Normal corn germplasm can be used to improve popcorn (Zea mays L.) through 1-2 backcrosses with popcorn as recurrent parents. Popping characteristics of derived lines from popcorn × dent or flint corn crosses play a determinant role in popcorn breeding. Advanced backcross QTL methods can effectively combine QTL identification and plant breeding. 220 selected BC2F2 families developed from a cross between Dan 232, a dent corn inbred line, and N04, an elite popcorn inbred line, were evaluated for three popping characteristics, popping volume, flake size, and popping rate, under two environmental conditions. Using composite interval mapping, a total of 10 significant QTLs were detected, and of these, 2 to 4 QTLs were identified for each trait. Six QTLs had favorable alleles contributed by Dan 232. Comparison with the 15 QTLs detected in the F2:3 families showed that 3 QTLs were the same in both populations. The QTLs should be redetected in generations developed through severe selection. Improved N04 and near isogenic lines could be developed from this BC2F2 population through selfing or another 1 to 2 backcrosses with N04. 展开更多

AIM: To retrospectively evaluate the effectiveness of impedance monitoring for predicting popping during radiofrequency ablation (RFA) using internally cooled electrodes. METHODS: We reviewed 140 patients (94 males, 46 females; age range 73.0 + 11.1 year) who underwent RFA between February 2006 and November 2008 with a modified protocol using a limited power delivery rather than a conventional one to avoid popping. All the patients provided their written informed consent, and the study was approved by the institutional review board. Intraprocedural impedances were measured for the study subjects, and the tumors were classified into three types according to the characteristics of their impedance curves: increasing, flat, or decreasing. The tumors were further sorted into seven subtypes (A-G) depending on the curvature of the impedance curve' s increase or decrease. Relative popping rates were determined for the three types and seven subtypes. A chi-square test was performed to estimate statistical significance.RESULTS: A total of 148 nodules treated by RFA were analyzed. The study samples included 132 nodules of hepatocellular carcinoma, 14 nodules of metastatic liver cancer, and two nodules of intrahepatic cholangio- carcinoma. The numbers of nodules with each imped- ance curve type were as follows: 37 increasing-type nodules, 43 fiat-type nodules, and 68 decreasing-type nodules. Popping occurrence rates were 24.3%, 46.5% and 64.7%, respectively. Flat-type nodules exhibited a significantly higher rate of popping compared to increasing-type nodules (P = 0.039). Decreasing-type nodules exhibited a significantly higher rate of popping compared to increasing-type nodules (P 〈 0.0001). No- tably, nodules that showed a sharp decrease in imped- ance in the latter ablation period (subtype E) exhibited a significantly higher rate of popping compared to other subtypes. CONCLUSION: Intraprocedural impedance monitoring can be a useful tool to predict the occurrence of pop- ping during liver tumor RFA performed with internally cooled electrodes. 展开更多

Protein Quality of Amaranth Grains Cultivated in Ethiopia as Affected by Popping and Fermentation

The effect of popping and fermentation on protein quality of three different varieties of amaranth grains cultivated in Ethiopia was evaluated. Total lysine content of the grains was higher than that of commonly available cereals but close to that of legumes. Methionine and cysteine contents in the grains were also higher than that found in cereal and legume proteins. Percentage of total indispensable amino acids, excluding tryptophan, was 43% - 49%, which was higher than WHO reference pattern (31%). Popping resulted in 36% and 37% reduction in total lysine and cysteine contents, respectively, whereas fermentation reduced cysteine, lysine and methionine contents by 16%, 20% and 20%, respectively. From the free amino acids, histidine was the major indispensable amino acid but threonine was not detected. During popping, all free amino acids, except threonine, were reduced. On the other hand, fermentation significantly increased (p < 0.01) most amino acids except arginine, which was significantly decreased (p < 0.01), and tyrosine and glutamic acid, for which no change was observed. Popping decreased in vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) by 8.3% - 17.1% while fermentation increased IVPD by 4.8% - 7.5%. Substitution of amaranth for wheat and/or maize during complementary food formulation could contribute much to the daily requirements of indispensable amino acids of young children. 展开更多

