The purpose of this research was to evaluate radiological safety in pediatric radiology in hospitals in the Kongo Central province of the DRC. To this end, we surveyed a convenience sample of 50 health professionals, including 10 radiologists working in the hospitals covered by the survey, to assess the practice of pediatric radiology and the degree of compliance with radiation protection principles for the safety of children and the environment. We collected radiophysical parameters to calculate entrance doses in pediatric radiology in radiology departments to determine the dosimetric level by comparison with the diagnostic reference levels of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP). All in all, we found that in Kongo Central in the DRC, many health personnel surveyed reported that more than 30% of requested radiological examinations are not justified. Also, after comparing the entrance doses produced in the surveyed departments with those of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP), a statistically significant difference was found in pediatric radiology between the average doses in five out of six surveyed departments and those of the ICRP. Therefore, almost all of the surveyed departments were found to be highly irradiating in children, while excessive X-ray irradiation in children can have significant effects due to their increased sensitivity to radiation. Among the risks are: increased cancer risks, damage to developing cells, potential genetic effects, and neurological effects. This is why support for implementing radiation protection principles is a necessity to promote the safety of patients and the environment against the harmful effects of X-rays in conventional radiology. 展开更多

Establishment of Diagnostic Reference Levels for Childhood Head CT in the District of Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire

Computed tomography is an indispensable X-ray imaging modality used to diagnose numerous pathologies, but it can also involve the delivery of high ionizing radiation doses harmful to the health of patients. This study aims to survey the level of radiation doses delivered to child patients during head exams in CT imaging to set up the Dosimetric Reference Levels (DRLs), a routine dose optimization tool, based on data acquired at the University Hospital of Angré (UHA), the University Hospital of Treichville (UHT) and the Polyclinic Hospital Farah (Farah) for optimizing procedures in Ivorian hospitals. Prospectively performed on 334 CT images of 186 child patients, this study was carried out on CT systems such as Hitachi Scenaria, Sinovision Insitum, and Philips Incisive used respectively at UHA, UHT and Farah. Children’s scan data were classified into four age bands: vol or dose-length product as DLP) value, whatever the hospital, increases with respect to the age of child patients. Based on the 75th percentile of the whole dose distributions, the DRLs of the CTDIvol is 54.37 mGy whatever the age groups and those of the DLP with respect to age bands are 1224.55 mGy∙cm, 1414.06 mGy∙cm, 1632.24 mGy.cm and 1544.57 mGy∙cm, respectively. The averaged values of CTDIvol and DLP smaller than the corresponding DRLs values suggest that practices in our three facilities are optimized. However, comparing our results with those from different international studies, we see that the CTDIvol and DLP values obtained in the present work are higher. These results suggest additional surveys to ensure our DRLs values and efforts from radiologists, imaging technicians and medical physicists to strengthen clinical procedures for the radiation protection of children undergoing CT scans in Côte d’Ivoire. 展开更多

In this paper, the executive of the 10th Five- Year Plan in the field of environmental protection and ecological constrution is reviewed, and the charactristics of economic growth and its environmental impact on the 11^th Five-Year Plan is forecasted and analyzed. A principal idea of eavironmental protection and ecological construction is put forward for the 11^th Five-Year Plan pertod: strensgthen the point treatment in key areas and set the main targets based on the idea. The relating countermeasures in national level are proposed as follows: set up appropriate ideas for official achievements by launching resources and environmental cost acconting; adjust the industrial struacture actively by industrial policies and strenuous work; develop circular economy, change the mode of environmental protecgon from end treatment to headstream and proeess control: strengthen the market mechanism in the process of pollution treatment, set up the system of "who treats who benefits" ; perfect interrelated laws and standards, strengthen the ability of environmental munagement; lay extra emphasis on two key targets: water pollution tretment in key river basins and management of the reserves; and combine the ecological consnuction and poverty alleviation in higher level. 展开更多

Yielding of Winter Triticale Varieties in Different Protection Levels in Two Sequence Systems

Five-year trials (2011-2015) were accomplished in a continuous field experiment conducted at the Production and Research Station in Balcyny. The experiment was set up on a luvisol medium soil, derived from light loam with the objective of evaluating the response of two winter triticale varieties (Pigmej and Cyrkon) to cultivation without protection (O), chemical weed control (H) and combined protection against weeds and fungi (HF). Comparisons were made in two crop sequence systems: cultivation of winter triticale varieties in a 6-field crop rotation and cultivation in a 19-23-year-long monoculture. The results showed that the plant sequence system significantly differentiated the response of winter triticale varieties to the applied levels of field protection. Significantly higher grain yield gains of the winter triticale varieties in response to the application of herbicides or herbicides with fungicides were obtained in the monoculture than in the crop rotation. In the crop rotation, a higher increase in yields induced by the applied plant protection treatments was achieved by the variety Cyrkon. In the monoculture, the response of both varieties to the herbicides applied was nearly identical, while the combined application of herbicides and fungicides raised the yields of var. Pigmej higher than those of var. Cyrkon. Overall for the plant protection levels, var. Cyrkon yielded higher than var. Pigmej by 18.1% more in the crop rotation and by 26.9% in the monoculture. At the same time, var. Cyrkon demonstrated a weaker response to being grown in the monoculture than var. Pigmej did. The average yield of the former was reduced by 21.1%, whereas the latter yielded 26.6% less grain. 展开更多

