c切Nd:YVO_(4)/Cr^(4+):YAG被动调Q 1064nm激光器实验研究

在第二阈值条件理论指导下,构建LD端面泵浦凹-平谐振腔,以1%(at.)c切Nd:YVO4为增益介质、初始透过率95.09%的Cr^(4+):YAG为可饱和吸收体(SA),系统优化输出镜透过率、腔长、准直聚焦镜焦距比与聚焦镜轴向位置等关键参数。实验结果表明,... 在第二阈值条件理论指导下,构建LD端面泵浦凹-平谐振腔,以1%(at.)c切Nd:YVO4为增益介质、初始透过率95.09%的Cr^(4+):YAG为可饱和吸收体(SA),系统优化输出镜透过率、腔长、准直聚焦镜焦距比与聚焦镜轴向位置等关键参数。实验结果表明,谐振腔的增益-损耗平衡主要由输出耦合透过率与腔长共同决定。腔长增大使重复频率下降、脉宽展宽,缩短聚焦镜焦距虽可提升重复频率但平均功率略降,聚焦位置存在单峰最优。在T_(OC)=14.2%、腔长12 mm、f_(1):f_(2)=10:6.43并精调聚焦位置条件下,在泵浦功率为1.9 W时获得平均功率501 mW、重复频率217 kHz、脉宽14.4 ns且时域抖动≤700 ns的稳定被动调Q输出。结论表明,第二阈值条件为Nd:YVO_(4)/Cr^(4+):YAG被动调Q激光器提供了清晰的设计与调参路径,通过匹配输出耦合、腔几何与模场尺寸、位置,可在确保SA快速漂白的同时高效提取能量,从而实现高重复频率、窄脉宽与低抖动的稳定输出。c切Nd:YVO4因受激发射截面较小、各向同性等特性,更易满足第二阈值并支撑高重复频率运转,相关结果可为精密加工、激光测距与非线性频率变换等应用提供依据。 展开更多

近红外全固态波长可调谐被动调Q激光器输出的激光具有峰值功率高、光束质量优异、波长更加灵活适配等特点,然而全固态波长可调谐被动调Q Yb∶YCa_(4)O(BO_(3))_(3)(Yb∶YCOB)激光器还未见报道。为此,开展了二极管泵浦的波长可调谐被动调... 近红外全固态波长可调谐被动调Q激光器输出的激光具有峰值功率高、光束质量优异、波长更加灵活适配等特点,然而全固态波长可调谐被动调Q Yb∶YCa_(4)O(BO_(3))_(3)(Yb∶YCOB)激光器还未见报道。为此,开展了二极管泵浦的波长可调谐被动调Q Yb∶YCOB激光器的实验研究。谐振腔中未插入波长调谐元件时,实现了工作波长位于1032 nm的调Q激光输出。谐振腔中插入三棱镜作为激光波长调谐元件时,实现了波长可调谐被动调Q激光输出。实验结果表明:当泵浦功率为5 W,输出镜的透射率分别为1.6%、2.5%和5.0%时,调Q激光的波长调谐范围分别为1016~1038 nm、1019~1036 nm和1019~1035 nm,对应的波长调谐宽度分别为22 nm、17 nm和16 nm,为Yb∶YCOB晶体在波长可调谐激光器领域的应用提供了新的实验依据。 展开更多

目的:探究调Q激光联合微针及重组胶原蛋白敷料治疗对女性黄褐斑患者皮肤美学效果及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取2020年9月-2023年1月于笔者医院进行治疗的稳定期黄褐斑患者118例,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为联合组和单用组,各59例... 目的:探究调Q激光联合微针及重组胶原蛋白敷料治疗对女性黄褐斑患者皮肤美学效果及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取2020年9月-2023年1月于笔者医院进行治疗的稳定期黄褐斑患者118例,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为联合组和单用组,各59例。单用组患者给予微针导入法,联合组患者在单用组基础之上联合调Q激光。比较两组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后,检测丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)水平。皮肤美学效果[皮肤黑素指数(Skin Melanin Index,MI)、红斑指数(Erythema Index,EI)]、皮肤屏障功能[皮脂含量、角质层含水量和经表皮水分流失值(Transepidermal Water Loss,TEWL)]。结果:治疗后,联合组患者治疗总有效率显著高于单用组;治疗后,两组患者MDA、MI、EI、TEWL均降低,皮脂分泌含量、角质层水分含量、SOD、CAT水平均上升,联合组MDA、MI、EI、TEWL较单用组患者更低,皮脂分泌含量、角质层水分含量、SOD、CAT水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:调Q激光联合微针及重组胶原蛋白敷料治疗能够提高稳定期黄褐斑患者临床疗效,有效减轻患者皮肤色素沉着和红斑、提高抗氧化酶活性,促进皮肤屏障功能恢复。 展开更多

