Roe格式有着较高的黏性分辨率以及间断分辨率,但它在实际流动模拟时很容易出现激波不稳定现象.此外,它在无黏定常计算时无法保证总焓守恒.为了在保留Roe格式分辨率高的优点基础上改善其上述缺陷,将RoeM格式与高阶激波判别方法相结合,提出了RoeMW1,RoeMW2格式.计算结果表明,在流动较为简单的情况下提出的RoeMW1,RoeMW2格式可以有效避免激波不稳定现象的出现且保持总焓守恒.而在一些较为复杂的流动结构计算中,虽然比之于RoeM格式均有所改善,但在RoeMW1基础上改进的RoeMW2格式在间断模拟时鲁棒性更强. 展开更多

By pot experiment under artificially simulated water stress conditions, soluble protein content, MDA content and SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities in Malus sieversfi leaves were determined to reveal the response mechanism of M. sieversii to changes of relative soil water content. According to the results, with the decrease of relative soil water content, MDA content in M. sieversii leaves increased by mem- brane lipid peroxidation. Cells resist water stress-induced membrane lipid peroxidation and clear the increased reactive oxygen species by improving soluble protein content and SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities. However, various enzymes were involved in the response to water stress under different moisture conditions. In addition, the results indicated that M. sieversii had a good adaptability to higher relative soil water contents. 展开更多

采用盆栽试验研究了酸性紫色土、钙质紫色土和冲积土上生长的一年生红椿实生苗暴露在不同浓度Pb胁迫(0、200、450mg·kg-1和2000mg·kg-1)条件下的叶长、叶面积、生物量、各器官Pb含量特征和富集程度,并分析了红椿对Pb污染的... 采用盆栽试验研究了酸性紫色土、钙质紫色土和冲积土上生长的一年生红椿实生苗暴露在不同浓度Pb胁迫(0、200、450mg·kg-1和2000mg·kg-1)条件下的叶长、叶面积、生物量、各器官Pb含量特征和富集程度,并分析了红椿对Pb污染的耐性和转移效率。3种土壤下红椿都能生长,但相同浓度Pb胁迫下其在钙质紫色土中生长状况最佳,在冲积土中生长状况最差。随Pb浓度增大红椿叶片生长受到明显抑制,当土壤中Pb浓度在2000mg·kg-1时,其叶长和叶面积与对照差异极显著(P〈0.01);Pb胁迫使得红椿根茎比发生明显的变化,还加大其叶的凋落程度,同时整株生物量随着Pb胁迫浓度的增大呈极显著降低趋势(P〈0.01),但在土壤Pb浓度最大时其生物量仍达到对照的81.47%以上。红椿体内Pb含量与土壤Pb浓度成正相关(P〈0.01),其6个器官中细根Pb含量最高,粗根次之,而地上部分的Pb含量较低且差异不大。红椿耐性指数值在0.67~1.06之间,表现为随Pb胁迫浓度增大,其耐性呈下降趋势。红椿富集系数与转移系数都较小且小于0.3。这些结果表明,红椿能在Pb污染较严重的土壤中较好的生存,可作为Pb污染区域潜在的土壤修复树种。 展开更多

为加强野苹果种质资源利用与研究,促进野苹果研究工作,以3年来调查收集的新疆野苹果(赛威士苹果)的129个单株资源为材料,对单果重、果实纵横经、叶片大小等12个数量性状和叶片颜色、叶尖类型等5个质量性状进行遗传多样性及相关性分析... 为加强野苹果种质资源利用与研究,促进野苹果研究工作,以3年来调查收集的新疆野苹果(赛威士苹果)的129个单株资源为材料,对单果重、果实纵横经、叶片大小等12个数量性状和叶片颜色、叶尖类型等5个质量性状进行遗传多样性及相关性分析。分析结果表明:叶片颜色、叶尖类型、叶姿、叶缘、叶面状态5个质量性状分布频率较集中;单果重、果实纵横经、叶柄长、叶片长宽、可溶性固形物、干周、树高均存在较大变异,变异系数幅度为16%~51%。各性状多样性指数也较大,均值为1.9264,叶片长的多样性指数最小为1.7359;果梗长的多样性指数最大为2.0525。新疆野苹果资源拥有丰富的遗传多样性,在于果实相关性状的多样性指数高,且变异幅度大,表明丰富的遗传多样性是新疆野苹果资源的重要特征。 展开更多