Objectives: To investigate the dose delivered to adult patients during cranioencephalic and abdominal-pelvic examinations in computed tomography (CT) in order to set up the Local Dosimetric Reference Levels (LDRLs) of the University Hospital of Treichville (UHT) for the radiation protection of patients undergoing CT scans. Methods: This study was prospectively performed on 153 CT images of adult patients including 120 CT images of cranioencephalic (CE) and 33 CT images of the abdominal pelvic (AP) examinations. These images were acquired on the CT system INSITUM with 64 bars, manufactured by the company SINOVISION and commissioned in 2021 at UHT. Then the volume computed tomography index (CTDIvol) and the dose-length product (DLP) were determined. Results: Based on the statistical method of 75th percentile, the obtained LDRLs as CTDIvol and DLP are 54.37 mGy and 28.07 mGy, 1716 mGy.cm and 1490.8 mGy.cm respectively for CE and AP examinations. Comparing our results with those from different international studies, CTDIvol and DLP values obtained in the present work are higher. Conclusion: LDRLs for dosimetric quantities such as CTDIvol and DLP for CE and AP examinations have been set up in this study. It will contribute with further studies to the national diagnostic reference levels of cranioencephalic and abdominal pelvis CT exams for strengthening the radiation protection of patients in Côte d’Ivoire. 展开更多

数字经济高质量发展对于推进中国式现代化有着重大意义,而企业是数字创新的主体,因此中国现有的知识产权保护体系在促进企业数字创新方面发挥了怎样的作用值得研究。在理论分析的基础上,本文利用2007—2022年中国上市公司相关数据,对知... 数字经济高质量发展对于推进中国式现代化有着重大意义,而企业是数字创新的主体,因此中国现有的知识产权保护体系在促进企业数字创新方面发挥了怎样的作用值得研究。在理论分析的基础上,本文利用2007—2022年中国上市公司相关数据,对知识产权保护和企业数字创新之间的关系进行了实证研究,发现:(1)知识产权保护有利于促进企业数字创新,且该结论在经过内生性处理和稳健性检验后依然成立;(2)为强化司法保护而设立的知识产权法庭提升了知识产权对企业数字创新的保护效能;(3)异质性分析表明,知识产权保护更加有利于促进发明专利型数字创新、非国有企业的数字创新和非高新技术企业的数字创新;(4)知识产权保护可以通过促进企业披露创新信息和提高企业所在地城市知识产权关注度来促进企业数字创新;(5)知识产权与其他政策措施形成的协同保护,有利于促进企业数字创新。本文研究表明,政府应不断推进知识产权强国战略,完善协同保护体系,为数字创新注入新动能。 展开更多

“京津雄”城市供水安全保障水平评价研究

南水北调中线一期工程通水后,受水区城市供水保障能力得到较大提升,但由于供水的年际不均匀性,遇到枯水年份仍需要超采地下水和挤占生态用水以满足生活、生产用水需求,因此需准确评价城市供水安全保障水平。以北京市、天津市、雄安新区... 南水北调中线一期工程通水后,受水区城市供水保障能力得到较大提升,但由于供水的年际不均匀性,遇到枯水年份仍需要超采地下水和挤占生态用水以满足生活、生产用水需求,因此需准确评价城市供水安全保障水平。以北京市、天津市、雄安新区(简称“京津雄”)为例,从水源保障能力、正常供水保障能力、应急供水保障能力等3个维度选取评价指标,评价了3座城市现状年和2035年的供水安全保障水平。结果表明,“京津雄”现状城镇对南水北调供水的依赖性较高,“津雄”应急供水保障能力不足,未来南水北调后续工程实施后,三地市供水保障水平均有所提高。研究结果可为南水北调后续工程规划设计、城市供水安全保障措施制定提供依据。 展开更多

目的建立本机构介入诊断与治疗典型值,以此为工具评估患者医疗暴露剂量,并进行放射防护措施优化。方法2023年6月—12月,采集593台成人心血管介入诊疗手术的信息,包括手术类型、设备型号、空气比释动能-面积乘积(KAP),入射参考点空气比... 目的建立本机构介入诊断与治疗典型值,以此为工具评估患者医疗暴露剂量,并进行放射防护措施优化。方法2023年6月—12月,采集593台成人心血管介入诊疗手术的信息,包括手术类型、设备型号、空气比释动能-面积乘积(KAP),入射参考点空气比释动能(Ka,r)和透视时间(FT)、曝光模式。结果2023年度本机构的心血管介入诊断的典型值为27.5 Gy·cm^(2);心血管介入治疗的典型值为70.0 Gy·cm^(2)。介入治疗手术的透视时间、KAP值、Ka,r值均显著高于介入诊断(P<0.01)。透视时间、KAP值、Ka,r值间有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论本研究结果与其他研究差别较小,为北京市心血管介入诊断与治疗剂量水平提供了典型数据参考值,有助于不同医疗机构之间实现剂量优化。 展开更多

为了满足消防工程专业人才培养需求,提升消防工程专业的本科教学实验水平,设计了不同液位深度储罐火行为模拟教学实验平台,由供气模块、燃烧器模块、升降模块和数据采集模块四部分组成。采用透明石英玻璃套筒模拟储罐侧壁,通过调节气体... 为了满足消防工程专业人才培养需求,提升消防工程专业的本科教学实验水平,设计了不同液位深度储罐火行为模拟教学实验平台,由供气模块、燃烧器模块、升降模块和数据采集模块四部分组成。采用透明石英玻璃套筒模拟储罐侧壁,通过调节气体体积流量和侧壁高度,实现不同液位深度储罐火行为模拟。实验结果表明,稳定燃烧时储罐火焰可分为下部和上部火焰,下部火焰长度随着气体体积流量的增加而逐渐减小。根据火焰根部位置,储罐火焰可分为受限下探火焰、自由下探火焰和无下探火焰。该教学实验平台可加强消防工程专业本科生对储罐火灾火焰及关键参数的认识,为消防工程复合型人才的培养提供参考。 展开更多