[Objectives]To develop a paeonol bead popping gum with hypoglycemic effect.[Methods]The paeonol bead popping gum was prepared by the"two-step method",that is,the pill core was prepared by the guttate pill method,and then the coating was cured by sodium alginate solution and CaCl_(2) solution.The single factor method was used to determine the effects of PEG-4000:paeonol dosage ratio,dropper diameter,condensation time,dropping distance,melting temperature on the comprehensive score of paeonol guttate pill,and the effects of sodium alginate solution concentration,CaCl_(2) solution concentration,number of coating layers,drying time on the comprehensive score of popping gum.Finally,the optimal process was determined and verified by orthogonal experiment method.[Results]When the dosage ratio of PEG-4000:paeonol was 4∶1,the dropper diameter was 4 mm,the condensation time was 5 min,the dropping distance was 6 cm,and the melting temperature was 90℃,the quality of the prepared guttate pill was the optimal.When the concentration of sodium alginate solution was 0.02 g/mL,the concentration of CaCl_(2) solution was 0.25 g/mL,the number of coating layers was 3,and the drying time was 25 min,the appearance and comprehensive score of the obtained popping beads were the optimal.[Conclusions]This study is expected to provide some reference and basis for the development and utilization of hypoglycemic products of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

目的 了解江苏省三级综合医院术后肺炎(POP)流行病学特征及趋势,为开展针对性防控措施提供理论依据。方法 选取江苏省北部、中部和南部共12个城市22所三级综合医院2022年1月1日—2023年12月31日手术患者为研究对象,分析POP发生情况,并... 目的 了解江苏省三级综合医院术后肺炎(POP)流行病学特征及趋势,为开展针对性防控措施提供理论依据。方法 选取江苏省北部、中部和南部共12个城市22所三级综合医院2022年1月1日—2023年12月31日手术患者为研究对象,分析POP发生情况,并进行比较。结果 22所医院共开展手术848 274台,发生POP 3 606例,发病率为0.43%,其中2023年为0.37%,低于2022年的0.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。POP发病率位于前三位的科室分别为神经外科(6.71%)、心胸外科(2.91%)、普通外科(0.77%)。不同级别医院中,三级甲等医院POP发病率为0.44%,高于其它三级医院(0.37%);而市属与区/县属医院POP发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);感染监控专职人员床位比<200∶1的医院POP发病率低于床位比≥200∶1的医院(0.39%VS 0.47%,P<0.001),而专职人员中医生占比≥30%的医院POP发病率高于占比<30%的医院(0.45%VS 0.36%,P<0.001)。男性POP发病率高于女性(0.62%VS 0.26%,P<0.001);≥65岁老年患者POP发病率高于<65岁人群(0.73%VS 0.26%,P<0.001)。共分离感染病原体2 667株,位于前三位的分别为鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌,占比分别为28.95%、22.72%、15.45%。耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(CRAB)、耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)、耐碳青霉烯类铜绿假单胞菌(CRPA)检出率分别为60.75%、21.45%、32.28%,其中CRKP 2023年检出率较2022年下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 江苏省三级综合医院POP发病率总体处于较低水平,但不同医院间存在明显差异,应根据患者自身流行病学特征,开展围术期全环节防控。 展开更多

【目的】利用PiggyBac转座子系统构建稳定表达脯氨酰寡肽酶(prolyl oligopeptidase, POP)基因的猪肾PK15细胞系,并系统评估POP蛋白表达对口蹄疫病毒(foot and mouth disease virus,FMDV)增殖的影响。【方法】构建重组表达质粒,转染PK15... 【目的】利用PiggyBac转座子系统构建稳定表达脯氨酰寡肽酶(prolyl oligopeptidase, POP)基因的猪肾PK15细胞系,并系统评估POP蛋白表达对口蹄疫病毒(foot and mouth disease virus,FMDV)增殖的影响。【方法】构建重组表达质粒,转染PK15细胞后通过Western blotting检测目的蛋白表达;采用有限稀释法筛选获得稳定表达POP的单克隆细胞系,并利用RT-qPCR和Western blotting检测POP基因和蛋白表达的稳定性;通过Cell Counting Kit-8试验评估筛选细胞系的细胞活力;综合运用Western blotting、RT-qPCR以及病毒滴度测定等方法,系统分析FMDV在稳定表达细胞系中的复制。【结果】成功构建了稳定表达POP蛋白的PK15单克隆细胞系;与对照细胞系相比,该细胞系的细胞活力无显著差异;单克隆细胞系传至P30代时,POP蛋白表达水平保持稳定;接种病毒实验结果显示,FMDV在稳定表达POP的PK15细胞系中的增殖水平显著高于对照组,并在不同代次细胞系中保持稳定。【结论】本研究成功构建了稳定表达POP蛋白的PK15细胞系,并证实该细胞系可显著促进FMDV的复制,为进一步解析POP蛋白促进FMDV复制的分子机制提供了实验材料。 展开更多

