Methods The changes of QT dispersion and ST segment depression on resting and peak exercise treadmill test were analysed in 36 patients with coronary heart disease. Results Both QT dispersion was significantly increased with cxercise. The increases of QT dispersion were positively correlated with ST segment depression. Compared with ST segment depression analysis, the specificity of QTd≥60msec was higher and the sensitivity was lower. Conclusion The QT dispersion may be a new accurate indexes in diagnosing myocardial ischemia of patients with coronary heart disease.展开更多