为了解镉(Cd)胁迫对红椿(Toona ciliata Roem.)生长及养分[碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)和钾(K)]吸收的影响,采用盆栽控制试验研究了不同浓度Cd处理[0(对照)、10、20、40、80、160 mg·kg^(-1)]对其幼苗生长发育、生物量以及养分积累与分配... 为了解镉(Cd)胁迫对红椿(Toona ciliata Roem.)生长及养分[碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)和钾(K)]吸收的影响,采用盆栽控制试验研究了不同浓度Cd处理[0(对照)、10、20、40、80、160 mg·kg^(-1)]对其幼苗生长发育、生物量以及养分积累与分配特征的影响。结果显示:与对照相比,红椿幼苗生长特性指数(如叶数、叶长、叶宽、根长及地径和株高)与根、茎、叶生物量随Cd浓度增加而降低,但低Cd处理(<40 mg·kg^(-1))对各器官指数、株高及总生物量无显著影响(P>0.05)。随着Cd胁迫浓度增加,根、茎、叶中Cd浓度逐渐升高,且根大于茎;根K、茎K、叶K和叶N累积量随胁迫浓度增加呈先升后降,而根C、根N、茎N、根P和叶P累积量则逐渐降低。此外,茎C、叶C和茎P在低Cd处理时无显著差异,但较高Cd胁迫处理(≥40.00 mg·kg^(-1))则显著抑制并改变其累积与分配格局。红椿幼苗具有一定的抗Cd胁迫能力,但较高浓度Cd胁迫(≥40.00 mg·kg^(-1))显著影响了红椿幼苗的生长特性及其养分格局。 展开更多

In this study, volatile compounds present in Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem (TS) were investigated and their characteristic aromatic components were identified using Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction (HS-SPME) followed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and Gas Chromatography-Olfactometry (GC-O). The optimum conditions for extracting the volatiles from TS were achieved with the experimental parameters including the use of a 65 μm polydimethylsiloxane/divinyl benzene (PDMS/DVB) fibre, an extraction temperature of 40℃ and an extraction time of 30 min. Under these conditions, 56 volatile compounds were separated and 53 were identified by GC-MS. Among them, 21 sulfide compounds (42.146%) and 27 terpenes(55.984%) were found to be the major components. The sample was analyzed by GC-O and 26 elutes were sniffed and their sensory descriptions evaluated by an odor panelists. Analysis of the data indicated, two compounds cis and trans isomers of 2-Mercapto-3,4-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrothiophene were major contributors to the characteristic aroma of TS. 展开更多

Amaryllidaceae, a monocot plant family, consists of many important ornamental bulb flower species. Chinese narcissus (Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis Roem), its flowers developed at high temperatures and bloomed at lower temperatures during the Chinese Spring Festival, is a traditional Chinese flower with high economic and ornamental value. To study its flower development, a full length cDNA containing MADS box domain from narcissus was isolated by a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with degenerate oligo-nucleotide primers derived from a conserved MADS- and K-box domain sequence. The 5' and the 3' regions of the gene were amplified using the PCR protocol for the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The 690 bp open reading frame encodes 230 amino acid residues. A comparison of the deduced amino acid sequence of NTAG with the sequence of other MADS box proteins showed 91.3% amino acid identities with HAG (Hyacinthus orientalis). Sequence analysis and alignment showed significant similarity with other AG homologues. RNA blot analysis indicated that the narcissus NTAG gene was expressed only in reproductive organs, especially in stamens and carpels. These results indicated that the NTAG gene was an AG homologue and that the AG genes appeared to be structurally and functionally conserved between dicots and monocots. 展开更多

[Objectives] This study was conducted to study the protective effect of the Zhuang medicine Cryptolepis buchananii Roem. et Schult. on D-galactosamine(D-GalN)-induced liver injury in mice. [Methods] A mouse model of chemical liver injury was established by D-GalN, and the mice with D-GalN-induced liver injury were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, positive control group and drug-administered groups. The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the serum of the mice in each group and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the liver tissue of the mice were determined, and the liver pathological changes were observed. [Results] The extracts of the Zhuang medicinal herb C. buchananii could reduce the serum ALT and AST levels(P<0.05), increase the SOD content in the liver tissue of mice(P<0.05), and decrease the MDA level(P<0.05). [Conclusions] The Zhuang medicinal herb C. buchananii has a good protective effect on D-GalN-induced liver injury in mice. 展开更多