聚氨酯废物热解过程对氯苯降解的影响及机理研究

聚氨酯材料是一种应用前景广阔的高聚物材料,废弃聚氨酯制品具有热固性的特点,导致无法直接挤塑再利用,但它的热值与燃料煤相当,对其进行热处理可利用其热值还可减量化.聚氨酯在热处理过程中可能生成HCN、NO_(x)和氨气等二次污染物,报... 聚氨酯材料是一种应用前景广阔的高聚物材料,废弃聚氨酯制品具有热固性的特点,导致无法直接挤塑再利用,但它的热值与燃料煤相当,对其进行热处理可利用其热值还可减量化.聚氨酯在热处理过程中可能生成HCN、NO_(x)和氨气等二次污染物,报道认为生活垃圾与废弃聚氨酯的协同处理能够阻滞二噁英类物质的生成,但并未研究其机理.因此,本实验以二噁英类物质的前驱物氯苯作为研究对象,初步研究聚氨酯热解过程中氯苯类物质变化.结果表明,废弃聚氨酯存在时1,2,3-三氯苯的最大降解率为70%.废弃聚氨酯对1,2,3-三氯苯的脱氯降解率是空白组的3.5倍,脱氯生成二氯苯的量随着温度升高而增多,1-氯苯只有在450~500℃和500~550℃反应条件生成,500~550℃条件下的生成量为450~500℃下的8倍.在所有实验中均发现了1,3,5-三氯苯,其生成量随温度升高呈先增高后下降的趋势,产量最高的温度区间为350~400℃,可能是由1,3-二氯苯加氯生成.研究表明,废弃聚氨酯能够促进1,2,3-三氯苯的降解,最佳降解温度区间为500~550℃. 展开更多

2017—2023年上海某三级甲等综合医院手术后肺炎发病率调查

目的分析上海某三级甲等综合医院手术后肺炎(POP)发生情况,为加强目标人群POP预防与控制措施的实施提供依据。方法回顾性调查2017—2023年医院感染实时监测数据,对所有手术患者(包括微创介入手术)POP发生情况进行分析。结果共有701例手... 目的分析上海某三级甲等综合医院手术后肺炎(POP)发生情况,为加强目标人群POP预防与控制措施的实施提供依据。方法回顾性调查2017—2023年医院感染实时监测数据,对所有手术患者(包括微创介入手术)POP发生情况进行分析。结果共有701例手术后患者发生POP,POP发病率为0.30%。男性POP发病率高于女性(0.48%VS 0.15%),≥65岁人群POP发病率高于<65岁人群(0.58%VS 0.17%),择期手术POP发病率高于急诊手术(0.35%VS 0.27%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。701例POP患者术后至发生POP的时间为6(4,10)d,急诊手术患者发生POP时间晚于择期手术[7(4,11)d VS 6(3,10)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。POP发病率位于前5位的科室为神经外科(5.84%)、心外科(4.01%)、胸外科(1.92%)、腹部外科(0.74%)和微创介入(0.17%)。神经外科急诊手术POP发病率高于择期手术(9.71%VS 2.14%),而心外科、胸外科择期手术POP发病率均高于急诊手术(分别为5.09%VS 2.93%、2.46%VS 0.58%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。701例POP患者共检出675株病原体,以革兰阴性菌为主(520株,77.04%);检出病原菌主要为鲍曼不动杆菌(119株)、铜绿假单胞菌(116株)、金黄色葡萄球菌(108株)、肺炎克雷伯菌(104株)和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(47株)。结论在围手术期感染防控中,POP防控的重点手术人群应为男性和≥65岁人群,重点科室应为神经外科、心/胸外科、腹部外科;微创手术亦有POP风险,应予以重视。 展开更多