目的探讨调Q Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸口服对面部脂溢性角化病临床疗效及生活质量的影响,为临床提供循证依据。方法选取2022年2月至2025年3月就诊于南阳市中心医院的88例面部脂溢性角化病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组和对... 目的探讨调Q Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸口服对面部脂溢性角化病临床疗效及生活质量的影响,为临床提供循证依据。方法选取2022年2月至2025年3月就诊于南阳市中心医院的88例面部脂溢性角化病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用单纯调QNd:YAG激光治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合氨甲环酸口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、局部皮肤情况、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗结束3个月后,试验组总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.058,P=0.039)。试验组结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间、红斑消退时间分别为(2.19±0.42)d、(6.83±1.05)d、(9.26±1.53)d,均显著短于对照组的(2.47±0.51)d、(7.51±1.32)d、(11.54±1.96)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.811、2.674、6.083,均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组DLQI评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组DLQI评分均较治疗前显著降低,且试验组评分(3.02±0.85)分显著低于对照组(6.75±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.548,P<0.001)。试验组不良反应发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P=0.024)。结论调QNd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸口服治疗面部脂溢性角化病疗效确切,能显著缩短症状消退时间,改善患者生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

目的观察口服左旋维生素C联合调Q激光对面部外伤后色素沉着患者色素沉着程度及皮肤弹性的影响。方法前瞻性分析自2021年9月至2024年3月,河北工程大学附属医院收治186例色素沉着患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法将患者分为单用激光组和... 目的观察口服左旋维生素C联合调Q激光对面部外伤后色素沉着患者色素沉着程度及皮肤弹性的影响。方法前瞻性分析自2021年9月至2024年3月,河北工程大学附属医院收治186例色素沉着患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法将患者分为单用激光组和联合治疗组,93例/组。单用激光组患者采用调Q激光,联合治疗组采用口服左旋维生素C和调Q激光联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果、皮肤指标、色素沉着症状评分、氧化指标、激素水平[促卵泡激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)]、黑素指数(melanin index,MI)、红斑指数(erythema index,EI)以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组的总有效率为94.62%,显著高于单用激光组的83.87%(P<0.05)。两组患者色素沉着症状评分、MI、EI、过氧化脂质(lipid peroxidation,LPO)、FSH、E2水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),联合治疗组低于单用激光组(P<0.05)。两组患者角质层含水量、皮肤弹性、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平较治疗前显著提高,且联合治疗组高于单用激光组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组和单用激光组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左旋维生素C联合调Q激光治疗面部外伤后色素沉着患者,可以提高临床效果,减轻色素沉着症状,降低色素沉着程度和氧化程度,提高皮肤弹性,安全性较高。 展开更多

This paper investigates a switching control strategy for the altitude motion of a morphing aircraft with variable sweep wings based on Q-learning.The morphing process is regarded as a function of the system states and a related altitude motion model is established.Then,the designed controller is divided into the outer part and inner part,where the outer part is devised by a combination of the back-stepping method and command filter technique so that the’explosion of complexity’problem is eliminated.Moreover,the integrator structure of the altitude motion model is exploited to simplify the back-stepping design,and disturbance observers inspired from the idea of extended state observer are devised to obtain estimations of the system disturbances.The control input switches from the outer part to the inner part when the altitude tracking error converges to a small value and linear approximation of the altitude motion model is applied.The inner part is generated by the Q-learning algorithm which learns the optimal command in the presence of unknown system matrices and disturbances.It is proved rigorously that all signals of the closed-loop system stay bounded by the developed control method and controller switching occurs only once.Finally,comparative simulations are conducted to validate improved control performance of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

We demonstrate a passively Q-switched tunable erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) based on graphene as a saturable absorber (SA). A three-port optical circulator (OC) and a strain-induced tunable fiber Bragg grating (TFBG) are used as the two end mirrors in an all-fiber linear cavity. The Q-switched EDFL has a low pump threshold of 23.8 mW. The pulse repetition rate of the fiber laser can be widely changed from 9.3 kHz to 69.7 kHz by increasing the pump power from 23.8 mW to 219.9 mW. The minimum pulse duration is 1.7 p.s and the highest pulse energy is 25.4 nJ. The emission wavelength of the laser can be tuned from 1560.43 nm to 1566.27 nm by changing the central wavelength of the straininduced TFBG. 展开更多

Due to the remarkable carrier mobility and nonlinear characteristic, MoS2 is considered to be a powerful competitor as an effective optical modulated material in fiber lasers. In this paper, the MoS2 films are prepared by the chemical vapor deposition method to guarantee the high quality of the crystal lattice and uniform thickness. The transfer of the films to microfiber and the operation of gold plated films ensure there is no heat-resistant damage and anti-oxidation. The modulation depth of the prepared integrated microfiber-MoS2 saturable absorber is 11.07%. When the microfiber-MoS2 saturable absorber is used as a light modulator in the Q-switching fiber laser, the stable pulse train with a pulse duration of 888 ns at 1530.9 nm is obtained. The ultimate output power and pulse energy of output pulses are 18.8 mW and 88 nJ, respectively. The signal-to-noise ratio up to 60 dB indicates the good stability of the laser. This work demonstrates that the MoS2 saturable absorber prepared by the chemical vapor deposition method can serve as an effective nonlinear control device for the Q-switching fiber laser. 展开更多

