摘要
目的为阐明小细胞肺癌 (SCL C)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)在该病的诊断、化疗和复发中的意义以及 NSE半衰期与 SCL C复发的关系。方法用单克隆抗体 EL ISA一步法测定了 NSE含量。结果 NSE诊断 SCL C的敏感性、特异性及准确度分别为 81.8%、91.6 %和 89.5 % ;其中局限性 (L D) SCL C和扩展性 (ED) SCL C患者的阳性率分别为 72 .7%和90 .9% ;NSE的半衰期大于 2 0 d者 ,其复发在发病 43~ 193d前即被发现 ,NSE半衰期预测 SCL C复发敏感性为 83.3%。结论血清 NSE检测对 SCL C与 NSCL C的鉴别诊断具有重要意义 ,NSE半衰期预测 SCL C复发的敏感性优于 NSE含量测定。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of detection of serum neuron specific enolase (S NSE) level and its half life in differential diagnosis, monitoring of chemotherapy and prediction of relapse of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).MethodsThe double mAb sandwich ELISA was used.ResultsUsing 20ng/ml of the cut off value for SCLC,the sensitivity, specificity, acuracy of the ELISA for detection of serum NSE were 81.8%, 91.6% and 89 5%, respectively. The positive rates of serum NSE detected in limited disease (LD) and extensive disease(ED) patients with SCLC were 72 7% and 90 9%. The patients whose serum NSE halflife were more than 20ds, the relapse would be found from 43~193d since they had been found to be SCLC, the sensitivity of prediction of relapse by half life of NSE was 83 3%.ConclusionDetection of serum NSE level is of significance in differentiation between SCLC and NSCLC. The half life of serum NSE predicted the relapse of SCLC were better than the detection of serum NSE. [