针对PoP(Package-On-Package)叠层BGA(Ball Grid Array package)产品服役过程中的热可靠性问题,本文采用有限元仿真和试验验证相结合的方式进行研究。通过有限元仿真的方式研究温度冲击试验中高温、低温以及产品焊点位置、安装PCB(Print... 针对PoP(Package-On-Package)叠层BGA(Ball Grid Array package)产品服役过程中的热可靠性问题,本文采用有限元仿真和试验验证相结合的方式进行研究。通过有限元仿真的方式研究温度冲击试验中高温、低温以及产品焊点位置、安装PCB(Printed Circuit Board)厚度对焊盘应力的影响,获得产品试验过程中的各个焊点的应力和应变分布情况,确定产品的薄弱敏感焊点。根据仿真结果,针对薄弱敏感焊点分布情况设计可监测PoP叠层BGA产品不同层器件焊点热可靠性的菊花链,并通过高速数据采集系统搭建焊点温度循环试验热可靠性在线监测试验系统。对装配不同PCB厚度的PoP叠层BGA产品进行温度冲击试验,并将仿真结果进行对比验证。研究结果为PoP叠层BGA产品的可靠性研究与应用提供了有益参考。 展开更多

对称型甘油三酯POP/OPO二元混合物的结晶特性

油脂混合过程中,由于甘油三酯分子间相互作用的不同,会形成固溶体系、共晶体系和分子复合物(molecular compound,MC),其中MC因具有独特的2倍链长结构的β晶型而备受关注,但目前其结晶特性和形成机制尚未完全明晰。采用差式扫描量热仪、... 油脂混合过程中,由于甘油三酯分子间相互作用的不同,会形成固溶体系、共晶体系和分子复合物(molecular compound,MC),其中MC因具有独特的2倍链长结构的β晶型而备受关注,但目前其结晶特性和形成机制尚未完全明晰。采用差式扫描量热仪、二维多功能小角X射线散射仪和偏振光显微镜探究对称型甘油三酯1,3-二棕榈酰-2-油酰-sn-甘油(1,3-dipalmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycerol,POP)和1,3-二油酰-2-棕榈酰-sn-甘油(1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl-sn-glycerol,OPO)在不同复配比例下的热力学行为、多晶型和晶体形态的转变。结果表明,在相同的升、降温速率条件下,不同复配比例的POP/OPO均表现出熔点的提高和β’晶型向β晶型的转变,当且仅当POP/OPO=1∶1(m/m)时,有单独结晶峰和熔化峰的出现,且熔化温度明显提高,晶型由原本的β’晶型转变为β晶型,出现2倍链长结构,表现出显著的MC结晶特性。此外,结晶速率对MC的形成有显著影响,当POP/OPO=1∶1时,冷却速率越慢,越有利于MC的形成,而过快的冷却速率(≥20℃/min)会使样品以熔点高低先后结晶,发生共晶现象,对MC形成产生不利影响。 展开更多

With the development of new media technology and the popularity of the TikTok platform in China,a large number of popular vocal music teachers have flocked to online platforms for teaching.Online vocal music education in China is undergoing a transformation and facing challenges.This study adopts an exploratory research approach,interviewing students learning pop vocal music,and observing popular pop teachers on TikTok.The advantages,disadvantages,techniques,and methods of domestic TikTok pop vocal music teaching were investigated and studied,and a series of experiences and suggestions for optimizing TikTok teaching were put forward.The results of this study are helpful for understanding the advantages and disadvantages of TikTok pop vocal music teaching and grasping the correct development direction.These guidance and suggestions can stimulate teachers’creativity and improve their vocal music teaching level. 展开更多

Dibromoethane is a widespread,persistent organic pollutant.Biochars are known mediators of reductive dehalogenation by layered Fe^(Ⅱ)-Fe^(Ⅲ)hydroxides(green rust),which can reduce 1,2-dibromoethane to innocuous bromide and ethylene.However,the critical characteristics that determine mediator functionality are lesser known.Fifteen biochar substrates were pyrolyzed at 600℃and 800℃,characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray photo spectrometry C and N surface speciation,X-ray powder diffraction,specific surface area analysis,and tested for mediation of reductive debromination of 1,2-dibromoethane by a green rust reductant under anoxic conditions.A statistical analysis was performed to determine the biochar properties,critical for debromination kinetics and total debromination extent.It was shown that selected plant based biochars can mediate debromination of 1,2-dibromoethane,that the highest first order rate constant was 0.082/hr,and the highest debromination extent was 27%in reactivity experiments with 0.1μmol(20μmol/L)1,2-dibromoethane,≈22 mmol/L Fe^(Ⅱ)GR,and 0.12 g/L soybean meal biochar(7 days).Contents of Ni,Zn,N,and P,and the relative contribution of quinone surface functional groups were significantly(p<0.05)positively correlated with 1,2-dibromoethane debromination,while adsorption,specific surface area,and the relative contribution of pyridinic N oxide surface groups were significantly negatively correlated with debromination. 展开更多
