月收治的104例HFMD患儿分为轻症组、重症组、危重症组。选取同期入院进行健康体检的52例儿童作为对照组。比较各组SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平。两组间比较采用t检验。Pearson法分析两两变量的相关性。受试者操作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平对HFMD的预测价值。结果 重症组SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平均高于轻症组(t=5.392、14.652、7.321,均P<0.001);危重症组SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平均高于轻症组(t=6.314、13.844、8.830,均P<0.001);危重症组SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平均高于重症组(t=2.691、4.989、4.318,均P<0.05)。SAA/CRP与p-STAT3、NSE水平呈正相关(r=0.792、0.813,P<0.001),NSE与p-STAT3水平呈正相关(r=0.700,P<0.001)。SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE预测HFMD的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.856、0.876、0.887;三者联合预测的AUC为0.950。结论 HFMD患儿SAA/CRP、p-STAT3、NSE水平升高,三者联合检测在预测HFMD中具有重要价值。展开更多
