背景:阿尔茨海默病病因多样且发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全阐明。近年来,非编码RNA被证实在调控β-淀粉样蛋白异常沉积、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化、神经炎症激活、线粒体功能障碍及突触损伤等过程中发挥关键作用,为阐释疾病机制和药物研发提供...背景:阿尔茨海默病病因多样且发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全阐明。近年来,非编码RNA被证实在调控β-淀粉样蛋白异常沉积、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化、神经炎症激活、线粒体功能障碍及突触损伤等过程中发挥关键作用,为阐释疾病机制和药物研发提供了新视角。同时,中医药通过调控非编码RNA网络展现了多通路干预优势。目的:综述近年来调节性非编码RNA和转运RNA在阿尔茨海默病病理机制中的相关研究,总结中药单体、复方及针灸调控不同非编码RNA发挥抗阿尔茨海默病的现状,以期为今后阿尔茨海默病临床治疗策略优化及新型药物研发提供理论依据与方向参考。方法:以“非编码RNA、微小RNA、长链非编码RNA、环状RNA、转运RNA、阿尔茨海默病、中医药”为中文检索词,以“ncRNA,miRNA,lncRNA,circRNA,tRNA,Alzheimer’s disease,traditional Chinese Medicine”为英文检索词,检索中国知网和PubMed数据库2015年1月至2025年7月发表的相关文献,根据纳入及排除标准最终纳入101篇文献进行综述分析。结果与结论:①阿尔茨海默病的发生与发展源于一个多因素相互关联的病理网络,主要包括β-淀粉样蛋白沉积、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化、神经炎症激活、线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激、突触结构与功能异常以及钙稳态失衡等关键机制,这些因素之间亦可彼此交织、协同促进疾病进程;②多种调节性非编码RNA如微小RNA、长链非编码RNA、环状RNA以及管家非编码RNA中的转运RNA可通过不同层面调控上述病理过程,进而影响疾病进展;③诸多中药单体活性成分如小檗碱、梓醇、三七总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1、β-细辛醚、雷公藤内酯醇、丹参酮IIA;中药复方如安神定志方、调心方、补肾填髓方以及针刺和艾灸等中医疗法均能通过上调或下调特定非编码RNA的表达,干预阿尔茨海默病的多个病理环节,发挥神经保护作用,从而延缓疾病的发生与发展。展开更多
The properties of cancer stem cells(CSCs),such as self-renewal,drug resistance,and metastasis,have been indicated to be responsible for the poor prognosis of patients with colon cancers.The epigenetic regulatory netwo...The properties of cancer stem cells(CSCs),such as self-renewal,drug resistance,and metastasis,have been indicated to be responsible for the poor prognosis of patients with colon cancers.The epigenetic regulatory network plays a crucial role in CSC properties.Regulatory non-coding RNA(ncRNA),including microRNAs,long noncoding RNAs,and circular RNAs,have an important influence on cell physiopathology.They modulate cells by regulating gene expression in different ways.This review discusses the basic characteristics and the physiological functions of colorectal cancer(CRC)stem cells.Elucidation of these ncRNAs will help us understand the pathological mechanism of CRC progression,and they could become a new target for cancer treatment.展开更多

Based on the stationary phase method, the optical transfer function of the circular pupil system can be easily obtained from the optical transfer function of the rectangular pupil system by modifying the cut-off frequency and the on-axial modulation transfer function. Finally, a system with a cubic phase mask is used as an example to illustrate the way to achieve the optical transfer function of the circular pupil system from the rectangular pupil system.展开更多

Two kinds of elementary solutions corresponding to a concentrated force applying at inclusion and matrix material respectively were presented. Utilizing the elementary solutions and taking density function of traction difference along curved rigid line, a group of weakly singular integral equations with log kernels can be obtained. After the numerical solution of the integral equations, the discrete values of density functions of traction difference are obtainable. So stress singularity coefficients at rigid line tips can be calculated, and several numerical examples are given.展开更多

Acquisition time is the most important parameter in evaluating the perf...In this paper the authors explore the Global Positioning System (GPS) signal acquisition and tracking algorithms used in software GPS receiver. Acquisition time is the most important parameter in evaluating the performance of a software GPS receiver in terms of its speed. A trade-off study is done to seek a good balance between the acquisition accuracy and the processing time. The frequency-domain acquisition method by circular correlation, used in a software GPS receiver, has been improved by studying the power spectrum of the Coarse Acquisition (C/A) code alone. The analysis of C/A code reveals that its power spectrum is symmetrical; hence only half the points are required to perform circular correlation. Besides, either half of the spectrum is asymmetrical where a larger amount of power is concentrated in almost one-quarter of the spectrum on its either sides. This further reduces the number of points used to perform correlation. Comparative results of MATLAB simulation of full-size, half-size and quarter-size circular correlation done on actual data stored on hard disk are provided, and they agree with those obtained using GPS receiver. Further reduction in acquisition time has been achieved by investigating the effect of length of the noncoherent pre-integration period. The improved acquisition methods pave way for further development of new algorithms to enhance software GPS receiver performance.展开更多
Multiple functional metasurfaces with high information capacity have attracted considerable attention from researchers.This study proposes a 2-bit tunable spin-decoupled coded metasurface designed for the terahertz ba...Multiple functional metasurfaces with high information capacity have attracted considerable attention from researchers.This study proposes a 2-bit tunable spin-decoupled coded metasurface designed for the terahertz band,which utilizes the tunable properties of Dirac semimetals(DSM)to create a novel multilayer structure.By incorporating both geometric and propagating phases into the metasurface design,we can effectively control the electromagnetic wave.When the Fermi level(EF)of the DSM is set at 6 meV,the electromagnetic wave is manipulated by the gold patch embedded in the DSM film,operating at a frequency of 1.3 THz.When the EF of the DSM is set at 80 meV,the electromagnetic wave is manipulated by the DSM patch,operating at a frequency of 1.4 THz.Both modes enable independent control of beam splitting under left-rotating circularly polarized(LCP)and rightrotating circularly polarized(RCP)wave excitation,resulting in the generation of vortex beams with distinct orbital angular momentum(OAM)modes.The findings of this study hold significant potential for enhancing information capacity and polarization multiplexing techniques in wireless communications.展开更多