研究旨在优化毛葡萄叶多糖超声辅助水提取法提取工艺,并评价毛葡萄叶多糖的抗氧化活性。在单因素试验基础上,以超声时间、超声温度、液料比、提取次数为自变量,以毛葡萄叶多糖得率为因变量,采用响应面法优化毛葡萄叶多糖超声辅助提取工... 研究旨在优化毛葡萄叶多糖超声辅助水提取法提取工艺,并评价毛葡萄叶多糖的抗氧化活性。在单因素试验基础上,以超声时间、超声温度、液料比、提取次数为自变量,以毛葡萄叶多糖得率为因变量,采用响应面法优化毛葡萄叶多糖超声辅助提取工艺,分别测定毛葡萄叶多糖对2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐[2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt,ABTS]自由基、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl radical,DPPH)自由基的清除能力和对铁离子的还原能力。结果表明:毛葡萄叶多糖超声辅助提取的最佳工艺为超声时间93 min、超声温度50℃、液料比123∶1(mL/g)、提取次数5次,多糖得率为12.91%,与模型预测值12.55%接近。毛葡萄叶多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,其清除DPPH、ABTS自由基的半数清除浓度(half maximal inhibitory concentration,IC50)值分别为0.019、0.153 mg/mL,铁离子还原能力为3.57 mmol/g VC。 展开更多

为研究红椿(Toona ciliata Roem)种群动态,将林木径级代表年龄结构,分析了龄级与种群数量动态,编制了静态生命表,绘制并分析了存活曲线、死亡率曲线和种群损失度曲线,对种群进行了谱分析。结果表明,七姊妹山红椿种群衰退动态指数Vpi=32.... 为研究红椿(Toona ciliata Roem)种群动态,将林木径级代表年龄结构,分析了龄级与种群数量动态,编制了静态生命表,绘制并分析了存活曲线、死亡率曲线和种群损失度曲线,对种群进行了谱分析。结果表明,七姊妹山红椿种群衰退动态指数Vpi=32.32%,稳定动态指数Vpi′=4.039%,属于增长型稳定种群,风险敏感度较高。存活曲线接近DeeveyⅡ型,各龄级个体具有大体相等的死亡率。死亡率qx与损失率Kx均在1、4、6级出现高峰,说明不同阶段红椿生理特性、环境筛与人为干扰因素对种群的影响较大。波谱分析基波A1=0.752 8,A3出现明显小周期,表明红椿种群天然更新存在着周期性,且有小周期的多谐波叠加。 展开更多

褪黑素缓解红椿干旱损伤及主导调控因子筛选

为探究褪黑素对干旱胁迫下红椿(Toona ciliata Roem.)的缓解作用,并明确缓解红椿干旱损伤的主要生理因子,以2年生红椿幼苗作为试验材料,采用盆栽控水试验,设置中度干旱胁迫组(土壤相对湿度为45%)、中度干旱胁迫+外源施加褪黑素组(0.1 mm... 为探究褪黑素对干旱胁迫下红椿(Toona ciliata Roem.)的缓解作用,并明确缓解红椿干旱损伤的主要生理因子,以2年生红椿幼苗作为试验材料,采用盆栽控水试验,设置中度干旱胁迫组(土壤相对湿度为45%)、中度干旱胁迫+外源施加褪黑素组(0.1 mmol/L)和正常供水组(土壤相对湿度为70%)3种处理方式。通过比较各处理红椿幼苗的生长、表观形态、渗透调节系统和抗氧化系统的变化,结合冗余分析(Redundancy Analysis, RDA)的前向选择法和Monte Carlo检验,筛选出缓解红椿干旱损伤的主导生理因子。结果表明:与中度干旱胁迫处理组相比,中度干旱胁迫+外源施加褪黑素处理使红椿的地径、叶长和叶宽增量分别提高了29.09%、 15.77%和13.21%;非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)、可溶性蛋白(Sp)和脯氨酸(Pro)等渗透调节物质的质量分数分别提高了10.72%、 22.67%和186.40%;过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))和丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了25.89%和31.72%;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)等抗氧化酶活性分别提高了58.11%和69.32%;谷胱甘肽的质量分数提高了26.33%;抗坏血酸(AsA)与脱氢抗坏血酸(DHA)之比及谷胱甘肽(GSH)与氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)之比显著提高。RDA前向选择结果表明,单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDHAR)活性和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量是褪黑素缓解红椿干旱损伤的主要调控因子,其中单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(MDHAR)活性占主导地位。因此,褪黑素通过促进渗透调节物质的积累,增强酶促和非酶促抗氧化剂对活性氧的清除能力,能够有效缓解红椿的干旱损伤,为红椿的抗旱栽培提供了新的策略。 展开更多
