基于光致电子转移原理(Photoinduced Electron Transfer,Pe T),建立了以5-(4-马来酰亚胺基苯基)-10,15,20-三(4-甲基苯基)卟啉(MPTMPP)为荧光增强型探针,对巯基蛋白质特异性进行检测。以吡咯、对硝基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲醛等为主要原料...基于光致电子转移原理(Photoinduced Electron Transfer,Pe T),建立了以5-(4-马来酰亚胺基苯基)-10,15,20-三(4-甲基苯基)卟啉(MPTMPP)为荧光增强型探针,对巯基蛋白质特异性进行检测。以吡咯、对硝基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲醛等为主要原料合成了目标化合物MPTMPP,并通过核磁、IR光谱等对MPTMPP进行表征;探究了MPTMPP作为荧光探针对含有巯基的牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的特异性检测效果,该探针对BSA检测的线性范围为0~2.0×10^(-8)mol/L,线性方程为ΔF=68.588+36.524[BSA](10^(-8)mol/L),相关系数为0.996 9,检出限为0.037 nmol/L。展开更多