A transmission-type tungsten disulfide(WS_2)-based saturable absorber(SA) is fabricated and applied to passively Q-switched Nd:YVO_4 laser.The WS_2 nanosheets are deposited on a quartz substrate by the vertical evaporation method.By inserting the WS2 SA into the plano-concave laser cavity,we achieve 153-ns pulses with an average output power of1.19 W at 1064 nm.To the best of our knowledge,both of them are the best results among those obtained by the Q-switched solid-state lasers with WS_2-based absorbers.The repetition rate ranges from 1.176 MHz to 1.578 MHz.As far as we know,it is the first time that MHz level Q-switched pulses have been generated in all solid state lasers based on low-dimensional materials so far. 展开更多

We first experimentally demonstrate a laser-diode end-pumped self-Q-switched and mode-locked Nd,Cr:YAG green laser with a KTP crystal as the intra-cavity frequency doubler. The device produces an average output power of 680 mW at 532 nm. The corresponding pulse width of the Q-switched envelope of the green laser is 170 + 20 ns. The mode-locked pulses have a repetition rate of approximately 183 MHz and the average pulse duration is estimated to be around sub-nanosecond. It is found that the intra-cavity frequency doubling greatly improves the modulation depth and stability of the mode-locked pulses within the Q-switched envelope. 展开更多

We demonstrate a passively Q-switched Yb:LSO laser based on tungsten disulphide (WS2) saturable absorber op- erating at 1034 nm and 1056 nm simultaneously. The saturable absorbers were fabricated by spin coating method. With low speed, the WS2 nanoplatelets embedded in polyvinyl alcohol could be coated on a BK7 glass substrate coated with high-refractive-index thin polymer. The shortest pulse width of 1.6 gs with a repetition rate of 76.9 kHz is obtained. As the pump power increases to 9 W, the maximum output power is measured to be 250 mW, corresponding to a single pulse energy of 3.25 μJ. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time to obtain dual-wavelength Q-switched solid-state laser using few-layer WS2 nanoplatelets. 展开更多

An all-fiber laser using a single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT) as the saturable absorber(SA) for Q-switched operation in the 1031 nm region is demonstrated in this work. A lasing threshold as low as 17 mW was realized for continuous wave operation. By further increasing the pump power, stable Q-switched pulse trains are obtained when the pump power ranges from 38 mW to 125 mW, corresponding to repetition rate varying from 40.84 kHz to 66.24 kHz, the pulse width from 2.0 μs to 1.0 μs,and the highest single pulse energy of 40.6 nJ respectively. 展开更多

In this paper, the effect of injected energy on low energy single longitudinal mode (SLM) pre-lase Q-switched is analyzed and the optimization procedure is shown in detail. Here, taking the Pr:YLF laser as an example of low energy laser, and the parameters of Pr:YLF laser by using pre-lase have been shown. Compared with normal Q-switched laser, the single pulse energy reaches 60.16% and the pulse width exceeds 39.73% when the same maximum energy is injected and SLM is achieved in pre-lase. The analysis results show that pre-lase is suitable for low energy laser to obtain SLM and there be an optimal performance to achieve the optimal energy output. 展开更多

目的:探究调Q532 nm激光及超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合重组人干扰素α-1b治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年6月笔者医院收治的脂溢性角化病患者共120例,用信封随机法分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组给予调Q53... 目的:探究调Q532 nm激光及超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合重组人干扰素α-1b治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年6月笔者医院收治的脂溢性角化病患者共120例,用信封随机法分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组给予调Q532 nm激光及超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-1b治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术后恢复情况、患者的皮肤状态及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率(96.67%)较对照组(86.67%)高(P<0.05),试验组患者痂皮自然脱落、红斑和肤色不均匀消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不同时间疼痛评分及不良反应发生率比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在调Q532 nm激光和超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光基础上联合重组人干扰素α-1b治疗脂溢性角化病能够在一定程度上促进患者皮损恢复,且安全性较好。 展开更多

An efficient 1064-nm Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked laser diode(LD) at 913.9 nm was demonstrated. The maximum continuous wave(CW) output power of 23.4 W at 1064 nm was realized with the incident pump power of 40 W, corresponding to a total optical-to-optical efficiency of 58.5%. This is to the best of our knowledge the highest total optical-to-optical efficiency and output power of Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a 913.9-nm laser diode.The Q-switched operation of this laser was also investigated. Through a contrast experiment of pumping at 808 nm, the experimental results showed that an Nd:YVO_4laser in-band pumped by a wavelength-locked LD at 913.9 nm had excellent pulse stability and beam quality for high repetition rate Q-switching operation. 展开更多
